Me hubiera encantado que el establecimiento tuviera a la disposición de café y té , el costo no es tanto y seria un plus para el que se queda por dos dias y no tiene tiempo de comprar para poder desayunar, pues la mayoria de los cafés alrededor abren a partir de las 9 sm con excepcion de algunos o mejor dicho 1 que abria a las 8am para la persona que va por trabajo no hay posibilidad de tomar ni un cafe

Es wird in der Umgebung viel gebaut. Zimmer Reinigung nur bei längerem Aufenthalt ( 6 Tage). Apartment im Charme der 90er Jahre.

Keine Beschreibung durch die Rezeption, wo dasAparthotel zu finden ist (nur 50m entfernt, so dass wir lange suchen mussten.

War total zufrieden . Rezeption war super, immer auskunftsbereit👍 Das Frühstück sehr gut. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Dresden stay

A super stay. A very well located hotel in a beautiful city. Staff were first rate. Highly recommended.

Lækkert ophold med udsigt til et livligt torv.

Dejlig udsigt til Frauenkirche og plads. Der høstfest med sang og musik på torvet, og livligt alle vegne, så hvis man vil bo roligt, skal man vælge et af de andre Aparthoteller i byen. Rent og pænt alle steder, dog var en kniv ikke vasket af.

Excelente localização e quarto generoso em tamanho, bom para família.

Wir fanden es ging, das Zimmer war ordentlich zum Frühstück geht man in ein anderes Hotel. Man befindet sich genau an der Frauenkirche. Schließt man die Fenster, hört man nichts mehr. Das Frühstück selbst war jedoch dann Megaklasse.

Super location with a great view of the Frauenkirke. Easy access to every5hing you need.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with a great view of the Frauenkirche. There's some noise from the plaza below and the church bells, but we slept well nonetheless. It would have been helpful to know in advance that check-in is not at this address, but at an office around the corner.

Super Hotel mit einem einzigartigen Blick auf die Frauenkiche. Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal dort und kommen sicher wieder. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Betten. Diese lassen sich zu leicht verschieben.

Great value and perfect location

Perfect location, helpful and friendly staff, and amazing price. Located immediately across the platz near the Frauenkirche, the site offered a 1-BR apartment for us. Elevator seemed brand new. Easy office access just around the corner (with signs how to get there). Offered 24-hr phone help if needed. New bathroom. Appointed kitchen very sufficient...a microwave would be a smart add. Very pet friendly. Best parking is underground, across from office ("Frauenkirche")...GPS app will tell you a little farther away at same price.

위치는 드레스덴 광장 바로앞에 있고 대박, 시설은 중상 정도,,, 주차장이 따로 없고 리셉션 바로 앞에 세우라는데 찾기 힘들고 안열리고, 기냥 공용주차장 세우심이.. 괜찮습니다

거리는 중앙역에서 트램타고 7~8분 정도면 도착해요. 길바닥이 약간 울퉁불퉁하지만 아주 잠깐이라 캐리어 끌기도 적당했습니다. 열쇠로 다 열어야 한다는 점 빼고는 모든 게 완벽던 숙소입니다. 소금 설탕 후추, 프라이팬 냄비 등 식기가 다 있어서 유럽여행 중 가장 행복하게 만들어 먹었던 곳이기도 해요~ 걸어서 10분 거리에 REWE(마트) 크게 있으니 장봐와서 맛있는 식사 되시기를!

Gem in the Old Town

The location is incredible, it is in the heart of the old Town, and is near plenty of great food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and have fantastic views of the square.

오랫동안 묵어야해서 일부러 조리시설이 있는 곳으로 선택했는데 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 조리기구와 그릇 등이 다 갖춰져있어서 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 트램타는곳도 가깝고 기차역도 가까워서 좋았어요. 광장에 위치해서 접근성도 좋습니다.

Affordable room. AMAZING location- Dresden Square

Such an amazing spot on the square. Actually a large apartment too, Interesting how the reception is on one street and my room in another. And my room even had a balcony overlooking the square - above the Martin Luther Statue - facing the church - looking down on the restaurants immediately below. Under $100. Awesome.

Vánoce v srdci Drážďan

Velmi dobře situovaný hotel, hned v srdci Drážďan, jezdíme sem vždy na Vánoční trhy, které jsou v okolí skvostné. Apartmenty jsou dobře vybavené, včetně pračky, wifi dobře funguje, postele pohodlné, i když příliš měkké; na 1-2 noci ale vyhovující.

Tolle Lage an der Frauenkirche

hatte ein bezahlbares Appartement mit Blick auf die Frauenkirche. Einmalig schön, Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel. Sehr Familienfreundlich. Restaurantbedienung außen vor dem Hotel stört nur bei offenem Fenster.

Amazing view; main plaza and Dresden Frauenkirche

The room was a pleasant surprise. It had the bedroom in the inner courtyard that was quiet, a nice little kitchen nook to prepare food and had all the amenities there. And then the main living room was beautiful with a huge window facing the church! Absolute gorgeous view.

Apartments groß und sehr geräumig. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wünsche werden aufgenommen und im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten erfüllt. Nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Um das Hotel große Auswahl an Gastronomie. Herrliche Aussicht auf die Frauenkirche. Mängel: Frühstück durchschnittlich. Könnte besser sein. Klimaanlage brummt und ging nicht.

Besser gelegen geht es nicht. Das Appartement war gigantisch groß und sauber. Von der TG hat man direkten Zugang, praktisch.

Krásné vánoce v srdci Drážďan

Pohodlný, klidný pobyt uprostřed nádherných vánočních trhů. Velmi přejemně zařízený apartmán s nádherným výhledem na náměstí. Vyhovující kuchyňka, pračka, wifi.

Das Hotel hat eine fantastische Lage, Mitten in der Altstadt von Dresden. Mit Blick auf die Frauenkirche !!!

Goede locatie

Even zoeken naar de receptie, maar perfecte verblijfplek voor een stedentrip. Alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. Servies, apparaten tot informatie. Goede locatie en zeer veel ruimte intern!

居間から正面に教会が見えるが、寝室は中庭に面しているので静か。 チェックイン、アウトは近くのホテルノイマルクトの受付で行うが、土産物店も併設しているので、前後に荷物を預かってもらえる。フロント閉鎖時間が長いアパートメントホテルが多い中で助かる。観光地なのでスーパーは１キロメートル近く歩かなければならないが、隣のコンビニで最小限のものは手に入る。 今回は料理はしなかったので頼まなかったが、電子レンジが必要なら備え付けではないので前もって頼んでおいた方ががよいと思う。

Schönes Appartement mit grandioser Aussicht

Der Check-in war etwas mühsam, das Zimmer war tatsächlich erst Punkt 15 Uhr zu beziehen, prinzipiell natürlich in Ordnung, so steht es ja in den Bedingungen, aber selbst das wurde uns als großzügige Geste präsentiert. Das Zimmer dann war allerdings großartig mit Balkon direkt zur Frauenkirche . Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Hinterhof und ist somit trotz der zentralen Lage schön ruhig. Die Küche ist hinsichtlich Kochuntensilien etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Eine Zimmerreinigung erfolgt erst ab 4 Tagen Aufenthalt, insofern wären zwei Handtücher mehr schön gewesen. Insgesamt ist das Appartement aber allein aufgrund der Lage und der sehr großzügigen Ausstattung absolut empfehlenswert... kein Café am Neumarkt kann mit dem Ausblick mithalten!

Die Lage ist wirklich super, leider war die Matratze wirklich hart

Der Aufendhalt in Dresden war sehr schön. Da das Hotel miten in der Stadt liegt, hat man einen sehr kurzen weg zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein großer Pluspunkt hat die Zimmeraussicht. Bei dieser sieht man die Frauenkirche, welche immer wieder eine Augenweide ist. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist der Zentralgelegene Platz des Hotels. Von dort aus kommt man überall und mit kurtzen Weg, überall hin.

Very comfortable and convenient location

Some of these apartment style rooms are small suites, ours was a large room overlooking Newmarkt with a small kitchen. Although the rebuilt Frauenkirche was right across the street, the hotel's windows were so soundproof that we did not hear the bells of any churches unless we opened the window. There are many excellent restaurants nearby (we chose not to take the hotel's breakfast option and made breakfast in the our kitchen instead). There was no housekeeping during our stay but that's fine with us. And the nearby historical sites were just breathtaking. We would definitely go back to this hotel.
