Just a little away from the nearest shopping mall but still walkable. Dining options and prices are good. Glad it offers a washer and dryer option. Fitness center is way too small for a large hotel.

Great Hotel

Overall a great stay. Good service, clean , location is in walking distance with restaurants etc. The only disadvantage is the breakfast nearby. I must admit, it’s an external cafe that works with the hotel and serve breakfast . The service is very bad and slow. The food quality . The waiters are really confused in the morning. I was waiting for my cappuccino for 13 minutes while my eggs Benedict arrived after 25 minutes and cold.

Close to Ayala Triangle park . An underground mall with grocery and restaurants is in the triangle

A Great Stay

The Citadines always provided a comfortable stay. The Salcedo Village is very clean, a variety of entertainment and eateries and a safe place to walk.

it was a great experience staying in this hotel. however, communicating for the room service was terrible. one of the customer services forgot to bring a stuff that i requested and promised me that he will bring it later. but never showed up. never had this kind of experidence in any hotels

They don’t provide new and clean towels every day. First time hotel that I have experienced. So bad. Breakfast menu only few options. I will never book this hotel again.

We liked the area in salcedo convenient to restaurants and near by park. There's really nothing we didn’t like.

Breakfast is top notch, staff are great, the two room suite is perfect for kids. The hot tub was a little scuzzy and we didn’t use it.

This is our favorite hotel in all of Manila. We have stayed here numerous times and I am impressed each and every time. The staff is courteous, helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious, clean & well kept. I chose to spend my 55th birthday here. I was missing family & friends so I thought atleast I can have my favorite meal at my favorite hotel. Simple. However, the staff went out of their way to make sure my birthday was special. The room was perfect and later they came up to sing the cutest birthday song & present a slice of cake. It brought me to tears to have such a sweet kindness shown to me. I did not ask for this they did this on their own and it is this level of thoughtfulness that makes them standout. Top tier hospitality and the gold standard!!!

Love this hotel. See my numerous reviews from prior stays. I will say that today at checkout was the first time the front desk staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. I’ve never dealt with the young man checking me out but he was very cold & seemed irritated that I was looking over the receipts & final bill. I always check and double check my ending bill and staff has always been kind & patient. He was definitely irritated and not happy. Not sure if he is new or just having a bad day but maybe management should reiterate customer service again to him. Other than that we had another amazing stay as usual and will return in a couple of weeks.

This is our 3rd stay and hands down our g favorite hotel in Manila. Staff is always gracious, professional & accommodating. It has a boutique hotel feel with the customer service & amenities of a larger hotel chain. If I could stay for a month I would. The only hotel I would recommend for Manila

Good staffs. Easy processing on front desk. Very clean. Good location. The only problem is hotel management put coffee servant in the lobby but not open for hotel guest. They put limite on that and said only ASR members welcome to use. That was not good impression for the new walk in hotel guest. Over all everything was good. I was enjoyed Thank you to everyone

A fantastic place to stay in Salcedo Village. Two mins away from a grocery store and multiple high end restaurants walking distance. Ayala Triangle is maybe a 4 or 5 minute walk away.

Most of the staffs were nice and helpful but the restaurant staffs need to be more efficient. They offered to deliver my breakfast to my room. I waited for at least 45 minutes. I called to to follow up and it was ready to be delivered. I waited again but no one came. I had to come down to pick it up. No apology at all for the delay and bad service.

Piacevole manila

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione, zona tranquilla e sicura,camera super confortevole. Piscina piccola e sole solo al primo mattino. Deludente la colazione.. servita nel adiacente bar. Personale disponibile e un facchino simpatico sempre pronto ad aiutare. Grazie super Mario.

Staff are kind, facilities are good conditons

This is our first visit to the Philippines and our first stay at a Citadines. I never heard of Citadines but I am very glad we stayed. Outstanding service & care. Rooms are large & up to date. Amenities are top notch. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel.

Second time to stay here with my 2 young kids while visiting family in Manila. Never disappoints with the friendly staff and cleanliness.

AWESOME PLACE

Property is clean and SMELLS clean! Elevator function well!

Room had a musty smell on arrival, likely the AC needed to be cleaned and filter needed replacing. Other than that the room was in good condition. Pool and gym was respectable though the jacuzzi was only partially operable. Staff did their jobs mostly correct. Good for the price I suppose.

I love CITASDINE. I love the staff!!! They are the BEST. I love the area. The only complaint that I have is that each room needs to be completely aired out. When people eat, the food (like Chinese food) aroma sticks to the walls, curtains and specially carpet! Spraying perfume is not going to permanently MASK the odor! It wears off. And use Clorox and Lysol to remove the moldy smell that smelled like a wet rag. Mold is what I smelled in almost every hotels and houses that I have visited in the Philippines. Mold was caused by extremely wet season followed by stagnate heat. Maybe someone has better explanation. Sorry for being brutally honest.

All good! Except TV has no CNN. Lots of Chinese and Euro news, but no CNN. Al the other hotels have it. CNBC and MSNBC would be nice, but at least CNN.

The manager in charged when we checked in goes beyond his call of duty. He is exceptional and I just did not get his name. We checked in On Feb 22nd for 1 nights. We will be back and definitely check in in this facility because the place and the people are 5-Star or more.

It’s located in a nice part of Makati only a short walk to Ayala Triangle. The1 BR unit is spacious, complete cooking equipment and the staff are friendly. However we had a problem in one room that had mosquitos but we were transferred to another unit by the staff.

Great hotel, clean and quiet. Nice staff, very fast. But the breakfast could be improved. It takes sometimes long, the restaurant is average and the food tasteless.

The hotel is situated in an exclusive area of Makati. Plenty of decent bars and restaurants around this neighbourhood. A Saturday market near the park is not to be missed! Good and spacious rooms and conditons. The only downside is the Jacuzzie is bit dated and functions are not in order. Otherwise all good!

The kitchen is an added bonus for staying in this hotel. Walking distance to the malls and the Saturday farmer's market.

Always a good place and location to Makati or Manila.

Very clean and staff were outstanding.. food was excellent. Surrounding area is just perfect for walking to the mall.. right next to Ayala triangle.. I will stay here again when I’m in the area.

Great base to explore Manilla

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel in Manilla. Staff were lovely from moment we arrived in the early hours of the morning. Breakfast included in attached restaurant was convenient. Room was massive and quite modern. Area felt safe and had no issues walking to greenbelt mall etc.

I am very impressed with this property! Exceeded my expectations and highly recommend it! All the employees at the front desk, doormen, restaurant servers were very pleasant, polite and have big smiles. My room was clean, big and with a beautiful view of Makati! I will come back to this place on my next visit! Thank you Citadines! Keep up the good work!

Said free breakfast but when i went to get they seemed confused and prices on menu internet modem needed re start but room wad nice and quiet

First, I'll start with what the Citidines Salcedo can do better: - The elevators take a while during peak hours - The hallways on the room floors don't receive central AC which makes the wait for an elevator to arrive a warm wait. However the lobby & the elevator bays in the lobby are air conditioned. What they do great: I used to live in Salcedo Village and love the neighborhood. It's one of the most walkable neighborhoods in the Makati CBD. Jeepneys & tricycles aren't allowed in Salcedo Village making it a quiet neighborhood. There are green spaces such as Salcedo Park & the Ayala Triangle Gardens within walking distance & delicious (& aesthetic) restaurants appealing to an international crowd. The property is located around the block from the weekly Saturday Salcedo Farmer's Market with everything from artisan chocolates, local desserts, produce from local farms, & grab 'n go food. There is a 24 hour hamburger & burrito restaurant, Army/Navy, 2 doors down. I've stayed at Citidines properties in various cities & have found them to be a great choice for serviced apartments that are clean, minimalistic, conveniently located, at an easy price point. The adjoining restaurant has a great menu with a very good choice of breakfast items. However what really makes this place shine is the staff. I always call The Philippines "The Land of 100 Million Smiles." The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, & friendly making this place sparkle!

The hospitality, kindness and friendliness in this hotel, the peoplecin the lobby is unmatched. This is the only hotel for me when I visit Manila from now on.
