Great location, private and close to everything. You can hear the ocean from your villa. We did lots of walking and had a relaxing spa bath every night, located just of the bedroom. The villa had everything we needed. Very comfortable 4 nights. Highly recommended

Best secret in Agnes

I ended up arriving late so all was sorted, I asked for an extra night and that was no problem, place was so clean and tidy. Perfect for a couple. Lots of little surprises, Highly recommend

It was close to everything but so peaceful. Was great we could bring our little dog he loved the walks and the beach .

Quiet, dog friendly and close to shops.

It was everything as advertised with each villa fitted with a great spa and outdoor barby area and with being dog friendly the villas were positioned with minimum exposure to the other residents. We would certainly recommend to our friends looking for a quiet getaway. Town centre and the beach was a 5 minute walk before tucking into a nice breakfast.

A wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful weekend getaway! The villa had everything we needed right down to all the 'little things'. The spa bath was amazing and the villa felt very private and secluded. Close to the beach as well. Perfect for a romantic weekend away.

Everything and more

Easy stroll to the beach and center of town with just a short drive to 1770 makes this a perfect location. Accommodation is very clean, well thought out with the little extras and private. Highly recommend staying here - it's luxury at an affordable price.

Perfect retreat

Sunbird Gardens were extremely impressive. The unit is well structured, cleverly fitted out and very central to all that Agnes Waters and 1770 have to offer. It was the perfect base for the us to partake in the activities in the area whilst still being able to return and spend hours chilling at the unit. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Hidden Gem

We stayed at Sunbird Gardens 3 - 5th December 2016. The cabins are clean, well set up and private. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and hopefully will get to stay there again for longer. Bob and Sue..

COMFORTABLE MINI BREAK

Our cottage was very well appointed, comfortable and well equipped in a good location with well maintained gardens. There is plenty of room with an outside deck, barbecue and gazebo for your own use. We had heard from a traveller who stayed here some time ago that there were chocolates on the pillows and a bottle of wine/bubbly to enjoy in the lovely spa room located just off the main bedroom (in addition to the normal bathroom facilities). The spa was just as relaxing without the bubbly and chocolates so it is only a small matter and travellers can always take their own anyway. All in all, a lovely little hideaway place to stay.

This place is perfect for a quite get away, it is hidden away but close to shops and beaches, loved the spa.

relaxing, chilled out time

We were looking for a quiet, private out of the way place to stay for a relaxing weekend break. Having a hectic business to run we just wanted time out from everything. We were not looking to do anything really, just chill out. It is hard to find somewhere private, that has a bbq, outside area and also a comfy bed. We spent most of the time just chilling on the deck, walking round the small shopping precinct and going to the beach. We went on the LARK in 1770 and that was something different, and very enjoyable, and then there was the Jacuzzi bath, perfect, and well big enough for two people. you cant usually get all these things together but we found it here at Sunbird gardens, will definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely stay

excellent secluded getaway

Beautiful garden surrounds with enchanting birdsong to wake up to, the bed was comfortable and the BBQ deck and cabana added extra luxury to and already enjoyable stay in paradise. Only a short walk to the green turtle for a great pizza the Bottlo was a short stroll away. and for added convenience the beach was only 300 meters away. Brilliant!!!!.
