良い点→ ・オーナーがすごくフレンドリー、親切、丁寧、ホストファミリーみたい ・バーベキューできる庭が子連れには楽&プール付きで楽しい（早い者勝ち） ・立地も良いし、自転車も借りられる ・本当に家に近い感じ 悪い点→ ・床が歩くと真っ黒（スリッパ必須）、埃だらけ ・タオルが黒ずんでいる ・タオル交換は無く、自分で毎日洗濯する必要あり。旅行中の自分の洗濯もあり、意外と大変。 ・シャワーで温かいお湯が出るのは5分ほど。小さい子を連れての家族５人旅で、３人くらいはいつも冷たいシャワーを浴びなければならなかった。疲れが取れない。 ・ヘアドライヤーが熱で溶けてネチョネチョ。いちいち交渉して変えてもらわないといけない。

家族旅行向け

家族旅行で利用。 Wifi 、キッチン一式、洗濯機、乾燥機、食洗機、アイロン等基本的なものが揃っていて快適に過ごせました。床も綺麗でした。 スーパーでビーフパイやステーキ肉を買ってきて焼いて食べましたが、リーズナブルな上にとても美味しかったです。スーパーで人参や玉ねぎなどの野菜をバラ買いできるし、カップスープもヨーグルトも美味しいし、プチ海外生活を楽しみながらリラックスできました。 スタッフはみんな親切で日本語もわかるので英語ができなくても大丈夫です。念の為出国前に予約の確認メールをしたらすぐに返信ももらえて心強かったです。 あえて言うならエレベーターがないのが残念。 繁華街からは少し離れていますが、安心して利用できるホテルです。

綺麗で清潔でした。オーナーさんも明るく親切でした。予定より早めにチェックインもしてくれ早朝到着の私たちには有り難かったです。2ベッドルームだとバスタブがありません。換気扇が分からず、ステーキを焼いた時に煙でお部屋が美味しいにおいになりました。ベランダに網戸があると嬉しかったです。ケアンズは4回目ですが、初めてアリさんが部屋の中に来ませんでした！！ エスプラネードからは歩くとまあまあ距離があります。身長140㎝くらいの子どもは毎日自転車を借りてエスプラネードまで行っていました。7歳の子は身長的に乗れず徒歩移動で大変疲れていましたが、移動中に見つけたカフェでコーヒーを買い色々なお店のコーヒーを飲み比べできて楽しかったです。 他の方の口コミにもあるようにエコな取り組みが素敵で、じゃがいもや醤油を譲り受け、帰りには色々な調味料を置いて帰りました。 キュランダの列車が見えるお部屋だったので、子どもは毎日列車に手を振って楽しんでいました。

ホテルのプールがとてもキレイで気持ちよく、１日中入ってました。みんなが使わなくなったものをシェアできたのもとても良かったです。 何より、オーナーさんがフレンドリーでスタッフも感じやく、とてもステキなホテルでした。

Very spacious appartment. The hosts are very nice, they gave many hints where to go, where to eat and the like. Free inhouse parking, free bicycles. Overall we had an excellent stay.

食料品店、プール、水族館、美術館など歩いて観光できる場所がたくさんあり、とても便利です。 オーナーの方は親切で、いろいろな事にもすぐに対応してくれました。 部屋にはキッチン、調理道具、食器、オーブンレンジ等揃っていて、マーケットで買った食材を調理できます。 施設内のプールは綺麗で、水深2メートルちかくの部分もあり、泳ぐのに充分でした。午後10時まで使えます。 5日間滞在しましたが、とても快適でした。 また、機会があれば、このホテルを利用したいです。

Very friendly Manager and central location was great

The room we had wasn’t clean, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, cockroaches roamed freely throughout every night and appeared to be mid maintenance with a leaking air con in the main living area (which also didn’t work in bedrooms) tiles missing from bathroom walls and check in was not clear or helpful at all.. sorry end of rant

We had a great stay, the manager was outstanding and assisted when needed as well, the location was wonderful. All tour bookings could be done through the hotel which was seamless and the tours were great. A few areas of concern were the weekly cleaning was not great as the floors were still quite dirty and the bathroom toiletries were not restocked. As well there is no safe in the unit which can be a bit disconcerting.

Walkable to Esplanade, Cairns central mall and Reef fleet center, good value for money.

Lovely apartment, good location and really great service from manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend for a quieter area

Stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The reception was friendly and quick. The room was very spacious and clean, with everything you need to eat in if you prefer. We had a room on the third floor, which was very quiet, with an outlook over the pool. The area is very limited for eating out options, but the main shopping area is only a block away for supplies. We would definitely recommend if it is a quieter area that you prefer and you have transport to drive to the main entertainment area. loved our saty and would stay again.

親切でフレンドリーなオーナーで、日本語も上手でストレスなく、楽しく過ごせました。バーベキューの設備も使えて、便利でした。

繁華街からは少し離れた静かなエリアにあるため、頻繁に繁華街に出掛けたい人には向かないかもしれない。500mほどのところに大手スーパーもあり、静かな環境でのんびり過ごすには最適。

ホスピタリティー最高

子供3人（小学生、幼稚園児）を連れて家族で一週間ステイしました。ホテルには生活するには十分な器具（食器、包丁、鍋、炊飯器、トースター、レンジ、洗濯機、乾燥機など）が揃っており、近くのスーパーとラスティーマーケットで食材をゲットして快適に自炊生活を送ることができました。数に限りがあるようですが、ベビーカーやビーチマットまで貸していただけて旅が快適になりました。オーナー夫婦は日本語もお上手でフランクな方々です。 ケアンズ中心地にも徒歩圏内なのでぜひおすすめです！

The owners were very friendly and helpfull. Our room was clean, big and had everything we needed. Loved the sharing cupboard were you could leave items that you didn't need anymore like food or toiletreies for other travelers to take. There are two big groceries within a 10 minutes walk in a big shopping centre. The Esplanade ( restaurants, the lagoon) is 15 to 20 minutes walk.

Excelente hotel. Limpo, organizado, confortável e fomos super bem atendidos. Ainda estenderam nossa estadia por duas horas e não cobraram taxa. Ótima localização também.

Very well set up for families, amazing pool, quiet and clean rooms. Fantastic location close to Cairns Central and shops, restaurants, etc. Managers were very helpful. Love the fact that they also have an environmentally friendly policy to minimise waste. The ‘sharing cupboard’ was ace, and we took and shared multiple items during our week long stay.

All the team were v friendly and helpful. Took advantage of the free bikes to go to the botanic gardens. Really liked the share shelf where people could leave leftovers e.g. salt oil coffee etc. Nice sunny pool and BBQ area. Walkable to,lagoon, restaurants and station. Highly recommend.

Not 4 star

They stated 4 star, but it is 3.5 at best. No lift to first or second floor - be prepared. Friendly staff.

Good location

Was centrally located 2 blocks from the main plaza. Close to train station and there is a Thai and Dominoes opp. Apartment was ok very clean be it abit dated had everything we required and if your on the lower level you do hear them moving chairs stomping feet and toilet flushing, I would ask for second level next time. They do have a leftovers pantry which is a great idea. Hosts are very nice. Overall a good stay. Dave

非常に清潔で快適でした。Cairns Centralから徒歩ですぐの場所にありとても便利です。 フロントのLynさんは日本語に堪能で、とても親切でした。

シャワーが固定されてるのでホースが付いていると尚使いやすい 日本語が解るオーナー夫妻は人柄もよい

建物は新しくはなさそうでしたが、清掃が行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。グレードバリアリーフツアーの申込み、自転車レンタル等、便利でした。あとは、貴重品ボックスがあれば最高かと…。

Neat and clean

Weather was terrible it didn’t stop raining until we left.... the apartment was clean but we were told our towels had to last us one week otherwise we had to pay more or launder them for $8. Owners were informative and friendly though.

Funktionellt och trevligt boende!

Vi hyrde en större lägenhet med vardagsrum och två sovrum. Köket var fullt utrustat och hade alla bekvämligheter som krävs för att laga alla måltider. Inom 500 meter ligger ett stort köpcentrum med flera matbutiker och biograf. William var mycket hjälpsam med bokningar och såg till att allt fungerade väldigt smidigt. Ett extra plus för BBQ intill poolen utan kostnad.

Friendly helpful owners. Happy to book tours and give advice. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Pool area like a quiet oasis when you come in off the street. Very enjoyable. Great location for centre mall and shops. Easy walk to esplanade, shops and reef terminal. Overall a very pleasant stay in Cairns.

Not perfect, but very nice...

A nice spot, close to everything, but we got in late and found our AC was not functioning. A bit warm, but tolerable with the overhead fans cranked up! Otherwise, a very nice inexpensive spot. Great staff!!

Reasonable accomodation

A nice enough room overlooking the pool. The outside looks quite fresh but the rooms are dated and in need of a spruce up. The service was great though with everyone being very helpful and friendly. Great location as far as getting around the CBD. Would recommend it and stay heee again

Two bed two bath unit

Old, tired, furniture was uncomfortable and ancient, no DVD player, no milk in fridge for tea and coffee, bed was uncomfortable, floors were dirty, air conditioner kept switching itself off, car park security door very inconvenient to operate. Worst parts were the amount of black mould in both bathroom showers, and the fact that the wifi would not operate because the browsing content was monitored, making it a security issue that my software blocked.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only problem was a noisy neighbour upstairs but that was not the fault of the owners. Everything else was terrific!

Staff very helpful, two bedroom unit spacious and comfortable. Saved a bit by being a 10 minute walk from the Lagoon.

Quarto grande e iluminado

O quarto é ótimo, iluminado e espaçoso. Porém, o sistema é self catering; portanto, quem limpa é vc, não tem arrumadeira e nem trocam as toalhas. Somente se sua estadia for mais de sete dias. No entanto, eles deixaram 5 toalhas de banho e duas de praia. Assim, não houve problemas. Como viajei sozinha, foi ótimo.

Escape to Cairns

Nice stay close to center of city.. kitchen was a bit dirty & had to give it a good clean. Otherwise good.

Great experience here! Lovely and caring staff. Not the closest to the beach, but the spacious apartments are worth it. Not too far from a large shopping center.

Nice relaxing, comfortable accommodation

Lovely place. Enjoyed the comfortable lounge and the relaxing cane furniture, Pictures on web are accurate.Walk-able to most local places. Very friendly and helpful staff.
