Todo estuvo muy bien. Tal vez deberian mejorar el tema del desayuno. Todo lo demas muy bueno. La ubicacion muy buen ya que cruzando la calle teniamos un tranvia que nos dejaba en pleno centro.

This was in a quiet part of town but the SMetro was at the door and easy to get around. It had good facilities and plenty of space.

Very nice place, a tram close to the appartement and very good hospitality

The property within the easy access to the public transport and it’s just infront of the property. The landlord (Biago) is very helpful and supportive in everything. Excellent! Just a small thing to do (by the landlord) is to always make the property smells good/fresh for any occupants or occupier before their arrival. The property smells cigarette, also the WiFi sometimes is not working. But, it’s still a good place to stay. We’ll definitely come back in future.

Posizione comoda per il nostro luogo di lavoro. Zona non proprio centrale ma facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Stanze spaziose, pulite e zona tranquilla. Personale Disponibile.

Personale disponibile e gentile. Appartamento pulito e di grandi dimensioni. L'appartamento si trova in un palazzo ed è il classico appartamento 'aringhiera' milanese. Arredamento misto tra nuovo e 'datato'. Zona ben servita dai mezzi, vicinissimo a Lancetti, passano tram e a circa 10-15 minuti a piedi da Maciachini (metro gialla). Wi-fi lento in certi orari.

Fantastic find! Friendly host!

Great location for getting around Milan by public transportation! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Grocery store close by open 24/7. Great information (maps etc) ready for us upon arrival. Our host (Dario) went above and beyond to help with requests. Such a thoughtful and kind man! We would definitely stay there again!

Way to expensive compared to what you get.

Casa sporca, la caldaia si è bloccata tutte le volte che avrebbe dovuto funzionare e ho fatto doccia e shampoo con acqua fredda (e fuori solo -2 gradi). Anche i termosifoni sono andati in blocco. Il ragazzo, disponibile e gentile, non ha potuto rimediare ai continui ritardi

Non è un Residence, il nome è quindi fuorviante e la descrizione è equivoca. Si tratta di appartamenti per affitti brevi, assolutamente da ristrutturare. Infine era indicato “parcheggio gratis” e mi hanno portato ad una sorta di capannone ben lontano dall’appartamento

전철역에서 가까워 중심가로 다니기는 편했지만, 따로 로비도 없고 일반 노후 아파트에 몇 개의 방을 레지던스로 사용하고 있어 문의를 하거나 서비스를 받을 때 개인전화를 사용해야하는 불편함과 시설이 노후하고 주방도구들도 제대로 있지 않았다. 특히 방 안에 지하로 통하는 통로가 있어 무섭고 불안했다. 방에 전구도 잘 들어오지 않아 서비스 요청했으나 퇴실시까지 고쳐지지 않았다. 접근성은 좋지만 편안함과 안전, 서비스는 별루였다. 직원은 나름 친절했으나 영어를 서로 잘 못해서 소통하기에 어려움이 많았다.

Très bon accueil, belle chambres spatieuses et bien équipées ! De l ancien remis au goût du jour avec pertinence .

Le quartier : contrairement à certains commentaires, je l'ai trouvé agréable et tranquille avec de nombreux commerçants. Il y a plusieurs sites pour les appartements, là où je résidais, c'était en plus dans une impasse donc très calme. Il y avait une station Bikemi à proximité, donc très pratique pour visiter Milan (également de nombreuses possibilités de transport en commun). Un petit bémol : signal wifi faible.

当初、設備ありと書いてあった乾燥機が実際はなく、そのことをレジデンス側に言っても、責任を認めてくれなかった。夜のうちに洗濯乾燥させて、ミラノ観光しようとした計画が崩れ、実際は、洗濯したものを持ってランドリーショップを探して乾燥させてくる羽目になった。結局ミラノ観光できず、ノボテルでもう一泊する日程変更となった。 管理者は、情報が間違っていることを最初は認めず、その場でホームページを見せて確認させると、仕方なく認めるものの謝らなかった。問題に気づき電話連絡してもなかなか来ないなど対応が遅く、その不誠実で責任逃れな態度に非常に憤慨した。 周辺はあまり良い雰囲気ではなく、駐車場も非常に離れていて、夜歩くには怖い。次に泊まることはないだろう。 イタリアのレジデンスは、まず写真と全く違う部屋になるのでやめた方が良いと思った。

Excellent hotel for the price

even though it was not a regular hotel I would stay here again. our room was big and comfortable and right in front of the tram and train stations. We were even given a parking space a couple of blocks from the residence.

Solid apartment

It was really just a layover for us but it met our needs. The staff was very accommodating when we arrived very late.

Perfect for groups

The apartment was perfect for a group of 4, if we had been a group of 5 or 6 it would have been a fit of a squeeze. We got a friendly and informative welcome and the apartment was a home from home and we wanted for nothing. Buses,trams and trains run right outside the front door and the neighbourhood was safe. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Sehr geeignet für ein Männertrip.

Wir waren mit jungs auf einem Fussballspiel. Das Hotel war sehr gut. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. 5 min zu Fuß zur Metro somit sehr zentral. Würde es aber für Frauen "nur Frauen" nicht empfehlen.

Air-conditioning not good and the bed is old with cracking sound

Clean and convenient but noisy and oldish

Situated in the plaza just stop the tramway. Surroundings are of no interest and could be borderline at night. We went to the expo and the location is only 15mn drive away which was convenient. Apartment is clean and sleeps 4, and 5,6 with the sofa bed in the kitchen/living room. However, fridge is very noisy to sleep in this room. The beds were average but too short to be comfortable for adults (1.80) Overall apartment is clean but noisy with the tram outside, the traffic and the paper thin wall (you hear everything from wake-up clock to snoring) There is very limited outside parking at night and there is almost no way to park in front of the apartment building. The welcome was cordial and appreciated as we arrived late. We feel it was not worth the 230 euro and we will instead try to find 2 bedrooms at a chain hotel in the farther suburbs.

Mailand Aufenthalt zum Besuch der Expo. Das Appartement hat eine super Verkehrsanbindung für Bus Metro und Regionalbahn, das war's dann aber auch. Das Wohnhaus ist eine totale Absteige, das Appartement war zwar sauber, aber Küche und Möbel waren zusammen geschuster...unglaublich! Nicht ein Bild aus der Hotelbeschreibung traf zu. Es war einfach nur schauerlich , Hotelzimmer in den '70igern in Marocco waren da schon besser. Finger weg vor diesem Apparthotel !!!!

Proper appartement. Net buiten het stadscentrum maar makkelijk te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. Tramhalte op 50m, treinhalte op 200m. Alles was voorzien.

Angenehmes sehr sauberes Appartment mit guter Ausstattung(Kompl. Küche,WM,kostenloses WLAN) .Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundung der Stadt.Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (S-Bahn,Tram) ins Zentrum direkt vor der Tür.Verschiedene Restaurants in unmittelbarer nähe.Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden.

Bom apartamento custo beneficio

Apartamento com bom custo beneficio próximo ao trem azul de Milão. Também a 700 metros do metrô e com Tram direto para o Duomo e portanto com muito fácil acesso para tudo. Ideal para ir a expo porque são apenas 3 estações e você nunca pega trânsito. Eu e minha família gostamos muito.

Disappointed , Poor management

Just stayed there for 10 days. Before the trip, I confirmed with the hotel twice through emails in finalizing when and where for the check in (5 days before). I thought is all taken care of since we told them we do not have a local cell phone, however, when we were there at the destination in a hot sunny August with heavy luggage, nobody there as I expected. We need to run around and ask for a cell phone to call them. Once arrived, they told us the apartment have issues 2 days ago and need to relocate us to other location. I wonder why they not notify us before our departure. WIFI not working 2 hrs after check in. pot and pan in the kitchen are all scratched up. I never believe I can follow the TV program, conversations and when they go to washroom at night from my next neighbors. Being in the middle unit, I am in stereo mode all the time. With the tram right in front, I pretty good figure out the schedule in mind prior the sound.

Average Place

the hotel did not have a 24hr attendants , the building was old . the apartment was clean and comfortable enough . The location was far from the heart of the city and the neighborhood was not the best .

Fantastisk fin service och hjälp av uthyraren, lägenheten ligger precis bredvid buss-, metro- och spårvagnsstation. Lägenheten var ren och hade allt som behövdes. Bra wifi.

Not a bad choice.

The location was well connected via public transport. The neighborhood was a bit quiet and not much eating places around. You can find Mc Donalds and a shopping centre in the next bus stop. I think it will be a good place for long stay travelers. Apartment and the management is very good.

Great transportation options, not great area

Well taken care of and perfect for our needs, but nothing is good about the immediate area. You can get anywhere you want to go quickly due to the train line right across the street. If you do not need to walk to the nearest convenience, it is a great choice.

Good location, The train station in the front of the house (only 2.2 Euro to Expo). The small apartment but has every thing you need. The staff was very helpful. Wifi was slow.

Close to transportation, Friendly managers

The room is cozy, small but large enough for a family of 6 like mine. It is loud at night, and the "bedroom" upstairs is blocked from the AC. However, they do have a wall made of Plexiglas to keep out the night traffic and trains. The manager was very nice, and fast. He showed up quick, told me everything I needed to know about the room and how to get around the area, and left quickly. They have printed maps in several languages, as well as recommendations on restaurants, sites, and transportation. It was all detailed quite nicely. A big plus was that there were plenty of towels, and unlike most apartments, plenty of soap and shampoo is provided. Parking can be a problem during high traffic hours, and must be paid for on most days. Be sure to have a phone with service, when you get there, you must call to get in. There is a phone number by the gate. I had to ask a local to phone for me, it was not fun, but everyone around seemed friendly for the most part. Also, get them to show you how to use the key for the front door, if you are not familiar with that type of key. My daughter kept getting it stuck.

A little out of the way, but conveniently located all the same. Very helpful staff. The apartment was comfortable and we would stay again.

Appartement idéal pour famille

Appartement propre, idéalement situé, gérant sympathique, un peu bruyant. Tram et metro à deux pas.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. If you are sensitive person, bit noisy. But we didn't mind a lot. The staff were sooooo nice peaple and the location was not center or historical place. But It was very convenient. It takes 20 minutes to Dumo by tram. I definitely recommend visitor to Milan.

En visite à Milan avec nos trois enfants pour quatre jours, nous avons fait le choix de louer cet appartement.

Great for public transport and good service!

I would recommend this place for small groups. We were a party of four and were extremely comfortable here. Neither the apartment nor surroundings were anything fancy but the apartment is completely functional and it has all we need for our short stay. There is plenty of shelves & storage space with complete kitchen and the staff attending to us were responsive via email as well as in person. Check in was a breeze. Best of all, this place is well serve by public transport. Bus 92 is especially useful coming from the railway station as it stops right outside the apartment. My group came to this place on our return to Milan after touring Northern Italy and travelling with bags got easier once we familiarised ourselves to the transport system - this place is very well served. Apart from the juice and water we got on our first trip, the management went so far as to present us with a bag of rice and coffee on our return visit which is so thoughtful. Keep it up, City Residence!!

Kurztrip

Die Unterkunft war fuer unseren Aufenthalt in Mailand genau die Richtige. Verkersanbindung super, Restaurants gut. Wir waren mit drei Kindern hier. Alles super geklappt. Einziger Nachteil die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

BRILLIANT!!

Went to Milan for F1-trip to Monza and we stayed in this apartmenthotel (or what is it called?) for 5 days. Room were clean and quite modern, everyday we got clean towels and bins were emptied everyday. Room were absolutely brilliant!! Location for us were good; Lancetti trainstation was only 30 meters from our door. Trains (/subway) to Milan Garibaldi went often, so it was really easy to catch up next trains towards anywhere around Milan. Staff were really helpful and kind! --- Ja teille suomalaisille; ilman muuta, tänne tänne! Hinta-laatu-suhde on erinomainen, meillä huone oli älyttömän siisti ja moderni, juna-asema on todella lähellä ja liikenneyhteydet ympäriinsä erinomaiset. Keskustaan pääsi helposti ja nopeasti. Suosittelen todella!

Svarade inte i telefon, inget wifi!

Då vi anlände till hotellet fanns ingen på plats och de nummer som fanns angivna på hemsida och utanför grinden var inte längre giltiga. Inget svar någonstans. Vår chaufför försökte även han utan lycka. Till slut kom det en representerant från hotellet och mötte upp och låste upp grinden. Kändes oseriöst och lite skakigt i ett nytt land. Inte de säkraste områdena att stå med bagage heller. Hotellet var rent och väl tilltagna ytor att röra sig på. Wifi existerande inte på rummet som det angavs utan man fick gå ut till grinden på hotellets gavel för att få anslutning. Nära till pendeltågsstationen och bra kommunikationer så. Mycket fräscht hotell, rent och snyggt.

Nice apartment

We reserved a large two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family of 5. Spacious, Airy, & cleaned every day. At first appearance neighborhood seemed questionable, but this was misleading as we found the locals very friendly and helpful & area was safe. At corner is metro, take bus 92 for city center.Friendly cafe around corner for morning coffee and pastries. Upon check in we. We're given helpful map with listing of local eateries. Asian buffet three blocks away which was great for dinner!

הבחור שקיבל את פנינו היה מאד אדיב וסייע רבות. החדר עצמו לא גדול במיוחד אך ללילה אחד ענה על הצרכים. קיים רעש מהרחוב עצמו של התחבורה שלא ניתן להעלימו גם כשכל החלונות סגורים. בעיקר הפריע לנו המרחק מהמרכז.

Amazing staff, conveince to mass transit

Dario went beyond call of duty to make my family and I feel at home. I definately recommend this apartment for a family. If you are looking for a place in the center of the city, this is not it but bus, tram and subway are literally outside the building. The price is just right.

Gut

In naher Umgebung sind zwar nette Restaurants, aber nichts weiteres für den Urlaub. Aber direkt gegenüber vom Haus befindet sich die Straßenbahn, die direkt in die Mailänder Innenstadt führt. Sehr nettes Personal und saubere Appartements.

A lovely apartment. Close to transport, restaurants, supermarkets. We were able to walk into the city with our 3 children. Parking available out the front. Beds very comfortable. 5 of us stayed so a little squashed but this wasn't a problem. Good washing machine. Good kitchen. Very clean. Dario very helpful with instructions and letting us in late at night. Had a terrific time. Would certainly recommend

Inexpensive residence hotel

Crampy sleeping areas with a good size kitchen, all furnished by Ikea. There's nothing to see and do in the neighborhood, however there's a tram and a commuter train station within a few minute walk from the residence. Only recommended for budget-conscious travelers.

Good layout, can sleep a lot of people (up to 5). Very clean place, right next to Lencetti train station. Supermarket close by. Lots of equipments provided, even a washer.

Far away from the city center, though good connection with the metro system. The telephone number to call when one arrives was not the right one.

Das Zimmer war sehr praktisch für uns: voll eingerichtete und ausgestattete Küche, durch eine Zwischenebene mit Doppelbett war es fast wie zwei Zimmer. Die Lage war gut: man konnte mit Bus, Tram oder S-Bahn schnell das Zentrum erreichen. Supermarkt in der Nähe und kleiner Bäcker direkt neben dem Haus. Leider war das Zimmer sehr dunkel.
