Buenas habitaciones con vista al mar. En nuestro caso (noviembre) teníamos el spa para nosotros solos todos los dias. Esta situado en un pueblo cerca de la capital, con buenos restaurantes a los que puedes ir a pie, o si no cenar en el suyo propio que esta muy bien. También conectas facilmente con la carretera principal. Como mejora, creo que estaria bien que dispusieran de secador todas las habitaciones, no me hizo falta pero es algo que suele pedirse.

Beautiful panaromaic view from the room. I loved the terrace and the spacious room. Everything was perfectly cleen and in good condition. Breakfast is great.

We stayed in one of the Prime rooms at this hotel and were very pleased with the accommodations. A large balcony, hot tub and a gorgeous view. Restaurant was also good. Staff very friendly. The property is small compared to other accommodations on the island given its location but it is designed well given its space limitations. Overall a good value.

Amazing property with incredible food

The food was absolutely sensational. We ended up eating all our meals at the hotel, which we normally do not do on a vacation since we consider ourselves "NYC Foodies"

Our family suite/village has its own pool and jacuzzi. Our children also each had their own room and the views from the room were breathtaking. The restaurant on site also was our favorite restaurant we ate at on the island out of the 5 that we went to

We really enjoyed our stay . Everyone was very kind to us. they were very helpful and showed us around the property. Diogo was great in answering our questions. The meals were delicious , the waitresses were very kind. We loved everything about our visit.. The only thing is, I think I left my skirt in my room ,in the closet where the safe is. Unbelievable! Nothing short of perfect. From the view to the property amenities and the food was incredible.

Excellent séjour dans ce superbe hôtel. Suite prime 1 de rêve avec jacuzzi et vue hors du commun. Dîner délicieux : en particulier le thon cuit à la perfection ! Petit bémol : lenteur du petit déjeuner un matin sur la totalité du séjour mais c’est vraiment pour trouver un détail car le tout vaut 5 étoiles sans hésitation !

Great location, wonderful breakfast and superhelpful staff. We traveled with our 22 month old for 9 days and we were treated very well and most importantly the staff took care of our daughter's needs and were very patient. We stayed in the VIP Villa above the reception and had an incredible view and room for 3 nights and then spent 6 nights in the Family Villa which was so spacious and comfortable for us and my parents who joined us. We had some issues with our room but the staff took care of them immediately and ensured we were happy through the whole stay. I highly recommend staying here!

This is a stunning property in the beautiful location overlooking the water. It is about 15 minutes outside of Ponta Delgada in Lagoa. The sweets are beautiful and I especially liked the private pool with my suite. The breakfast included your stay is wonderful, and they do offer a dinner service for an additional fee. The staff are wonderfully friendly, and I have no hesitation and staying there again. You will not regret staying at this location. It is walking distance into beautiful Lagoa.

From the moment my wife and I pulled up to the gate the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The whole stay was top notch from start to finish. Breakfast is fantastic, the restaurant for dinner is also great. Will most definitely return for sure.

What a beautiful spot! This was the most relaxing accommodation on our trip. Our villa had everything necessity well thought out and it was wonderful just listening to the waves crashing below. The staff was great and the food was excellent! Would highly recommend this property.

This was an amazing place to stay for our honeymoon. We stayed in a prime suite and it was wonderful. Private balcony and jacuzzi with an ocean view. Comfortable bed, robes, and beautiful bathroom and living space. Mini bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. The included breakfast was gourmet and limitless. We also chose to have dinner at the hotel and it was also excellent. Staff helped us with dinner reservations at other places and tips for nearby activities. Every bit of this property feels luxurious and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Sul Vilas is phenomenal. Beautiful rooms with plunge pools, truly amazing sea and countryside views, a varied and delicious breakfast and wonderful staff and services. Try really hard to stay here, it will exceed your expectations.

Beautiful property and staff were very nice and helpful. It is a little out of the way as it is outside of Ponta Delgada. We enjoyed our time at the property and the menus offered enough selections for our short stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

A family of four, we stayed in the "Village" for five nights and it was absolutely amazing (and enormous). With three bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, a private pool and hot tub and a great view, we were blown away. When a planned excursion was cancelled on our last full day in Sao Miguel we were excited to sit tight and enjoy the "room" a bit more. The hotel itself is wonderful. It's like a calm oasis tucked into a quaint Azorean neighborhood. The staff was incredibly pleasant, the restaurant was excellent and the location was very convenient. We were able to head to Furnas, Ponta Delgada and even Ponta da Ferraria very easily.

We loved the privacy , cleanliness, and hospitality while staying at this property. The staff went out of their way to create a cake for my boyfriend’s birthday and brought champagne to the room! Overall, loved the views and location of the property! Would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Sao Miguel!

Amazing setting, perfect stay.

What an incredible property with beautiful expansive views of the sea!! The breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious with fresh fish and tender beef options. The personnel were delightful and ever so helpful. We hope to return someday!!!!

Great hotel and staff. The location is perfect - middle of the island, so close to all sides. The hotel is super clean and common areas are very nice. We didn't use the pool due to the weather, but it looked great. Amazing views from everywhere, including the rooms. Breakfast is one of the best we had anywhere. High quality and unlimited quantity. Parking is perfect and plentiful. Best of all is the staff at the hotel. Super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Sul Villas is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. The property is perfectly situated in Lagoa with an amazing view over the ocean and cliffs of São Miguel. The staff is incredibly friendly and the services, including breakfast, are top notch. You couldn't ask for a more perfect place to stay to experience the Azores.

We enjoyed the very comfortable and spacious family villa with private pool and jacuzzi. Amazing views and service.

This is our third time returning to Sul Villas. The front desk staff has always been extremely helpful and their communication skills are outstanding! Sarah, in particularly, has been wonderful for all three of our visits and helped us plan excursions, make dinner reservations, book music venues and recommend local attractions. Our room has always been very clean and comfortable. The view, even on a bad day, is breathtaking and the Sul Villa’s central location is ideal.

I could not be more pleased with everything that was offered at Sul Villas. We stayed in the premium villa, private jacuzzi was clean and relaxing. Views from all areas of the property are stunning. Located in a nice area of Lagoa, 10 minutes drive to downtown Ponta Delgada. Sarah, who was working the front desk at the time of our stay was so wonderful to chat with, and had a ton of suggestions for their visiting local community and the entire island. ALL of the staff members went above and beyond to treat us so well. Not once did we feel uncomfortable or not welcomed. Pleasant greetings by all, smiles all around, and would look after any request we had with pride. The food was fantastic, breakfast was lovely with fresh fruits, eggs, coffees, and many other items. Dinner menu had tons of choices and although we only ate their twice for dinner, it was excellent each time. The facilities are beautiful, modern, and clean. Very cool waterfall pool, multiple hot tubs, outdoor showers, gym, sauna, spa etc. multiple walking spots close by, safe to travel, smaller grocery stores close by, etc. Can’t wait to come back, and would highly recommend sul villas when staying on Sao Miguel. Thanks so much to everyone at the property.

Beautiful property. Guest services are very courteous and helpful. Driving to the hotel is not easy- extremely narrow streets. And some streets have traffic both ways! And rented cars in Ponta Delgada have mostly manual transmission.
