Tuvimos una estancia de 5 días en este hotel y desde el momento que llegamos recibimos un update, todas las mañanas nos llevaron el desayuno a nuestra villa, excelente trato.

Not what I expected. Photos are very ..very old. I was comfortable enough but cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch. Had to ask for breakfast to be cleared. Everything a little outdated and damaged. One night the rnb club was unbearable loud till 1am and on the last day they sprayed fir mosquitos. This was fine but the Villa had cracks in every doorway so the fumes wafted in. Staff however were very friendly and attentive. The place just needs a bit of love.

The villa was fantastic very clean, staff very polite and friendly. When we had an issue they did attend to it right away. However, there was some maintenance required to help to present better. The roof leaked when it rained and the ceiling had water damage. The breakfast we found funny as the bread was toasted was was cold even when we ate in restaurant.

Nice

My Suite was wonderful - very big, clean and with a nice private swimming pool. Employees are very nice. The food at the hotel restaurant is very tasty.

Great stay

Spacious suites, great service, pool, amenities. TCondition is a bit tired in some places and could do with an upgrade (bathroom, kitchen). Flooring in living room and kitchen can get quite wet when plants are watered which can be treacherous. Airport pick up and drop off arranged with the hotel was easy, and they also have a taxi service for trips in and around Bali.

I was extremely impressed with the property. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely stay there again when I return. The property is well taken care of, very clean, nice amenities, spacious, and the location was great as well.

Great Location, Staff were Polite and always had a smile. Vila is excellent and the stay was comfortable. The Only thing i didn't enjoy was the breakfast. Breakfast was served to the Vila and was always cold. We tried the breakfast in their restaurant and had the same issue.

Very nice Villa. Would be nice to add a little more security (such as lock). Great service with awesome breakfast delivered to your room!

住宿環境及服務人員都非常優質，空間很大很舒適，服務人員很用心每天更新蚊香，沒什麼蚊子，告知生日也有貼心特別的佈置，小小的缺點是屋內光線太暗了，其他真的都很棒很滿意！

Our stay here was amazing! The staff are very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is brought to your villa each morning which made us feel very spoilt. We really enjoyed the pool and indoor/outdoor bathroom.

Great Stay!

Very helpful and kind staff, 10/10. The villa was just like the pictures and everything was nothing but great. I truly recommend this place.

Très bon emplacement, à proximité de la plage et des commerces mais un peu en retrait donc plus au calme. La villa est magnifique. L'équipe est adorable et pleine de sollicitude. Nous avons pu faire un early check-in et un late Check out. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Les massages était très bien et à un prix très raisonnable pour un hôtel.

Solo traveller for 4 days. Great location, quiet, safe. 10min walk to the beach, all major hot spots (potato head, W etc). Beautiful large pool with lots of space to lounge around. Both sun and shade available. Awsome communal lounge/kitchen area. Lots of grass and tropical plants. Beautiful master room with turn-down service. Outdoor shower/bath. Felt secure/private. In-room breakfast (no restaurant). Good options for vegetarian. In-room dining (not great options for vegetarian). Massage/spa options available. Minibar and tea/coffee available. Huge space. Staff were really lovely and friendly. Always happy to assist and order cabs/Grabs (SEA Uber service). Stayed in 2 villas this trip and this was by far the best! Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Great villa. Value for money. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

This was by far the best service I have ever received from a hotel. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive. The little extras like lighting a mosquito coil each night, making up our bed in different ways, changing the fruit with breakfast each morning and responding immediately and with a smile to any request, big or small. The suites themselves are beautiful, however I would say that the plumbing on the spa baths need repairing. I would recommend this hotel 110%. Thank you to the staff at the Sanyas Suites for making our holiday even more special

Séjour merveilleux

Notre séjour au sanyas suite à été fabuleux. Personnels pro et tjs dispo pour répondre à nos demandes. Merci à toute l'équipe et plus particulièrement à Piyar pour ces bons conseils. L'hôtel est très bien situé à qq pas de la rue centrale des commerces et resto. Nous marchions tous les soirs pour aller dîner. A savoir que l'hôtel met à disposition une navette 450000rp pour 4h et 750000 rp pour 8h, très utiles quand vous savez où vous aller. Ah oui petit dej bon et room service parfait et peu cher pour seminyak

4 days and nights.

Fantastic service. Good location. Hotel needs to change the towels and bed linens to new ones as currently they are old and stained but are clean. We had a huge lizard in our social area, not a geko but a big black lizard. The hotel team removed it for us. An enjoyable stay. Hotel Bathroom is outdoor, not ideal if you are scared of insects and gekos and roaches.

Friendly staff and nice hotel overall

This is second honey moon for us and we very enjoy the hotel all setup, good room space, swim pool inside our villa and yummy breakfasts in every single day... We also got a surprise cake for my birthday, we love all you guys of The Sanyas suite.

Clean, spacious, could do with a lick of paint

Great location, close to dozens of great restaurants and bars, the beach is a short walk away. The staff are incredibly friendly and happy to help in any way they can. The villas themselves are a little tired, a card in the villa said they had been built in 2006 and it looks like they haven't been refreshed recently. For example, a lot of the woodwork could do with a fresh coat of paint and the walls need a power wash. However, bear in mind that the vast majority of the property is outdoors with only the bedroom entirely contained indoors so a bit of weathering is to be expected. The villa was definitely clean though, so a little wear and tear isn't a massive deal. The pool was lovely and at just the right temperature. Food was OK, the included breakfast is a little restricted in choice but still decent. I would say if you're staying for a week or more it might be best to go out for breakfast a few times just for a bit if variety (we stayed 8 nights). Overall a good place to stay for a great price. Would recommend.

I lived in another vila about 200 meters down the road. Compared to the other villa Senyas was a bit dated. It is nice, but a bit dated and outdoor/pool area felt a little bit too small.

the best stay in Bali! they have free shuttles and their breakfast service was simply amazing. They coeaned the room and garden everyday. the private swimming pool was good. Amazing honeymoon stay.

Great location and very well mannered staff

We had an amazing stay, the only problem we found was when breakfast was served in the morning in our villa, the milk jug wasn't cleaned properly which turned us off having coffee in the morning, other than that we had a great time

Best hotel experience you'll have

We had a girls trip to Bali and had the most amazing week here at Sanyas Suite, the service was absolutely amazing!! , the breakfast was great and the villa and the pool were absolutely STUNNING! We would definitely stay here again! Nothing to complain about whatsoever, everything was on point and perfect!

Fantastic villas..quiet, clean & friendly

Awesome stay here. Been to Bali a few times.. this by far the best accommodation. Exactly as pictured on the net. Absolutely beautiful. Amenities top notch, staff so friendly and super helpful. Shower water pressure better than I have at home. Our 7yo slept in the daybed (hole in the wall). They were more than happy to provide linen for her at no charge. Hotel food superb. Would recommend it to anyone.

Needs an upgrade

Handy location in Seminyak if you want a bit of a break from the hustle and bustle. Kitchen needs an upgrade, security issues, some doors not locking. Pool & surrounds could do with a high pressure spray. Staff helpful & courteous, breakfast was awesome, massages around area $8-10 Australian

Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig! Das Hotel hat uns dann noch Extra-Gebühr für die dritte Person berechnet, obwohl wir eigentlich für drei Personen gebucht hatten - dies hat aber wohl eher Expedia verhaut!

Happy Family Trip in Baii

The lady receptionist I forgot her name with cheerful smile. She is very helpful and nice to the guests.

Nice enough.

Stay was pretty good. Nice brekky and they served up, cleaned table. Vey friendly staff. Pool had an awning over top which did nothing but block pool and make it cold. A frangipani continually dropped leaves and flowers into pool and the leaves had a white mould on them so everything in the water which i hated. Bed was comfy, tv cabinet in an awkward spot. Eveeything was fine, main issue was the pool.

Comfy stay.

Stay was very good. Pretty comfy. Good service. Pool kept getting frangipani a and leaves and a powder from the leaves. Got grubby very quickly. I would stay again, though. Little bit out of area but an easy walk.

Very private and large room close to seminayak bea

Stafff were very friendly and attentive . The villa was in a good location a short walk to the beach and not far from the square.

Nice hotel, just needs some tlc

Our stay at the sanyas suite was great. The staff are so friendly and the room was great, especially the pool. The beds are comfy. The only bad point I would say is that the room needs some tlc. The sunbeds look old and worn. The wood around the villa looks like it needs either painting or replacing. And the kitchen was awful to use for actually cooking food. There were tea and coffee available in the room but no kettle to make one with. And some days when the bed sheets were changed they had marks on them. I would stay here again but I think it would only be for a few nights. Not the whole holiday.

Nice private villa close to restaurants and shops.

Throughly enjoyed our stay in a private villa with its own pool. Staff were all extremely friendly.

Nice Villas

Nice Villas in a quiet location about 5-10 minutes from Seminyak square. the staff are very happy and cheerful and will do their utmost to help and assist you. They bring breakfast to your room every morning at a time that suits you up to 10am and set it all out for you. we ordered room service a few times and again they bring to your room and set it all out, we enjoyed all the food they served us. The pool you have is more than just a dip pool more a small swimming pool, which is very nice and well kept. If we went to Seminyak again we would definitely consider Sanyas again.

Home away from home!

Good hotel with great facilities but it is a bit tired. The suites are amazingly spacious, location is great. They provide shuttle to the centre or really anywhere you want to go for free within a reasonable distance. Staff is very attentive and polite. Breakfast could be better but it is great that they bring it to your room every single day at your chosen time. Pool was a bit dirty which we have pointed out and they have cleaned it promptly. Overall, a really good stay!

Good place to stay so close to many places to eat. close to beaches. great staff very friendly and efficient, breakfast was a highlight every day. Facilities are a little rundown but not a real problem, just not 100%.. i would stay again.

Going to Bali a must do Villa Experience...

Just loved the Sanya Great spot, customer service and short distance to the Seminyak beach 15 min walk, also a heaps of eatery close by. Villa was great and customer service awesome.

The Perfect Little Villa with Amazing Service.

We stayed for five nights at Sanyas and it was great. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. They would always greet us by our names and ask us about our day and recommend us places to go. Every morning our breakfast was prepared in our villa at our selected time, and it couldn't be faulted. There were great breakfast choices to choose from. I tried all three and definitely recommend the American Continental. Also every evening our bed would be turned down, mosquito net drawn, and incense lit around the villa. We enquired about day tours at reception and were offered to book the suite's driver and car for the day at a very reasonable price. We were even able to include a friend who was staying at another hotel. They suggested areas of interest to us and they also accommodated our requests. The toilet at the villa where we stayed was a little dated and stained, and the outdoor shower head wasn't the best either. Renovations were taking place, and we think our villa was next in line. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting great service and who are wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak.

Very good villa - but not great

The Good: - Villa is in a good quiet location. - Staff are all excellent - friendly and helpful. - Junior Suite villa was very spacious and well equipped. - Garden and pool were kept very clean and tidy. - Bedroom was very nice and relatively clean. The Bad: - Furniture in the living area, bathroom and kitchen are badly outdated/warn-out. - Pool area had quite a few missing/broken tiles - Our Jacuzzi did not work the whole 12 days we were there despite complaining the first day - this was extremely disappointing!!!. - I assume the towels, flannels etc were supposed to be white and probably were at some stage in the distant past but were always grey, frayed, had holes and other unknown stains. - Walls need a good clean - the very grubby hand marks around every light switch made it look like the walls have not been wiped over for some time. - If you want more than 1 coffee with breakfast you will have to go to supermarket and buy you own coffee/sugar/milk as you only get one sachet of coffee each a day. This was our 5th trip to Bali and we had a great 12 days here but would we stay here again, probably not, because we have previously stayed at better places for less. Just got the feeling the whole place is run on a tight shoestring.

Convenient and clean hotel

We stayed in two rooms during our stay. The first room was 107 and it was great to relax in. Villa pool and outdoor spa and shower great. It hasn't really changed since I was there three years ago. We were provided with an Executive suite upgrade in 117/118 for the last three nights of our stay and I was quite disappointed with the location. The villa was right at the end of the property where you could hear street noise (beeping cars and motorbike exhaust) and nightclub noise. I did not get very good sleep those three nights. The villa stay was nice. People who work there are amazing and friendly and so giving. The bath robs and towels should be cleaned better as they had stains.

Nice hotel only if..

The villa was nice but I wasn't expecting so many lizards inside the villa and the bedroom so if that's a problem for you then get a hotel and not a villa..the other thing I didn't like was that the bathroom was open to the rest of the villa and didn't have a door on it for more privacy..other than that I enjoyed my stay and the location was awesome!

Serenity, privacy, oasis in seminyak, romantic

Sanyas suites is a beautiful place to stay within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. An amazing little oasis we didn't see any other quests ... the only indications there were people was a birthday party singing happy birthday. The villas are beautiful, spacious and airconditioned. Breakfasts are lovely and service is outstanding. Would certainly stay here again and will recommend highly to friends.

Excellent staff, best place to stay in seminyak!

My 3 nights at Sanyas was the best experience I had so far. All the requests that I made months prior to my vacation was all prepared and they were very friendly. They always smiled and greeted me whenever I walk past the reception and often concerned about me and my boyfriend's well-being. Its one of the cosiest places to stay, spacious and the pool was very clean. We were served breakfast daily right onto our dining table, it was beyond amazing! The bed is super comfy and the place was very clean. They even had an outdoor showing area which I loved so much! The place is also very convenient and walking distance to all the cafes. There is even a shop across the villa that rents out scooter. My overall stay at sanyas was truly a memorable experience and something that I will never forget. The staff also fulfilled my request of giving my boyfriend a really huge birthday cake and sang us a song. The place was very well maintained and we had housekeeping twice a day, which most hotels do not provide. I love you sanyas! I will be back!

良くも悪しくも

のんびりヴィラ時間を過ごしたい方にはオススメ。反対に終日外出する方はホテルの方が良いと思いました。繁華街からは少し離れているのでタクシーなども必要になります。 朝食はアメリカン、コンチネンタル、ナシゴレン、ミーゴレンから毎日チョイスして、指定時間にお部屋にてセッティングしてくれました。 個人的にはアメリカンとナシゴレンは良かったです。 ヴィラも快適でしたが、至る所に改善してほしい部分を感じました。

Perfect private getaway

Excellent place for an excellent price

We chose the Sanyas suites because we wanted to decompress for a few days after flying into Bali from Canada. The location was great, the staff excellent and our little villas contained everything we needed to relax and get into Bali mode. Breakfast was also really tasty and delivered to the villa each morning. Walking to the beach took about 15 minutes but could be done fairly easily. You would be hard pressed to beat the value of this place where it is located.

Such a pleasant stay

Staff were so kind and knowledgable, breakfast was served to our room each morning, pool and room cleaned daily, facilities were excellent. The villas have aged well and have a lot of character, makes for a really enjoyable stay.

A gorgeous Balinese boutique villa in Seminyak

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel in Seminyak, well located to the main strip of town as well as walking distance to all the popular beach clubs and Pettinget beach. Having a private pool to wake up to was the best part of this hotel, making the stay very relaxing and memorable. Breakfast is served right by your private pool. Being so lush, of course there are a few geckos and mosquitoes around but that's applicable to all of Bali. This is the right choice for you if you are looking for a luxurious private Balinese villa experience but at a reasonable cost.

The staff at Sanyas Villas are amazing. The facilities were brilliant and everything was perfect. The staff were even kind enough to let us use their pool at the villa after we had checked out. We would highly recommend and we will be back.

Plumbing problems

Nice private villa for anyone really. However, the toilets, shower and bath had little to almost no pressure to the water. In addition to the plumbing issues, the hot water did not work the whole time we where there. On the other hand, the villa is really big and spacious with its own private pool. The staff where ok, just not welcoming enough. All in all the stay was okay.

Great place to live in Bali

I loved the time I spent here ( about 6 nights/ 5 days) . Hotel staff was very accommodating and provided good service. The villa is nicely designed with ample of space and quiet surrounding. Private pool adds flavour to overall experience. There are many nice restaurants around that one must try rather that sticking to the hotel food menu. Overall good experience, a bit pricey though for it's 4 star rating but, I suppose it depends on the time of year one is travelling.
