Innapartments - Passos Manuel

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en ese apartamento, con lo que obviamente me encanta y siempre que vuelva a Porto me alijaré ahí.

No repetiría

Lo único bueno es la forma de hacer check in y entrada al apartamento con clave, sin tener que depender que haya alguien Está ubicado cerca de todo Lo malo: si vais en fin de semana, hay una discoteca muy cerca y se escucha muy fuerte la música y no deja dormir Si queréis cocinar, es difícil porque no hay casi nada Uno de los dormitorios está bien y el segundo dormitorio, las camas no son cómodas

Excelente ubicación. También nos permitieron dejar el equipaje una hora antes de la entrada. Como pega, falta armarios y/o percheros donde dejar la ropa. Los artículos de aseo en nuestro caso, insuficientes para 6 personas.

Inadmisible por parte te Hotels.com y del hotel

Sigo muy enfadado con lo de no haber tenido toallas. Sigo muy enfadado con hotels.com por no decir y hacer nada

Céntrico a 5 min de todo

Perfecto!!!!. Solo un día tuvimos algo de ruido por algo parecido a una fiesta en Domingo que no volvió a repetirse. Calor con el sol de la tarde pero perfectamente amortiguado por el A/C.

Sin lugar a dudas un lugar excepcional para estar en el puro centro de Oporto.

Excelente ubicación. Ático con terraza y con vistas a la ciudad. Limpio,silencioso, confortable, espacioso... Parking subterraneo de pago a escasos metros del edificio. Sin sorpresas desagradables, difícilmente mejorable.

Todo impecable y bien equipado, él sofá cama algo incómodo para dormir y las muestras de aseo escasas ( 2 botes miniatura de gel-champú para 5 personas ) igual que dos cápsulas de café que dejan para 5 personas que éramos ... por lo demás muy bien y la ubicación perfecta

El apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación, está a pasos de muchos atractivos turísticos y el centro de Portos. La estación de metro que lleva al aeropuerto se encuentra a 200 metros. Es muy cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario, se encontraba muy limpio y equipado. Lo único que le falta es una luz en la cocina, porque está quemada y por la noche no se ve nada. Sitio altamente recomendable para alojarse.

Muy bien localizado y amplio, quizás necesite un poco más de iluminación pero no es un inconveniente

Friends trip to Oporto

Every morning at 8am we were greeted by a horrendous so bad the walls were shaking from building work going on in the property next door. no warning was given about this from the property before booking. We would not of booked this property had we known of the building works next door. Property owner communication and response to our complaints after our stay has been pathetic.

Great location, some issues.

Great location. Toilet had issues where you had to wiggle the lid to get the water to work all the time. While we stayed there there was construction going on regularly starting pretty early on the morning. That was quite annoying. Waking up to hammers and saws is not the best feeling when you are on vacation.

Convenient, but with some issues

Nice location. Expensive parking nearby. Not as clean as expected, and unfortunately the building next door was renovating and it was very loud.

Absolutely amazing apartment. Loved the easy check in with codes on door pad, our adult children could come and go as they pleased with no need for a key between 5 of us. Lift to carry all of our baggage , which in Europe is sometimes hard to find. This apartment is in the best location, close to all attraction that Porto has to offer and close to public transportation. Heaps of shopping and restaurants within a 2min walk. Super clean and comfortable. I have been to Porto so many time and have never stayed at this apartment and can honestly say that I will only stay here going forward. Thank you for making our family memories even more special. Highly recommended!!

O apartamento é ótimo! Tem ótimas comodidades. Fica bem central e perto dos mercados e comercial da Santa Catarina. Indico muito para quem deseja ir com família.

Der Nachteil war Baulärm aus dem Nachbarhaus. Sonst war alles gut. Nochwas, ein kleines Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster.

gute Lage - Check-in ohne Rezeption Katastrophe!

Komfortable Wohnung, gut gelegen in Porto. Nachts sehr laut da Night Club in Nähe - einmal laute Musik/Party bis 4:00 am Morgens!! Ausserdem ab früh morgens bereits Baulärm vom Gebäude direkt daneben ausgebaut wird. Check-in ohne Rezeption war dieses Mal Katastrophe. Emails von Innapartments im Spam, wir mussten viele Male anrufen, Passkopien schicken via WhatsApp, Code Türe abwarten. Dauerte einigen Stunden!! Dies müsste viel einfacher gehen, bei Roadtrip ist man nicht immer online. Was, wenn jemand kein Roaming hat, kein WhatsApp, jemand wie wir Check-in E-Mails nicht erhält?! Müsste kundenfreundlicher gehen!!

L'immeuble à côté est en travaux. (Comme beaucoup dans la ville). Ces derniers commencent à 8h. Et l'épaisseur du mur ne protège en rien du son. Au vu de l'etat du bâtiment il y en a pour plusieur mois. Pour le dernier jour ce sont des travaux complémentaires qui s'ajoutent au dessus ou de l'autre côté de l'appartement. (Comme çà raisonne impossible de déterminer d'où ca vient) Dommage car le logement est bien placé et il est plutôt agréable.

Emplacement idéal et confort

Appartement très bien situé et rénové avec goût. Un point de chute idéal pour découvrir la ville.

Il give you 5 stars… the thing is that we booked in the weekend and it was close to bars. So expect it to be noisy in the wee hours of the morning . But other than that it was smooth from start to end . And space is bigger than I was expecting. Nice place. Close to everything.

Excellent séjour

Séjour très agréable. L’appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Porto à pieds. Confortable et spacieux pour 5 personnes. Un petit peu bruyant la nuit.

Nous avions vu que l'appartement était dans une zone à fortes activités nocturnes et avons pu également le constater... L'appartement est mal isolé et les clients des bars, night clubs très proches. L'équipement de l'appartement est limité et non entretenu : cafetière et micro-onde HS. Heureusement que la literie est bonne et que la situation de l'appartement permet de rejoindre tous les lieux touristiques très facilement. Un bon rapport qualité prix que nous avions choisi en connaissances de cause.

Check-in da brivido

Nessuna comunicazione per il check-inn da parte del gestore. Arrivati alle 14,15 il giorno 26 gennaio. Dopo varie telefonate e comunicazione inviata via wapp abbiamo invano atteso nell'atrio dello stabile, fortunatamente ci siamo accorti che nel piano superiore una signora stava facendo le pulizie, la quale gentilmente si è messa in contatto con la responsabile dalla quale ha ricevuto telefonicamente il codice di accesso dell'appartamento prenotato. Appartamento comodo per spostamenti con o senza mezzi pubblici. Letto matrimoniale comodo. Noi eravamo nell'appartamento del quinto piano con bella vista.

Will not come again!

For the first night, the hot water can only be sufficient for one person only. However we have 3 persons that we need to bathing next day morning. After my compliant, the situation improved a lot but without response on my query!

No person cleaning, but not leave enough toiletari

Good location, good condition of the apartment, however no cleaning in 6 night that we stayed, 4 rolls of toilet paper for 3 persons in six days and 2 small body wash (hotel size) for 3 persons in six days. We need to buy ourselves once they are gone. There is note that apt management will be onsite between 12 pm to 5pm, when we will be travelling all day start at 9 am and back after 7pm.

A bit noisy

There is a nightclub near by and it is a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday. The music stops at 6 am.

위치, 룸상태 모두 좋았음! 그러나.....

샤워하는데 물이 빠지지 않아서 배수구를 열어보니 머리카락 뭉치가 그대로 있었습니다. 당장 써야하기에 직접 치우긴 했으나 이용자 입장에서 기분이 좋지는 않았습니다. 그밖에 눈에 보이는곳은 잘 정돈되어 있어 잘 이용 하였습니다.

Only had one night but location was good...near bus terminal...bit of a hassle the booking experience but once completed it all went well...clean place, all essentials covered....ideal for 4 people

בסך הכל דירה טובה מאוד. נקייה. מרווחת. נמצאת במקום מרכזי מאוד בפורטו. החסרון היחידי שמצאתי הוא שאין חניה באזור והחניון עוחה כ 18 יורו ללילה.

Portos R Us

The location was right in the center of town. Simply 2blocks from the metro. The apartment was very spacious. I would definitely come stay here again if I were to return to Porto. Might I suggest a small closet for the smaller bedroom and an extra lamp for the living room or replace the ceiling florescent light much stronger watt would truly brighten up on the living room.

Apartamentos bastante luxuosos. É pena o check-in tardio e o check-out cedo. Falta também um lugar para poder deixar as bagagens. Muito próximo ao centro da cidade acessível a pé.

Położenie mieszkania jest naprawde wyśmienite. Do wszystkich ważniejszych punktów można dotrzeć pieszo. W pobliżu znajduje sie tez supermarket z artykułami spożywczymi oraz duża galeria z możliwoscia zjedzenia posilku.

Würde jederzeit wiederkommen !

super zentral, nur 10 Min. Fußweg vom Bahnhof Sao Bento. Apartment zum Hof war eine Oase der Ruhe im quirrligen Porto (es sei denn es wird irgendwo gefeiert). Supermarkt in der Nähe.
