Villa Jerami & Spa

Beautiful place. My wife and I love this place, it’s so close to all the shops and bar & restaurants so you can just walk there. It’s so peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Staff is really nice and friendly. Air-conditioning in every room, even in the bathroom and breakfast menu has some good options, catering to vegetarians aswell. Highly recommend, I would stay at this place again when I go back to Bali. Suksma.

Great clean and good sized Villa situated in a good location in middle of seminyak. Local marts / shopping / dining options close by and accessible. Lovely staff.

Stayed in a on bedroom villa, excellent and clean. Each villa is completely secluded for one another which is perfect for a more private stay. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was Al a cart with great options and a quality feed. Has a day spa attached with great value massage and treatment options. Plenty of restaurants Within walking distance and 20min walk from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

villa附近比較寧靜，沒有食肆，如果帶小朋友同行，就會比較不方便。 所以我訂了一日三餐都係villa提供。但款式就唔可能多選擇。 早餐就揀左西式，麵包就最有驚喜 午餐同晚餐就每天款式一樣。最後一天要求villa可否選擇餐牌其他食物，最後終於可以轉pasta, 西式食物好味好多

Great villas, good location

This is a very nice complex of villas in a good location. Staff were really lovely and always smiling and wanting to help. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in a big 3 bedroom villa which was good value, great pool and outside area being quite large.

My wife and I stayed here for 11 nights for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it! The staff were kind enough to upgrade our villa to the royal one bedroom villa which was amazing. Every staff member always had a smile on their face and was happy to help. The villa itself was beautiful and a perfect place to spend our time. Highly recommend!

Being able to slip out of bed straight into the private pool was great. Having food available all hours, either in the villa or in the restaurant was really good.

Superb Stay

The Villa was big and clean. Staff was very friendly, from the receptionist, to the housekeepers, to restaurant staff and the spa . Didn't expect such warm hospitality though! The restaurant has a wide spread of vegetarian food. Breakfast provided and the staff brought the breakfast to our villa daily, set up the table and even informed us breakfast was ready before she left the villa! The villa is just a few minutes away from a shopping and food street. Location is fantastic!

Pure Luxury & Comfort

Lovely property with amazing villas. Courteous staff and excellent service. Breakfast was a-la carte not buffet, with complimentary breakfast limited to only one food item and drink per person.

Nice Vila but needs a refurb

Villa Jerami needs a bit of a refurb. This is most noticeable in the en suites. No Stereo bluetooth which is a common requirement in a 3 bedroom villa. The colour scheme of bright orange makes the fading and deterioration more noticeable.

アットホームな居心地の良いホテル

落ちつけるヴィラです！日本人スタッフの北山さんには大変お世話になりました。裏手に歩いてすぐのバリデリもあり、レストランを抜ければ 3分程で賑やかな通りに出られるので便利です。ビンタンスーバーも12分位です。又次回も利用したいと思います。

We found the staff always smiling and very friendly. The pool and grounds were very well maintained and we loved our privacy. Breakfast offered many choices and all food ordered tasted great, along with the coffees ordered.

網站上寫兩點入住結果到了櫃台等到三點才能入房，晚上洗澡結果沒熱水，在戶外客廳吃東西還遇到蝙蝠，整體硬體設備還可以但是服務方面很糟糕

バリの他のヴィラにも数回泊まっていますが家具や部屋の作りは良いと思います。 スタッフは会えば気持ちよく挨拶をして頂いたり声を掛けて頂いたりと気持ちの良い対応でしたが 掃除が人によっていい加減でした。 フェイスタオルがない、プールタオルが一人分とか..... これは個人的意見ですが、ヴィラなら冷凍庫付の冷蔵庫がいいですね。冷蔵庫自体もホテル並みに小さかったです。

The 3 bedroom villa was amazing, staff were friendly and accommodating and the location was excellent. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bali.

현대적 시설의 넓고 아름다운 풀빌라, 제라미

너무나 맛있는 웰컴드링크를 시작으로 제라미의 멋진 숙박이 시작되었다. 직원들은 모두 너무나 너무나 친절했고, 걸으면서 만나는 직원들 모두 웃는 얼굴로 우리를 맞이했다. 스미냑 핵심지녁에서 조금 벗어난 위치일 수 있으나, 픽업서비스와 빠른 콜택시로 전혀 움직이는데 어려움이 없었다 (이 멋진 풀빌라를 두고 어디 가있겠냐만은... ㅎ) 빌라는 정말 너무 깨끗하고, 예쁘고, 특히 각방바다 1개씩 있었던, 샤워+자쿠지+화장실+화장대가 너무나 환상적인 크기로 멋지게 배치되어 있었다. 침실이 2개인 방을 예약했는데, 넓직한 수영장을 가운데 두고 왼쪽에는 거실과 주방이, 오른쪽에는 침실2개가 위치하고 있어, 빌라도 아주 넓고, 프라이빗했다. 모기나 개미는 거의 찾기 어려웠으며, 관리가 아주 잘 되고 있다는 인상을 받았다. 모기향이 구비되어 있어, 거실에 4개를 피워두었는데, 아무도 모기에 물리지 않고 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었다. 수영장 물은 계속 여과가 되는 듯이 깨끗했고, 최대 150cm깊이까지 있어서 수영하고 잠수하며 즐거운 시간을 보내기에 적합했다. 조식은 너무나 깔끔하고 맛있었으며, 정성스럽게 차려주는 음식이 아침부터 우리 모두를 기쁘게 해주었다. 발리를 다시 오면, 꼭 여기를 다시 오겠다는 친구까지 있었을 만큼, 가족 여행은 물론, 친구들끼리, 커플끼리 여행으로서 제라미는 아주 적합한 멋진 빌라이다. 추천추천추천추천 ♥

Lovely & Cosey Villa

We were greeted at Jerami Villa and Spa with enthusiastic employees who shared smiles and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I will admit we were a little hungover so it was a little bit overwhelming at times but that was on our hands not theirs. As the staff member took us to our villa we were excited and intrigued as to what to expect. Once we walked into our villa we were amazed! It was very clean, spacious and just lovely in general. The pool was a nice size, not too big and not too small. We had two day beds under an umbrella, the kitchen and living room were outside which was cool and the bedroom/bathroom were situated on the other side of the pool in their own seperate indoor complex. I did really enjoy this layout, especially as the room had to sets of glass doors which allowed us to open to blinds and look at the view of the pool and also even open the doors and jump straight into the pool which was a bonus. This villa was perfect for what we needed, although we didnt use the kitchen or dining room much at all. The breakfast was pretty average but you are given the option to have it in the restaurant or delivered to your villa which we did one morning and was quite nice. The locality is perfect and next to Bali Deli supermarket as well as quite a few restaurants and cafes. Also if you walk out through restaurant you can easily get a taxi, oh and please get a massage at 'Chill' which is across the road from restaurant, it is absolutely amazing!

Had a lovely stay thank you. The service was great. I was a little disappointed at the hotel as a whole - it wasn't too clean, drainage problems, just worn out really! For the price, I felt it would have been much better quality. But overall, we had a nice stay, the service made up for it. Also the food was pretty average, so definitely room for improvement in a lot of areas.

子供3人を含めた5人で3泊利用しました。プライベートプールに子供は大満足、コストパフォーマンスも良いです。スタッフも皆親切で笑顔が素晴らしいです。また日本人スタッフがいるのも助かりました。エリア的には少しはずれているかもですが、食事にも困ることもなく、騒がしくもなく適度な環境だと思います。是非また泊まりです。

아주좋은 숙박선택.

결론을 말하자면 아주 좋은 여행숙박 선택을 하였음 풀빌라 위치가 아주 좋아서 이동하기에 편리했음. 모든것에대한 만족도 9점을 주고싶다,다만 모기가 많아 고생했기 때문에 마이너스1점. 혹시라도 풀빌라를 가게된다면 특가로 빌라 제라미를 한번쯤은 가보시길.....

客房泳池很大、螞蟻蚊蟲偏多

很舒服的VILLA，隱密性跟高，泳池跟客廳都很舒服，他們有自己的餐廳，可以至戶外用餐，也可以叫至客房用餐非常方便，可以享受一整天不出門的愜意，從後門出去就是水明漾，逛累了可以至他們的按摩中心按摩，有很多種不同的選擇，還有特別的草莓優格按摩，完全的放鬆，是很棒的住宿體驗，缺點是蚊蟲偏多，早餐送至客房，用餐完畢後，大約5分鐘就會爬滿螞蟻，浴巾放在藤椅上也是沾滿螞蟻，我與老公不知情把浴巾拿來擦，全身都被螞蟻咬傷，浴巾放置床上，所以床上也爬滿螞蟻，告知櫃台後，有幫我們換床單及給我們除螞蟻的藥劑。

Great location

15 minute walk to main strip of restaurants and bars in Seminyak. We had a Vespa and it only took us 10 minutes to ride lagian and Kuta in the back streets avoiding major traffic. Staff were very friendly and breakfast every morning was great. One bedroom villa with a private pool was perfect. No real complaints about the hotel at all. Great value for money

Good villa in seminyak. Third time there

Usual cheerful staff... such lovely people. Room and fittings were tired. Needs an upgrade... furniture laminate peeling, bench top needs resurfacing, wine and tumblers need matching up, aircon barely worked, two teabags per day , no milk... just little things but for 4 star plus.. doesn't hit the mark.

3泊予定してた旅行の中で、インターコンチネンタルホテルに2泊しか取れなかったのでこちらに1泊だけ取りました。バリのヴィラの魅力がつまっていると思います。都会の中ですが騒がしいこともなく、とても快適にのんびり過ごせました。またスタッフは非常にフレンドリーで対応してくれました。日本語は通じませんが、簡単な英語でしか会話できない自分に一所懸命対応してくれました。プール付ヴィラ、とても広いので贅沢な気分が味わえます。夜は蚊が飛びますので虫よけスプレーが必須です。

コスパが良い

金額的にあまり期待しないでおこうと思い行ったのですが、部屋やプール、朝食などどれも予想以上に良く、大満足でした。 スタッフの方もとてと気さくで良い方たちばかりで、滞在をとても楽しめました。

ホテルの設備はいいですけれども空港の出迎えサービスがあればいいなぁ！日本語が話せるならばもっと愉しく旅行ができるでしょう…。 まだ、友達には推薦するだと思います。

Enjoyable stay, though rather expensive for what you get considering the value for money that can be had at significantly cheaper hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was very cold, only for quick refreshing dips!

全てのスタッフがとても親切で感じが良かったです。 入り口のセキリュティーの方は、レストランからお部屋への近道を案内してくださったり、道を渡る時も、車を止めて渡して下さったりと、細かい心使いをしてくださいました。とてもがたいのいい、強面の方だったので、ギャップにびっくり。 フロントの方は、拙い英語でも、色々察して下さりとても助かりました。日の出を見に行くので朝食が食べれないのを伝えると、早朝にも関わらずランチボックスを準備して下さったりと、至れり尽くせりでした。 とっても快適なホテルです。また泊まりたいです。

位於水明漾鬧中取靜的小巷內，附近有許多餐廳、Spa、超市及甜點店，適合不喜歡住在吵雜地區的遊客。所有服務人員都訓練有素且態度親切，Villa附設的Spa也值得推薦。

這次我們全家三人入住Villa Jerami & Spa, 家人都感到非常滿意。首先是硬體設施: 乾淨的私人泳池, 開放式的客廳及餐廳, 還有舒適的臥房浴室, 空間規劃用心得宜, 涼風徐徐, 相當怡人。服務人員都非常和善熱心, 對於房務清潔嚴謹完美。最後, 飯店有保持Villa隱密性的良好機制, 即始想要大膽裸泳也有足夠安全感。此三特點, 讓人覺得不虛此行。唯一美中不足的是, 飯店週遭的人行道正在維修, 路面有坑洞, 路燈又太暗, 夜間行走並不方便, 但這是暫時的, 應該很快就會完工。

Great place to relax and unwind

Although the road leading to the villa is in terrible condition due to the construction nearby (as read in other reviews), the villa is not a disappointment. Loved the pool and the fact that there is an outdoor living area. The mattress could be better..a bit worn out. There's also stores nearby if you need quick food and other necessities

I min villa kunde man dyka i poolen direkt från sovrummet vilket var riktigt häftigt och sedan serverades en god frukost i villan. Personalen på hotellet kunde inte varit bättre. Att på Villa Jerami är en underbar hotellupplevelse.
