Casa Hamburgo by Kukun

The apartment is nice but it's useless if it's dirty, with a lot of problems using the parking lot, it took more than 4 hours to fix the card to use in the parking lot! And as the parking attendant told me, it is due to lack of payment!! The department's administration should pay more attention to that detail, and as I mentioned, the department is dirty. The dining room chairs are torn off, the armchairs have stains! the railing of the dirty and bloody stairs! For the price you pay they have higher expectations, you can't use the pool because they say it belongs to the Holyday Inn hotel that is next door so it is a lie that it has that service This place is a failure and fraud!!! and then they tell you that they are going to compensate you when you rent the place again??? Who wants to return to that fraudulent site?

Estuvo bien. Solo decía que incluía estacionamiento y no. Nos mandaron a un estacionamiento a la vuelta el cuál nos reembolsaron, pero nos tomo tiempo llegar a la ubicación del estacionamiento por lo tanto tardamos mucho más en llegar

I love the location. Safety, and the swimming pool on tops of the building

This is exactly what we needed for our family trip! 2 bedrooms, 3 WC, 2 level apartment, very clean and convenient. It is ideally located for walkable trips to areas of interest and wonderful restaurant locations. The pool was a nice treat for the kids after a full day of walking and visits. I recommend this location, as we all felt very safe and always welcomed nicely by the doormen.

Overall we loved this accommodation. However, we did not give it 5 stars because we found Kukun difficult to communicate with. We also were frustrated that we were allowed only one keycard for two of us. Other wise the apartment was great with excellent appliances, comfortable king bed, good views and gym facilities were fantastic.

It was a really nice spot, especially for the price. Two bedrooms, two and a half baths is great. Decent area for getting to all the things but not right next to anything. Quiet enough at night, especially considering how busy the streets were. Cons: we weren’t able to get into our room until 3:40 which was super annoying. The space really didn’t feel very clean. We ended up washing the sheets because there were hairs on them. There was also a giant glob of pink hair in the bathroom, the sinks didn’t drain well and there were sequins found throughout. The listing also said there was AC in the unit. They had little tiny swamp coolers that really didn’t do much and had a super loud beep in the middle of the night when they ran out of water. We ended up opening the windows at night because it was so cool outside and the swamp coolers just weren’t cutting it. I figured being on the 10th floor it would be fine, but there is a park on the 7th, so we woke up covered in mosquito bites. Weirdest part was them begging for a 5-star review upon checkout, saying 4 stars makes their jobs harder. In my world, you get what you earn. They did not earn 5 stars.

A must stay with friends or family!

Great stay!!! Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment with a beautiful view of the city. The apartment is a great central location, perfect for walking. The pool and walking track area was a wonderful added bonus. We had a blast staying here and would definitely stay with Kukun again when visiting Mexico City.

We stayed with the dog. The surrounding area is very safe, and there is a shopping mall next to it. The station is also nearby, and it is a very convenient location. The room was also kept very clean and I was able to spend a comfortable time.

There was too much communication! Constant updates. And then the doorman had no idea who I was and that I had a reservation when I arrived (which was a little tricky because my map didn’t send me to the right place). That was quickly fixed, because there was such ready communication. Other than that, everything was easy, efficient and nice. I was there for business. One night. It worked out well in every way.

Great apartment with a lot of safety and amenities. Spent a week and very clean. 2.5 bathrooms is great for a family. All is close to it. Highly recommended

The bed needs to be repaired, the headboard wasn't attached to the bed and would constantly tilt down, the bad crossmember under the bed was broken, and the frame would slide all over the place. In the Kunkun manual left on the kitchen table, it stated that they would clean the apartment once a week if the renter stayed for 10 days. I stayed for 14 days and they only cleaned once, stating that I could pay extra to have the apartment cleaned more frequently. There were some exposed wires above the kitchen cabinets that were clearly taped together with electrical tape, which looked a little sketchy. The closet and the bathrooms were pretty dark, could use better lighting. A lot of the stuff in the apartment could be updated.

Great location, friendly and helpful support team, nice 2-level apartments with kitchens and laundry, and excellent amenities. The rooftop pool, lawn, track, and spa are terrific. 10-15 minute walk to leafy/trendy Roma Norté, historic sites, and Chapultapec park. Would definitely stay here again.
