Espectacular, todo nuevo, linda arquitectura moderna,cómodo, la terraza grande y con una vista preciosa.

We had a great stay, however, we found the pool to be disappointing. Poor location at the back of the property and it is a very shallow pool, with a depth of 1.2m.

Location, room size, communication were all great. Allergy sufferers in our group struggled with the perfumed products used in hallways and carpets.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

Excellent property close to restaurants and cafes.

The unit I stayed in was very clean. Loved the view. Love the area. Parking was easy, ndercover and secure. Staff friendly Definitely will stay again.

Great location

Modern property, great location opposite beach. Friendly staff. A little smaller than some other two bedroom apartments in the area. Unfortunately some items in the kitchen (cups, cutlery) were dirty. These need to be better checked by housekeeping between bookings. Classy dining options at your doorstep. An easy place to get around with pathways and cycleways for sunrise and sunset walks. No need for a car. Would stay again.

Great stay. For friends group of 21 ppl spread out over 3 x 3 bedroom apartments. Great location. Apartments very good standard.

No information about the TV and the heater

The staff at Iconic were incredibly helpful and professional, It made my stay very enjoyable. Very comfortable bed with hinterland views. Excellent location, close to the beach and easy access from the airport. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Close to everything

We stayed in a 3 bedroom high floor beach facing apartment at the Iconic Kirra Beach and really enjoyed our stay. Great view, great location and friendly staff. Some of the furniture was looking a little tired and could be freshened up. Overall would recommend

The Iconic is located central to shopping cafes and public transport. Not to mention across th road from stunning beach. Its quiet, clean and comfy beds, room is small but sufficent for short stay. if you're after a stylish getaway it will not dissapoint. The only thing i would suggest is pls leave more tea, coffee & amenities.

Loved the layout and the view

as soon as we walked into the apartment my wife and i knew this place was amazing... the view & amenities combine for a perfect experience.

It's a lovely part of Kirra, unfortunately there was work being done on the building during my stay and the noise was disruptive. I couldn't be in the unit at all during working hours. I would have appreciated a heads up about this and options offered. I also had to call to request the refund of the $100 holding fee. I would try again though, provided that I was told if there would be any disruptions.

There was a lot of construction going on downstairs, but that was OK. Still a good stay.

Wonderful property

Wonderful property. We had a panoramic one bedroom apartment (corner) so windows along two walls and a small balcony. Light bright spacious and clean. Southeast so got the morning sun and a partial view of the ocean. Next time I’ll try to get an apartment that faces north so as to get more sunshine. Great position near some lovely cafes and oh so close to the airport. We’ll be back.

It was great. However, it was a shame to hear people’s TV through the walls. Staff were great and friendly.

The staff on the front desk were more than helpful and always happy and courteous. It was always a pleasure dealing with them. The location of the resort was great, easy walking to almost anywhere and a bus at the door. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, we would stay there again.

3 bedroom apartment

Theree bedroom. Apartment was quite small compared to the photos online. The balcony was not the same as one shown. Clossed in as opposed to sweeping view. No air-conditioning in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Living area small. Couch small. All quite pokey.

The view from the high floor panoramic units is amazing ! Cleanliness is 10/10 for the unit and all of the property. Staff are very helpful and friendly .

Nice apartment, beautiful view and good space around the balcony too. Everything is great. Easy walk to the beach, the play ground for kids on the beach side under construction at the moment so our kids not happy with that, but later when it finish will be great for family with kids. Love the area Kirra beach.

Awesome location with a great view.

Great location, with a beautiful condo. Decorations and style were excellent. The staff was exceptional, and we enjoyed their recommendations. The only issues were that the walls between units are paper thin, to the point that we could hear conversations through the walls from our room. I would recommend the business add some sound deadening between rooms where possible.

Don't believe the picture on the listing that is the unit you are going to get. I booked the unit after looking at the listing on Expedia, featured a long balcony on the listing, with 3 bedroom apartment that was booked for 7 persons. A meals and dining room fit for maybe 4 people. Our balcony was a 4 x 4m, a box in-between 2 solid walls with one siding door from the lounge. There was a hole in the stainless sink, which I mentioned to the reception, they sent maintenance and he placed silicon on the hole to patch it. The apartment has several scuffs on the walls, the vanities are extremely low. No towels to use in the pool, but they offer towels to rent, a first after hundreds of different accommodations that we have used over the years, Good position but the need to be punctual to what you book and pay for is what you get. Question mark if I would stay there again

Front desk staff are exceptional

Exceptional property so clean and front desk staff were amazing. So friendly and accommodating - early check in, changed our room on request, just incredibly helpful and wonderful.

Great balcony and view of ocean and coastline

Beautiful apartment and wonderful service.

We were a late check in. The details for retrieving our key was simple. We did have a problem that the key wouldn’t work and we couldn’t get into our room. But the after hours manager was there in 15 minutes to sort it out. This kind of thing can happen anywhere and it did make us a little wary for the next few nights. We really didn’t need to worry. The view was beautiful and the apartment was very clean and well maintained. The reception staff were lovely as well. Despite the hiccup with our room key we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

Nice property, on level 2 (1st floor). Would have preferred a higher floor to capture the Kirra beach. Kirra Hotel rocks.

Whole experience was just top notch from checking in to parking and the whole area..apartment was spotless and beautiful..this will be our go to from now on! Customer service was fantastic!

Room was small, view was not what was in my booking on Expedia, could hear guy in room next door vomiting all night. Paper thin walls. Then had weird reaction to something on morning of checkout. Felt light headed, nautious, shaky and not well. Left room and felt fine so believe it was something in the room. Definitely will not be going back again.

Stunning location and views

My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary and will 100% be returning! The property is beautiful and in a stunning location across from the beach and restaurants. The only downside is there isn’t any housekeeping - a creature comfort we did without anyway :) Pool is nice and has a great entertainment area but unfortunately no alcohol can be consumed there. Upside to that is that it was lovely and quiet without any loud parties.

The staff were amazing and helpful from the moment we arrived. They upgraded us as there was something not right with our initial room and we were so thankful for our beautiful apartment. The pool was really lovely - the kids loved it. It never felt too busy. The location is excellent - across the road from a flagged beach and surf spot, surrounded by great cafes and dining options (Tupe Aloha has awesome mid-week specials and is TASTY) and only a walk around the headland to bigger Coolangatta for shopping needs. I am dreaming of our next trip to Kirra already.

Supposed to have a fully functional kitchen,no measuring or weighing means.No coffee machine of any sort ? Balcony furniture tired and old,furnishing dated.Stay elsewhere.

Lovely apartment, stunning views

Even better than I expected from the photos - enormous, sparkling clean apartment with amazing views up the coast. Great location too - good coffee downstairs and the beach right in front. Very friendly staff. We stayed in an upper level oceanfront room.

Firstly I’m spoilt as I live in a big beautiful home and when I got there I was put in an apartment that was very inadequate, I rang reception and they did move us to a nice ocean view room. They only have a pool, I was missing a spa as the weather was cool during the best part of our stay, there’s no sauna or games room! There isn’t a Coles or Woolies near by, but there were some lovely little restaurants underneath. Overall we did have a good time!

We had the best stay at Iconic. We stayed in an ocean view, high floor apartment and I couldn't fault the apartment or the property. The apartment was beautifully presented, clean and had everything we needed. And Kirra! Wow, one of the most beautiful parts of the coast. Not yet populated by the hoards of tourists, it still retains that classic local charm. Plenty of dining options and a short stroll to Coolangatta shops. Cannot wait to return.

It’s a beautiful property, modern and clean with free underground parking. I was initially disappointed that our ocean view room was not overlooking the ocean, however realised I had not read the room description properly. We were able to see a view of the ocean from our balcony on the side the building. Loved the stay

This resort was beyond anything I could imagine for my first stay in Australia. I will booking again with Iconic Kirra Beach again.

Perfect holiday apartment, spacious, impeccably presented and super comfortable. Beautiful ocean views, we saw whales from the balcony most mornings! Couldn’t have asked for a better base for our holiday

Nice apartment hotel overlooking Kirra Beach. Facilities are well maintained and good front desk staff available as needed. Free parking within complex. Easy walk to beach and a number of decent eateries close by. Would definitely use this property again if in the Coolangatta area.

Beautiful view, nice room and quiet location

We stayed in a beachfront apartment with our 2 boys. These apartments are modern and clean with great views. Directly opposite the beach with access to plenty of restaurants directly downstairs and a short 10minute walk to the main strip in Coolangatta. Staff were super helpful and accomodating. Very comfortable for a family of 4, would definitely stay here again.

Staff were amazing, property is in prime location and property facilities/amenities were excellent! Look forward to our next visit

Apartment No 605-2. Nice room with comfortable bed, excellent shower room and walk in wardrobe. Didnt like high table with very high chairs to eat as room not big enough for small dining table and balcony table only tiny coffee table size. Choice of glaring spotlights (undimmable) or too dark bedside light made it uncomfortable to spend an evening in. No sink in kitchenette - not hygienic having to wash crockery in bathroom or laundry sink. Would not stay again. Got more for less money in Palm Cove.

Our apartment was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. We stayed in a two bedroom oceanfront apartment and the views were gorgeous.We had a wonderful three day stay.
