This is an amazing place to stay with staff who are extremely accommodating. Our private villa pool however, was dirty and did not compare to cheaper villas I have previously stayed at.

Customer service was amazing. The superior Villa was Amazing for my husband & I. And daily housekeeping aswell. Nice & Quiet too. Front desk staff amazing service to make our stay comfortable even offering for us to stay in the Resteraunt with Aircon due to waiting for our driver to pick us up to transport us back to the airport. Loved the mini bar they have in the Villa on arrival especially being hot in Bali. Shower & toilet is also modern n beautiful. With a window over looking the pool aswell.

The hotel facilities are quite outdated and could use some refurbishment. The swimming pool had an overpowering smell of chlorine, which made it less enjoyable to use. On the positive side, the overall pricing is reasonable and fits within a budget-friendly range. However, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, and it was uncomfortably hot at night. This definitely impacted the quality of sleep. Improvements in these areas would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Loved the breakfast buffet and their perfect pest control. The hotel area and each villas are beautiful and clean every single day. The room service foods were just ok and the interior finishing was not perfect, but overall, it was worth the price and was located in rather quiet area of Seminyak.

Haben 2 Wochen im Asa Bali Luxery Villas&Spa verbracht. Es war sehr schön. Das Personl sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Service, Essen, Frühstück, alles super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kaffee beim Frühstück nicht inklusive, aber mit Aufpreis verfügbar und sehr gut. Weg zum Strand etwas lang und leider über eine viel befahrene Hauptstraße. Mit kleinen Kinder wäre Strandshuttle super. Da unsere schon älter sind wars kein Problem. Kochen würde ich in der Küche in der Wohnung nicht, ist eine offene Küche. Spülmaschine wie in der Anzeige beschrieben gabs nicht. Was noch super war, es wurde jeden Tag gegen Mosquitos gesprüht und im Freien was angezündet. Das war gut. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmer/2Bäder und Privatpool war super.

I love how the villa is near all the instagrammable restaurants and spots in Seminyak. There are also local coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The villa itself is spectacular. It was quiet. Everyone was very great in accommodating our needs and wants. Would love to stay there again!

Bali stay

Well located, good amenities, close to Seminyak bars etc.

Hospitality was good but two bedroom villa is very old condition no maintenance, very dirty, bathroom was too small and dirty.

We stayed for two weeks of absolute bliss. I would highly recommend staying at Asa. The Villa was amazing, the staff were amazing, the room service was amazing, the breakfast was absolutely the best. We ordered room service lunch and dinners and the food was simply devine (drinks and food were very inexpensive). I would definitely recommend staying at Asa as it was definitely the best we have ever stayed at in Bali.

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold

We really enjoyed our stay, out of the way so it’s quiet but still close enough to enjoy everything Bali has to offer.

The place needs comestic work done. Not Luxury villa as advertised. Prices too high, more pool maintenance.

We had a 10 day stay at Asa Bali and had a great experience. The villa was perfect and exactly what we needed. We felt safe and comfortable. Aircon in bedroom was perfect! And having the pool was great. The 24/7 security guards were always pleasant and helpful. It is in a nice location close to the city but in outside enough to have peace, quiet, and better safety. Only 12k rp to get a Gojek moped to Seminyak Square. The breakfast daily was awesome! The staff were always welcoming and friendly. We were placed in the secondary location (Asa Bali Villa & Spa 2) which was just around the block but we were grateful to have transport to and from the main reception/ restaurant back to villa at any time. Only area that could be better is more frequent insect control as we received bites when out at night (wasn’t drastic), and also the placement of the tv in the room was not very easy for us to see. But these aren’t too big and overall the stay was great. Thank you!

Great location great property

This villa is quite dated so dont expect too much though it is decently maintained. The hotel housekeeping is very good, they constantly topped up our shampoo, ensured the ac was working well etc. It was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast included is pretty good too. This is near Seminyak and it's easy to access that area through a 1.60sgd grab ride. However, traffic in Bali has become extremely bad so you will need minimally 1h to get to canggu and other areas. Service staff wise it was very average.

Really enjoyed my time here. The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. They also had a great buffet breakfast everyday that was delicious! Loved it here and would recommend.

Amazing room and pool

Overall had a lovely stay

Me and my wife stayed 12 nights at this property with the best hopitality from all staffs. They are very kind and friendly to us through all days we stayed. But villas need to improve on remodling and need to care more about guests comports. Other than that we had a great experience and would like to stay when we visit Bali again.

The staff are nice enough, doing the bare minimum, but it's all for nothing when the property (only 10 years old) is so dilapidated and devoid of upkeep. Problems I had include (but are not limited to): - a rat coming into my ROOM, three times inside the villa itself - air con breaking, requiring it to be taken apart - fumigation rendering all of my clothes smelling like a chemically-infused Korean BBQ joint - the second building is in an inconvenient location with nothing nearby - fridge overheating and costing my money is basic groceries - dirty sheets and towels - extremely unpalatable breakfast (bacon like cardboard, as sausages as chewy as old shoe) - no availability for airport shuttle. A very challenging stay and not at all relaxing!

Gorgeous stay!

Our stay was amazing at Asa Bali, we booked a flight transfer who was lovely and picked us up at the airport when we arrived! The villa was so beautiful and the staff was fantastic! Very helpful and kind! The only downside was the breakfast, since the variety was not that great. Nevertheless will be recommending this beautiful hotel!

Private retreat is perfect for escaping the world but being within a very short ride into the centre of all the action in Bali.

Service was great, nothing was too much. Lovely staff.

The villa layout was very good the pool was clean but in need of maintenance light paint etc. the Wifi throughout the property was below average at best. Breakfast was limited and disappointing. Villa location was a long way from the action areas of Seminyak and Legian.

The room and private pool were nice, but the fridge was too small and could not store many things in it. We found animal droppings in the cutlery cupboard draws and food that we kept in the draws had been eaten into by something. The provided breakfast was nice but did not like the fact that the juice was made from a concentrate and not freshly blended. But overall we still had a pleasant stay.

Nothing, seen rat while having breakfast, internet is terrible, breakfast options are limited. Villa condition was terrible. 😞

Pool was very cool and breakfast was poor

Great for family of 4, nice privacy and spacious. Maintenance abit run down but still ok as we almost out the whole day for sight seeing..staff are helpful and friendly..villa is a good location. Overall we are happy with our stay at ASA

Good experience with room for improvement

Customer service is good and staff are friendly, well communicated in English.Had my birthday celebration with staff and really enjoyed it. However the villa itself seems lack of maintenance, the room we stayed has a faulty toilet flush and I got bitten and had severe rashes by some small bugs on the rattan chair by the pool.

We stayed here for a week to destress and relax and did exactly that! Highlights: Staff are incredible. So helpful and lovely The villa was super private and the pool was just amazing Great breakfast and food selections Close to shopping and restaurants About 25-30 mins from airport The bed was huge and very comfortable The room was clean and spacious Outdoor lounge area was fantastic The lighting at night around the pool was spectacular Would recommend!

Very out of the way from the main shopping and eating area's, however it is only a few dollars in a taxi to the main area's. The staff are brilliant and very friendly, the food is great and well priced. The included breakfast is very good. Only fault was our microwave didn't work, but that was not a big deal for us. Clean tidy, and quite, just too far to walk anywhere.

This property was disgusting on every level and not in one bit 'luxury'. Our villa room was dirty, unkept and in need of fixing. We arrived eager to check in and enjoy a good nights sleep only to find our bedsheets dirty, the toilet dirty, neither door would lock to the villa, marks all over the room, paint peeling off walls, the bath chipped, the sink blocked and stains on the wall. We had to check out and find somewhere else to stay as they gave us no alternative. We have assured by the manager that we would be getting a refund, we are yet to be refunded and he is not claiming that they will not give us one now we have returned home. I have previously stayed in hostels which have been a lot cleaner than this 'luxury' villa. Extremely disappointing start to our holiday.

老舊失修，白天看真的很可怕，蟑螂、蜘蛛、螞蟻很多，神像在房間門口水流聲很吵，也異常不舒服，房間服務不好，床單破洞，煙燙到都還在用，感覺很可怕水槽水阻塞，浴缸水非常小，房間拍照好看，仔細看很可怕噁心

Great private pool, large clean well air-con room, friendly staff.

I love the privacy and pool in this property. The location is quiet but close enough to the main streets. The air con was very loud and bedding was uncomfortable

Staff were friendly and definite no issues experiencing the Balinease hospitality. However, what spoilt the experience was the smell of sewerage in the bathroom. There was no ventilation and it was made even worse at night when we couldn’t open the windows because of the insects. Cleanliness of the property was also unacceptable with the floors in the room being dusty, windows were dirty with hand prints, and cutleries in the pantry area left unwashed.

Loved the location which was. Little further out of the busy Seminyak main area. Lovely friendly staff. Loved the pool area.

Nice swimming pool, good services by staff there. but towels not clean enough, the sanitary facilities also have problems (e.g.no flushing water, poor draining speed at basins), curtain cannot be fully closed to screen out morning sunshine....

Great villa experience

The villa and private pool we stayed in was great. The location is a little car from Seminyak's Center. It take about 5-8 minute taxi drive. The service is very friendly. For a luxation villas the breakfast is quite basic and can be improved. Overall it’s a great hotel.

Asa Bali villas are in serious need of recapitalization. The villas desperately needs sprucing up! Toilet seats in the lobby are badly stained, there are burn holes and human secretion stains on the lounge chairs, and the amount of roach spray in the bathrooms are at toxic levels. My rating of ok, is very generous only because the employees were nice and responsive when we ask that the repair our shower - which was sending water flowing out of a lighting fixture. The issue had us concerned about the possibility of electrocution.

it was such a lovly hotel with lovly people working ther. they were very helpful. bali was amazing. slightly far away from the beach but taxi can be used. very cheap

Great luxurious 2br, very accommodating Villa that gave us a very late checkout and a room to freshen up before our transfer picked us up.

A very spacious, large villa with good service. The only downside is that there is some wear and tear and also the bathroom could use a shower curtain to avoid the water from the overhead shower splashing all over the whole bathroom.

It was a nice layout but I kept and not clean. The shower was terrible and toilet did not flush. Would not stay there again

Beautiful villa, but the hot water didn’t seem to last very long. Had issues with the WiFi for my whole stay and complained several times with no compensation for the hotel despite the fact I had to tap into my data from my cell phone plan the whole stay. It really was frustrating and that lack of follow up was very unprofessional when internet access is an essential part of any stay.

The Villas are huge!!! They are in very good conditions and are beautiful. The only negative thing is the food, it is not very good and they do not have a gym.

The pool nice and seclusion . The staff fantastic . The area is not in a good place have to cross a major rd to get to bars and restaurants . Holes in bedding floors dirty toilet leaking . Didn’t get toilet rolls or coffee tea refills . Water kept going off and on . Breakfast ok .

Amazing villas!

We loved ASA Bali! The staff were so helpful and warm to us, especially BoBo! We were in love with our villa, very clean and everything was beautiful and to a great standard! We loved breakfast and the prices of food and drink were very reasonable also! We would definitely come back!

Great location right near main road. Friendly staff and awesome buffet breakfast.

The villa presented really well and was comfortable. Just being a little picky here but some of the appliances could have been better kept. The bedside radio was a bit grubby and didn’t present well. Other than than everything else was great and I would definitely recommend it.

The staff were welcoming and were so kind. There was great service provided and rooms were in great condition.

ÉTONNAMMENT vraiment déçu nous avions choisi cet établissement par rapport aux bons commentaires que rapporter l'application pour y fêter les 30 ans de mon compagnon. Vraiment énormément beaucoup de mauvaises surprises, une villa sans le moindre rayon de soleil, une piscine froide, une politesses suivant les horaires de travail qui laisse a désiré est une histoire de clé perdu qui vraiment laisse a désiré croyez moi mais je ne vais pas épiloguer à ce sujet. Pour résumer la situation le prix proposé et le service données ne correspondent absolument pas. J'aime laisser des commentaires positifs quand c'est le cas je ne manque pas non plus de préciser lorsque ce ne l'est pas et au vu de toutes les supers notes de plusieurs sites qu'il affiche fièrement à l'entrée je ne suis absolument pas d'accord avec cela.

This property has two sites. So although you might book the villa, you may probably be staying at a second location for which they have a shuttle to take you back and forth (about a 1-2 minute ride). We were at the second site and would have to take the shuttle to breakfast. The villas are open-air concept. By that I mean the bedroom/bathroom is in an enclosed area with AC but the living space is completely outdoors. Lots of ants and mosquitoes. The pool was dirty with leaves but housekeeping would clean it up. We didn't have dinner at the villa. We had breakfast. It's fair. Just enough options that you can find something you'll likely enjoy. We did order drinks to our room - strawberry mojitos. The drinks at the villa (like most of Bali) are served watered down. Since we know the drinks are watered down, we ordered additional shots. I couldn't believe that the shots came watered down too! We had to call and request that they send shots WITHOUT water in them. Location wise - although not walking distance to the beaches, it is fairly close to most things in Seminyak via taxi. Most things are max a 15 min cab ride. The villa prefers that you use their taxi services which charge a minimum 30K rupiah. We started to use the Grab app because it's cheaper. Overall, our stay at the villa was fine. Prior to our stay here, we spent 4 days in Ubud. Would I stay here again? Probably not. They were flexible with check in and check out. That's a plus.

Great place, but we’re put in the second set of Villas around the corner, not what we were expecting. Was fine as security 24 hours a day. A little off the beaten track, only a few close restaurants.

Property is dated, needs works - toilet blocked frequently- not adequate toilet paper supplied. It was unclear on booking that we would be at another location and that we would have to be transported to and from the main property. Breakfast was not a buffet as advertised

The villas are very nice and cozy to stay. I asked the hotel to locate my villa and my sister's villa next to each other in advance. The staff was very nice and communication was great. There was some issues on pumps at bathroom, which may improve in the future.

Its very peaceful and hotel is relatively closer to tourist attraction and all the staff were friendly

I really liked the bedroom, particularly the size of the bed, it was clean and comfortable.

The personnel were really nice and helpful. This is an outside villa so if you have an issue with lizards and mosquitoes, do not book this property. Overall experience was okay. Cleanliness was okay. The property needs some renovation done to it in the two bedroom villas.

We got to stay in Villa 2, very beautiful Villas but cleanliness was a big disappointment. For international standards the bathrooms were not clean. Bath tub had stains, toilet had a brown rim, towels needed to be bleached as they were no longer white looking. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Vi fandt 4 rotter på hotellet, billederne burde opdateres på hotel.com. Morgenmaden er ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Dog var personalet meget venlig. De havde en guide ved navn anam hvilket var virkelig behalig og hjælpsom.

The workers were lovely. The reception is right at the end of the road and the taxi drivers get confused where they’re taking you. Not many taxi drivers know where this villa is. It’s a beautiful villa. The bathroom smelt quite a bit, which is quite normal for bali though. Could have gone with a bigger fridge too.

Very nice property! What I didn't like was the amount of mosquito's around the bathroom and outside. It should be mandatory to have a better pest control so this wasn't a constant issue. at 7am in the morning I went down to the breakfast buffet and it was cold or there were little flies on the cut up fruit which was very disappointing. There should be a better control for bugs! What I found strange was when I mentioned the bugs on the fruit they thought it was some what normal. I just never ate there again and I probably wont stay there again.

Don't stay here!

The water in the private pool looks like it has not been changed for a while. The aircon leaked water on the 2nd night and the waterpipe underneath the bath tub burst on the 3rd nite of our stay!

Liked: Room service was affordable and food was great! Staff sprayed for mosquitoes daily which helped! Didn’t like: Water was not potable from faucets Mosquitoes could enter from bathroom windows

Property was lovely and the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. I wish the tanning area of the outside was not covered, and there are too many trees. Also bathroom is outdoors which is beautiful however needs a good clean of soapscum.

Had a nice time at asa villa the staff are very nice and obliging. The villas themselves are in a need for some tlc and an upgrade as they appear to be quickly deteriorating. The location is ok if you like walking but too far from the beach

Very friendly staff, buffet breakfast was always fresh and tasty. The villas were nice and quiet , great to sit back by the pool if you didn't want to be hassled on the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Loved the set up of the room and especially loved having our own pool. The pool was well maintained. Room service ie food and mini bar reasonably priced. Lovely buffet breakfast every morning (included in room cost.). Staff were very courteous. Would definitely stay again

Amazing week at an amazing villa..

The villas are beautiful, just as shown in the picture. I stayed in ASA 2 which is literally around the corner and their little buggy drove us to and from ASA 1 for breakfast and as we needed. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating, they will go out of their way to ensure you’re happy. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing amenities and gorgeous room in private villa. Very comfortable bed and friendly staff. Good breakfast
