Exelente rebaso mis expectativas y me sorprendio

La propiedad y habitaciones están excelentes, se ve mejor que en las fotos. La tocó la habitación 107 la cual está excelente porque son dos habitaciones y dos baños completos, asi nuestras hijas estaban en cuarto separado por una estancia bonita y placentera. La terraza muy bonita y tiene suficiente contactos para carga de celulares, tabletas y relojes. La ubicación es excelente, enfrente hay una farmacia y un seven eleven. Y a media cuadra los antros y bares más concurridos, a dos cuadras de Coco Bongo y solo una cuadra de la quinta avenida. A pesar de eso en nuestra habitación por lo menos no se escuchaba el ruido de afuera. Lo que si es que los colchones y sobre todo almohadas no son muy cómodas, pero con el cansancio de todo el día en la calle pues caímos rendidos

Excelente las habitaciones y toda la villa, lo único malo el depósito que piden un depósito de $4000 es una burla para que te puedan dar tu habitación.

increíble departamento con estacionamiento abajo. en una calle muy tranquila pero a 1 cuadra de la 5ta avenida con la 12 muy bien equipado y amplio. la atención del personal espectacular

Muy buen hotel

Me parecio un excelente Hotel, la ubicacion muy buena, el club de playa muy bien, a lo mejor la alberca no es muy grande pero la vdd no es un punto por el cual no se pueda elegir este hote. Yo lo recomiendo altamente.

Amazing place to stay in Playa. The property is beautiful, front desk help was excellent and the room is as shown in pictures. Beds are comfy, not too loud at night, great location and the safe covered parking lot is a big plus. Highly recommend Villas Sacbe. I’ll stay here every time I’m in Playa.

I like everything and recommend this property.

Very good condition, clean and neat. The room had all we needed and more. Poor communication. Before leaving, Early (8:00am) on Tuesday we requested to clean the room, using the signs provided; at our arrival 12:30 PM we realized that the requested service wasn't provided. At the end the room was cleaned, close to 4PM! Same day a problem with the jet system in the whirlpool. Administration personal did not had idea that the Condo had jet system and they couldn't solve the issue. When my husband saw the person who looks after the pool and fountain the guy was able to solve the issue in no time, to him a big thank you. I talked with an administrator and pointed out the stain in the toilet, they took pictures and the stain remained. At hour arrival we were not told that we could have access to board games, chairs, umbrellas and bikes. We find out by coincidence.

Condos are big, nice kitchen area, good location. I do recommend it.

Check out was a complete disaster. Front seat isn’t at property so you have to walk a bit, not an issue there. Completely unnecessary to make you bring all bracelets for the check out just so they can trash them. And make sure you bring the safe lock with you or they will make you go back for it. There was absolutely no communication about it at checking in. So had to go back and forth during my check out and almost missed my ride to airport. Customer service was horrible at the time of checking out.

We did not hear any music during the one night we stayed, but I think that's because we were so exhausted. The room was fantastic and relaxing. The area wasn't terrible, and you were within walking distance to a lot of great shopping and restaurants. The area was literally dumping sewage into the ocean, so it smelled horrible, and the water was so dirty. Could not swim or enjoy the beach. The hotel was beautiful though.

Disappointing

Sleepless nights guaranteed with rattling windows grade noise from the bars blasting music down the street. Beach club is non-existent; it's just a restaurant. Pool is so small and stuck in between the building that is rather decorative than for actual use.

Ideal location and comfy

Hotel and room was as described and looked just like the pics. Room was comfortable and spacious. It was clean and we liked the addition of wine and mini bar fridge. The location is a block of 5th and close to the beach. The night is very loud (which they warn you about plenty). We were so beat we slept right through it with use of the noise machine. The taco shop next door is awesome and the 7-11 across the street was nice.

The property is so close to 3 night clubs that you hear noise all night long! It's very loud!! There is a kitchenette, but really no place to eat. No couch, no kitchen stools. There was 2 of us but we were only allowed 1 chair to sit on outside, coffee maker but no coffee pot. I would have spent a little more to go to a much nicer place.

This is such a great location to base your time in Playa out of. Yea, there are a couple clubs down the street so if your are sensitive to bass then it might not be for you. Then again most of Playa might not be for you. This is a bustling downtown location. But honestly we didn’t have any issues with noise. It’s noticeable yes but you can sleep just fine. Otherwise great location for restaurants, laundry and all the downtown attractions you’d want to visit. Walking distance to basically everything, even Walmart!

Nice place in the middle of town

I loved this property! I definitely got more than I expected. Super roomy, clean and well guarded. Also, super close to the party area, if that’s what you’re looking for. My family loved it and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Really an amazing stay. The condos are in a perfect location and are very well-maintained. Not as a complaint, but more as a notation, I have the following comments. The bed was a bit hard but you could consider this a personal preference. The condo was very nicely decorated, and although charming, the couch was next to useless. I was hoping to have a freezer but the refrigerator was just the very small bar type. There was not nearly enough light in the bathroom but a nice make up mirror is provided in the bedroom. The stove needs to be lit and I didn’t find anything to do it with, but luckily I had a lighter. Also, there’s really no place to eat, no table provided. The inside of the condo was very quiet and relaxing and I would gladly and happily stay there again.

Very loud at night

Everything was fine forme. Very clean and beautiful place. I was warned after my booking was completed that it will get loud there due to the near night clubs. I accepted that. But I was still suprised how loud it really was. Sometimes the windows started to vibrate. Not a big problem for me but maybe for others.

I must 1st say that I loved this place and was blown away by the customer service !!!! As we were driving to the airport to depart I realized I left over $300 in the Villa, I called the property and the woman (who was very kind throughout our visit and worked in the office during the day) went to the room and found the envelope with money and had it ready for us when our driver took us back to get it and she actually brought the money to the car when we arrived. We stayed in Unit 101, the property was beautiful and small, we enjoyed being so close to 5th street and walked twice daily to the pier between playa and playacar. We walked to and from Walmart twice during our stay to get food and drinks, it was about a 10 minute walk. We made and ate breakfast and lunch in the Villa. At night we walked to Porto Playa and enjoying the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. We saw the largest wedding ever on the beach in Playa del Carmen on Valentine's Day the town hosts it for the residents and their families. It was beautiful. We have been visiting Mexico for over 13 years and by far this was our best vacation, we are looking forward to returning this summer. Thank you condohotels for giving us such a great vaction and experience !!!!

The size of the room was good. It was clean. Everything in the villa worked

Nice villa, beautifully decorated

It was a beautiful villa not by the beach. Beautiful furniture, but it lacked a comfortable sofa and a table to eat. The staff was very polite and willing to help at all times. I am Mexican and speak English, but I wonder why when you are in Playa del Carmen, México the clerks have to use words such as "check in", "on hold" and "check out." Do all Mexicans need to speak English to travel to Playa del Carmen, Mexico? My family does not speak English and specially if we are traveling within our own country!!!

The stay was great except for bathing

Great place to stay.

We stayed here for a week. The location is great and the staff is very friendly. The Gym along with Imprivist and Indigo are also great. We really enjoyed eating breakfast at the two restaurants. The staff at both imprivist and indigo are extremely friendly and accommodating. We built a good friendship with some of the workers. The only problem we encountered was the bed and couch being a bit hard. I'm used to sleeping on some hard surfaces but my wife had a dificult time. make sure you have a smaller vehicle to fit in the narrow garage. We saw a couple vehicles in other condos get stuck.

First visit to Mexico

Great condo! 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (one suite), kitchenette and living room. Very nicely (yet simply) decorated. Kitchenette was great equipped with everything you need for a in room breakfast or even a full meal if wanted. Had a water cooler, which was great as we did not have to buy bottled water (just refilled before going out) . Had access to beach club (towels, beach service) and gym. We really did not use the gym, but we were able to use for a shower in the afternoon before leaving to the airport even after we had checked out in the morning. Location is very close (a couple of blocks) from the very busy 5th ave and all the party bars. Noise was not an issue at all, very well insulated from the outside noise. Having a garage available was also great. The swimming pool is more decorative than something that you could swim on. Overall great stay! Staff very helpful.

근처에 나이트클럽 거리에서 울리는 소음으로 잠을 이룰 수 없었음. 조식 무료 제공이 없어서 불편했음. 주차장 악취가 매우 심함. 체크인 사무실이 멀리 떨어져있어 불편했음

fantastiskt trevligt!

det enda nackdelen var att Sacbe ligger lite för nära några av dem stora klubbar vilket gör att man hör bassen från klubbarna tills dem stänger. Vill man ute och festa är läget perfekt, vill man ha lugn och ro skall man inte gå till Sacbe under högsäsongen! Annars är denna butikhotell perfekt!

Super leilighet som var mye freshere enn vi forventet. Vi var 2 vennepar som delte en leilighet. Dette fungerte perfekt ettersom leiligheten hadde 2 store bad og 2 soverom med flatskjerm TV og forholdsvis identiske senger. Området inn til leilighetsbygget var bevoktet på natten og har i tillegg port til gaten med pin-kode. Hagen i leilighetsbygget var kjempefin. Flere små bassenger og et boblebad. Pent beplantet! Du har kort vei til stranden (60 meter) og kort vei til hovedgaten (ligger et kvartal unna). Diskotekene i nærheten var ikke til sjenanse ettersom leiligheten var overraskende godt lydisolert. D ligger en meget bra bargate med flere nattklubber 50 meter fra hotellet. Vår konklusjon er; vi skal tilbake engang!!
