Necesita renovar mobiliario

La propiedad por fuera muy bien, limpio y bonito pero por dentro necesita nuevas camas y muebles y estar pendiente de la basura; cuando llegamos estaba lleno el bote de basura, más TV; en la propiedad que nos dieron un solo tv y pequeño.

Estadia regular

Tercera vez en Regal Palms pero esta vez nos dieron una casa con muchos defectos, sillones rotos, ropa de cama vieja, televisor antiguo, etc. Lo demas, piscina, gimnasio, juegos, muy bien como siempre.

Es un lugar bonito, pero muy lejos de los parques de Disney, por otro lado la alfombra de la casa y sábanas de las camas estaban sucias, no había limpieza diaria, la personas que atienden no hablan español y son poco sociables. Lo bonito es la piscina la que tienen cuidada.

le lobby muy bien y las instalaciones de la recepción muy bien, un poco descuidados los baños y puertas de los baños, pero lo que fue la casa muy mal, sin toallas, después descubrimos que las dejaron en la secadora y nunca las pusieron, en los baños nunca pusieron papel, ni jabon para manos ni para bañarse, ni shampoo, el lugar estaba tranquilo y muy comodo con excepción de lo anterior

Primera experiencia en el resort, encantado de las instalaciones y la ubicación con fácil acceso a todo.

El hotel se ve bien la piscina muy buena y adecuada para los ninos. El townhouse amplio pero sucio las carpetas el bano todo sucio y antiguo. Los juegos de ninos muy divertidos.

Atención mala

Llegue el día de la reserva a la noche y estaba en el lobby una señora con muy mala onda , resulta que estuve 2 horas para que me de la casa que ya tenía paga , la señora insultando al aire todo el tiempo , después de que te ve que llamar 2 veces a the hoteles.com. pude entrar a mi reserva . La señora me hizo esperar a las 23hs casi dos horas con mis niños dormidos y diciendo que me valla a otro hotel por qué ella no podía solucionar el problema, que era cuyo inconveniente? Que se había quedado la cerradura sin baterías y no aceptaba la llave DESASTRE DE PERSONA ! Al otro día se lo comenté a la persona que estaba en el lobby y no lo tan mal , NUNCA ME PASÓ ESTO POR ESO LA ATENCIÓN ES MUY MALA

Scam! Te dicen un precio y luego te cobran extras!

Esta bastante alejado de los parques. Te dan un precio por internet y luego te cobran $65 por limpieza de habitación y $15 de RESORT fee así que es mejor escoger cualquier hotel similar

Estadia familiar

La estadia fue familiar, el resort esta en buenas conditiones a mis ninos les encanta la piscina. Lo unico negativo es que los inodoros no estaban limpios.

Vacaciones en grupo familiar

Llegamos a recepción nos recibieron pero no nos explicaron bien con lo que contábamos en la estancia, las casas que nos asignaron son de las últimas, una de ellas olía a cigarro o alguno de los vecinos fumaba ( las casas se pueden comunicar) se reporto y algo hicieron porque dejo de oler, no pasa la recolección de basura seguido ni tienen todas las casas contenedores y se acumula, el personal de alberca es amable y extrema seguridad

El complejo se encuentra a veinte minutos de disney, siempre que no haya tráfico y a ,40 del aeropuerto, en la zona no hay ninguna atracción cerca, solo un market i gasolineria junto aunque el complejo cuenta con un pequeño minisuper, las habitaciones así cómo la villa están bastante bien solo que las camas y cojines de comedor y salga están muy gastados,, se unden, en las camas habían pulgas , muchas pulsad, no había internet y mee dijeron que yo quejara con expedia, solo una tv,

RENTAMOS UNA CASA, LA DISTANCIA DE LOS PARQUES ES COMO DE 45 MIN A 1 HORA, PERO EN FIN, LA CASA CUENTA CON UN GRAN ESPACIO, SOLO QUE LAS INSTALACIONES ESTAN DESCUIDADAS, TRASTES, UTENSILIOS, MESAS, SILLAS, CAMAS Y BAÑERAS. POR SUPUESTO POR EL CLIMA Y POR LA FALTA DE MANTENIMIENTO DE LA CASA, LA CUAL EN SU REGISTRO DE FUMIGACION DECIA QUE ESTA SE HABIA FUMIGADO EN FEBRERO DEL 2013, DESPUES DE 10 MESES, HABIA INSECTOS NO INVITADOS Y UN POCO GRANDES (CUCARACHAS). LA ALBERCA FRIA Y NOS COMENTARON EN RECEPCION QUE SI QUERIAMOS QUE LA CALENTARAN TARDARIAN 4 DIAS, POR LO CUAL NO LA USAMOS NI UN SOLO DÍA.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar!

La atención es muy buena y la casa es muy comoda. Te sientes como en casa. Tiene todo lo necesario. Cocina completa, baños limpios, sala amplia, cochera propia, en la recepción tienen folletos de información de los lugares turisticos y una hermosa alberca, además de ser un lugar muy tranquilo.

El lugar es precioso, la habitación muy comoda. Cerca y hasta caminando se puede ir a comprar alimentos para hacer en casa ya que la habitación ciuenta con estufa, micro, refri. Tambien se puede lavar ropa porque cuenta con lavadora y secadora. Deberian de saber que aparte de la tarifa diaria te cobran 128 dólares por limpieza que la hacen al entregar la habitaíón. El Internet es pésimo ya que ellos son incompetentes, no tienen las habitaciones y en el loby falla y no tienen que les repare.

Todo muy bien hasta que me dijeron que tenia q pagar 128US$ de un mantenimiento a la habitación que no iria sino hasta el final... es decir, el aseo a la habitación no lo hacian diario, me toco tender las camas a mi y lavar la loza a mi. Lo deás muy bien.

Esta super comodo, lindo, limpio y un gran sitio para ir en familia

Regal Palms: Bastante cómodo y amplio (+7personas)

El hotel está muy cómodo, en realidad es una casa con 2-4 cuartos, cocina completa, estufa, refrigerador, etc. Tiene TV en todos los cuartos con canales de paga, todo estaba bastante nuevo, al llegar fallaba la TV de la sala, lo reportamos a recepción y a los 30 min llegó personal de mantenimiento para revisarlo, el problema era el contacto eléctrico y se resolvió en 20 min más. No está cerca de los parques de diversiones, pero esto está claro en la descripción, nos interesaba más que fuera un espacio amplio y cómodo, lo cual cumplió al 100%. Muy recomendable.

Pase una vacaciones hermosas, con mi familia ya habiamos estado el año anterior y volvimos, por la comodidad y tranquilidad del lugar.

2024 family vacation

Regal Palms is a very tranquil resort. The lazy river and pool area was amazing. The location was superb. It was just a 3 min walk to Publix and several restaurants. The resort itself has a great bar and grill and all the employees were very kind. The pond in the back was very entertaining. There were turtles and baby alligator in there. You could watch the fireworks from Disney off of the balcony. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10 for family vacation.

The pool was nice for kids. The room itself was nit properly stocked. We had to buy toliet paper and not enough towels and was left with only 2 pods for laundry. Enough towels for a night. We had to wash them twice.

The check in process was weird since I didn't think I needed to check in with the door code they gave me being at the top of the instructions so figured I was good The elevator was in some rough shape and could definitely use new flooring. The space itself has been newly remodeled so very pretty but the bathrooms needed quite a bit more attention paid to. There was some gunk in the guest bathroom shower that we only ended up using the primary for showering. The sheet on the primary bed had some sort of plastic covering for the mattress underneath which I completely encourage, but it made a lot of noise during the night with any movement and retained heat to over heat us. Because of that we moved to the two twins and the mattresses were much more comfy and quiet but the sheets were pilled and elastics came up every night since they were cheap sheets. All in all a very average stay. Not bad, not great. Probably won't stay here again next time. Also, never used amenities but still got charged resort fees so keep that in mind as well. Use the amenities if you can to get the most bang for your buck. You're gonna get charged either way

Great amenities

It’s was a great place. The kids had fun. I enjoyed the three bathrooms and the king size bed. The beds were a bit squeaky and there was only one big sized tv in the home and two small ones. The internet wasn’t pretty good either. For the most part the stay was great. The manager of the property was wonderful. I had no issues with utilities. There was plenty of space and even some dishes that were available. All and all great spot. And right near the entrance and exit so easy to navigate to the property.

Regal palms was great. My family really enjoyed all the amenities the property has to offer. The unit itself (privately owned) was extremely outdated and was just a roof over our heads and nothing more. Too much to list the wrongs of this unit, but Regal Palms was great.

I liked that the pool area was close by and grocery shopping near by. I didn’t like that the sofas didn’t appear clean nor did the comforters.

I like the area the size of the house. I didn't like the carpet it was dirty they should consider replacing it

Family vacation turn into a nightmare

This was the most uncomfortable place that I have rented to stay the place was full of roaches and my wife is terrified by it, instead of a family vacation it was a nightmare for us and in top of everything the reservation was sent the the resort wrong with 1 day less which meant that I had to go to the reception again to activate my card to be able to get inside the property because when I got to the gate after coming back from the parks the card didn’t work and it was because the reservation was sent wrong I will definitely will not be using this site or that resort anymore in my life. Almost forgot the key to enter The townhouse was a code and it was never provided to me when I checked in, which meant that I had to call a number that was wrong to get this info because the front desk could not provided that info and I sat outside the house with my family and my two daughters for almost 30 minutes trying to find a number that could provide the information.

The lazy river and pool werea nice perk. The condo was nice, although i was disppointed that the phone didnt work!

There was only one T.V. working in the 3bedroom town home no wash clothes or towels available had to wait till the next day in order to receive them. Sofa and loveseat felt like fleas were bitting you had to sit at kitchen table the entire stay.

All the dishes was dirty they gave me the wrong code to to get into the home sat outside for 30 min waiting the outlet in the bathroom didn't work the hot tub didn't work and they gave me the wrong number to call and complain

This was my 2nd time staying here and this time was horrible...the refrigerator was leaking, carpets was dirty& insect problems

The checkin was horrible it was a complete run around then we wasn’t even able to get the room we book we was just put somewhere so I didn’t even have a pool in the back of my house then security is races and keep harassing the African American people on the 4th just totally unsatisfied with my vacation

Very nice place to stay. Our unit was a nice size and was pretty well stocked. Also it is very close to a grocery store which was very convenient.

First unit was not acceptable. Run down and not clean. Complained and two days later moved to a nicer unit. Overall had a fair stay.

Once we checked in and I usually do an inspection on the property because I don’t want to get charge for something that wasn’t me it was two holes on the wall the TVs were about 16 inch TVs one room didn’t have a cable box Wash cloth that was only for for eight people

The Resort looks very nice from th outside but.. the inside of the townhouse is not what you expect. The most important thing in a place is the cleaning and was very poor, besides one of the bathroom the bath tub was not drained. Anyway I do not recommend this place for another family vacation.. Sorry.. but for the money for rent it is not accurate.

No wifi, not enough toilet paper, very little utensils and dishware, no dish soap, no communication between property management. Will not return.

At check-in, the front desk advised that there was little they could do to help us and if we needed anything to call the management company. The 1 phone number provided to us was for "emergencies", yet, not one person answered our calls. When we enter the townhouse, it was full of carpet everywhere. The house smelled DISGUSTING, so musty, and humid. This was a problem because 3 people were extremely asthmatic. The moment they stepped in their throats began to close up, their breathing became difficult causing them to overuse their inhalers triggering a health concern. We didn't expect carpet everywhere because our Expedia photos showed carpet in only one room, the master bedroom which was fine because there were 2 other rooms. We go to the front desk, they were very helpful in trying to contact Keith from RPRSM, who was, apparently, the only person that could help us. When they were finally able to reach him, we explained to him our situation and we asked if we could please be moved to another townhouse. He was so UNINTERESTED in what we had to say, he was rude and acted as if we were bothering him. His response was "what do you want me to do about it?" & quoting his EXACT words: "you should have done your research". Keith refused to return our money, after hours on the phone with Expedia and Expedia trying to contact him with no solutions. Thankfully, Expedia took it upon themselves to refund our money. At 1 am we had to go looking for a separate hotel.

Staff was pleasant. The facility we stayed at was just average. Rugs and cooking ware were dirty. Also no one from the staff contacted us or showed to see if we needed extra towels, toliet paper, anything. No phone in the facility. Had to call from our cell phones. Staff was made aware of that and was told it was going to get fixed, it never happened. Experience

We stayed here over the weekend and we loved it... Our town home was 3 bd/3bth, Nicely furnished and extremely clean. Owner was very sweet and her property was well taken care of. The king size bed room had a large tub with was a plus, In the other 2 bedrooms was 2 twin beds in each room perfect for our family friends that atayed with us. Pool area was really nice we had alot of fun in the lazy river and and on the slide. Wish my youngest was big enough for it shes 1 1/2 you have to be 49" or bigger, she cried for 2 days she wanted so badly to. I only wish she couldve sat on my lap. Hot tub was nice we didnt venture into the gym area since we had 4 kids with us. Arcade was okay, not the worst. there was at least 4 or 5 games out of order every game was $1 per play some games old but still fun. Food and drinks were delicious and fair priced we thought. Gratuity is automatic so be aware! We tipped alot our first day for not realizing. Wristbands are given for each guest for entry into amenities and resort townhomes( with a $10 charge if lost) Towels are also $10 charge if not returned. Bring our own Floats, you cant rent them and we ended up paying $35 for 3 tubes at the store there. Someone did take off with one of ours the first night which was a bummer. Overall our stay was nice and we would stay again. We vistied Legoland about 30 min. Orlando/Disney is the same about 30 min from the resort as well. There is a publix next to the resort which was nice for groceries.

There was a communication problem on how to get into the property. An email was supposed to be sent with the code to open the key box and I never received it. I had to go back to the Reception and they had to call someone to get the code. The property tubs could of being cleaned better. The jets were full of mold. The WiFi did not work and when I contacted the number the front desk gave me the person did not know the right user or password for me to use the WiFi.

The unit size was perfect however it needed a deep cleaning and updating. They need to make sure everything is in working order. The ceiling fan in living room did not work.

Liked that it had three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The location is close enough to get to the Disney parks, but also a short drive from stores for supplies that may be required. The pool and water slide were also great for some relaxing time at the resort.

I only liked the pool area with the game room and bar everything else was ok.... We only had 1 roll of toilet paper per room after all used up we were told we had to buy our on. In their policy they wanted u to clean up and wash your wash your towels and if you requested more they was a 10$ hold per towel on your credit card if u lost your resort wristband pass or didnt turn them back in their would also be a 10$ charge each wristband. I wouldnt stay there again EVER...

The property was great the staff was helpful the pool was clean only issue was the rental property it was given to us dirty sheets stained walls dirty.

The property we stayed in was infested with roaches. It was horrible. The resort said it was nothing they could do and it was the property owners responsibility for insects. The home we rented was not comfortable. There wasn't a broom to sweep the floors. It wasn't cleaned well. I had to scrub all the bathrooms before my family used them. It was a terrible experience and i will not be returning

The property was in good condition and response for any issue was quick within 20minute

Minder goed is dat wij van expedia geen huisnummer hadden gehad. En wij bij de acomadatie aankwamen en ze daar geen idee hebben van onze boeking. En dat ze een adres cq huisnummer nodig hebben. Sta je daar om 22:00 uur in de avond kapot van de lange reis. En op naam ku nen ze niet zoeken.

The service from the staff was exceptional and the place was very clean and family oriented. Also. The pool and lazy river were very clean on a daily basis. We enjoyed our stay with the kids and friends. We will stay here again and we highly recommend anyone to stay here

What I liked was the layout of the villa, how well equipped it was, and how secure the property was. The pool was great with reasonably priced and well made adult beverages. Pillows flat and uncomfortable, Blender broken, carpets very dirty, walls dirty, no vacum to clean carpet, no soap, no toilet paper, no shampoo, no containers to make salad. no coffee filters, ants and spiders roaming all over the apartment, the kitchen burners were out of place and tilted. 5 day stay no house keeping. I did pay a cleaning fee?

The pool was plain, no floaty for the lazy river, only one slide nothing else exciting for kids at the pool, no toilet paper, no wash clothes no trash bags, every room had different tv channels, one room you can only lock from the outside, chair was dirty on the patios, had to pay to get pool towels, some of the window shades was broken a hassle coming in and out the property because you had to scan a paper restaurant couldn't deliver

Amazing resort

It’s just like the pictures! It’s an amazing place to stay and make you feel safe and secure the staff are so friendly and the place it self is amazing. You can go to the pool and lazy river and just relax from your trip once you get there. The gym could be updated. But overall it’s worth the stay 😊

I like the house, and i love the pool but from what i heard from others and seen from our place i think id look into some new cleaning people. There was old food, no one seems to high dust. And the leather furniture was peeling and very crappy looking and crappy feeling from all the peeling. And one of your male workers over the game area was VERY rude to one of our party members.

Very bad place, not recommended

Very bad experience, Rooms were dirty, old, not even soap was provided, the bedding was worn out, even the matresses were noisy because of how old there were, the kitchen was not equipped, not even glasses and on the top of all that there cocarochaes in the bedroom. No acruons of administration, strongly recommended to not waste your time in this place

The house was clean and nice, no deck, just three chairs next to garbage bin, nothing at the property except the swimming pool, we stayed for 4 nights, and the pool was closed for maintenance for 2 days (half of the pool one day - half of the pool another day; the management did not care, the door screen was off, refused to extend my stay even for 1 hour - the place was literally empty after the spring break... I would never go back there

It was a great place to stay on vacation I would recommend it to family and I would definitely book this resort again

The Property itself was great. Our unit was dirty. It was decent but you could tell the floors were not swept, the bathtub filled up with water and took a while the drain, the front lawn area is littered with garbage in the bushes and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Pool area, lazy river, water slide, tiki bar was nice. Construction was going on. Staff not to nice.

We enjoyed our stay. However, there are some definite updates that need to be made. Normally I would not mind so much, but the beds were TERRIBLE... If I were staying a couple days I might not mind as much, but if I am going to sleep somewhere for 7 days, I want my bed to be comfortable. Other than that complaint, we had a great stay. Unfortunately, for that reason, I would not stay here again for that amount of time...

The property was in a location that was close to our sons baseball games. The photos and description of the townhouse were misleading. It was very run down. Stained and torn carpets, worn towels, sheets and bedding. No household products other than a small bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper. It also had bugs. We would not return.

Loved the pool and lazy river. The townhouse was spacious. The desk staff were excellent. Most fixtures in the unit were loose, dryer was vented into the unit, about 1/2 of the games in the arcade were out of order. Only 1 hot tub. Thin walls made night time outdoor shenangins a bother for sleeping.

Condom wrapper on living room floor blankets dirty dead roach on floor cigar insides on the bottom of coffee table carpet was nasty an needed to be cleaned .. It just wasnt the same as it was in 2013 when me an my husband met this was our first vacation spot with friends .. Sad

Mala atencion

Muy mala atencion en reception. Mucho tiempo teniamos que esperar hasta que encuentren nuestra reservacion.

Resort fees are excessively high for what you get. Not even a swimming pool, but actually a wading pool. When we arrived the temperature in the unit was 60 fahrenheit. Furnace did not work. Tried calling maintenance next day, but phone did not work. Went to the office to report problems. Told me that maintenance would look after the furnace and IT would take care of phone. Went back second day and complained. Received the same response. Went back third time and again nothing fixed. Heard others complaining of problems not being dealt with. At this point just gave up complaining. Spent two weeks there with no heat/AC and no phone. Temperatures were 80F in bedrooms second week. Had an issue with rental car, but could not call them because of phone problem. Had to drive to airport and exchange car due to phone not working. Would never return to this resort and advise others to beware.

The property is very quiet. I would say that the villa was clean but, its starting to develop a bug problem. I ran out to buy cleaning products and a can of bug spray.

One towel per room, insufficient towel for seven people. TVs broken and fixed only the night before we checked out. Sofa in the living area sinks to the springs, coming apart at the seams. Carpet worn on steps. Multiple bites on spouse arm, leg, face which look similar to bedbug bites. Spouse going to a physician today for extremity bites and itching. The place was unclean. Impossible to get assistance even for extra towel, to report concerns and broken TVs because we were told it was a personally owned place in a resort. We were not made aware of this before we rented at 154 Bergamo, Royal Palms in Davenport, Florida. X

Average and kind of run down

Expedia dropped the ball on this one! After a long day of travelling I get to the Regal Palms to check in only to find out they don't have an access code for my booked unit, the person at reception was very apologetic and tried to resolve the issue to the best of their ability. After 30 minutes I was able to get into my unit only to find a HUGE cockroach in one of the bedrooms! 2 days later the AC unit started to leak, I called the number the receptionist gave me incase of any issues...I call...the person tells me that they are very sorry and they would get someone to come in within a few hours.... 5 days later I am still waiting. I had to turn it off in 90f (30c) weather with 2 children! The overall property is clean and the amenities are good, but I would never stay at La Mirage 212 again! If you are going to stay at the Regal Palms NEVER STAY AT LA MIRAGE 212!

Loved the roominess. Loved the pool. Location was great. Room definitely needed maintenance.

This was our 4th time staying at regal. We will always book here
