We had the best stay at apartments. The place was so luxurious. was always on hand to help out where she could. who cleaned the apartment and villa always made sure the place was immaculate.

Perfect for Adults

Superb accommodation, my sister and I wanted someone quiet, far enough away from the old town, but close enough to get a 10 minute bus or taxi. I have to say this villa ticked all the boxes, the staff were attentive and so helpful with any request, the room was spacious and new, and the adults only pool made for the perfect relaxed start to holiday. Would highly recommend for those travelling as a couple or adult family trip.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic Villa/Apartment and Karolina was a fantastic host, in a great location, about 35 minutes walk to the old Town or 5 minutes on the bus, there is also a closer area 10 minutes walk away with lots of bars and restaurants. Pool area was peaceful with a great view of the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay again and when we do I would book the same Apartment,

My partner and I spent 2 weeks at Villa Peragro relaxing and exploring the area. We loved the apartments especially the pool area and the location was great for setting off on days out. Hostess Karolina was very helpful at all times.

What an absolute gem of a place. The host was so lovely and welcoming and met some lovely other guests around the pool. The apartment was so nice, clean, perfect. Taxis/ubers had trouble finding the actual place and dropped at the bottom of what felt like 50 steps on main road so not great with luggage but otherwise everything about the place was amazing.

The apartment was so nice - very clean and had lots of space! The pool was the highlight of this stay! The apartment was in a great location - old town was 30 minute walk away and lots of restaurants were close by!

Amazing place

This is an amazing place. On arrival we were so impressed with the outside space, pool, barbecue area and stunning views. Karolina was extremely kind and helpful. Our studio apartment was spacious, well organised and comfortable. Walking into Lapad and around the bay was delightful. There are lots of restaurants and we particularly enjoyed the fish bar, El Pulpo. Walking into the old town of Dubrovnik took about 30 minutes and easy to get a taxi or Uber back to the villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, wish we could have stayed longer but really hope to return.

Highly recommended

The landlady Karolina has been extremely helpful and kind. She gave me a few pointers and some suggestions regarding restaurants, brilliant choices, I have tried three of them and all were excellent. The property is meticulously clean and easy to get to places. The pool and the poolside loungers can certainly help guests relax after a day of touring around in the town. It’s easy to get to from the airport, just call an Uber it takes about twenty something euros, very reasonable. The neighborhood is pretty friendly and there is a bakery just around the corner and two supermarkets nearby. Highly recommended.

Superb location and stunning views!

Tip top apartment in immaculate condition with stunning views. Everything we needed. Lovely helpful and friendly host. Good access for walking to nearby Lapad and bus access to Old Town Dubrovnik was just down the steps on the next street. We bought a Dubrovnik 7 day pass and this allowed us unlimited bus journeys as well as entry to a few attractions in the city. There were plenty of supermarkets and bakeries nearby if wanting to self cater as well as a variety of restaurants. All in all, a great find if wanting to avoid the crowdedness of the nearby large hotels. We brought a hire car, and we'd told Hotel.com when booking. This information hadn't been passed to the host though. Thankfully, she kindly allowed us to park at the side of her garage as the free street parking opposite is narrow and limited. If bringing a car, bear this in mind.

Stunning property fabulous host beautiful location

Our stay was truely amazing! A beautiful property, in a beautiful location, with a fabulous host! Karolina was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. The cleanest property we have ever stayed in, with all of the little things catered for. We coukd not recommend enough!

Mooi nieuwbouw complex in gewone woonwijk met 5 studio’s en zwembad op begane grond. Het beherend echtpaar woont in de bovenwoning en is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en informatief. Op een kwartier lopen van Sunset Beach en een half uur van de oude stad, dat ook goed met de bus is te bereiken. Tot slot is het uitzicht prachtig

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay at Villa Peragro any more than we did! Karolina is a superb host and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. The villa is very clean and comfy and has amazing facilities, including a social area with BBQ. The Old Town is only a short bus trip away but many restaurants and shops as well as the seafront are within walking distance. We hope to visit again some day!

The property was spotlessly clean tidy and well equipped.A lovely swimming pool was available to use and fantastic views across Dubrovnik could be seen. Carolina the host was really friendly helpful and provided much useful information.All in all excellent all round.

Amazing

We had an amazing stay. Karolina was very attentive and the apartment was clean and well equipped. The pool area was lovely and there was even a gym and BBQ.

Honestly the best place we’ve stayed in ages. Plenty to explore in old town, the islands and lapad- walking distance to both however to old town could take half an hour and hills. 40 kuna ( around £4/£5) in an Uber. The apartment itself so beautiful- we were so lucky and has the pool area to ourselves most of the time. There’s a bbq area and facilities to cook. Perfect for a couple, families and groups of friends- highly recommend and karolina is so accommodating and lovely! Happy to help and advise the best places to see/do!

Lovely stay!

Everything was great, loved our stay. Very clean, however, we stayed for a week and didnt get any clean towels or sheets (but apart from that was very good). About a 30min walk to the old town and 10 mins to the beach in Lapad. Ubers are very cheap, about £4 to the old town. Had a really good stay and the pool is lovely! Thank you!

I would highly recommend this apartment. Carolina was the most amazing host and is happy to help you with anything. The facilities are great and the location is perfect - quiet enough and only a short walk away from supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Apartments are exactly like the photos, couldn’t have found a better place to stay!

A lovely property only a 10 min (at the most) bus ride from Dubrovnik Old Town. The apartment was modern, clean and had everything you could want (TV, hob, kettle etc. and wifi). Very spacious with outside table and seating per apartment and a larger outside seating area with a large TV (we didn't watch TV the whole time we were there but some might) and barbecue. Karolina our host was fantastic. She had left us a bottle of water each and a beer each as a lovely welcome to the apartment as well as fruit in the bowl. She also spent time going through the local amenities (24 hour bakery right near us and the Belvedere restaurant where we ate on our last night which was gorgeous, as well as local beaches, bus numbers to get etc.) and took my number in case we needed anything / wanted to book any trips. She even left us umbrellas downstairs and messaged about them on the one day we had rain. Lastly, Karolina ever so kindly drove us to the main bus station on our last day in order to get our airport shuttle bus with as little hassle as possible. She didn't have to do this and it was very much appreciated. I liked it because she left us to it but she was there if and when we needed anything. Would absolutely stay here again without a doubt.

This a real quality property. It sits above and behind the Main street so its quiet but has wonderful veiws of the harbour. Comfortable Bed, great shower, well appointed apartment. Nice sitting area for each apartment. Close to a few shops for basics. A very good shop 800m away as are restaurants close by and 800m away. . Good bus service to Beach or Town. Would I stay here again definitely it was lovely

Excellent studio with everything that you need, and great little functional kitchen. We had 2 single bed which was perfect for me and my friend. It was too cold to use the swimmingpool but the house and equipment are amazing. Would definitely recommend. There was also a gym and laundry in the basement but we didnt use them. Karolina was an excellent host and gave us loads of useful advices :)

Top quality throughout

From the first impression to the last day every thing was impressive. The owner, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The pool and room and all areas, even the laundry were very clean. Had been remodeled recently and they went with top end materials throughput. Really enjoyed it and the location. A 24 hour bakery 2 minutes walk. Nice restaurant and market also short walk away.

Prachtige accomodatie die perfect is onderhouden. Alles die je mogelijk nodig hebt is voorzien: fitness, zwembad, wasserij,... Op onze 18-daagse reis was dit qua verblijf het hoogtepunt. Locatie ligt ongeveer in het midden tussen het historisch centrum en het westelijke "zon, zee, strand" gedeelte.

The property was awesome! An amazing space away from the hustle of old town, but close enough that you can walk there in 25 mins or catch a 5 min bus or taxi. Karolina was the best host ever! Very accommodating and friendly, she made you feel very welcomed to Dubrovnik. I can’t wait to return!!

We were in Dubrovnik for a family wedding and wanted an apartment rather than a hotel. We were delighted with our choice as the apartment ticked all the boxes. We were 10 to 15 minutes to the Sunset beach. There was a bakery next door for morning croissants and a bus stop nearby to take us into the old town. We had a wonderful welcome from Karolina who gave lots of info. A small but perfectly formed apartment which we would gladly return to.

굉장히 깔끔하고 좋은 시설의 숙소였습니다. 무료로 과일과 맥주도 넣어 주셨습니다. 앞에 수영장도 깔끔하게 유지되고 있습니다. 침대가 너무 푹신했습니다. 숙소 위치가 구시가지가 아니라서 더욱 좋았습니다. 두브르브니크 가면 이 숙소를 또 갈 생각이예요.

The Villa was beautiful, very clean and well looked after. The room was exactly as described when booking, with everything we would need. The host Karolina was amazing, she greeted us on arrival to show us around and kindly recommended things to do during our stay. Karolina was always on hand if we needed anything. Fab location! Away from the hustle and bustle but a short walk away from restaurants/beach. We are so glad we stayed here, it made our trip!

Fabulous All Round Experience We cannot recommend Villa Peragro more highly enough. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The pool deck and pool have superb views unrivalled by any accommodation in Dubrovnik city. The local neighbourhood has many authentic, reasonably priced Croatian restaurants. The villa is walking distance to a local supermarket and hospital. It’s a pleasant 30 min walk to the old town of Dubrovnik with spectacular views along the way or a 10 min bus ride (bus stop 2 min walk). Karolina is the perfect host, accommodating and extremely friendly. Karolina provided a friendly introduction to the villas and even pointed out great places to go and eat with her extensive knowledge of the area. We cannot praise her enough for her exceptional hospitality. This is a place you will never regret staying!

Wonderful spacious apartment!

The property is wonderful location and spacious rooms for 5 persons with 3 separated rooms and a large living room, and it's 5 minutes walking distance to the Duomo ! If you like the style of apartment buildings frienly but not hotel style because you won't have a daily clean up service.

Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik

Great apartment in a great location near a bus stop in between the old city and the newer beach areas. Karolina was a great host and the apartment was all we could have wanted.

Lovely property in great location

Great little apartment, beautifully furnished. Outside area is amazing with lovely views down to the harbour. Only 5 apartments in total so pool was always quiet. Everything about the place has been carefully designed, even the gym and laundry room! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the old town is a very short bus ride away making it ideal base for exploring Dubrovnik. Karolina, the owner, was an excellent host and couldn't have been more helpful. If we ever returned to Dubrovnik we would definitely stay here again.

We struck gold with this apartment!

We'll measure all future accommodation against this one - it was brilliant. The location was central, the apartment and amenities were superb and Karolina was wonderful - she looked after us so well. Karolina provided us with heaps of information and she was available by phone for anything we needed - she booked one of our trips for us and even dropped us off for it. We felt so spoilt with the view, the pool and the great service. Very highly recommend Villa Peragro!

Exceptional

What a wonderful stay! Idyllic setting with wide views of the surrounding mountains. Very peaceful - set on quiet side road. Stylish, spacious, comfortable and scrupulously clean areas around the pool for lounging and dining. Well equipped apartment with very comfortable bed. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery very close by. Excellent location for visiting old town and other areas of the peninsula. You can walk to most places, but bus services are frequent and cheap (24 hour pass for 30 Kuna). Bus stop a few minutes walk from apartment. The owner, Karolina, was exceptionally helpful especially with arrival and departure and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. We looked at numerous hotels before deciding on Villa Peragro and couldn’t have chosen better! We hope to be back!

Superb apartments, Superb host in Karolina, she can't do enough for you, even gave us a lift on check out to the old town so we could catch a ferry to our next destination, many thanks for that. Location is central to all of Dubrovnik's main areas - within easy walking distance of Lapad bay & Gruz. Old town a bit further but if you don't fancy the long walk the bus service is regular and cheap.
