La atención por parte del personal muy correcta, agilidad en el check in y check out, la habitación perfecta y bastante grande, hotel muy bien situado. Lo único malo que el wc estaba suelto y se movía, así como en la terraza había telarañas. Aún así 9-10

Buen hotel a las afueras de Albufeira, aunque cerca de la zona de ambiente nocturno y también cerca de la playa de Santa Eulalia. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito cerrado en el perímetro del hotel, al que se accede con una llave que te dan en el checking previo pago de un depósito de 10 € que te devuelven al checkout. La habitación cuenta con nevera, micoondas y equipamiento de cocina, pero no tiene fuegos. El personal es amable y la Wifi me pareció un poco pobre con lecturas del SpeedTest que arrojaron resultados de 6,34 Mbps en bajadas y 2,16 Mbps en subidas en la habitación, que sin embargo en el lobby pasaron a ser de 51 y 25,3 Mbps respectivamente. En la habitación en ocasiones tuvimos problemas para mantenernos conectados y las Apps de mayor peso tardaban en moverse; las fotografías también tardaban en cargarse. Del streaming mejor olvidarse. El desayuno tipo bufet está bastante bien y completo, incluso pudiendo tomar zumos de naranja natural (jarras de cristal en el mostrador de la derecha). El hotel en general está bien ambientado, es tranquilo y silencioso, y el personal es amable y facilitador. Nuestra habitación al menos sólo conseguía media opacidad por las mañanas. ¿Repetiría? Quizás sí, por las ventajas y gratuidad del parking, pero también buscaría otras opciones en tanto no metan más potencia a la wifi. Sus ventajas: tranquilidad, seguridad y proximidad a la playa.

Hotel magnifico tanto en servicios del hotel como en ubicacion. Buen lugar para zona de descanso.

The location is nice because your about a 5 minute walk to the beach one way and the other way next to a lot of restaurants and cafes. Too expensive for the quality of the place. This place isnt super fancy its very average if you just need a bed to sleep in. I felt it was advertised more fancy than it was advertised online. The lady with red hair was very short tempered and rude. its just not that nice of a place in my opinion. Carlos was awesome ! super nice guy - made up for the red head unprofessional woman. NOT CLOSE WALK TO STRIP OR OLD TOWN - just beach and restaurants

Lovely hotel in a quiet area off the strip. Lots of nice eating places nearby.

De ligging van het hotel was prima. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed verzorgd. De inrichting van de studio ietwat oubollig maar in goede staat. Verder een heel mooi hotel.

Good location, good breakfast and service. Rooms are a bit old . Live music in the evenings is old school . Overall, it was a good stay . Hotel takes 100 euro damage deposit yet you have to give another 20 per beach towel - makes no sense . Pool is okay.

Superb Hotel

Fantastic hotel. Our room was an apartment very spacious with a nice balcony view of the pool area. Breakfast buffet is pay on the day and its worth it (13€) Staff are super friendly and helpful whenever required. The bar/lounge great place to sit n relax. Overall facilities were top quality, would definitely book again.

Nice emvironment and location

The hotel in terms of condition and decor of the building and the rooms, and facilities are 4 star, but lacks the warmth, welcoming service and atmosphere. What I felt was cool business is business attitude. I cannot believe when I have a king studio in a four star hotel, tea bags and instant coffee sachets are welcome gifts, but not daily inventory supplies. The reply from the male staff at the reception was as unfriendly as it could be.

Séjour très agréable, personnels accueillants et polyglottes, établissement impeccable et chambre très propre. Un confort incomparable ! Le petit déjeuner était merveilleux. Je retournerai dans cet établissement sans hésiter

Good hotel with just the right touch of modern.

A really nice, modern updated hotel. Friendly hotel staff and a very convenient location. Bars and restaurants close by are ok and if you want something more (albeit too much for our stay), you can always visit the strip. The old town is worth a visit and not too hard a walk although we had ovecast skies for most of the week so to walk in the summer may be a little hot! Overall a nice relaxing week.

Couples vacation

Fair play the hotel was clean, friendly the room was cleaned everyday. The room was very spacious with balcony. The only thing that was disappointing was paying to use the spa. But the hotel was perfect close to the beach and very close to bars and restaurants 👌

très bon séjour . Bonne surprise à l'arrivée nous étions dans un très grand appartement surclassé . Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. Personnel agréable et à l'écoute.

Hôtel vieillissant mobilier usé. Nous avons apprécié le SPA. Le personnel est très sympathique. Pour les repas le petit déjeuner rien à dire alors que pour le dîner cela pourrait être mieux et plus varié. Hôtel bien situé.

Rooms were very clean, staff friendly. Also the hotel was well situated for amenities. My only criticism was an extractor fam was needed in the bathroom as, after showering, towels remained damp - mot a problem in summer I suspect!

Nice location

Quiet and peaceful. Only three mins to the beach. Closed to the downtown.

So so like it

We total stayed there 4 nights. 2 nights we booked directly with the hotel n 2 nights with hotels.com. 2 nights no house keeping. 2nd night n 3 night asked for housekeeping n both times showed up at 5:30 pm when we came back from a long day out. Finally cleaned on the 4th night n next day we have to leave. Indoor swimming charged euro12.50 for 2 persons. Safe deposit charged euro3 per day. They never tell people upfront. Any charges they have to show on their advertising n give people options n agreed

Un peu déçus par la qualité de l'hébergement. Bon petit déjeuner. Le Spa était fermé et nous n'avons pas été tenu informés avant.

We stayed 5 nights in October. I would give 4 stars only for the lobby of the hotel not rooms as they are dated with tired furniture. Housekeeping service not good, on our second day we had lady coming to clean the room around 6pm which is not acceptable and we never experienced this in any other hotel we stayed in Portugal, this continued for the rest of our stay.. only towels changed and bed made, that was it. They never bothered to clean anything in the room and this is not a service you expect from 4 star hotel! If you plan to stay there be prepared to pay for the safe use in your room plus deposit of 20 euros for beach towel, again this is something we never experienced in other 4 star hotels in Portugal or other countries. Staff in the reception and restaurant were friendly, breakfast is good if you book this option. Hotel is close to shops, restaurants and beach.

När vi ankom till hotellet valde personalen att uppgradera oss till en svit. Till våran besvikelse luktade det avlopp på toaletten och det fanns svartmögel på väggarna. Överlag var det ett rymligt rum med bra läge.

Super sejour hotel a 40min de l’aéroport en voiture. Beaucoup de restaurants autour de l’hôtel et plage a 10min à pied.

Très décevant - Pas un 4 étoiles

Un hôtel en dessous du niveau d'un 4 étoiles: vu principale sur un mur taguée, hôtel en bord de route très passante, salle de bains basique et mal finie (photo), café machine imbuvable, jus d'orange transparent et sans goût en machine automatique (une n'a jamais marché de la semaine), ménage rapide (nombreuses taches laissées, miettes sur le sol...), stricte minimum dans l'appartement (pas de produit vaisselle, éponge, sel-poivre...obligeant à se rendre immédiatement au supermarché local, besoin de demander des petits gels douches (2 mini pour 7 jours...), climatisation avec un tout petit flux d'air, aucune information client sur le Covid et les restriction mise en place par le gouvernement... Personnel sympathique qui essaye de compenser les désagréments de l'hôtel mais en vain.

Lovely stay at this hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean and is beautifully furnished. Check in very quick. Staff informed us of covid restrictions in the area. Breakfast was great. The pancakes and croissants were the best I have had! Lots of fresh food available. Guests required to wear mask and gloves for self service which was good. Pool area was nice and well maintained. Pool is open until 7. It had a relaxed vibe. There is a garden area with sun loungers so plenty of room. The apartment was a nice layout with doors to pull across for the bedroom and kitchen if required. The rooms were made up every day. The restaurant and spa were closed durimg our stay due to covid restrictions. Location-there are restaurants nearby and shops. It is about a 10 minute walk from the strip. Also about a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a bus stop directly outside which we used to connect to Quarteira, Albufeira bus terminal and the marina. I would recommend staying at this hotel. They have good covid precautions in place and it is very clean. Also with restrictions in Albufeira all restaurants were forced to close at 3.30 at weekends so it was great staying here as we had our own kitchen to make dinner.

Semaine agréable à l hôtel st Eulalia

Hotel rénové situé à proximité des commerces, on peut aussi aller à la plage à pied . Le personnel est tres agreable , la chambre ( nous avions une suite de 60 m2 ) fonctionnelle , tres propre , literie en excellent état . La kitchenette comprend une plaque de cuisson , ce qui n est pas noté sur le site . Le sejour comprenait en plus de la suite le petit petit-déjeuner qui etait varié et copieux . Par contre nous avions demandé un etage élevé et une vue piscine : nous nous sommes retrouvés au premier étage avec une vue imprenable sur le toit du restaurant ! Cela dit nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet hôtel.

Mycket tråkigt att inomhuspoolen var stängd för renovering eftersom vi valt hotellet för att de hade pool. Rummet var bra och sängarna breda och sköna. Frukosten helt OK.

Nel periodo 1-11dicembre il prezzo decisamente favorevole, hotel confortevole e silenzioso, in buona posizione per fare escursioni sia a Est che a Ovest. Sicuramente ci tornerò. Consigliato.

Stayed in ground floor apartment. Not what we requested. Asked to change was told not possible no availability even though people were checking out. Very noisy in the morning with cleaners and maintenance. Ask for late checkout(just an extra hour) was told again not possible. Not very helpful in trying to make our stay as relaxing as possible

Spotless modern rooms ,Lobby and bar area , quiet pool friendly staff more of a couples hotel and was for a more mature age group didnt see many kids there at all but if looking for a relaxed quiet hotel then this is it

Lovely Hotel

Lovely hotel. Great pool, we were there during high season and never had a problem getting a bed. Breakfast is lovely, quality items and always fresh. Only issue was distance from old town, getting ubers will add up

O local é central mas as praias perto são demasiado concorridas. O hotel é sossegado, tem estacionamento, o que é uma mais-valia na zona.

Beautiful hotel with excellent location- very close to the beach and strip. Great choice for breakfast and staff were always helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back for a third visit!

Terrible..definitely not a 4 star hotel. Check-in staff was rude. We were given a room that was not clean and had centipedes in it.
