Second time to stay here. Very good location and 2 convenience store nearby

New property. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and big bathroom. Excellent coffee and our rate had breakfast included (large egg sandwich or granola, fruit and yogurt). It was a 18 min walk to the peace museum on easy sidewalks). A very short bus ride from Hiroshima station. The only thing for others to note is the size of the room. We were five people (parents and teenage children) and all had carry on luggage. It would have been very hard to open/store luggage if our suitcases were larger. We chose staying here as we all wanted to be in the same room as the beds accommodated 6 people. Overall we loved it.

Great to have a large room with kitchen and laundry facilities. The hotel was in a convenient location with most sights within walking distance. Including lots of restaurants. It meant we were able to relax in an apartment sized room and regroup ahead of the second week of our trip.

Very spacious family room

Room was very spacious and in great condition. Some coffee in the room would have been good. Great location in the city. Check in was a bit awkward as the Roman alphabet wasn't accepted for the pre-check.

Amazing hotel, stayed in the deluxe studio. Super large room with everything you need. Only a 7 min walk to the main shopping district. Plenty of convenience stores out the front also. Would definately stay there again.

Small and modern this is a great place for a night or two when visiting Hiroshima.

For the price it’s extremely decent, breakfast is limited to 2 options, the rooms are fairly clean (dust here and there) the location is a 5 min walk from a bunch of soaplands and clubs, so do keep that in mind when booking in this area with kids or family. Other than that it’s a bit of a walk from the nearest station.

We only stayed for one night but we were very impressed with this hotel. The quality was high, super clean and the hotel staff were very helpful.

Wir hatten für 3 Personen ein Zimmer mit 2 Queensize und 2 darüberliegenden Einzelbetten gebucht. Dadurch hatten wir viel Platz, da diese Familienzimmer mit bis zu 6 Personen belegt werden können. Es ist alles sauber und sogar ein Waschtrockner ist vorhanden. Bei Ankunft hatte unser Zimmer 26 Grad, da man erst die aircondition selbst mit der Fernbedienung einschalten muss. Muss man wissen 😉

The room was very comfortable, and I was surprised to discover it had a washing machine! The bed was very comfortable. I only have two gripes. First, the check-in process was frustrating. It's supposed to be fully automated, but as I've learned at other hotels that have similar systems, it takes as much time and requires as much human assistance as regular human check-in. I hate it. It's not the right way to welcome a guest. Secondly, I wish I'd known my room had barely any natural light and looked out onto the wall of the building next door. Whereas rooms on the other side of the building have lots of light. This is important information to know in advance. I would have definitely requested a different room.

房間很寬敞，不但有廚房還有洗脫烘衣機，相較於一般飯店，這間公寓式酒店非常適合家族旅行，一般家裡該有的東西全有了，不過由於位置較偏，所以距離車站或觀光景點都有些不那麼方便，如果對自己的體力有信心或有開車的旅客，也是不錯的選擇。

部屋がとても綺麗で居心地も良く、子連れだったのでキッチン付きもありがたかったです。 すぐ近くにコンビニもありましたが、ホテル前の通りはスピードを出す車がよく通るのでとても危ないです。 札をかけたので新しいタオルは置いてくれましたが、ゴミの回収はしてくれませんでした。 ゴミ箱も凄く小さいからどんどん溜まっていきました。

連泊するなら次回も利用したいです！

清潔感がありフロントの対応もとても丁寧で良かった！

設備などきれいでゆったりできました。 商店街や広電の駅にも歩いて10分でいけるため観光には良い立地でした。 コンビニもホテルから出てすぐにあるため軽食なら困らずに買い物できます。 朝食を依頼していたのですが、ヨーグルトグラノーラかたまごサンドのどちらかだったので好みか違う人は依頼しないほうが良いと思います。

部屋も清潔で、洗濯乾燥機付でとても良かったです。

大人3人、子ども2人でデラックスを利用させていただきました。設備は充実しており、スタッフの方も非常に親切でした。機会があればまた利用したいです。

Super great hotel!

Great hotel with a great location. Helpful staff with good knowledge of the city. The room was spacious and we could decide what day the cleaning would be, which was a nice addition. WiFi signal strong and AC worked perfectly. And I have to mention the drawers near the elevator, where you can get all the amenities and night clothes - loved it! Missing some cutlery, but it wasn’t a big problem. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Clean and modern hotel. Nice in-room amenities including washer/dryer combo and small kitchenette. Good for family of 5. 7-Eleven across the street and quick taxi to Hiroshima station.

We stayed at FAV Hotel for 3 nights in May 2024 in a Deluxe Studio room. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern feeling and we had a good stay. We chose it because we had a really hard time finding hotels in Hiroshima that had beds for 4 people (lots of hotels said they slept 4, but then only had 2 twin beds which was not going to work with two pre-teens). The Pros: - Big room with comfortable beds for 4 people - A combo washer/dryer in the room (leave plenty of time; this took 4-ish hours per load to wash and dry) - Plenty of outlets for chargers etc. - Awesome cubbies right by the bottom beds to store things you want at hand - Nice bath and shower - Window seat overlooking the city. Not an amazing view, but we watched a couple of nice sunsets. - Walkable to all the main tourist spots or to a transportation center to get to those farther flung places The Cons: - Mainly the location. It's a 15 minute walk to the downtown area and that's the closest thing. Everything else requires a bus. It's very doable, but it's not as convenient as other places. It was worth it for the space, but if I wasn't traveling as a family/group I'd want something closer to major sites. Also you need to be strategic for how you get to downtown or you'll end up walking through the nearby red light district. - Kitchen isn't really functional if you actually plan to cook in here. We didn't but even trying to cut up some fruit we brought back involved a lot of searching for the things we needed.

Very nice building. Shower room is wonderful. Lots of hot water good pressure. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, lots of features. Bed are very comfortable. Only 190 meters to a bus stop, and you are at the train station in less than 10 minutes. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Appartamento piccolino ma completo di quello che serve. La nostra stanza 1104 era un po’ angusta perché la luce era totalmente artificiale essendo le finestre si affacciano sull’edificio adiacente che distava 2 mt circa.

非常舒適非常棒！空間感跟設計都很方便，附近500公尺有超市，買了食材在房間廚房煮了兩餐，走到商店街也是10分鐘內。是整個旅程中全家最滿意的住宿了

Great new modern technology style hotel. Very clean with great design. Walkable from the Hiroshima station. But if you prefer to take taxi, it is only 1100 yen. In room wash/dry is great. Staff is very nice and helpful. If you arrive prior to check in and see no one at the lobby, no worries , just press Help on the front desk screen, you will see a kind person come soon to assist you. We loved our stay.

Pleasant stay.

This place seemed very new and high tech. It felt more like an apartment. A little far to walk from the train station in the heat but still walkable to the peace park. Wonderful experience.

Lovely hotel. It was a long distance from the train station. The staff member was fantastic. We did have to store luggage at the train station instead of the hotel, which was very inconvenient.

The room here was my favourite out of the 5 different hotels I stayed at in Japan. Great space for a large family travelling together. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer in our room. Only downside was not having someone at the front desk to check us in upon arrival. Someone did come once we sent in a request however

The hotel is very modern, but no real facilities. We arrived early with multiple other guests and just had to dump luggage in the lobby and trust that it was ok. There was only one man checking people in and he stuck a piece of paper on the wall to identify everyone’s luggage- Not very secure. The room was cool, but we had a very stained lounge. A nice place to rest your head, but certainly not anything to write home about.

A lovely hotel, just in a messy place in Hiroshima. Staff were attentive. Breakfast options were very poor - I suggest eating out if you’re staying there. Basic amenities, but everything you needed. The area surrounding is ‘ladies of the night’ and not entirely appealing to families.

クイーンベッド2つの間に本棚のような仕切りがある部屋タイプでしたが、お互いのベッドの照明やスマホの明るさが気にならないのでよかったです。赤ちゃんを床でハイハイさせざるを得ない時があるので、部屋に入ってすぐ靴を脱ぐスペースがあるのもよかったです。洗濯乾燥機、レンジ、洗剤スポンジもあって、家のように過ごせました。夫が近くに買いに行ってくれたお好み焼きも美味しかったです。

The neighborhood seemed a little questionable when we first arrived but the hotel was nice. Like a little apartment with kitchen area including stove and microwave. The washer/dryer combo was great and we took advantage of that. The shower was huge and had great water pressure. Comfortable beds. Easy walk to bus and street car. Walked from Peace Memorial Park with no problem.

Don’t miss this unexpected jewel

This hotel was great value for money. Our family of 3 were extremely happy with the set up of 2 double beds, with 2 single beds as bunks above. Convenient location for restaurants, station and Peace memorial. 5 stars and highly recommended.

A good stop for a couple of days in Hiroshima

The stay was ok. The hotel is immaculately clean and modern, with Nordic colours and materials throughout. I did feel that it was a little bit too style over substance- for instance the bathroom sink area was tiny considering there were four double beds in the room. The alcoves for the double beds on the ground were also tight, meaning you had to crawl over the beds to get in-out. There was a charge for room service, which was a little odd, and only two towels given (one face, one small bath towel). I am glad we did not purchase breakfast at the hotel as it was a small box that needed to be picked up from reception. On the plus, a washing machine was provided in the room (a lifesaver!) and things like a clothes steamer could be requested from reception. The hotel was located within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars and things to see/do. The reception staff were lovely too. A solid 4 out of 5.

The place was clean and conveniently located

Fantastic property in a perfect location. We caught a taxi from Hiroshima station which cost circa 1200 yen. The room was ideal for 3 people and very well presented. We were able to walk to all attractions and the Hondori shopping centre. Lots of lovely restaurants near by and next door to a 7/11 and Family Mart. Definitely recommended.

A great accommodation

My family and i enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The room we were at was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. I like the firm bed as it is good for my back. The staff are very helpful. The Peace Menorial Park is 10 minutes by bus from the hotel. Hiroshima Station is 12 minutes by cab. The convenient stores are just accross the street. We will stay in this hotel next time we visit Hiroshima again.

Nice, no luggage forwarding & poor soundproofing

The room itself was quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. However, the soundproofing could be improved and we could hear the upstairs room walking about at all hours which kept us up !! In addition, the sofa could be bigger as it really fits one person and if staying with a family or group (room sleeps 6) we felt it was odd to only have 3 dining chairs !! Also, unfortunately the hotel doesn’t accept luggage forwarding nor does it assist with it. Our previous hotel sent our luggage to the 7/11 opposite and it got rejected by the 7/11 with no explanation which created a tense start to our stay.

Walking distance to peace park. Lots of places to eat nearby. Dislike not having a big enough trash bin for a group of five but room was a good size. We'll stay there again.

Property was clean and new

家族5人で宿泊しました。調理器具や食器類が準備されており、部屋も綺麗で良かったのですが、キッチン上の棚からの水漏れや椅子の脚下部のゴムが破損してガタつきがあるなど、メンテナンスはいまいちかと思います。 改善期待して、また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

風呂とトイレがセパレートで、シャワーの水圧が強くて良かった。 部屋が綺麗で設備も充実していた。

Must visit with kids

The beds were a real crowd pleaser with our kids. Modern rooms with a good washer / dryer was very helpful in winter. Location a little far from attractions but an enjoyable walk in a beautiful city so very happy.

This is a cute boutique-y property about a 20 minute walk from the Peace Park area. We booked it as a family of two parents and three adult sized kids over 18. The room had plenty of bed space for us - two queens and two twin beds - but by FAR not enough space for suitcases, backpacks, etc. We ended up having to get a second room and send some to stay there just so we were not on top of each other and our things. It seemed online like we would fit but we did not. The staff is very friendly and, not surprisingly for Japan, there is a helpful 7-11right across the street.
