The Stirling Brasserie offers all day dining with contemporary dishes for all tastes in warm, modern surroundings and is perfect for every occasion, whilst the Allt-yr-Afon restaurant serves relaxed refined cuisine in a classy, timeless decor. The Stirling Afternoon Tea and Cream Tea is also served in our Brasserie throughout the day, 7 days a week.. All of our food is created with passion and care boasting the finest ingredients.

An array of relaxing treatments can be experienced in our exclusive Spa with outdoor jacuzzi and Sauna pod, you can help yourself to fresh water and hot drinks or relax with a cocktail in the thermal suite. The hotel welcomes well behaved dogs in their Cariad rooms and the stunning woodland walks located on the doorstep are perfect for all of our four legged guests.
