Good place close to trams and shopping

Location and views from our room were excellent. Huge potentail. However, all furniture was old, couches were covered with Blankets due to stains underneath. Air conditioner / heater did not work. Other heater placed in room was not working properly - noisy & unsafe. Silicon around windows was brittle and missing in places so air was coming through. Fridge was working but had shelves missing. Had a study nook with a tall mirror on stand - Stand was broken.

Broken appliances, carpet that has never been cleaned, bbq’s without gas, unsafe floor heaters with no safety protection, mouldy showers. Rude property manager that does not compensate poor stays. Definitely not 4.5 stars!

Property managers & staff were incredible, for my last min booking. Apartment view over Docklands was incredible an not what I expected. Only downside (coming from a cleaner myself) was door was tricky to lock and apartment could use a deep Clean just to removing the marks on walls from previous guests and little things that needed some attention BUT overall nice place, stunning view and incredible staff. Will defiantly be booking again. With gratitude Amy

The view was spectacular, family-friendly, Pool and Gym Access, air-conditioning was amazing during the heat, overall my husband children and I had a lovely stay.

Good location close to everything in the docklands. Our hotel room was large which was good for family with 2 kids.

View is nice, room is not bad and in fair condition given its' age. Lack of in-room amenities, and poor communication from the reception to get refills of basic amenities like shampoo, towels etc. No email replies too. Bad service

Great value if you over look the tired decor

This was a great value apartment with awesome views over Docklands. The apartment itself was a little tired and the beds could do with being upgraded but still great value

Apartment had broken furniture with some items in disrepair or very worn out. Wasn't as clean as it should be. Lock/latch in bathroom was faulty causing me to be locked in and took two hours to rectify. I missed a funeral due to the situation which was very upsetting. When I sent an email asking for a refund due to the inconvenience and anxiety I experienced I was offered a very small amount in the form of a credit. I have sent two follow up emails which have gone unanswered. Very poor customer service.

The couches were really old and the apartment did not look anything like the photos in the executive suite. It was really old and was not clean. Was not happy with it but had not choice as had already paid for it.

Stayed for 5 nights. Short stroll to shops and tram however when we walked into the property I immediately noticed that the walls and cupboards were not clean. Inches of dust was found behind the bedroom door. Sheets and quilt did not feel clean. Blood stains on the mattress protector could be seen through the sheets. Towels smelt like urine. Tried to contact reception to advise however no one answered the phone. The range hood in the kitchen had grease dripping from it. There were no teaspoons. The front door lock was loose which was difficult to open and close. Roller blinds were ripped/damaged. I would never stay or recommend this apartment to anyone.

We were late checking in, service was excellent. Location was great, apartment was clean and tidy.

Terrible communication

Emailed that I wanted car parking until 6pm and they replied that we had free of charge parking. When we arrived they informed us we couldn't park as long as needed and they just replied to the email without reading it communication really needs improvement

the area around is nice and short walks to victoria market and river. the place was not cleaned prior to us moving in and very noticeable. also, the floor under the carpet was damaged probably leading to some smell due to leakage? it was cheap compared to what i was looking in and around the area. wouldnt recommend without cleaning as there were food marks and stuff laminated on the door wedges.

One of the most beautiful places is amazing

Booked for 4 and insufficient cutlery and crockery for our stay. Not very clean in unit but bedding was clean. Needs modernizing...

Great property with fantastic views. Close to everything and easy to park. Secure parking made our lives easy as we were in and out a lot.

There were drink marks on bedside tables and blood stains from previous meat in freezer, the floor was dusty and hadn’t been mopped . The bed sheets were clean

Overall excellent in all aspects that was required to make our stay very enjoyable , it was a last minute look up but turned out great.

Location and parking great, but apartment needed maintenance. Door lock to balcony broken, windows wouldn’t seal properly and power outlet in second bedroom was hanging off the wall. Not very safe considering kids were sleeping there! Disappointed, as the apartment is a nice design and location.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and let us check-in early which was great as I had a work function to attend. The apartment was spacious but fairly run down, with lots of stains on carpets, dirty walls, broken draws, etc. The main issue is the lack of cleaning, the apartment was really dirty with the previous guests toenail clippings still on the bathroom floor and hair and dirt on the floors throughout the apartment. There were 2 vacuum cleaners in the covered which were both completely clogged with dirt and had no suction. We unclogged and cleaned these ourselves and then vacuumed the apartment and it only took about 10-15 minutes. Not sure why the 'cleaning staff' can't do the job themselves - it was pretty disgusting.

We stayed in a 3 bed apartment. It was clean, spacious and in a good location, with views over the Docklands. A number of restaurants nearby. It was priced really well compared to other larger accommodations in the city.

Good location. Near transport system and shops. Nice view of the harbour. Beautiful at night. Clean and good size apartment. We will stay again when in Melbourne.

I believe ACD manage various properties in Docklands. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with balcony and views in Doepel Way, which also included access to an indoor gym, lap pool, sauna and spa. The views were amazing, the apartment was fairly new. Close to the first tram stop in Docklands (in the free tram zone). Close to a shopping centre and supermarket. The ACD managers were extremely helpful. We loved our stay!

Checkin was simple and helpful friendly staff. Room was 3 bedrooms executive and had harbour views and was extremely comfortable for our family. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and lovely apartment layout

The dishwasher , washing machine and dryer were not working properly and the carpets were dirty . They needed maintenance. Location was fabulous and the view was spot on the docks.

Perfect location close to trams and shopping precinct. Apartment was big enough that you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other and the couch was comfy would definitely stay here again.

THE VIEW FROM THE APARTMENT IS BEAUTIFUL

Property Location was great but property itelf is strting to look a little tired (chipped cupboards, broken towle rack etc) and the fall in the tiling for both showers was done in order for the water to run out the door instead of down the drain.

Great location and lovely views across the harbour, within easy walk to trams and train station. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, plenty of space. There were issues with the consistency of the wifi connection, but the owner was quick to look for a remedy.

Poor Comms and Gross

Emailed to ask if my friend could check in earlier than me - didn't get a response. Phoned several times over the course of the next few days - went to voicemail asking to email every time. Sent another email - finally got a response. Did not receive bottle of wine on entry. Had to pay for parking when it was supposed to be free. Was supposed to be 2 x twin beds in one of the rooms - it wasn't. So one of my mates had to sleep on the couch. Glasses were dirty with residue. Kitchen utensils had food remnants. Chopping board in draw still had mouldy gross cheese on it. Oven buttons jammed. Light switches jammed. Such a shame because it was the perfect size and location for us. Just ruined by grossness and poor service.

Great view, excellent central location, good amenities. 3 out of 5 mattresses hard and springy, 2 comfortable ones. Only 1 dishwasher pod provided and a few rolls of TP, so be prepared to go buy the basics. Overall a good stay and would go again.

Great location and views

Really liked the closeness to the last tram stop on the line as it meant we were always able to get a seat. Receptionist made us feel very welcome and tried to meet our needs if possible. Close to Bottleshop and Groceries. Stunning views from the balcony. WiFi and Foxtel available

3 Bedroom apartment was lovely, had all the amenities that was needed. Beautiful view of the Docklands water way and Marvel Stadium close to tram stop, Docklands shopping, eateries and restaurants. Hotel complex provided good secure parking at affordable price and hotel was very secure.

The view was a highlight. Also,the comfort of the bedding really stood out. Drainage in showers was a little lacking.

We wanted to use the indoor pool and gym but the security told us that we needed an orientation to use them. We were only staying for 4 days so we didn't care for the hassle and decided not to use use them, even though it is advertised in the amenities for the place. We liked that the area is clean, safe, and quiet. There were a lot of places to eat and shop nearby. You can pretty much walk everywhere. The room was clean and the kitchen had a the basic necessities if you wanted to make dinner yourself. We didn't like that there weren't any basic instructions on how to use some of the appliances. We have different kinds/brands of appliances where we are from. It would be nice to have some general instructions on how to use the washer/dryer, oven and dishwasher. The remote for the TV was not working. Also, could you please put more than one trash can in the place? Perhaps one more in the bathroom. These are minute things and they're not all that bad really but it would make staying there a great improvement. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. We didn't get the name of the man who checked us in but he was very pleasant and friendly. He gave us clear instructions on how to access the apartment. We would surely stay at this place again.

Location was ideal for the AU Open and visiting the city. Convenient tram service. Slightly dated and in need of updating. Overall clean except for the two showers. Mold and soap residue that needed to be scrubbed. Would recommend for the area.

Was a great stay. Huge apartment. Space for everyone. The staff member on the reception was a great bloke. He was super helpful and attended our room straight away when we had a key issue. Was a great location, short walk to the free tram and docklands shopping district. Parking next door was only $20 per night. Thanks ACD, great stay.

Fantastic location and great apartment!

Brilliant executive three bedroom apartment with panoramic views of Docklands, outside balcony, pool downstairs, very comfortable bedrooms, great kitchen and lounge. Restaurants on promenade outside door. Easy tram ride to tennis centre. TV could be maybe updated. Maybe in need of little more general maintenance but overall great value for money. Suggest taking some better photos as these don't do the view/place justice.

My family and I had a great stay in a three-bedroom apartment, which had amazing views of the waterfront. It was comfortable, clean and impressively big. Enjoyed our time and would stay again.

The ACD apartments are in a good location in Docklands, and are in the free tram zone. The closest tram stop is 3 minutes walk away. This makes central Melbourne, Southbank and the Australian Open tennis venues all very accessible. The apartments are also located close to a Woolworths (5 minutes walk) and restaurants in Docklands. The apartment itself is spacious and quiet (at least it was during our stay) and has lovely views over Docklands. The kitchen was mostly adequately stocked with cutlery etc but was lacking some basics such as a bread knife and peeler. The air conditioning worked well. Whilst the apartment had been surface cleaned, it needed a serious spring clean - some of the doors were pretty grubby and there was a cigarette lying on the (pretty threadbare) carpet. One couch and one bed in particular were also pretty uncomfortable - the springs of tge mattress could be felt through the top sheet. A mattress topper would at least partially address this in the short term. The TV also didn't seem to work well - we couldn't get free-to-air channels although Foxtel was easy to access. This could have been easily solved with a guide of how to use the TV and replacing batteries in the remote controls. All in all, despite the great views, location and size, an accumulation of small issues would make us think twice about staying in this particular apartment again.

Greeat view. Great location. Great shopping options close to room. All it needs is new carpet to get rid of the terrible mats , a waterblast on the balcony to get rid of the moss and stains and steam clean the furniture as the stains are starting to show through

Great property, however, the check in and out process needs improving, considering the office is a good distance away from main building and in a one way road!

This property is in a great location, the view is fantastic. Be aware the reception desk is not always manned and you need to call the and wait for someone to attend the site when you check in / out. The room we stayed in was very tired, needs a new bed and pillows. The shower needs to be bleached or regrouted and a new shower head is desperately needed. It was possibly the worst shower of my life. Pressure was terrible and the temperature would vary greatly during the shower.

one We booking for ACD apartments and they send to us to another name apartments, room was very different the one we book . bathroom old and shower very dirty some blinds not work .this is first time very angry about to book in Expedia Iam very old customer and this is not correct .

Brilliant location for our Melbourne stay

As a family of four, we had four nights at our ACD Apartment. The apartment was clean, presentable and everything we needed for our stay. We had a beautiful water view to wake up to every morning. Paid garage parking was a little confusing, but not the end of the world. We were grateful for the support provided to us by staff member, Vikram. What a legend! After road tripping for hours, this dope of a Dad could not navigate the family to our apartment. Vikram stopped what he was doing and guided us the rest of the way. Front office staff member, Jimmy, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will be back again!

Spacious apartment. Good location, though very quiet as not too many businesses/cafe/restaurant open around the area. The apartment was a tad rundown (vanity broken, door locks broken) bathroom and kitchen floors not too clean, dust and hair in the corners. Upon departing i found a pair of boxers, gummy bear and open packet of chocolate on the floor hidden behind the couch. Someone did not clean too well, very sad to end a stay that way.
