This hotel has good location that is close to some famous sightseeing spots. Room is very comfortable. Especially there is a washing/drying machine each room.

Property was older than advertised, hotel room was poorly cleaned and lights in the room were pretty dim. Found old cigarette buds in the corner of the drawers, induction cooking stove were not cooking as well. Had to call the service desk for water 3 times!! before it came. Will not come back to stay again

Food was terrible, no legitimate vegetarian options. Staff didn’t understand English and were no very helpful. Gave us different pricing for late check out. Would not stay here again.

The service from staff was amazing, everyone was very friendly and helpful. It’s located in central area. Easy to get foods as surrounded by food and markets. The room was huge but indeed needing lots of repairs. Very rundown.

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel, close to Monas and Gambir train station which was very convenient for us. All staff where very nice, I mention Bella, Dandi & Ravel at front of house. But everyone is very professional and friendly. Top notch restaurant and facilities.

Overall the stay was great. Very kind staff and they really care for their guests. If I had to pick one con, it would be that the shower water wasn't hot enough. Other than that it's great!

The restaurant and pool were lovely. The hotel feels tranquil in the middle of such a big and bustling city. It was our first stop after a very long flight and we appreciated the helpful staff.

Property overall is very nice. Check-in is a bit long and not what I am accustomed to in the states. Even check-in at other Indonesian locations was easier.

Loved how close this hotel was to the airport. Simply walk out the terminal doors, across the road and you’ve arrived. Clean and comfortable.

Great hotel for the price. Very safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Dining was available and better yet, available for in room dining. Very pleased with my experience. I would definitely stay there again when in the area.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Location is ok if you don't mind getting in a taxi every time you want to go somewhere as you can't really walk anywhere from where the hotel is located.

Great, elegant and stylish business hotel

Great hotel, have stayed here before. One hiccup is that I had to make two reservations due to a mistake by my travel agent. The two bookings were in slightly different classes but the hotel was happy to accommodate me in the same room over the course of my stay, which was much better for me. One slight disappointment was a smell in the bathroom - apparently from the soil pipe, but discernible from a drain in the floor and in the toilet, which gave off at times an unpleasant smell of sewage - This was not present at all times, but would come and go, presumably due to usage by other residents in floors above. The hotel staff made the smell go away on a few occasions but it kept returning, so I would advise the management to due some maintenance work. Also while the rooms are well-appointed and stylish, there is a great deal of wear and tear inside the rooms and bathrooms, which show signs of repair rather than replacement of broken tiles. The windows have not been cleaned on the outside of the building in some time and this obscures what would otherwise be fantastic views from upper floors.

Like the food and facilities. But the apartment was dated and worn out for its relatively new age. Bedroom door couldn’t shut fully and there were leakage stains on the walls.

숙소가 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 근데 주변에 뭐가 없어서 계속 차를 타고 나가야하는 불편함이 있어요. 그거빼고는 관리가 잘되어있는 호텔이라 추천합니다.

Less than we expected, but still a doable stay.

We intentionally selected a newer hotel (~5 years old) but it was very worn out with poor design (water in bathroom splashes everywhere into the doors etc, and so does the rainshower splashes horizontally), aircon was very weak. Beddings were clean, but the mattress was very 'sunken' and needed to be replaced.

フロントのサービス、設備は大変よかった。部屋も広く、キッチンもあり、冷蔵庫も大きなものが設置されていた。洗濯機もあり便利。朝ご飯も品揃え、味ともによかった。ただし、周りにコンビニやショッピングモールがないので少し不便。

Traffic jam is a normal in this area. The room was excellent with full facilities. I reserved the standard room but it was specious enough for me and my boyfriend. Very cost effective. I will be back if I come to Jakarta again.

くつろげるホテル

友人3人で宿泊しました。キッチンが付いており現地で買った果物やお土産用のインスタントラーメンの味見ができ便利でした。また、ベッドルームとバスルームが２つあり3人でもお風呂や洗面で待たされることなく快適でした。リビングも広く清潔で言うことありません。もっと連泊したいと思えるホテルでした。ただ、１つ残念なのは周辺へのシャトルバスの終了時間が早いことです。

I booked 1-bedroom for 3 night, no complaint, everything is up to my expectation. Location, not convinience as we can’t get any shop nearby, is quite isolated in the city. Front desk, lack of knowledge of nearby attractive place, professional rating is 4 out of 10 points.

Check-in was smooth. The staff that attended to us was very polite and well-mannered. Room was complete. Has everything you require TBH. Bathtub however, wasn't so clean. There were strain of hairs. breakfast spread didn't have much variety and check out could've been better. We left our bags there after checking out to do last min shopping, when we came back for our bags/luggage before heading to the airport, we were offered no assistance from the hotel staff to take our bags down the stairs. We, together with our 1 year old were clearly in need of assistance but we never got any from the hotel staffs there. Only after i carry all the bags and luggage down the stairs did i receive assistance, from the security. All-in-all, despite the checking out incident, We had a pleasant stay. Thank you

The staff is very accommodating. The place is very clean. I am happy with my experience with Fraser Residence.

I was disappointed when I checked in , my roomreservation wasn’t as I requested. I asked for 1 king bed and 2 twin bed but they gave me 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. The apt itself is clean,spacious and modern. Good location also.

Cool place I will come again if I visit Jakarta, bring air refreshner.

Good breakfast selection, bistro food excellent, attentive staff. Overall very pleasant

New Building, but remote location.

The facility itself is quite new. All the interior finishing, furniture, amenities are new. Thus no complain about the stay. However, the location is quite far away from everything. So, you would have to withstand Jakarta traffic jam to stay here.

Room has kitchen and washer, suitable for long stay if needed. Location is little remote as no shops around.

Good location good stay but not among the best.

Still a good stay as it’s fairly new. But condition more worn than its actual age. Faulty rain shower splashes in ALL (horizontally as well) directions. Slight stains on walls. Staff were polite but superficial and unwilling to go beyond extra mile (loaning an extra umbrella beyond the one in the room).

All but a good gym

I checked out last week and returned this week. That's how much I love this place! Staff is very helpful. Room is very comfortable and spacious. Gym needs a bit of improvement and modernization though. And restaurant menu needs a few added recipes.
