Opção muito legal perto de Maastricht

O hotel é lindo, muito legal, parece uma vila de casas. Nos sentimos muito bem! Restaurante, bar e padaria! Cuidado com os horários do restaurante, principalmente no jantar.O apto que ficamos era muito bom. Tv não é smart. Nosso único porém: cama muito mole, travesseiros muito ruins. Pedi 2 travesseiros extras pois eram muito moles, mas o hotel não tinha mais travesseiros....Precisa ter carro para ficar neste hotel, pois é longe da cidade!

Wir waren zum ersten mal hier und müssen sagen es war einfach top. An letzten Abend haben wir noch nach late checkout gefragt und direkt gebucht, den letzten tag sind wir dann auch erst um 20 uhr abends abgereist. Es war wirklich super schön, hatten keine Lust abzureisen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, dem Laden sowie beim Restaurant und Imbiss sind super freundlich. Man fühlt sich in dieser schönen Anlage richtig wohl. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wir sagen ein ganz großes Dankeschön und bis bald.

Excellent séjour. L'appartement était d'une propreté impeccable, avec tout le nécessaire (sauf le PQ comme cela est souvent mentionné :-)))) !) Les services autour (café, épicerie, restaurant...) sont diversifiés et à des prix abordables pour un tel site.

Really nice stay with plenty if options and close to Maastricht

Expecting a 1 bedroom apartment - getting a house. Very nice living room with views over the Golf course - and it seem even to Belgium. Kitchen very well equipped with everything but salt and pepper. The beds were super for those who appreciate very soft beds as was the jacuzzi and sauna. Unfortunately the sauna was needed during the nights as we only were offered summer quilts. The fancy hotel lowered the temperature during the night to 16C and we were freezing big time. The next night we took additional quilts from one of the other 3 bedrooms to keep warm. Why the bedrooms have to be warm during the day and cold during the nights is a big mystery. No matter what - very positive- and one of the best places ever stayed at!!!

Planning/ Layout of the property. Good size of the rooms. Attention to details and the parking facility.

Mooie acommodatie, vriendelijk personeel, perfecte locatie, rustig gelegen en tegelijkertijd op 10 minuten afstand van binnenstad Maastricht. Genoten! Een herhaling vatbaar!

It was okay. We were just not used to having no AC. Staff was very pleasant.

Le Resort Maastricht est top, logement très calme et service-prestations au rendez vous du standing attendu. Bien situé, boulangerie et bar-restaurant-friterie , location de vélo sur place, la piscine est agréable et propre…on testera d’autres Resort Dormio

On the whole very good especially the resort itself. Our appartment lacked comfort items ie lack of hairdryer. reasonable size towels - not rags. Decent pillows. Taxi Shuttle very good

Fantastisk flott hus med flere store soverom, rolig område og alle fasiliteter. Kort vei til Belgia. Perfekt for en familie på tur

Onze slaapkamer bevond zich op de BGG direct aan het plein en dat is best gehorig. Op zich geen probleem, maar uitslapen met een speeltuintje voor de deur was daardoor geen optie.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In den Thermen hätten wir uns einen4 Stunden Tarif gewünscht.

Loved the area and the facilities. Property needs better towels, pillows and more toilet paper, soap and shower gel. Also a welcome pack that includes nespresso pods, tea bags would have been a nice touch.

Amazing place to stay

Everything was great , might be good if the shop could be open later, and maybe a recycling bin in the apartments .

Clean, modern with lots of amenities

This is my second time staying at Dormio. We love it here. My only critique is that the furniture is all very hard and uncomfortable but the place is wonderful, the people are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and modern. Sometimes the main outdoor area is noisy late in the evening if people are out dining/drinking so rooms facing this area may encounter this.

Amazing stay here! I highly recommend it!!

We went during the week and felt like all the staff there (when we could find them) didn’t really want to be there. Our place was nice, but missing some amenities. The laundry facility was not good.

Perseval 10 - Was not what we expected

Hey, There are a few thing that we want to give negative feedback. 1) The house was full of silverfish bugs!! 2) The house wasn't cleaned well enough and the dishes were dirty. First thing we needed to do was to fill the dishwasher and put it on. 3) One of the upstairs chairs broke immeadly when one of us sat on it. 4) Uptairs bathrooms toilet's flushing was leaking. 5) The heating system wasn't working well. Downstairs foor was super cold. (The last day was ok) We went to complain about it but in the end nobody came to look at it. 6) For 6 people you get 2 toilet paper rolls and 3 dishwashing pills, 1 super small hand soap for 2 toalets, a tiny botle of shampoo and bodywash. If these basic things are not included you should tell it beforehand.

Mooi en verzorgd park. Accomodaties mooi en schoon. Wij komen hier graag (terug)

Top verblijf!

Prima accomodatie! Wel een auto nodig om naar de stad te gaan. Overigens wel fietsverhuur aanwezig

Wij hadden een fijn appartement op de begane grond. Leuk terras buiten. Prima bed, keuken met voldoende apparatuur en servies. Resort is leuk opgezet, als een klein dorp met verschillende bouwstijlen. Het was erg druk in het weekend, waardoor het restaurant niet beschikbaar was (wij waren te laatet reserveren). Wij hebben van het zwembad geen gebruik gemaakt.

Die Unterkunft war toll, aber nicht sauber. Unter und neben den Betten, Kühlschrank und Küche waren nicht sauber. An manchen Stellen waren die Hinterlassenschaften früherer Bewohner zu finden. Schade, an der Hygiene muss man arbeiten. Leider ware die Küchenaustatttung zum Teil ziemlich abgegriffen, wie z.B. der Herd, Spannen, defekte Ablage im Kühlschrank. Vielleicht sollte man dem Facility Management ein paar mehr Minute Zeit geben, um so ein ganzes Haus zu säubern. Ansonsten ist das Resort, die Lage und das Ganze drumherum exht schön.

It was a wonderful stay however the service could be better.

We like the area and surrounding environment. The food was good. However, we had difficulty with the stairs to the bedrooms and smoke from outdoors when we opened the windows. I have some health problems. We had to check out early due to the safety concern. The security officer nicely worked with us to identify problems. The resort manager generously informed us to refund the remaining night based on the unexpected experience we had. We are waiting to hear from Expedia personnel after working with the resort manager.

We loved the indoor pool and all of the kid friendly play areas! Had a few dining options that were convenient. Perfect for the 5 of us!

Lieu super agréable en famille ou entre amis. propose une large game d’activité sur place, endroit personnel super agréable et serviable. Je recommande chaudement !

We had a wonderful, restful stay at the Dormio. It has everything you need to allow both kids and adults to stay entertained and also relax.

Een heerlijk(!) resort met prachtige huizen.

Ruim en netjes

Het appartement was ruim, licht en netjes. De staf was vriendelijk. Voldoende faciliteiten zwembad, fietsverhuur, winkel/bakkerij. Makkelijk bereikbaar. Minpuntje: bij aankomst stond er schimmel in de water koker.

Nice modern resort with good facilities

Die Unterkunft war OK. Uns hat gestört, dass im Wohnbereich sehr viele Silberfischchen sich am Abend bemerkbar machten. Bei der Reklamation wusste man von diesem Problem, konnten jedoch nichts unternehmen, schade.

Mooi aangelegd resort op korte afstand van Maastricht. Vriendelijke medewerkers . Rustige oase .Lekker gegeten en gedronken op het resort .Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het was allemaal nieuw en zag er mooi uit. Er was alleen wat weinig wc papier en de douche deur liep ook niet helemaal lekker. Maar de rest was allemaal prima en verliep soepel.

Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft, wegen folgender Punkte: 1. Als wir unser Haus betragen, war es nicht geputzt. 2. Wir bekamen ein anderes Haus, dort öffnete sich die Türe nicht, wir mussten erneut zur Rezeption. 3. In der Küche waren Ameisen auf der Arbeitsplatte und dem Herd. 4. Der Schuppen im Garten war nicht geputzt, hier lagen leere Bierflaschen und Zigarettenschachteln. 5. Der Kühlschrank hat Wasser verloren, sodass sich auf dem Boden eine Pfütze gebildet hat. 6. Es war sehr wenig Geschirr für 8 Personen. 7. In den Zimmern gab es keine zusätzlichen Decken oder Kissen. 8. Am Herd funktionierten nicht alle Platten. Trotz dieser Mängel, vor allem die Sauberkeit, hatten wir ein tolles Wochenende. Aber an der Sauberkeit, Funktionalität und Ausstattung sollte gearbeitet werden. Die Lage, die Häuser und der Park waren aber schön.

Wij hadden een zeer ruim appartement, gezellig ingericht en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Tot aan afwasmachine blokje toe. Heerlijk verblijf gehad, wij kunnen het echt aanbevelen.

Alles prima en netjes. Een paar opmerkingen keukenkraan zit los. En bestek/serviesgoed klopt niet helemaal qua aantallen. Met vriendelijke groet, Jan

Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig, toll mal vom Alltag abschalten . Mit Kindern einfach super, man kann mit Kindern viel machen sehr kinderfreundlich.

The hotel is nice and neat. But the apartment floorplan is poorly designed. The toilet is not in the bathroom. The shower closet has leaks and each time after shower you will flood the bathroom. They also don't offer much amenities. You only get one roll of toilet paper (more like half roll) and you will have to buy more your own. They don't offer any tissue box.
