Beautiful place, nice location, highly recommended!!!

Wir haben hier 14 Tage gewohnt, inkl. Frühstück. Sehr, sehr gepflegte und schöne Anlage. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr neu renoviert, alles sehr modern. Es besteht aus dem Haupthaus, sowie einem großen und kleineren Nebenhaus sowie 6 Suiten mit eigenem Pool (alles max 50m auseinander). Zum Strand sind es ca. 300m. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, wobei fast alle Zimmer zur Seite oder nach hinten sind. Dennoch konnten wir nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. War aber dank super leiser Klimaanlage kein Problem. Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr reichhaltig. Hier könnte es sicher etwas mehr Abwechslung geben, gerade wenn man mehr als 7 Tage da ist. Ansonsten top Service, hier ist JEDER freundlich. Auch der Chef packt mit an und hat immer einen lustigen Spruch auf Lager. 3 Mal die Woche gab es Abends Live Musik. Wer den Chef singen hören möchte, sollte das nicht verpassen, er kann es wirklich 😀 Es gibt zwei Pools und massig Liegen. Ebenso genug Schattenplätze und Sonnenschirme. Pool Handtücher gibt es ebenfalls. Zimmerservice kommt, wenn man es möchte, kann man direkt an der Tür einstellen. Tolle Idee. Zimmer war top sauber. Riesiger Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, Preis/Leistung kaum schlagbar.

Très belle expérience. L’hôtel est très beau, bien entretenu. Les piscines très agréables. Le buffet était de bonne qualité et surtout le personnel était d’une gentillesse et d’une attention remarquables. La plage est très proche, beaucoup de commerces à proximité et un parking gratuit juste à côté! Une très belle expérience

Nice hotel with great Pool area

Second time here, nice hotel near the Beach. Great pool area, good breakfast. Easy to go to the City Center by bus

We loved everything about this property, from the moment we walked in. The lady on reception was wonderful and helpful. Our room was clean and modern. We absolutely loved the breakfast options, and it was something we looked forward to every day. The fact Petousis had a lovely pool, that never felt too busy, but also was literally a 3 minute walk to a great beach with a fun beach bar. Location wise it was wonderful and despite only being there a few nights for a wedding taking place nearby, we enjoyed dining at their attached restaurant too- fabulous food, all at a really affordable price. Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive and the port of Heraklion was also worth visiting. Taxi's are really affordable to and from. Couldn't recommend more! We will be returning.

Excellent place to stay. Very tidy place. An special thanks to Anna who was helpful in my travel matters. I had and early departure and she took care of that with the kitchen staff for a cold breakfast. 100% recommended for families solo as I was and food in the tavern was very delicious home made Greek food. Bravo !!!

Es war sehr sauber und der Service war gut. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind modern und luxuriös. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, dafür ist das Bad im Verhältnis zu klein geraten. Dafür gibt es eine sehr schöne Regenduschen. Nicht schön ist, dass das Hotel keinem Parkplatz auf dem Gelände hat. Es gibt allerdings einen kosten Parkplatz 150 Meter entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und gute Auswahl. allerdings jeden Tag das gleiche. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und war Ende April noch sehr kalt, trotz 25 Grad draußen. Abendprogramm ging bis spät abends, sodass es schwierig war einzuschlafen.

Πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, ήσυχο δωμάτιο, μας έκαναν δωρεάν αναβάθμιση δωματίου και το βραδινό σερβιριζόταν στην πολύ γνωστή ομώνυμη ταβέρνα τους , χωρίς κάποιο περιορισμό στην επιλογή φαγητού

The hotel was good n staff was friendly n helpful.The food in restaurant was good experience greek food.The beach was jus 2minutes walkable n enjoyed my stay.would really recommend petousis hotel n suites.Love to visit again.

Unsere Suite war schön, sie hatte einen eigenen Pool. Leider schloss unsere Tür nicht richtig, vermutlich aufgrund eines Aufbruchschadens. Bei Ansprache wurde uns erklärt, dass die Tür nurcetwas schwieriger zu geht. Wir haben es dann auch hinbekommen aber wenn due Reinigubgskraft da war, dann blieb unser Zimmer immer unabgeschlossen. Gefegt oder gesaugt wurde nicht richtig. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war super, leider hatte man in der Halbpension nur eine kleinere Auswahl zur normalen Karte.

Amazing hotel! Customer service was top notch, everyone was so helpful and kind. It's the perfect location and the rooms are so comfortable and clean. I would absolutely stay here again, it's the best!

Mooi en net hotel in de buurt van een hoop restaurantjes en het strand. Achter het hotel kun je parkeren op een openbaar parkeerterrein.

Our stay was incredeble. They were very receptive. The breakfast was very good!

Etwas weiter weg vom Meer,dafür gute Busverbindung nach Heraklion

Zo'n schoon en zuiver hotel hebben wij in Griekenland nog nooit meegemaakt (en wij komen al jaren in Griekenland !). Wij hadden een standaard kamer in het hoofdgebouw met een uitstekend (king)size bed. De (zeer ruime) douche en het toilet zijn gescheiden van elkaar. Voldoende druk van het water, en na het douchen geen water buiten de douche! Een ruime wastafel waar ruimte genoeg is voor echt alle toiletartikelen. Een kast met voldoende kapstokken en legruimte. Bij het zwembad: géén handdoekje leggen, goede ligbedden en parasols en een heerlijk relax muziekje op de achtergrond. Top. Ontbijt is prima, niet overdreven uitgebreid. Alles ziet er keurig (vers) uit. Als ik één ding mag benoemen, vast aan het hotel ligt het grote restaurant (wat gescheiden is van het hotel). Aan de zijkant van het hotel ligt de keuken van dat restaurant. Elke avond lag bij het trapje bloed (ik verwacht van vlees uit de keuken) dat over de trottoir wegspoelt. Dat is dus niet hygiënisch.

Prima verblijf dichtbij heraklion.

Mooie moderne kamer. Goed zwembad, vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt inbegrepen.

Petousis restaurant is zeker een aanrader. Moderne kamers.

Trevligt och relativt nytt ställe. Väldigt behändigt att ta sig in till Heraklions centrum och tillbaka med lokal buss som gick precis utanför hotellet.

Wir sind sehr spät auf Kreta gelandet und sind mit dem Mietwagen zur Unterkunft gefahren. Die Fahrt dauerte zirka 15 Minuten. Erst gegen Mitternacht sind wir beim Hotel angekommen und sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Das Zimmer war sauber (bis auf eine dicke Staubschicht unter dem Extrabett sowie einem Spielball von der letzten Familie). Die Zimmergrösse war super für 4 Personen und wir bekamen ein tolles Frühstück am nächsten Morgen beim Pool serviert. Vielen herzlichen Dank an die super nette Frau welche uns am Morgen mit ihrem Frühstücksservice verwöhnt hat. Ihre freundliche Art und ihr toller Service war sensationell ! Wir haben das Hotel nur für eine Nacht gebucht wegen der späten Landung und sind dann weitergereist. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Good clean and fiendly hotel

Good clean and comfortable hotel 5 mins from beach. Had a junior suite with very hard bed and pillows but they quickly replaced with soft mattress topper and softer pillows, which were great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff at the hotel are super nice and make sure they do everything to accommodate you! They made sure we were comfortable and the food in the hotel was the best!! Top hotel I’ve stayed in while traveling internationally. Everyone was super friendly.

Not the best location but good restaurant.

Location not very convenient since it is quite far from the city centre. The area does not have many shops or amenities. This may be different in the summer. Particularly, if you are looking for a place close to the beach. The food at the restaurant/tabern was excellent. The breakfast can certainly improve.

My biggest complaint is the front desk lady. The US has just changed the Covid guideline and I went to her to ask about the clinic near by if they are open on Sunday’s as is low season in Crete and I was worried. She kept on repeating just go online and look up yourself. My entire family decided to walk to the clinic and ask whoever no one spoke English we ended up using google translate to help ourselves out. My feedback is if the front desk lady could have called and helped us ask using Greek it would have helped us out and avoid much stress. I did bring up to managerr and manager was understanding and really went above and beyond to help us. Covid has made travel so difficult

Amazing service, spacious rooms, clean property with a wonderful onsite restaurant.

There is a large restaurant attached to the hotel. The wood oven pizza was delicious. The balcony in the room was very nice with a great view. Room was quite modern. Breakfast was excellent. Location is excellent. Nice shops to walk to and also close to the hwy.

Un séjour de lune de miel avec ma femme qui a été inoubliable pour nous. L'hôtel est d'une propreté absolue, la suite que nous avions réservé était parfaitement identique aux photos. Le personnel est très agréable et fait suite à toutes nos demandes avec une très grande efficacité. Avec cette période de covid, des mesures satisfaisantes ont été prises. De plus, le restaurant de l'hôtel est absolument divin !

Établissement tout simplement.. parfait. J'ai séjourné durant 1 semaine, avec ma copine dans un appartement familial du PETOUSIS (agrémenté d'une bonne surprise pendant le séjour que je décrirai sur la fin). Excepté les photos qui ne correspondent pas totalement à ce que nous avons eu une fois arrivés (notamment la salle de bain), le reste était parfait. Petit déjeuner très copieux, varié, tout ce qu'il faut pour débuter une bonne journée. Le service pool-bar offre de bonnes diversités de boissons ainsi que de plats à déguster au bord de la piscine. Piscines qui d'ailleurs, sont des plus agréables (grandes et assez profondes, de quoi profiter de bonnes longueurs). Elles sont accessibles aux personnes extérieures de l'hôtel, mais ce n'est pas gênant. Le restaurant qui appartient à l'hôtel (Petousis Taverna) est tout simplement délicieux. Une semaine de demi-pension, où nous avons pu déguster les mets locaux, de très bons goûts. Uniquement les boissons sont à notre charge. Personnel très sympathique souriant, j'encourage les futurs français à dialoguer en Anglais ! vous engagerez sans nul doute de très agréables conversations ! (Georgios du Lobby bar est très serviable) Notre séjour (commentaire personnel) s'est retrouvé des plus fabuleux, lorsque la réception nous a contacté afin de nous annoncer que nous serions surclassé en suite pour la fin de notre séjour (4 jours) .... Encore merci, EFKHARÎSTO !!!

Nous avons demandés une chambre avec lit double mais nous avons eu deux lit simple collés. Mis a part ça, nous recommanderons cet hôtel car l'équipe est compétentes et attentionnés. Bon emplacement. Belle décorations et environnement apaisant.
