I like that the resort is near International Drive and near shopping and dining facilities. I don't like the location of the Check-In and Check-out location being on the back side of the building.

Very close to the Parks. 5 minutes from Universal. The unit was clean and comfortable. We found several centipedes crawling on the floor in the unit, mostly in the entry way, most likely come under the door .

Great option especially for the price! Everything you can need for a family vacation. There were 6 of us comfortably staying in one suite. Pool and hot tub were nice to relax after long days on the parks..

The maintenance staff and some of guest services were very nice. Watch out for surprise fees in your email RECEIPT after you prepay! We checked in and we're unprepared for more fees beyond normal incidental hold. They waived those fee, but were very degrading about it.

The studio is very spacious and clean, we had everything we needed. we were less than 5 minutes away from a great attraction park where the kids had a lot of fun!!

Our stay went pretty well. The only 2 things was when it was checkout time the housekeeping would stare at us waiting for us to leave and it was only 9am we still had an hour left but they were on top of us making it uncomfortable for us while getting ready to leave. And our showers the water was either cold water or burning hot water. The shower handle didn't work in our appt so we were only able to use the master bedroom bath for everyone to get ready.

A great resort in a quiet location.

The parking needs to be better for people that book and have reservations at this property I should not have to park down the street for somewhere that I have a reservation

The property was nice for the price. Large condo with a large living area, dining room, kitchen, 2 bed, 2 bath (master with a jetted tub) and a spacious screened patio. There was exterior work being done, but didn’t cause much inconvenience. There is a large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, ping pong table. The biggest inconvenience is the very limited parking. One vehicle per unit, you may have to compete for a decent spot.

Great Refurbished property just didn't return mine

Communication with property was not the best, office was hard to find, and when we got there, no one would answer the door. Stay was fine. We did forget something in our room and called the property on our way home, turned it in through the website like they asked but NEVER heard back. Not once...told them exactly what was left and exactly where it was. Pictures included. Less than 4 hours after our departure. Doesn't seem exactly right there. Beautiful property, I'm sure that it's even better now if it's finished, just wish my property had been returned.

Absolute loved it. The property value customer’s requests. The rooms are clean and spacious. My group of 4 people totally enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen and common area are spacious. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Orlando!

Everything was well appointed. Impressed with the furnishings. The only issue was a dissconnected kitchen sink drain which we notified the office about immediately and was not repaired during our stay.

Good place close to universal

Place was really good, great location… tub needs to be updated though. And blanket for sofa bed as well.

Firstly, a required deposit was not noted on expedia's website. Secondly, the guy who checked us in didn't bother to mention it either. He just charged our card for 100 bucks. Thirdly, the other guy that was in the office with him asked us to do a tour at their resort and in return we would get a gift card.he claimed it was 7 mims up the street and that we only needed our drivers license and debit/credit cards. Low and behold that morning we discovered it was actually 18 mins away. We still went though. Upon arrival the staff at the preview section of the resort was disturbingly rude to us and told us they cannot let us do the tour because we are not Americans and did not have American I.D's. (Why would we have American I.D's if we are not american)? This was a huge inconvenience and a slap in the face by those rude ladies who were at the front. If the rule states that foreigners cannot tour or buy, I can understand that but the way they were so rude is what bothered me the most.I felt like they assumed we could'nt afford to buy because we were dressed for the water park and looking black and rough. But little that they know we are already timeshare owners and they turned away a possible buyer who will tell everyone they know to steer clear! However, The hotel we stayed at was very clean and quiet. Also very spacious. Parking is a pain since there is hardly ever any spots available. But it was overall a nice place. In a good location.

Very well maintained for what seem to be an older property. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Parking was tight but otherwise sufficient. Would stay again.

Close to universal and other amusement parks! Rooms were spacious, clean, up to date.

L’état, l’équipement, la situation, la piscine ont été une agréable surprise. Tout était très bien. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais un appartement vaste, confortable , agréable et bien équipé . Nous étions 3 adultes et on a tous très apprécié. Nous y serions restés plus longtemps et nous y retournerions certainement.

Absolutely loved it!!!!

We could not have been happier with our stay. I couldn't believe how clean the whole place was! I would love to make this our home away from home every 6 months. We booked it for the whirlpool tub but everything else was great too. Everyone was super nice, and we felt completely relaxed. We were lucky enough to get a room facing Fun Spot and the view was great. Our stay was really short and we didn't want to leave. It would be ideal for a week or even two week stay. :)

This was a very nice place to stay and was close to where we wanted to go.

I loved the space. I met my family there for the weekend and we did not have to get multiple hotel rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was very close to yet away from all the excitement Orlando has to offer. We will definitely be returning soon!

AMAZING!

This place exceeded our expectations. Was nervous because pictures can be misleading. Looked at the reviews by other people staying on the property. Loved this place very much. Only thing that can be improved was the parking. If you come back late at night the lot is completely full and will have trouble finding a spot. Rooms were very spacious and CLEAN. The pics were as described.

10/10 would stay again

This was genuinely one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 (3 adults and 4 kids under 10y). The room and property were very clean and extra cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, dish soap, etc) were provided as well. The best part was the huge pool! The kids loved it so much that we cut our amusement park visit short to spend more time at the hotel swimming and playing games. 10/10 would stay here again!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Suite was clean and well maintained. Price was affordable, especially for what i was getting.

Upgrade and super nice

I didn't realize this was going to be such a treat. It's like having an apartment with a pool in beautiful warm Orlando. I was upgraded just because - - what a sweet gesture. Room was massive (balcony, jacuzzi, kitchen) and made me feel like a king! Also well located if you have a car. It was like having a mini vacation spot right at the hotel with chess, hot tub, and swimming pool.

Stor o rymlig lägenhet med eget bubbelbad i master bedroom. komplett kök med delar för 6 pers. Städning en gång i veckan. ligger lite off. ingen shuttle till någon av parkerna, bil är nästan en nödvändighet. Men jag kan absolut tänka mig att bo där igen.

A unidade não é um quarto, e sim um apartamento, o que foi muito conveniente! Mas a manutenção deixa muito a desejar: quando chegamos, havia um vazamento no banheiro, com o chão todo alagado; logo depois, vimos que o aquecedor não funcionava e, no segundo dia, não havia água quente no banheiro (o que foi resolvido rapidamente).

Exceeded expectations!

My family of 5 was super impressed with this hotel. It felt like an apartment with the full kitchen, dining table, separate bedrooms, and bathrooms. We had an amazing, comfortable stay and will absolutely book here for every Orlando stay!

A hidden gem mere minutes from Universal!

I was very nervous booking this resort after it popped up on an Expedia search, but boy was I pleasantly surprised! For over two hundred bucks than I would have spent for a hotel room on Universal property, we got a full two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and laundry! Staff was very friendly and the room was clean! Unfortunately the standard central Florida summer thunderstorms limited our use of the pool and other amenities, but two days in Universal was enough for us anyway! We highly recommend this resort and will be back for our next Universal trip!

Great for large familys

3 family's. Wonderful hotel..... very clean quiet. Loved the inclosed patio. The tub needed some work... Otherwise wonderful

Older hotel but comfortable & close to parks

My family and I spent Veteran's Day weekend in Orlando and stayed at the Sunshine Hotel. The two bedroom with two bathrooms and kitchen was perfect for us. All updated and nice and clean. Though we were there to go to Universal we did enjoy the nice pool/jacuzzi and made s'mores over the toasty fire pit. We are planning on booking again for Spring break.

Perfect location; convenient to theme parks, and fun spot directly next to Resort was a bonus.

Nice Resort Close to Everything

The front desk people were great. They always responded promptly and were helpful. The resort was clean and well-kept. My only complaint was that housekeeping did not come to freshen up. They would bring extra towels if you needed them, but they did not make the beds or any of those things you'd expect. One other issue was the trash cans that were kept by the elevators were too small for the amount of trash that built up.

Orlando Trip

Hotel was nice, rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable... the only thing which bothered me was the cleanliness out side the room, Elevators and passage area were smelly. if they give more attention to those area then it will be perfect..

日本人がいないので　英語が話せる娘と一緒だったので助かりました。 部屋は広くて　5人で利用して、ユニバーサルもタクシーで5分位だし(呼び出し）　レストランも近いし大満足です。

Great Stay

Friendly staff along with clean rooms. Each person was able to have their own bed and able to prepare meals if needed. Each bedroom and the living area were all equipped with TV's. Wonderful place for the price.

Visit with 5 of my sisters; really enjoyed our stay. The room easily accommodated all of us.

This was perfect for families traveling it is like a two bedroom apartment with a screened in balcony. Even had a washer and dryer in your room for free!!

wonderful room and friendly service

The room was very spacious and clean. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and a baby and the room fit all of us very well. I had to order clean towels the third day and they brought me a complete set of fresh towels within 30 mins. If I ever go back to Orlando I will for sure book with them again.

Right next to Fun Spot I-Drive

Very nice updated rooms, great pool area. The staff was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. When we stay on I-Drive again it will be here.

Ao lado de vários comércios de brasileiros e também do outlet premium da International Drive. Apartamento com dois quartos, sendo três camas de casal com cozinha completa. Ótimo custo benefício.

Excelente Hotel

Ao chegar no apartamento - como prefiro dizer pois nem parece um quarto de hotel - ficamos maravilhados pelo tamanho (2 quartos, 1 suite, sala enorme, TVs (sim, na suíte havia um também). Havia uma cozinha completa (fogão, cafeteira, micro-ondas, geladeira, talheres, copos etc) com lavanderia e secadora ao estilo americano e até tábua de passar roupas com ferro. Foi como se tivéssemos alugando uma casa. Tem piscina e quadra (não usamos mas gostamos do que vimos). ADORAMOS! E RECOMENDO!

Pity we only had 1 night

Everything was great except for some staining on the soft furnishings, which made them look a bit grubby. The pool and spa were heated to a good temperature and the fire pit and BBQ areas looked good, although we didn't use them as we were only there for 1 night

Second Chance

We stayed at this hotel last year in October during a renovation and it was a mess. We decided to give them a second Chance and I'm beyond glad we did because this time around was better than 2014. Everything was spotless the kitchen was spacious the rooms were quiet and didn't hear any outside noise. Its on a side road so no traffic noise either. Beautiful 3 day stay we WILL stay again next time. If anyone is skeptical about staying due to the outer look of the hotel I say: don't judge a book by its cover.

Greit leilighetshotell med STORE rom,koseligt bassengområde,MEN vi ble spurt om å være med på ett "seminar"som gjorde at vi fikk avslag på parkene vi skulle på orlando,der ble vi fortalt at vi måtte ha pass og kreditt kortet med,dette var helt sikkert leiligheter de ville ha oss til å kjøpe(time share) så vi trakk oss..så Vær obs..Ellers så blir d ikke ryddet eller vasket i leiligheten mens vi var der i 5 dager,det måtte d betales ekstra for.

Great place!

Great place to stay. Very clean, spacious and the customer service is excellent. Tara from front desk was very sweet and welcoming. The property is well mantained and close to everything. You can pretty much walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The units are large and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Very good apartments

It was a business trip for 7 days. We were 2 persons from same company living together in each our rooms and bathrooms. We were sharing kitchen and living room. Great !

best weekend ever

We took a long weekend and stayed in a wonderful hotel in orlando close to universal studio's it was the best room we have stayed in for a long time lots to do around the hotel and lots of restaurants close to. We had a blast

Under construction.

My overall stay was great. We all had a lot of fun and a lot of room for 6 people. Two main things that made my opinion of this place a little lower than it could've been was: 1) My best friend (who was not listed at all) was able to check into my room that I booked under my name with her ID and they let her because she stated she was my best friend. 2) We got woken up at 8:45 due to drilling and other maintenance noises. Might stay in the future if I know their renovations are complete. Again- overall great stay.

Great for a Universal Studios Florida vaca

It was one of the best vacations the family has had. This property is 5 minutes from Universal. You can walk if you want to. Being near International Dr. also allows tons of access to other entertainment. The kitchen facilities allowed us to keep costs for the 5 of us down and was comfortable for relaxing. The pool and other property highlights were well maintained and clean.

My friends and I had a great time at this location, would definitely visit again.

O hotel é muito legal excelente localização perto de vários outlets e dos parques da universal e sea world. O hotel não tem café da manhã mas não fez falta pois tem uma ótima cozinha no quarto onde podemos preparar as coisas que queríamos comer as quais compramos no Walmart que também é perto. Tem máquina de lavar roupas e secadora se precisar lavar uma roupa. Amamos o hotel indico ele para todos e quando voltar ficarei nele com certeza.
