Apartamento muy bonito, cómodo y a 50 m. de la catedral. Lo recomiendo.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, entre la Plazza del Duomo y la Galleria de la Accademia. Es ámplio, confortable y bien equipado. Hemos visitado iglesias, palacios, museos, calles, plazas y rincones encantadores, con mucho ambiente, quizás demasiado... A camareros, taxistas y empleados de tiendas creo que les supera un poco el exceso de turismo, pero hemos pasado unos días muy agradables. Florencia es una ciudad preciosa

Our stay at the Rosso Tiziano apartment in Florence was fantastic! The location was perfect—you could walk everywhere. We had the top-floor apartment, where the bedroom had a window strategically positioned to offer a stunning view of the Duomo right from the bed. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. We loved the unique decor and artistic touches that made the space feel fun and inviting. Sylvia was a wonderful host, responding promptly and even assisting us when we missed a connection during our travels. It was a truly comfortable stay, and we’re already planning our return. Highly recommend!

Fräsch lägenhet som ligger väldigt central i Florens. Lägenheten hade ett kök så man kunde göra frukost och middag. Trevligt personal och snabb kommunikation. Det enda som drog ned det lite var de hårda sängarna.

Great option, perfect location

Solid flat in a perfect area for seeing the art

This property is exceptionally well-located for museums, good eateries and shopping. We walked everywhere. The kitchen has a mini cooktop, small fridge and small dishwasher for convenience. The bathroom has an uncomfortable toilet but nice bidet. The beds (we had 2 twins pushed together) were supportive and dressed in lovely 100% Italian cotton. The high ceilings mean there's no insulation between floors but the noise wasn't bad. Climate control was excellent in the flat. Sylvia was our liaison and she took care of our requests including arranging a taxi back to the train station on our last day. We would stay here again, just not in July when everyone visits Florence!

Cool apartment!

This a very cool apartment in a convenient location. The barber chair was an awesome touch!

we were so lucky to book here. Everything was perfect. Sofia and Silvia were nice and helpful. highly recommended.

Out of all of our 6 places we stayed at on our trip, this was our absolute favorite. We stayed in the Rosa room it was spacious and so cute. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

We loved everything about this property, especially the central location. Navigating Florence from this apartment was perfect! The best part was we were able to store our luggage on our last day while we visited the museums.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 on a short trip Florence. The location, down the street from the Duomo, was ideal. The apartment has heated floors, a very nice large bathroom, kitchenette, pull out sofa and loft with queen size bed. We had way more space than we would have had in a hotel and it was fun to feel like we had our own space. Design was fun & eclectic. I hope we can return!

위치도 좋고 시설도 깔끔했어요 4인가족 아주 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다 도착예정시간을 알려주면 숙소 앞에서 기다려주셔서 체크인하고 시티택스와 보증금을 냈습니다 엘리베이터도 있고 취사도구, 컵, 접시 등등 넉넉하게 있었습니다 마트에서 이것저것 사와서 요리해먹었는데 테이블이 좀 작은거 빼고는 다 좋았습니다 다음에 피렌체 가게 되면 또 머물고 싶어요

5 stars for both the property and the management.

We adored this property. The location could not be beat as it was steps from the Duomo and The Accademia, and a tremendous number of restaurants. But it really was the design and lay out of this property that shone. The home was fully loaded with all necessary amenities (dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, etc). And the loft lay out allowed us to accommodate 2 kids and 2 adult sleeping arrangements very comfortably. I would give more than 5 stars for this beautiful space.

Beautiful property. A nice soak in the tub. The washer was great. The beds, even the couch, were very comfortable. It was decorated well. Great location. Clean. Quiet. A family of 6 is a bit tight. Not a deal breaker but a little frustrating those times when cooking for a larger group and pots and pans meant to accommodate four people. Table for 4 as well. Checking in was a bit scary when they were 20 minutes late. Honestly thought for a moment that we were scammed and needed to find other accommodations. But all worked out. With that said they were very responsive during stay with any questions we had so I dont think it's a common occurrence of being late. I would stay again but probably not with all 6 of us.

Great location! Great staff! Stayed in a studio for the week. We then had one night in the penthouse suite which was fabulous! The decor and artwork were amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location! It located between Academia and Santa Maria del Fiore. There is a little cafe on a corner nearby which has great staff and serves wonderful food.

Very comfort apartment including nice cooking system. Near from the train station and Duomo. But more numbers of electric consents would make it better place!

Our family stayed in the Blue Klein apartment. It was beautiful! Clean, modern, great location. It had direct secured access to the elevator from within the living room. To top it off, Silvia was simply marvelous. We will surely be back again.

A lovely and comfortable luxury apartment just steps from the Duomo. A perfect location, everything is within easy walking distance.

Amazing stay all around. Received an efficient and informative greeting and tour of our apartment when we arrived. The building interior was quite lovely and up to date, with elevators that open into individual units. The building is in a vibrant neighbourhood near the cathedral and many museums, with lots of dining options and grocery options nearby. Plenty of room in the unit for 2 people, with modern fixtures, a comfortable bed, and large shower. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Florence.

Property Mgr Rep Silvie is awesome. Friendly, punctual, helpful, great recommendations on restaurants. Property is close to many great Florence museums, restaurants, and sites. Apartment well-appointed, clean, modern, and fun. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and water bottles. Careful on the loft ceiling beam above the bed though!

Absolutely stunning! Private elevator to room, large bathroom, great location and all the amenities you could want, close to grocery and restaurant next door loved it and would highly recommend!!!

The apartment was perfect. Just watch your head when you get out of bed. Don’t hit the beam. And there is a washer, but no dryer.

Great apartment, and amenities. I was hoping to stay in the loft, but the apartment I had was quite nice. They even have a washer with a really efficient spin cycle, so drying was very easy.

Silvia is an outstanding host! She was there to greet us upon our arrival and took her time showing us through the apt. The apt itself is immaculate - very clean, comfortable beds. We didn’t use the stove or oven or dish washer but kitchen has basics including cups, glasses, cutlery and electric tea kettle for the morning coffee. Location is outstanding - in the middle of The David and the Duomo. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment I would say. The picture doesn’t do justice, it is so much better in real life. Amenities they provided was 5 star and Juan was very helpful in giving tips around Firenze. We had such a lovely stay and really enjoyed our apartment we wish we stay longer.

Overall pretty good. Location is convenient - Duomo was just a 5 minute walk and there are grocery stores nearby. The silence in the room was a little deafening.

superb apartments in Florence!

Our apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is superb, a short 2 minute strole to the Duomo! The building of the apartments is very secure. The apartment has a modern and clean look and feel too. Would recommend this to anyone and would definitely consider staying again if I came to Florence. Silvia, who checked us in was very nice and informative - she recommended two restaurants that were really, really good! We were very happy overall

Very new,spacious,well laid out. Bedroom and bath upstairs and second bath downstairs.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città, con anche possibilità parcheggio (a pagamento) a pochi metri ; arredamento moderno e di buon gusto, silenzioso e curato nei dettagli .Appartamento perfetto per 4 adulti/famiglia.

The apartment had everything we needed in it. It was very quiet even though it is on a busy street. We would return again.

Absolument parfait. L'appartement était superbe, avec des équipements et une décoration de bon goût et en parfait état. La situation du logement est parfaite également, à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la cathédrale. Petits plus : super wifi, lave ligne, cuisine avec lave vaisselle, une salle de bain avec très grande douche.

Beautiful apartment is an excellent area. Quiet street near everything. Host was excellent. Apartment was new and had everything we needed. Enough space for a family of 5. We’ll stay here again if we are fortunate enough to visit Florence again!

숙박시설 위치 및 시설 모두 완벽하다고 생각되네요..... 또한 응대에 있어서도 정성이 느껴졌습니다. 다만, 체크인시 데스크가 별도로 있는게 아니니 조금 불편할 수는 있으나, 이 또한 현지 여행에서 즐길 수 있는 경험이라고 생각하면 만점인 숙소라고 생각되네요...

넓어서 며칠 머물기에 좋아요.

1. 아파트는 호텔과 다릅니다. 비용대비 매우 널찍 합니다. 2. 세탁기와 식기세척기까지 있고 한국의 콘도처럼 그릇과 식기 냄비 등에 와인잔까지 있습니다. 심지어 세척제와 소금 가루 커피도. 3. 근처 관광명소와 매우 가깝고, 바로 옆에 할인되는 작은 레스토랑도. 4. 100미터 안에 카르푸 익스프레스가 있는데, 커다란 편의점이라, 밥해먹을 때 식자재 구할 수 있습니다. 유의사항 1. 체크인 시간을 미리 정해야 하고, 저녁 8시 넘으면 25유로, 12시 넘으면 50유로 페널티. 결국 일정을 바꾸어 일찍 도착. 2. 수건은 처음에만 주고, 추가는 5유로 요구로 그냥 아껴서 사용함. 침구정리나 방청소 없음. 쓰레기만 문밖에 두면 치워줌. 3. 개인적으로 전화통화를 못해서 이메일로 소통해서 몇 시간씩 걸림. 추가 요구 사항은 미리 확인 필요함. 그래도 널찍 하고 조용하고 관광명소에 가까와서 하룻밤보다는 며칠 머물경우 적극 추천함.

Appartement was exactly as in pictures. Very nice appartement. Very clean and spacious. Our greeter Johnny was very nice and helpful. Appartement was centrally located and close to many attractions! Would definitely book this appartement again!
