Fraser Place Setiabudi Jakarta

Got a room with good view to the surroundings area. It has a good size of bathroom. Bed is King just what we like. Staffs are lovely. The Swimming pool is big, relaxing with great views. Will definitely be back here.

飛行機の遅延でチェックインが遅くなったが、 アップグレードやウエルカムドリンクも無く チェックインは極めて事務的であった。 TVはチェンネルは多いが、ネットTVのため 直ぐにフリーズしてしまい観るに堪えない 酷い状況であった。回線容量の改善を望む。

部屋はとても広く快適。ただ、殆どのタクシー運転手が迷うほど？　ロケーションがわかりづらいよう。

ビジネス出張で利用。 朝食はバリエーションがあり、味も良かった。 レセプションの方は、非常に親切でレストランの予約や空港までのタクシーの手配など快く迅速に対応していただき大変感謝しております。 次回もまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

High level structure in very centrale position. Good comfort

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a washing machine, so I think it's perfect for long-term stays. The breakfast salad selection was limited, but the coffee was delicious. It was nice to be able to do light exercise and jogging in the hotel's courtyard. It was a little inconvenient to need a car when going out, but it was worth it considering the safety, scenery, and quietness.

My stay at Fraser Place Setiabudi

I very much enjoyed my long stay at Fraser Place Setiabudi. The room was comfortable, spacious and had a good view of the city. I found it very useful to have a laundry machine installed in the unit as well as a kitchenette. The breakfasts were so so because it seemed that the fruit on display at the buffet was not always fresh. I would have preferred a larger selection of fruit. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful. My only real complaint was that there was an odor from sewage that you could smell in the bathroom.

There is a washing machine but no laundry rack or washing detergent and there is an ironing board but no iron. Front desk says these things are on request basis but it takes them 30mins to bring me the laundry rack and 15 mins for the detergent and 20mins to deliver to the iron. Why have a On Request policy if they cannot meet the request efficiently?

The hotel has generous suites with a kitchen/living room, bedroom, large closet area and bathroom. The plates and cutlery were a bit meager. The garden is pleasant and the pool is very good for swimming and meticulously maintained. The staff are courteous, professional and responsive.

Terrible People!

I had booked a smoking room, upon arrival, the front desk told me nothing available, but not until after charged me for the room, then he said I can't do anything, no solutions at all, and then he offered me another room (an upgrade) for an additional IDR1.7million, and then he actually said I offer you a discount of IDR50,000 (which is ridiculous compared to the upgrade cost) He was totally unhelpful, and totally without any solutions, he was very uncooperative, and I was totally frustrated, and also completely out of options, so I checked In, and then I searched for another hotel, and checked out the same evening, and went to another property which has a smoking room, and also have much better service, and also not so hostile, and so unfavorable the entire city is suffering, for business, and these guys have so much attitude, terrible front desk, and a terrible experience,

I’m a returning guest at this location. Great staff awesome rooms. Apartment style rooms. Awesome pool too. I’ve always stay at Fraser place and their other family locations .

Great place and location. This is the better location out of the three locations in Jakarta. This place is newer. I have always stayed under the Fraser family wether it’s Capri or Fraser place they cannot go nothing wrong. I’m a fraser fan. Keep up the good work.

Excellent Stay and Very Clean Apart Hotel

Very comfortable, sparkling clean, good location, and nice view. We stay at premium two bedroom. There's washing machine and drier, very helpful. Food and groceries is nearby across the street and there's jogging track looping the swimming pool and garden. We'll definitely come back.

Noise from nearby Mosque woke me up every night at 4am. Only bath towels were provided, no hand towels. Everything else was fine.

I like the apartment concept with rooms in each unit. I can fit in my family. The water from the bidet has a strong sewerage like smell.

コンドミニアムタイプで乾燥機付洗濯機も有り、長期滞在には大変利便性が良いホテルでした。朝食ビュッフェの内容も申し分有りませんでした。

驚くほど広い部屋で、洗濯も調理スペースもあり、快適な滞在でした。

Bodde här med famlijen i drygt 1 vecka då jag träffade kunder via jobbet i Jakarta. Bra rum för familj med 2 sovrum och 2 toaletter. Frukosten inge vidare och slö men dock trevlig personal. Pool helt ok men dåligt med sol då flera höghus skymmer. Endast 3 hissar för 32 våningar var segt. Finns bättre och mer prisvärda hotell.

Child friendly, spacious room and super convenient location. Setiabudi One which consists of various restaurants and Daily Fresh convenient mart is just a stone throw away. Breakfast spread in the morning is superb too. Would love to stay here again for a short staycation.

私たちは、１泊しかしませんでしたが、５人で一つのスイートルームに泊まりました。 リビングも、キッチンも非常に広く、シャワールームも二つありました。 一点問題なのが、ホテルの場所が難しく、タクシーで3周はしました。地元の人に何度も運転手さんが聞きながら探しましたが、40分は迷っていました。それくらい難しいようです。

Very nice apartment and good location

Nice apart to stay in jakarta, in triangle area. Upon check in quite long and have no idea to tell it. But the 1 bedroom very comfort, I like the pool area clean and warm. Bed are awesome ! In a room has a washing to wash your own cloths. The area very strategic don’t scare if you want go somewhere just easy and also easy to find foods. Want to stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed here for two days on our way to Bali. This is a very beautiful high end services apartments with 5 start amenities and run like a high end hotel. Breakfast was included and they had excellent spread and both days had different varieties of Western and Asian fare of hot and cold dishes. Grounds are well kept and staff are very helpful. They helped us organize a chauffeured van through a company with request for an English driver. The offered me a half off refund since I didn’t use the full day given our communication difficulty. I thought that was great service. The front desk staff was also very helpful and even helped us order food coz we couldn’t read Indonesian. They also have excellent recommendation on a great club because my older kids wanted to go clubbing and made transportation arrangements. The apartment itself was clean with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and fully equipped kitchen (which I didn’t use) with modern and contemporary furnishings. I would stay here again and at other Fraser Place properties. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay!

Un oasis confortevole nel centro citta

Siamo stati 8 meravigliosi notti in questo albergo-appartamento. È stato un soggiorno perfetto per noi con la nostra bimba. C’era tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno in camera. Il personale sono gentili e disponibili. La posizione è in centro citta con davanti un piccolo centro commerciale pieno di posto per mangiare. Ci sono tanti grandi shopping center vicini, ovviamente con traffico a Giacarta ci vuole più tempo per arrivare. Peccato non abbiamo mai avuto tempo di provare la sauna e jacuzzi. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo.

my stay here was great. my children enjoyed their time very much in the game room, pool and playground. the room was excelent, it has everything u need. it also furnished with a washing mechine and dryer.

1泊しかできなかったのが残念。もう少し長期に滞在して、今回使えなかった施設を利用してホテルライフを楽しみたいと思います。あとは朝食がもう少しバリエーションがあれば良かったかなと思います。サラダ好きにはちょっと生野菜は物足りなさすぎるのと、スープ系の麺類があれば最高なんだけと・・・・・。

新しいサービスホテルです。 リビングルームが広すぎますが、連泊に最適です。 目の前に、ショッピングモールがあるので便利です。 ビールは、スーパーのドリンクカウンターで買えます。

We really liked this hotel. The room includes the following amenities: in-suite laundry, iron and ironing board, kitchen and utensils, etc. The hotel is close to the mall. There was also swimming pool, sauna, etc. The staff was friendly and courteous. They accommodated our early check-in well. Our flight was early and the check-in time was suppose to be in the afternoon. They allowed our kids to play in the play room while waiting for our room to be ready.

新しく、快適。2階のサウナとジャグジーも良い。正面にモールもあって便利。

فندق يعتبر من أفضل وأمن فنادق جاكرتا العاملون روعة واحترام النزيل ونظافة ممتازة يعتبر الأفضل كشقق فندقية ، دائماً تسكنه الوفود الرسمية هذه المرة الخامسة اسكن فيه السكن الجميل نصف الرحلة أوصى الجميع بالحجز فيه اذا كان خيارك شقق تبقى عنده مشكلة في المسبح كونه خارج الفندق والسبا ضعيف وكذلك المطعم ليس بقيمة الفندق يناسب عشاق الطبخ داخل الشقق كونه يوفر جميع الأدوات والشقق فيها غسالة ملابس ونشاف إلكتروني وغسالة صحون اتومتيكيه

Recommended for staying with big family. Better to book 3 rooms so that price per room will be cheaper than the other hotel with the peers.
