PESIMO

en recepción se me dijó que la salida era a las 3pm, despúes me hablaron que era a las 11, el correo con instrucciones nunca me llegó y ahora me echan la culpa por la perdida de una cafetera cuando solo llegué a dormir, una pesima experiencia que en todo el tiempo que llevo usando la app y quedando en multiples hoteles jamás me había pasado

La propiedad está muy bonita lo único malo es que no tiene aire acondicionado y solo hay un abanico por apartamento

Todo perfecto con la estancia y el check-in. Definitivamente recomendable. Espero volver pronto.

Excelente ubicación para ir caminando a una de las mejores zonas en CDMX restaurantes, plazas comerciales, museos, tiendas y cafés! El departamento es muy cómodo y el lugar tiene seguridad 24hrs

Todo excelente pero el espacio de estacionamiento es demasiado pequeño tienes que maniobrar demasiado para accesar o salir del estacionamiento

Al ser un edificio realmente no encontré tanta coordinación entre seguridad privada y quienes controlan la renta del lugar. La zona super bien, El departamento estaba bonito, pero la tapicería de la sala de tele sucia, tenia un olor fuerte a desagüe, no tiene aire acondicionado, el estacionamiento es todo un tema, está muy pequeño si llevas camioneta y no había agua caliente

La verdad el apartamento tiene una muy buena ubicación, queda en un edifico nuevo donde la atención fue muy buena durante nuestra estadía. En cuanto al apartamento nos pareció muy cómodo y muy acogedor más sin embargo es un apartamento que recibe mucho sol y hay horas donde es un poco caliente.

La limpieza debería ser mejor y la calidad del mobiliario también

El estacionamiento es demasiado chico y no es fácil estacionarse, la ventana de la recámara principal no cerraba bien, entraba aire y mucho ruido toda la noche

Departamento muy bien ubicado, el personal del edificio muy amable y también Benjamín del equipo ULIV muy atento. Mi única recomendación sería tener más aromatizantes porque el departamento deja salir el olor de las tuberías y cuando entrar al depa es lo primero que se percibe, salvo ese detalle todo lo demás estuvo excelente En este departamento estás a 10 minutos caminando de las principales atracciones de Polanco, a 15 minutos caminando tienes polanquito y encuentras una gran variedad de lugares para comer, también puedes llegar caminando a chapultepec y el auditoria nacional, la zona es muy segura, caminamos a las 11pm y no tuvimos ningún contratiempo Definitivamente es un lugar donde regresaría

Mandaron los códigos de acceso horas después de la hora prevista y tardamos 3 horas en hacer el “ check in “ , el personal de seguridad nada informados y groseros .

I would stay here again. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a large shopping mall and many restaurants nearby.

We’ve stayed with ULIV Properties every time we visit Mexico City, and generally, our experiences have been positive. However, this stay was less than ideal. We chose this particular location due to its proximity to the embassy. Upon arrival, the security staff didn’t recognize us, and our name was not on the list, which caused a 30-minute delay before realizing we were ULIV guests and calling someone to assist. When we finally got to our room, it was on the first floor and didn’t have the windows as shown in the pictures, which felt misleading. We asked to see if another room was available, and although someone said they would check, they disappeared and never followed up. The overall experience was just okay, but definitely not up to the standard of other ULIV properties we’ve stayed in. There were also signs of wear and tear, including mold in the bathroom walls, which was disappointing. ULIV, we know you can do better with this location. Thanks

Terrible place 1) Very, very noisy. Street noise all day and all night. One window broken not closing making noise worse. 2 ) Horrendous lighting, every single lightbulb hurts your eyes and gives you headaches. 3 ) Pillows are atrocious the worst. Impossible to sleep.,

Very enjoyable

In town for business, 2 women. The area, while a bit busy on one street, it is nicely located close to stores, groceries, restaurants and pharmacy. We felt safe all around. The property manager was super friendly and helpful. Trustworthy. I usually stay at traditional hotels, but ULIV was a nice surprise. The gym was well equipped, the pool looked really nice (although I didnt use it). The terrace was really nice and worth a visit to enjoy the view and breeze.

The place was very clean, the location is perfect, it’s completely secure and safe. It’s the first time we go to Mexico City and Kristopher was in charge that the place was excellent and we without a doubt will come back. Normally there’s a bit of traffic noises but it didn’t bother us at all and in any major city this sound is normal. I think it has one of the best views of the buildings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property is well decorated and equipped. However, water heating was bad. At nights, it was impossible to get warm/hot water, it's like the machine decided to broke specifically after 8pm. During the mornings I had shots of warm/hot water, after a few minutes, goes back to cold. Also I've been asking for more than 2 weeks for my invoice and they don't reply email, only whatsapp and the community management is not responsible of such area so there is no response from them. Overall it's an ok choice of rental, however all good experience during the stay was forgotten once the terrible after sales service of invoicing. Watch out, they don't share accountability.

On expedia website- it indicates that there is limited housekeeping, but that is misleading. You get 1 clean for every 7 days that you stay there. Since we only had a 6 night stay- we did not get any housekeeping. Also, the water heater did not work for a couple of days. But they did come and fix it once we reported it.

Es nuestra segunda vez ahí, es muy cómodo y céntrico; personas muy sensibles al ruido podría molestar, pero a nosotros nos encanta!

The pictures on the post did not match the apartment we received. It is truly small and you can barely move around in some areas. Not worth the money.
