Departamento espacioso, equipado y el propietario muy servicial. Nos recibió con un "welcome drink" y siempre estuvo muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Uno de los pocos departamentos de "dos dormitorios" que encontré, con "dos baños".

Excelente, nos dio una información completa de los lugares a visitar, restaurantes , playas, etc. Muy buen anfitrión, mi familia y yo estamos muy complacidos de su hospitalidad.

Habitaciones muy amplias y con terraza, a un paseo del puerto y con plaza de garaje propia. Recomendable.

Bonitos apartamentos, el nuestro muy espacioso, con vistas laterales al mar y buena atención del propietario. La limpieza correcta, y a diez minutos caminando del centro de Hvar y a cinco de la playa mas cercana. Recomendado!

Andro, el propietario, nos fue a buscar al Puerto. Al dia siguiente se quedó con nuestro equipaje, nos dejó en el Fuerte, y nos re-encontró nuevamente en el Puerto, entregándonos el equipaje para que pudiéramos embarcar de regreso a Split. Excelente servicio!

Great experience! Andre, our host, picked us up from the ferry stop and drove us to our place that was very clean, spacious, and updated. The place is a walkable distance near water to down town Hvar. We were very pleased with our experience and would stay there again!

Andro is an excellent host. He picked us up and dropped us off at the boat. It is a bit of a walk to the downtown HVAR but we don't mind at all. The place was beautiful, clean and the view of the Adriatic was lovely. My only comment would be that the walls are a bit thin and you can smell smoke and hear the neighbours next door. Definately would stay again.

The rooms very super clean and comfortable with good and quiet aircon. The host Andro was very friendly and welcoming and was good at making suggestions. Its within walking distance to the old town. I would recommend this to anyone!

Andro was a fantastic and welcoming host during our stay! He voluntarily drove our group to and from the ferry port, including all of our luggage. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our party of four. His suggestions for local beaches, entertainment, and restaurants were very helpful as well. I highly recommend staying at Komazin in Hvar!

Lägenheten var till stor belåtenhet. Mycket trevligt att sitta på balkongen. Vi fick bra förslag på utflyktsmål och restauranger av fastighetsägaren. Tvättmaskin finns i receptionen.

Absolutely amazing apartment. We got the larger apartment (apartment mor1) upstairs. The family were so helpful and lovely. The apartments locations was perfect , only a short walk down to hvar town ( 10mins along seafront). Air-conditioning was brilliant and the apartments was so clean. We will 100% be going back there.

Andro was an excellent host that went above and beyond with any requests we had. He was kind enough to wait for us when we arrived at Hvar. The apartment is impeccable and in a great location. The rooms are very spacious and our balcony had a great view. You can walk to near beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and old town. We had an amazing time in the island! *If you are into football/soccer, ask Andro about the pickup games during the week. You will have a blast! Emilio & Juranny

Helt fantastisk opphold

Vi hadde et kjempe fint opphold! Bodde i 4 netter. Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte. Veldig rent og pent:) Bra beliggenhet. Ca 10 min og gå til byen og til strand. Verten var fantastisk! Han tok oss så godt i mot. Stilte opp om det var noe vi lurte på, hjalp oss med baggasjen ned til havnen når vi skulle dra. Vi fikk vaske klær. Alt var helt topp! Vi valgte leilighet på toppen med fantastisk utsikt

Super leilighet

Flott leilighet med en super hyggelig vert. Vi fikk kald øl ved ankomst og nyttig info om Hvar. Nye håndklær på dag to. Han kjørte også baggasjen vår til fergen når vi skrulle dra.

We were welcomed politely

The host was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The host gave recommendations for places to eat near the accommodation. There are several supermarkets nearby and there are several good and clean beaches nearby as well. The rooms and everything else were clean. The place can definitely be recommended. We will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful, relaxing, and a great host!

A large apartment with a beautiful balcony view, just a small 10-15 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Hvar. Host was very friendly, nice, and attentive - he came to pick us up from the Ferry terminal, and gave us many good suggestions for our stay - we highly recommend him as a host! We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere being just outside of the busy section of town, so the place was a perfect choice for us.

Thank you so much to Andro who went above and beyond! Despite the apartments being a bit away from the main part of Hvar, Andro collected us from the town after we arrived by ferry and also dropped our luggage back down to us in the town for getting a bus to Jelsa. Also gave us lots of tips and recommendations for the area. If you plan on sea kayaking out to the islands, the sailing club they leave from is just down the hill from Komazin. Also 2 supermarkets and restaurants close by which were really good and cheaper than those in the town. Nice stroll along the watersedge into town although may be a bit long for some (c20/25 minute walk). Also a lovely quieter cove/beach over the back of the apartments (c5 minute walk). Apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need

We were very happy with our stay in this apartment. Andro and his family are lovely people. Andro picked us up from the ferry, and gave us a good orientation to the apartment and the area. His brother drove us back to the ferry. Like most places in Croatia, there is a steep incline and many steps to get to the apartment. The reward is a quiet and peaceful stay, and a beautiful view from the large terrace.

Our host, Andro, was wonderful and provided a relaxing atmosphere for us from the start. He had great recommendations for eating and places to see. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet! It even had a room safe. And he was able to provide us with our own parking space! We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Hvar.

The property is located in a very convenient location, 12min walk along the coast to the old town. It's on a slope and the host Andro is very nice to offer free pickup service from the ferry terminal.

Andro was an incredible host - superb communicator, and shared suggestions and gave us tips to ensure our departure and long drive back to Dubrovnik was more economical. The accommodation was incredible - beautiful view, big balcony, and probably the cleanest apartment I’ve stayed in. Don’t hesitate to book!

Andro went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay in Hvar. He picked us up from the ferry and explained all of the local attractions and provided a map and directions on how to get there. He also let us store our luggage with him after we checked out when we went to the beach and offered to drive the bags to the ferry. We recommend everyone stay with him if you have the chance.

We had an excellent stay at Komazin! Bedroom and toilet have lots of space and are very clean, the balcony was beautiful and peaceful and the apartment location is just great! 10 min walking from the city center/bus and ferry station, and 20 min walking from a very beautiful beach! Andro is a great host, he went pick us up/drop us at the station, he and his family were so kind to us all the time. Our stay in Hvar was definitely more joyful because of it!

Incredibly large apartment and great views

We received a really warm welcome and a beer on arrival! The apartment was huge, was really well equipped, very tidy and well finished and had a large balcony with great sea view. It had a kitchen/lounge which we hardly used but was perfect if you wanted to cook at home. Is a fairly short walk to town, and overall would highly recommend

I want to give this property 10 stars for the condition, location of the property and the host. The property is large and well maintained in an excellent condition with very tasteful decorations and color schemes. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The big patio is such a lovely place for you to enjoy the cool breeze. There is a lovely garden in front of the apartment with vegetables and fruit trees. The most amazing experience is with the host Andro, he made every effort to make us satisfied during the stay, he even picked us up and dropped us off from the ferry port, and gave us all the suggestions about what to do and where to eat. He is very professional and attentive . He is the best host we have never experienced. The location of the property is very quiet in a residential area, a short beautiful ocean side walk will take you to the port. We enjoyed every moment in the Hvar and wished we had planned a few more days here. The entire experience exceeded our expectations.

Sejour parfait sur l'île de Hvar. L'accueil a été exceptionnel. Nous avons pu trouver un restaurant facilement et réserver dans la soirée une excursion bateau dès le lendemain matin grâce aux contacts d'Andro.

Andro was an exceptional host who offered rides to and from the port. He also gave us a map and outlined all the best places to eat and visit including an amazing off the beaten path beach. The place was very clean and a beautiful balcony. Would recommend this to anyone.

Super sejour! L'appartement est tres bien situé, proche de la ville (10 min à pied en bord de plage) et suffisament éloigné pour etre au calme. Tres bien équipé et tres propre. Le top du sejour est vraiment Andro qui fait tout pour satisfaire ses clients avec gentillesse (transport jusqu'au port, conseils plages et resto, etc...). Tres jolie vue mer!

Un logement avec deux chambres deux salle de bains et une terrasse et une seconde terrasse pour sécher les vêtements. Près du centre et des plages.

Andro picked us up from the bus station near the ferry port. The apartment was only a 10 minute walk from hvar town, a nice walk around the coast. There is a lovely beach a 10 min walk away. Andro was very helpful when we arrived. Apartment was nice and just what we needed. A shop is just around the corner. Would highly recommend. Andro even dropped our bags back at the bus station when we checked out as we had gone out in the morning.

Stay was amazing thanks to the property owner Andro! He provided great suggestions, assisted with anything we need, and even drove us to the ferry port upon departure at no additional cost. The property was clean and spacious including all the amenities one may need.

Great host--gave us an excellent overview of the area when we arrived and a map to an awesome beach very close to apartment. He was also easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. a/c worked well, quiet area close to the action in Hvar town. Highly recommend Il Porto restaurant on the water close to the main harbor area. Picture showing water view from balcony is old--view now looks to be blocked by trees.

Great apartment stay

This was a great place to stay in Hvar. About 15 minutes walk from the town centre - perfect distance to be close to everything but far enough away from any noise at night. The apartment was perfect for what I was looking for. Andro was an excellent host - the cold beer on arrival was a great touch!

The apartment is very clean with a large terrace. It is located 15 minutes walk from the city center passing along the sea front and a nice view. Andro, the owner is very welcoming and very helpful.

Lovely stay

I found this place randomly when I decided to stay in Hvar for one more day. I called to ask about an earlier check in and was met with the best service I’ve ever experienced. Andro did an amazing job making me feel like home and was very helpful. The area is quite and has a inviting charm to it. Beautiful beaches and amazing restaurants nearby and only about 10 minutes walk to the harbour. I will come back for a stay for sure.

Look no further, seriously….just book Komazin now!! I spent three amazing nights at this property with Andro, the most fabulous host ever. From picking me up at the ferry, welcome beer, the homemade strudel, and picking me up around the island, Ando was the most hospitable host I have ever (seriously, ever!) encountered!! He made excellent suggestions for restaurants and things to do based on my interests. Everything about the room was perfect, but my favorite part was the balcony! I am missing Hvar and this property very much right now!!

Excellent séjour !

Nous sommes contents de choisir cet établissement, il est bien placé, 10 mn. à pieds jusqu’à la vieille ville, 5 mn à la plage, près des magasins d’alimentation, boucherie. Le logement procède tout le confort que vous avez besoin, très propre, bien décoré, très beau avec les deux balcons, l’un avec vue sur la mer. Andro et sa maman sont les personnes exceptionnelles. Nous sentons que Andro est très humain et plein de la gentillesse. Merci de l’accueil très chaleureux.

Excellent, cozy, amazing views and a great host.

Andro the host was amazing. Just from the start he made us feel very welcome. He provided a lot of information about places and spots to visit, we’re to rent car or just laying on the beach. The apartment we had was AMAZING, we were gonna stay only for 4 days but after the host treatment we decided to stay the whole period of 10 days. The apartment were in a nice hill close to all the places we needed to visit. Very calm and relaxing if one wish to sleep cozy at night. I can only say nice things about Andro his place KOMAZIN.

Simply amazing!

Excellent, spacious and clean apartment which is even bigger than the pictures suggest. The host pays attention to even the small details that make your stay very comfortable like fresh tomatoes from the own garden and beach towels. The host Andro knows the island like the back of his hand and thus will be happy to give you some useful information about what to do and see on the island.

Andro was fantastic, he picked us up and drop us off at the Ferry. His place was very nice and clean. Location was about 15min walk from main square that didn’t bother us at all. The comfortable large terrace with a view of the water was fantastic. A local market was very close by as was a great swimming beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic! I am sure there are a lot of great Sobe's in Hvar, but this ranks right up there and I can see why guest's return again and again. Owner cheerfully picked us up at the ferry and later insisted on dropping us off as well. About a 15 min walk (up and down)to town and another 15 min walk down to a beautiful beach. Since it was low season, we got upgraded to a larger room. A cold beer on arrival and excellent orientation for us first timers. Very nice shared kitchen, opened the balcony door and let the sun and breeze in. Spotlessy clean thruout.

Andros was great and the location and facility was as good as it gets

Everything about Komazin is wonderful, especially top floor patio with view of the sea. Andro and his sweet mum went above and beyond and I can't recommend their home highly enough.

The property is not only spotless but rather it is the defenition of pride of ownership. You can see the care , and the excellent taste . The tiles and marble and workmamship accross the entire property is just beaitiful. Location is roughly 900 meters from downtown. Where you sleep and rest in a none noisy place. The management ( Andro) made us feel at home away from home. He picked us from the port by his car and took us to the property. I have no doubt in my mind that this is the best place we stayed ever. Expedia great job not sure what criteria they use or if they visit the listed properties but my advice would be that thos property should be used as the bench mark. Awsome job expedia and many thanks to Andrew his care and hospitality what an excellent customer service

Apartamento bem amplo em área próxima a mercados e à praia mais linda de Hvar. O melhor de tudo foi a atenção e cortesia do proprietário Andro e sua simpática família. Andro foi extremamente preocupado e atencioso com a minha família. Ele, inclusive, me ajudou a resolver um problema junto à Jandrolinija. Gostaríamos de nos hospedar novamente no local futuramente.

We had a great stay! Very comfortable, spacious, safe and Andro was extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed! It is a short 10 minute walk to the city, but we enjoy a little exercise!!

Excellent service and advice from owner, Andro, who insisted on picking us up and dropping us at the ferry port before and after our stay. Location is great and a 10 mins walk to Hvar centre as well as being close to supermarkets and beaches. Apartment was tidy and did the job nicely at a reasonable price.
