Nice apartment

Overall it was an okay place, little farther from the main sights. For a luxury apartment I was a little disappointed in the service (housekeeping every other day, note “front desk” is really only open during the day for concerns, no dish soap provided despite the kitchen, also shuttle that was advertised was non existent). Staff did respond via what’s app fairly quickly when asked questions. We had to leave a deposit in cash first day and that was returned after their walk thru on last day. Space was a good size and washing machine worked great. Grab app helped us getting around.

I use it often every time I come to Bangkok, but the more I go, the more I don't clean & manage the facilities. The wallpaper is torn and dirty. The water keeps dripping from the air conditioner. This time there is even a small trash in the trash can. The accommodation staff are kind, the facilities are good, and the room is spacious. It's a good accommodation.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Staff was friendly, and the area was great near restaurants and stores for easy and convenient shopping. Otherwise quite a bit of a walk to the train station but an overall great place to stay highly recommend it

ジャグジー付きのバスタブから黒いゴミがでて湯舟には浸かれませんでした。また冷蔵庫も故障（冷えない） TVは、ホテルの人を読んで設定しないと見れませんでした。 部屋の広さは、一人では十分の広さでした。

最寄りの駅（トンロー）まで歩くと遠い。 2日に1回の清掃が入るが、備え付けのバスタオルが古く清潔感に欠ける。 チェックイン初日のゴミ箱にはゴミが山ほど残っていた。

静か。施設内のセキュリティがしっかりしている。プールはあるが、旅行者は使用できないもよう。ホテルの所有者のみの使用と聞く。

洗濯機があって便利。Wifiが弱くて不便。駅からちょっと遠いがバイタクやバスを使えば問題無し。

私は二度と泊まらない

夜便での到着でカウンターに誰も居ない。 ガードマンに連絡してもらい事なきをえましたが、部屋のエアコンがつかない、冷蔵庫が冷えない、ティッシュがない、テレビはつかない、部屋にアリがいるでリラックス出来た滞在は出来なかった。 エアコン、テレビ復旧は2日後、しかもテレビのリモコンも近くで使わないとつかない状態。 3日後に冷蔵庫、エアコンがつくようになった。 アリはずっと居るのでスーツケースを開けてもアリがいるのですぐ閉める。 私は二度と泊まらないかな。

Worse management l’ve seen in my life

Apartment location and facilities was good but it was very bad management because in 11 days they didn’t fixed very noisy Aircondation plus they complained small stain on linen , they threatened me if l don’t pay they will call the police ,of course l didn’t pay that was worse people l’ve seen in hospitality business, l wasn’t enjoy my stay there

Good location and nice staffs. Hotel room is old and run down. Cigarette buds were left behind by the previous guest. Microwave was dirty with food from the previous guest. Shower water has no pressure and defective shower head that spray water to every directions. One soap for the entire 3 days stay. TV in the room was removed.

good spot to chill during the lockdown

so far our stay here has been very pleasant. the kitchen and utensils have come in handy as I was missing my wife's cooking. super market within walking distance. despite the lockdown service has been spot on. only here because of the lockdown but I would definitely recommend.

Seriously disappointing

Basically I liked this residence so I have stayed many times this property because it is a convenient location at Thonglor central area and budget price with a spacious room. It is a little out-of-the dated facility and there are sometimes missing kitchen wares but I think it is acceptable because simply it is affordable price. however this time I really disappointed at this property, not because of out-of-the dated facility but there were many insects that include cockroaches. I found over 10 cockroaches at the kitchen, living area, and bathroom. no matter what price, I think insects' problems are neither negotiable nor understandable matter for like this residence hotel because it is simply very basic issue.

洗濯機のノブが壊れていて使用できなかった。 ソファーの汚れが気になった。 クリーニングの掃除は早いがちょっと雑でした。 照明の灯りが消えかかっていました。 これらがなければ快適でした。

普通に生活できる！

Check IN ・Check Outは特に時間が掛かった訳ではなく、3分程度で終了した。部屋は多少古さを感じるが滞在には問題ない。テレビは部屋毎にチャンネル数が違う様で日本のNHK・民放が視聴できる部屋と視聴できない部屋が存在する。 また、簡易キッチンが付帯せれていて、器具類（鍋・フライパン等）・食器類（皿・箸・フォーク・スプーン等）もあり、簡単な料理も作ることができる。また、部屋にスリッパが無いのが残念。 バルコニーに乾燥機能付き洗濯機が設置されていて、便利。

普通に過ごせる！

チェックイン・チェックアウトは普通。部屋は多少古さは感じるが問題なく滞在できる。部屋にトースター炊飯器・食器・鍋・フライパン等があり、簡単な調理は可能。また、ベランダに乾燥機能付き洗濯機が設置されているので、ゴルフウエアー等選択できるのはありがたい。ただし、部屋にはスリッパが無い。

Laundry machine in room was broken, no extra towels or hand towels or face towels. Called down to get extra towels and they told us to leave the towel so they can pick them up and give us new ones. Didn’t expect to wait a full day for new towels to take shower. Hotel is very misleading be warned

Very disappointed

I’ve stayed here 3 times before this. Never had a problem. This time was disappointment. One if the main reasons I stay here is because of the pool. Pool was closed because they’re renovating the building. Some days you could swim with a giant tarp over it (No thank you) the elevator was shut off for 5 hours one day, simple things like getting toilet paper took 3 calls and I still didn’t get it. When I called for customer service all I got was “I’m not sure” as an answer. I checked out 3 night early and got no refund because of policy but I just felt so cheated. I booked the Somerset hotel down the street for my last 3 nights in Bangkok and it was amazing

日本での普段通りの生活ができる

室内のスリッパが無くて困った。また、バスタオル・バスマットがセットされてない日があった。

위치가 좋고 편리하나 수건이 너무 수량이 적고 슬리퍼도 없고 티비도 로컬방송만 나와서 아쉬웠다.모기약도 없어서 ㅠㅠ

I will not use this hotel again because amenities are not support everyday, air conditioner is water leaking during I stay that hotel even I claimed they didn’t fix it. I am so angry about it.

Good Residence

Stayed in two bed suite for 3 nights. The staffs are very supportive and helpful. Also the location is very good with many restaurants and bars. But the couch was dirty and needs to be changed at least it's cover. Only 4 pieces of towel was provided daily and can not be requested more. It can be understood because it's a residence with limited housekeeping services - not a hotel. It maybe not the best one but it values for the price.

施設自体は清潔で高級感があり、スタッフの対応もよく快適に過ごせます。 トンローの駅から徒歩での移動には少し距離がある為、バイクタクシーなどの利用が便利です。 タイ料理はもちろん、日本食や洋食、マッサージや温泉など様々なお店も充実しておりで利便性も良い。 唯一の欠点はシャワー。 部屋によるのかもしれませんが、水量が少なく温度調節が難しい。 とは言えトータル的にコストパフォーマンスは、高い施設と言えます。

Location was good. A little far from bts Station but great that they provide free tuktuk service to station

Bath tub isn't working

お風呂のお湯が最初が熱くて３分位経つと緩くなってしまう。 日曜日は、熱めのお湯すら出なかった。 改善して欲しいですね。

以前と比べ格段と対応が良くなってきています

バスタブ付きでしたが、お湯が出ませんでした。その旨ホテルスタッフに伝えると、すぐにお湯の出る部屋に変えていただきました。

hotel is not a four stars quality. bed is dated. limited lighting. ftont desk is hidden. staff not well trained. gave misleading answers. checkout took 20 minutes, because they did know where they put my deposit.

ｻｰﾋﾞｽｱﾊﾟｰﾄらしく、通常のﾎﾃﾙのｶｳﾝﾀｰはなく事務所でﾁｪｯｸｲﾝです。 部屋にはﾀｵﾙはなく、要求してはじめて持ってきてくれました。部屋に不満はないですが、宿泊最後の日にはﾊﾞｽタオルはありましたが、ﾌｪｰｽﾀｵﾙはなく、面倒なのでもう要求もしませんでした。従業員は親切でいいのですが管理がいまいちです。

No more tuk tuk service. far from BTS Water is either hot or a bit cold Reception only do check in, check out. I tried to borrow adaptor, they dont have them. No slippers provided. Towel was old and torn. Good things.. Spacious room size, friendly staff.

Reception staff was perfect; very friendly and communicates well. 1st night didn't go well as both aircons spoilt. Living roo aircon was dripping with water condensate and I had to put a container to collect the water. room aircon had unbearable noisy fan so I had to switch it off. These were fixed the next day but floor is wet and I had to use the floor mat to soak up water. the room service is quite horrible. Asked for room service and she only comes around 6pm. When she come, she came with replacement towers on her hands only. Came in, change the towers, clean the toilets with dunno what, make the bed without changing the bedsheets, no vacuum of floor (I had to take the wet floor mat and mop the floor myself), and that's it. no replacement of toothbrush kit or shampoo/bodywash. It wasn't like this the last time. Hoepfully this is one-off. Then again for the price I paid, I am not complaining but giving a feedback to whoever is interested.

宿代なりのサービス、それ以下かも、、。

BTSトンロー駅から距離があるにも関わらずトゥクトゥクサービスがないのが痛いですね。タオルもバスタオルのみ、スリッパ、ティッシュもありません。またベッドメイキングも19時から20時頃来るので、夕方に部屋に戻っても片付いてないし、夕食に出かけるにしても部屋掃除にスタッフが入って来ることを考えると、カバンの中身も出して広げることもできず寛げない宿でした。

3stars review

We stayed in the 2bedroom suite on 20th floor 5days. The beds are very uncomfortable. We can feel the bed spring. Had to ask 5 times for extra blanket (to cover the springs). One flat pillow. Asked for extra pillow but no stock. Water for bath keep on changing hot and cold while showering. But the bell boy and 3 ladies at front office very friendly and helpful. Very good.

Posizione centrale. Ottima vista sulla città'. Appartamento con ottimo isolamento acustico, ben climatizzato, dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici e cassetta di sicurezza in grado di contenere un notevole, palestra, piscina, parcheggio. Giusto il prezzo.

駅からちょっと遠いのがネックですが、バイクやタクシーを使えばok 短期滞在には申し分ないホテルだと思います。洗濯機、衣類乾燥機もありますし。7ー11まで5分弱で行けます。 あと、フロントの対応はわかりやすく丁寧でした

위치와 서비스는 훌륭합니다.

위치는 통러 인기지역 근처라 좋았습니다. 그리고, 고속도로와도 가까워서 통러역 근처보다는 교통체증이 덜 합니다.(그래도 심하긴 합니다.) 서비스는 직원들이 친절해서 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 택시도 미리 이야기 해 두면 목적지까지 이야기 해주어 따로 바가지 요금 없이 편하게 이용했습니다. 툭툭이를 이용하지는 않았지만, 호텔에서 무료로 제공해줍니다. 단점은, 방정리가 너무 늦게 해요. 제가 머무는 5일 동안 보통 오후 3~4시에 했어요. 청소는 비교적 깔끔하게 잘 해 줍니다. 다음에 근처에 머문다면, 여기 다시 머물것 같아요.

great room condition, good location. If you are going to stay only in Thonglor area(I did), it will be a good choice for your journey. However, if you want to go somewhere else, you are ready to have a trouble to take a cap.

部屋内の設備等を考えると、対費用効果が高く感じられた。 1泊だったが、長期の滞在に向いているかな。 移動手段があれば、ダウンタウンにも近いので便利。

Perfect for a short stay in BKK

Great apartment. Thong lo is a fantastic area to stay in Bangkok. A nice 10 minute walk to the sky train so it's easy enough to get about. Rooms were spotless and the bathroom was fantastic. Happy to stay there again!

Nice serviced apartment for short to long stay

The apartment is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. It is excellent if you want to stay longer in Bangkok. The tuk tuk was out of service during my stay. Walking to the nearest BTS station is around 20 minutes. It was not a problem to me. BTW the vehicle is back to service by the time I leave.

Location is good . Sofa is old . Air con didn’t work and had to change room . Bad smell in the room too

Weekend Trip

Well they did overbooked our room but upgrade us to an apartment without any argument. The apartment was awesome though I did not make use of the kitchen except for the fridge and the glasses. It's about a 23 minute walk to the BTS which wasn't so bad but only because the weather was unusually cool.

Serviced apartment

I felt like “just one of many residents living in the big building” as opposed to a valued guest. I assume it is because the place is a serviced apartment, not an apartment hotel. The service was not good. We sometimes had to ask three to five times for service before being attended to, which included requests such as room cleaning as well as extra towels and pillows. You are given two bath towels, which you have to use at the pool as well because they do not provide towels at the pool. The pillows are thin and the bed is hard with no bedside tables, as there is no space next to the bed. TV picture is poor quality. Internet is slow and intermittent, which became worse towards the end of our seven-day stay. Positives include the following: Spacious and comfortable living room. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom – Jacuzzi bath with separate shower. Big swimming pool and sauna. Air-conditioned lounge at the pool area. Complimentary tuk tuk (prompt service). A few supermarkets less than five minutes’ walk.

只是地點不近 BTS ,步行要30 分鐘，交通有點不便，整體好好👍👍👍，設施整全，未有試過酒店的餐飲服務！

통로 대로변에 위치한 편안한 레지던스 아파트

통로 대로변에 위치하고 있어 찾기 편합니다. 전철역을 걸어 가기는 멀고요. 호텔 보다는 아파트에 가깝습니다. 세탁기가 베란다에 있고 조식 뷔페를 제공하는 공간이 없는 것을 봐서... 전반적으로 좋은데 신발장이 없는 것은 불편했네요. 편의점은 300미터 정도 걸으면 병원 옆에 있고, 주위에 좋은 식당과 바가 많아요. 호텔 바로 건너편 맥주 바 괜찮았습니다.

Best Hardware, Poor Software

The room facility&amanity was perfect with reasonable price. But I hunted more than one hundred of cockroaches in the kitchen. The safety box was not safe because it only 'lock', never 'open', so emergency situation Made Me Mad. Staffs are kind. But their English was poor, no difficuties for communication. If you go out for city tour, take a picture "Thonglo Police Station" across the residence for taxi driver.

Could not fault the hotel. Room great, pool great and service very friendly and helpful

Great place to stay, prefect for me.

Its a bit of a walk to the BTS but worth it. Great street food all around (just point at what you want to try and rub your fingers and thumb together and you'll get the price. No need to learn Thai) or an amazing restaurant across the street (or Soi for locals). Soi 55 is one of the classier in the area, I really like it. 4-500m north will get you to the canals. What an experience of public transport, you might need a guide for that. Room is an amazing layout, large bath (I'm 6'2"), comfortable bed, and and amazinv pool and gym. I can't wait to come back

BTSから離れているが、ホテルのトゥクトゥクや目の前のトンロー通りの赤バスが使えるし、タクシーも直ぐ拾えるので慣れればさほど苦にならない。コンドミニアムなのでホテルに泊まりたい場合は別のところにした方が良い。フロントの対応は良く部屋の清掃もしっかりしている。
