Hermosa visita a Berlin.

La nuestra fue una visita relativamente corta, solo 4 noches. La habitación muy cómoda, amplia y con vista a la Olivaer Platz. El CItadines esta muy bien ubicado, cercano al subterráneo y omnibus para moverse sin problemas por toda la ciudad. Muy cerca de la Avenida Kurfürstendamm y las grandes tiendas como Primark, Galeria (ex Karstadt o Kaufhof), etc. El personal siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar antes consultas. En planta baja (EG) se puede tomar café o té de cortesía. Tiene un supermercado Rewe muy cerca para las compras. Solo le faltó una mesa baja para apoyar el equipaje, pero tenía hasta plancha y tabla de planchar.

Lack of attitude, charisma on Front desk. My sons reserved a room with two beds, wasn't available during one hour. Room was reasonably ok. Location is very good.

Muy bien ubicado

Muy bueno y con todo lo necesario. Lastima que tanto el desayuno como la limpieza diaria de la habitación tengan que pagarse adicionalmente.toene excelente ubicación.hace falta también un minibar. El personal no es amable, son muy parcos.

Las camas son super cómodas y la habitación tiene todo lo necesario. Una lastima que el parque de delante estuviera en obras. Hay de todo al lado del hotel y se llega muy fácil al centro en transporte público.

Habitación de muy buen tamaño y bien equipado. La secadora de pelo estaba vieja y no hay un contacto cerca del lavabo.

We booked a room with queen sized bed and they gave us two little beds. When we talked to the lady in the reception she was really rude with us and said that there weren’t available rooms. Which it wasn’t true since we saw a lot of empty ones. The following morning before check out, we asked again to other nice lady and she automatically gave us other room as the one as we paid for it.

El aparta hotel normal, lo que necesitas para una semana cocina con todo lo necesario, sin cafetera pero como el hotel tiene una cafetera disponible todo el día , problema solucionado.parada muy cerca , un poco retirado del centro, pero muy bien comunicado. Buena situación, adecuados servicios, habitación amplia y muy tranquila a pesar de estar nuestra habitación en la planta baja. La habitación tiene una cocina muy completa con frigorífico, lavaplatos, microondas, tostador y hervidor de agua.

Está muy bien ubicado, de fácil acceso en transporte público desde el aeropuerto y resto de la ciudad. Además al tener una mini cocina en la habitación, permite ahorrar en el desayuno y cena.

MEJORABLE LA ATENCION AL CLIENTE

Cogimos 2 noches en una hab para 2 adultos y un bebe de 15 meses, En la reserva pusimos claramente que necesitabamos cuna, y 4 dias antes de llegar, llamamos al hotel para verificar que estaba todo ok en este tema y dijimos que llegariamos a las 15 h a hacer el checkin. Nos confirmaron que estaba todo correcto. Cual es nuestra sorpresa cuando llegamos a las 15 h y no habia cuna ; nos ofrecian poner una cama supletoria con cojines por si bebe se caia y que si no nos gustaba, nos devolvian dinero y que buscaramos otro alojamiento ...el gerente nos dio mismo feedback incluso ofreciendoles nosotros comprar una de viaje y descontar su cuantia del importe del alojamiento. Tras varias quejas a EXPEDIA donde una chica muy amable me atendio pero no nos encontro alternativa, tuvimos que pasar noches en ese hotel con la solucion que nos dieron . No es el hecho de la alternativa en si que nos diero, es la prepotencia maxima con que ante este problema causado por ellos ( nosotros actuamos correctamente ), nos trataron

Es un apartamento aceptable y bien comunicado

Apartamento cómodo. Limpio. Metro a 10 minutos andando. Supermercado a 10 minutos. Precio aceptable aunque a nosotros nos cobraron una noche casi el doble. La noche de viernes muy cara. Limpieza del apartamento en una semana, una vez. Escasez de jabón. Dos pastillas por estancia de una semana. Pero para precios de alojamiento en Berlín es aceptable

Habitación amplia, luminosa y confortable. Cocina equipada con utensilios para prepara un desayuno o una comida sencilla. Baño completo. Wifi bien. Personal atento para ayudarte con cualquier consulta sobre la ciudad o el transporte. El hotel cuenta con un cuarto de lavado (lavadoras y secadoras) de autoservicio abierto 24h. Entorno agradable. Varios supermercados en la zona. Bien comunicado por autobús y dos paradas de metro cercanas.

Me hospedaria de nuevo sin pensarlo

El hotel bueno en relacion precio-calidad, el personal muy amable, el internet bueno pero las paredes son un poco finas y se puede escuchar el pasillo o vecinos.

Simple, me dieron un cuarto con cama matrimonial y yo lo pedí con cama doble No me respetaron mi reserva

La estancia ha sido muy agradable! La habitación era amplia y muy comoda, la cocina equipada con nevera, microondas e incluso lavavajillas facilita mucho poder ahorrar un poco en el viaje y poder comer lo que quieres y cuando quieres sin tener que adaptarte a horarios. No hablan español pero no hay ningun problema para comunicarse en inglés alemán o con señas si es necesario. Además la situación del hotel es perfecta! Muy buenas conexiones con bus y metro al centro pero en una calle tranquila. Repetiremos sin duda en nuestros viajes a Berlin.

Limpio y practico

Perfecto para pasar unos días ,muy limpio,y tienes a tu disposición café e infusiones durante todo el día ,muy cerca de la parada de metro ,pero también tienes una zona comercial justo en la calle de al lado,volvería sin ninguna duda.

Alejado del centro y sin servicio de habitaciones

No nos ha acabado de gustar. Habitación algo sucia de entrada, estuvimos 5 noches y no limpiaron ni un día, es un servicio de pago, las toallas si quieres que te las cambien has de ir tú a recepción con ellas y pedir nuevas y no siempre tienen el tamaño que necesitas. Estos detalles no nos han gustado. También no pasó que la tele estaba sin cable tuvimos que ir a pedirlo, al día siguiente el mando a distancia no iba también tuvimos que ir a pedir que nos lo cambiaran. El baño muy bien, amplio con una buena bañera y presión de grifo óptima, lástima que no lo limpien, después de 5 días ya no está igual. La zona bien muy tranquila pero sí que algo alejada del centro. La Cocina bien equipada aunque no la utilizamos. No volvería a hospedarme aquí.

La habitación tenía una pequeña zona de cocina con nevera,lavavajillas,micro,etc todo lo necesario para poder cocinar si era necesario. La habitación estaba muy bien y su hubicacion era muy buena,a 200m de la parada de bus y a 500m de parada metro.

BUEN SERVICIO ,

Hotel 3 estrellas , habitacion confortable con kichinette , maquinas lavadoras en el sotano . Desayuno pobre con escasa variedad. Podria mejorar este aspecto.La ubicacion si bien no es centrica , se halla a 50 metros de la parada del bus. Es recomendable para una estadia de 2 o tres dias comprar el pase de bus combinado con metro y tren. En general la cadena Citadines es bastante similar en toda Europa. Con sus ventajas y desventajas. Para el que prefiera un hotel tradicional o 5 estrellas, mejor realice otra eleccion.

La Kudamm ya no es un buen lugar para quedarse

El hotel es normalito, cómodo por ser tipo Aparthotel, pero mal ubicado y las habitaciones más bien pequeñas. Se supone que nos dieron una de una clase superior a la contratada, no quiero pensar cómo son las básicas... La habitación está bien, pero básica a más no poder. Me equivoqué al elegir la zona, por recomendación de un conocido. Muy a trasmano, salvo que vayas a comprarte media Kudamm (marcas de hiperlujo)

Muy satisfechos con el hotel,comodidad, amabilidad del personal, etc. Una advertencia. En las tarifas ofertadas no se incluye la limpieza de los apartamentos, que se ha de solicitar y abonar aparte. El cambio de sabanas y toallas es semanal. Para una estancia de dos dias, no nos importaba, pero , en otro caso, hay que presupuestar ese servicio, del que no se informa en esta web

Muy buenas intalaciones y bien equipadas. El servicio de limpieza no está incluido en el precio, se recibe la habitación limpia pero después hay que pagar por el recambio de toallas y el aseo.

Citadines Kurfurstendamm Berlin var et bra sted

Et meget bra leilighetshotell. Ren fin leilighet. Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen. Litt mye støy fra gaten gjorde at vinduer bør være lukket om en ikke har ørepropper. Frokost var ikke så bra. Tomt for mye 45-60 min før den var over, det gjaldt både drikke og i varmebuffet. Alt i alt så bra at det godt kan bli bosted en annen gang i Berlin. Er en mange slik vi var (7 ) , så er det ideellt.

Paljon plussaa

Aivan loistavalla sijainnilla rauhallinen hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja siistit huoneet. Ainoana miinuksena, niin kuin aika monessa paikassa, ilmastointi ei juuri tuottanut viileyttä.

The hotel is well located, property was clean. On duty personal was OK but not very amicable. we stayed one week and the room was cleaned only once! we are long past the covid days !. We had to ask for towels to be changed...

I love staying here. Has a fresh new look that I like and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The hotel has been recently renovated so everything is brand new. We had a room with two twin size beds. All rooms have a kitchen with a good size fridge, stove, dishwasher and kitchen supplies. There is also a kettle and a toaster. Our room had a street view. You are able to open the windows for fresh air. It is an apart-hotel so they don’t clean the rooms everyday. We got one clean in 10 days which was fine. You can ask the front desk for clean towels, toilet paper, soap and basically anything you need, whenever you want. There are also laundry facilities which work through an app. The room had a nice size TV, big closet and a small dining room. The hotel is located right beside the Ku’damm where all the high-end boutiques are. There is an excellent organic supermarket (Alnatura) in front of the hotel. Also a regular supermarket (Rewe) about 5 minutes away. The closest subway station is Adenauerplatz which is a 5 mins walk. There are so many good restaurants in the area too. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to feel like a local in Berlin.

The hotel is excellent in every way. There are bus stops nearby (about 200 m). The room is equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen. The attitude towards guests deserves special praise. Free coffee and free drinking water in the lobby. I recommend this one to everyone.

Komplett neu renoviert. Sehr schönes, helles Apartment. Küche gut ausgestattet. Super Lage Nähe Ku’damm.

We had a great stay outdoors was nice the people were friendly. Good outdoor area I liked the free coffee and hot chocolate.

場所は高級ブランド店が並ぶ界隈なので非常に治安は良いですが、最寄りの駅から遠いためトランクなどを持って公共機関で主要な駅などには行けません。バスも主要な観光地への直行便はありませんでした。ホテル自体は非常に環境も良く、朝食も美味しく、お部屋も清潔で十分でした。フロントの方も親切で荷物なども預けられて快適でした。お水も食堂で汲み放題なので滞在中に水は購入せずに済みました。

This is a exceptional hotel for the price, stayed 5 days and it was perfect.

I really enjoy staying here. The staff is very polite and extremely helpful. The property is being renovated but overall very comfortable.

Perfect location, spacious rooms.

We are a famlily of four and had a very nice stay. The location is perfect. Close to everything you need. Bakeries just outside on the street, 300m to supermarket, and a short walk to Kurfürstendam. Busses near by. The room we had was spacius, with a small kitchen. It had all the basics you might need. We bought our own breakfast at the bakeries, but the hotel offers a breakfast buffet as well. Did not try it, but it looked nice. Only thing to note is that the sofabed is not really suitable for adults, only children would be able to sleep well in it.

Hotel is is in good location with easy access to groceries and dining. Equipped with a kitchenette and dishes for long stays or if you do want to stay in. Also has complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby. Improvements would be a luggage rack and a decent size television as the current 32" is hardly visible .

The room was comfortable and clean. I was on the side of the street where there is a lot of traffic noise, but when you close the window you don't hear a thing. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The room had a small kitchenette that was very cute.

Parking in Berlin is a nightmare! Fortunately, at the end weeks of August, enough people are on vacation that most times near the hotel a spot could be found! Good location to get to where we needed to be. Staff were very good.

Mutfak malzemeleri eksik, biraz daha artsa iyi olur . Onun dışında iyiydi.

Ich fand den Aufenthalt sehr gut. Es hat alles super geklappt mit dem einchecken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich gewesen und die Zimmer waren auch gut.

Die Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der 24/7 Gratis-Kaffee hat außergewöhnlich gut geschmeckt. Bei Abreise versehentlich im Zimmer vergessene Kleidung wurde uns sofort sehr preisgünstig geschickt. Kein Kurz-Parkplatz zum PKW Be- und Entladen, ansonsten alles sehr gut.

Nice 👍 place to stay, the price could be better

Great apartment, in a Good area, close to center and schonenberg, zoo, Kudam, Kadewe etc ... The apartment is quite spacious and have a good bathroom with bath and shampoo. Kitchen is basic, no coffee machine or any kind of courtesy like water or tea.

Olimme toista kertaa hotellissa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, joka oli paikalla kellon ympäri, hyvävlämminjuomatarjoilu ilmaiseksi ympäri vuorokauden. Huone oli erinomaisen siisti. Hoteli sijaitsee liikenneyhteyksien kannalta erittäin hyvässä paikassa.

Affordable, safe good location with enough transport links to get you to different areas of Berlin. Great for solo travellers who don’t want to stay in a hostel.

Perfect Stay

Thisis our 3rd time in this hotel. I Love it. You have all the acommodations of a house with hotel services. It is a win win.Also, the reception guy is very nice, charming and helpful Fully Recomended.

Die Lage des Citadines Apartment Hotel ist sehr gut. Bushaltestelle Olivaer Platz ist ca 70 Meter entfernt , U-Bahn Adenauer Platz ca. 500 Meter. Also sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu erreichen. Desweiteren ist in der selben Straße ( Konstanzer Straße ein Rewe Supermarkt. Der Check in war freundlich. Probleme mit dem Zimmer wurden am nächsten Morgen sehr gut geregelt, so das ich nach einer Nacht in ein Zimmer der selben Kategorie umziehen durfte. Die Preise waren Anfang Januar fair mit 70€ pro Nacht in der günstigsten Zimmerkategorie über Expedia. Was mich nur wirklich verwundert hat das in den Zimmern dieser modernen Hotelkette ältere Haushaltskühlschränke stehen. Da der Küchenbereich offen ist, ist es schon etwas störend beim Schlafen. Der Küchenbereich ist aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man an Töpfen und Geschirr braucht ist vorhanden. Zumal sonst auch alles gut ist. W-Lan und Fernseher laufen sehr gut. Es gibt diverse Kaffeevarianten und Tee rund um die Uhr in der Lobby gratis. Einlass nur mit Klingel. Das schützt vor ungebetenen Besuchern. Auch der Empfangsbereich ist eine Art "Lounge". Hat mir gefallen. Wenn man die alten Kühlschränke gegen moderne und leise Kühlschränke austauschen würde , wäre das Hotel perfekt.

Overall ok

Overall ok. Just two minor problems. -At 4.30 morning an emergency signal required all guests to evacuate due to ”technical failure” and listen to information from the staff. There was no information during nearly 60 minutes of just standing on the street. The problem was solved after fire fighters check on site, and did not happen again the next nights. -At the time only one elevator worked.

Très agréable séjour. Avantages de l'hôtel et de l'appart hôtel très bien équipé (appareils datant un peu mais fonctionnels). Proximité des transpprts en commun, de magasins et de restaurants.

We stayed in regular studio rooms which are older, but clean and nice size. Staff was helpful and location is fairly nice. The biggest problem for us was parking! Do not stay here if you have a vehicle unless it is tiny! Street parking is extremely busy and tight and hotel's basement parking lot that is accessed via vehicle elevator is an absolute nightmare to use with how tight the spaces and turning areas are - we should never have tried to do it. We did not have breakfast here and we never did any laundry so I cannot comment on these factors.

I liked the property. My only complaint is that the room is really small. But the price was great and the room was airconditioned.

Perfect spot for the marathon weekend.

We were in Berlin for the marathon and wanted to book an apartment with cooking facilities. The Citadines were absolutely perfect - really comfortable, and the kitchenette was very well equipped. The marathon goes right by the door so it also makes for easy supporting. We would definitely stay here again.

En fin oplevelse.

Jeg besøgte hotellet i forbindelse med Berlin Marathon og havde nogle dage der passede helt perfekt ind i dette arrangement. Jeg havde ikke brug for andet end det lejligheden kunne tilbyde, udover drikke og spise. Beliggenheden er meget fin og centralt.

Sengene var meget dårlige og ustabile. Der var en besynderlig lugt på værelset af røgelse som knne var til at slippe af med uanset hvor meget vi luftede ud

Golvet var inte städat när vi kom, men ordnades nästa dag. Städningen efter tre dagar var utmärkt. Vi saknade instruktioner till diskmaskin och hur sopor skulle hanteras, t.ex. om sortering.

Advertised pictures are old

Very basic accommodation, furniture is very old, reminded me of a hotel in the 90's. It even has a DVD player! No drinking water in the room, you have to take a glass to the lobby to fill up from their fresh water tap. Air conditioning does not function, to cool the bedroom you have to open the door/window, street is very noisy below. This accommodation feels more like a hostel/student accommodation than a proper hotel. Advice for management - refresh the furniture in the rooms, make the rooms look more like the airbrushed marketing images.

Good location, only 5 mins walk from the nearest U-bahn. Plenty of places to eat nearby, some with late night openings and convenience stores open until 1 also. Nice, clean hotel, rooms are well equipped apart from no tea and coffee in the rooms (although it is available for patrons in reception area). Enjoyed our stay.

There were an abundance of shopping areas around the hotel, the staff was kind, the room was clean and my room came with a kitchen which I did not expect. There was a grocery store nearby the area for me to cook as well. I usually enjoy cooking so I incredibly lucky to find this hotel and a room here by chance. For the price and quality of my room, it was more than fair. Thank you.

Great value and location

Great location in West Berlin with amenities around and good transportation links. Quick check in/out. New building. Room is spacious with a large work desk and a kitchenette, both essential for me as I work remotely and spend a lot of time inside the room.

Et rigtig dejligt og trygt lejligheds hotel, med sparsom kommunikation, men høflig og venlige ved kontakt. Jeg har været der for nogle år siden og er bestemt ikke blevet skuffet. Vælger gerne Citadines Kurfürstendamm igen, kan helt bestem anbefales

Dejligt sted i Berlin

Hjørnelejlighederne er meget fine med en fremragende udsigt til Olivaer Platz og op til Kurfürstendamm. Roligt og pænt område, tæt ved centrum. Fås ikke bedre i Berlin.
