Reflections Ballina - Holiday Park

The property was very clean and was quite comfortable and secure. One of the reasons I chose this property was because of the laundry facilities. I was only able to use the laundry between 9am and 5pm which was very inconvenient.

Clean, tidy cabins. Great camp kitchen! Even though we had a small cook top in our cabin we went to the camp kitchen one night for dinner and sat around talking for ages. It was a clean and tidy space. Best we've seen at a caravn park. Big thanks to Kathryn who made our stay super easy and enjoyable! No request we had was an issue. She is an absolute asset to the reflections team.

Cabin 3 had cockroaches in it and the shower was very small and shower head doesn’t accommodate anyone over 6ft.

We loved our stay at Reflections and have actually Booked to go again. It's a great location. Our unit was well appointed and the surrounding area well kept

Service and convinient to everything.

Unfortunately on arrival the cabin had sand and dog hair all over the floor. I don’t think the floors had been mopped in a while. The bathroom floor also had hair. I was rather disappointed.

Economical and pleasant

Friendly staff & spotlessly clean. Short walk to town and river. No hot water on-tap in cabin, but no dramas. Amenities were large and clean with lots of hot water.

The park was great ,the staff were great ,if I had to say anything we remember to pay the extra and NOT get the basic cabin again Other then that we had a great stay 😃

Loved reflections at Ballina, clean well kept and walking distance to all restaurants and shops

I liked the simplicity of the cabin and the amenities, sometimes I find big hotels too overwhelming and pompous, I liked the down to earth feel of my stay, yet very clean!

Nice and cute space

It's always a pleasant stay here. Walking distance to town, river, yacht club, beaches & Shaw's Bay. All staff are always warmly welcoming, friendly & accommodating. Highly recommended

Close to town & water so handy to walk everywhere.

The cabins were very clean and tidy it was bigger the a hotel room. It was great to be able to cook and the kids loved having foxtel

Highly recommend Reflections hp. Cabin was spacious, close to all amenities on site, very quiet considering the cabin's position is directly opposite the Richmond River. Short stroll to cafes, beaches, eateries, groceries, etc

Close to everything and beaches

Loved staying here, staff were awesome and waited for us to arrive after 6pm to check in. Very quiet park. Close to everything, Richmond River across the road, caught the Ferry across also to the other side of the River. Staff were great, our cabin was clean and tidy, kids loved it. I highly recommend this park and will deffinately stay again.

Location location location

Excellent position and location extremely clean. Only negative is the blinds at the front door of the cabin need to be improved as they let all the light in and give very little privacy. I would definitively stay here again!

Great location close to shops & cafes, river walk. I stayed here while working for the Commonwealth Games, 1 hr drive easy freeway to Gold coast. Locally good access by foot, easy driving to esplore towns & beaches or farms. Clost to shope z7 Cafes, river across the road.

Quiet convenient short stay Ballina

Located beside the river which has sandy beach,safe pathway over to Shaw’s Bay Area. We didn’t have an ensuite cabin but this was no inconvenience as the park is small and the amenities only a few paces away and spotless with 24 hour music. Cafes, hotels and restaurants short walk, the waterpark opposite was closed undergoing a major expansion, plans look fabulous will be a major attraction once reopened.

Great location. Price was good value. We had a lovely big cabin.

Beautiful cabin close to the beach

The cabin was beautiful the facilities were nice and clean and it was super close to the beach which wasn’t over crowded all in all a great weekend away.

Family visit

Close to restaurants, clubs and shops, very secure, clean and neat. Efficient with incoming and outgoing teavellers

A lovely place to bunk down for the night

This place was a lovely place to stay. We ( family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children) were travelling for several hours from NSW Central Coast to the Gold Coast. We had booked our accommodation but were not able to arrive until 1am in the morning and were very tired. We advised the park that we were not able to arrive until late and so they arranged a place for us to collect the key. After travelling several hours and being very tired it was wonderful to arrive at a clean and comfortable setting. We were very impressed with the park even though it was a short stay as we had to depart the following morning. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and the ammenities very clean. Met the staff the next day who were very warm and welcoming.The rates were very reasonable and this was during the school holidays.

Nice cabin close to the river and the town centre

Wonderful!

We spent 2 nights here in a studio cabin. Staff were friendly, good location and the room was extremely clean! Was not scared to drink from a glass or use the cutlery, felt like I was at home! Loved the air con/heater and foxtel Plus the bed was very comfy! Would definitely stay here again.

Good position . Not convenient for disabled as no toilet or shower in cabin . These fortunately were close by . Seemed somewhat crowded . Staff friendly and helpful .

A very quiet peaceful park the cabin we stayed in was great plenty of room, clean and well maintained

Ballina overnight stay

Cabin was clean and suited us for an overnight stay. Bathroom facilities were tidy and clean.

I booked a room without bathroom facilities in error, however, the bathroom facilities were handy to the cabins

Great time

We needed a base to stay while visiting my daughter. The park was excellent value for money, the staff were great and we took advantage of their recommendation for dinner one night and had a lovely meal in one of the local pubs. The park was clean, and the facilities were nice and close. Will stay again

Relaxing and enjoyable stay

Had a wonderful time. Staff are lovely and accommodating. Facilities are fantastic too. Will be back again soon.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. Tiny cabin with no private bathroom. Had to find alternative accommodation.

Great place to visit

This is a great stop over . Accomodation is very clean and the staff so helpful. it's only short walk to the river for fishing and swimming . Shops only 5 minute walk.

Walking distance to town

Had a great 4 night stay in the 4 person cabin. It was pretty newly renovated, was in a corner of the park so it was nice and private. We had no problems checking in after hours and couldn't fault our stay here. Had everything we needed, bathroom clean, heaps of hot water and good shower pressure, and close to town as well. My only negative statement might be that we went in winter and used every spare blanket that was provided, even tho we were only a party of 3. If there were 4 of us, one person would have been pretty chilly!

The bed is so bad cheap as chips broke my back

To small for a family to stay , bed is shocking but a nice little town to visit people at the Ballina markets outstanding

Good to stay in this caravanpark. It is value for money.

Close to city and river.

Location, stuff and facilities were great. We had a nice stay, but cabines are close together and the neighbors were heavy smokers and so all came in our cabine. Make it a non smoking area.

Nice, clean room, close to the beach and shops. Would definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a place to stay on the North Coast.
