ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE

We were here for one night. Very clean, neatly organized kitchen, great TV, comfortable bed. The service was outstanding. Our rental car had a dead battery and the manager was so very gracious and helped us. He used his personal car, got out his jumper cables and got our car running! ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. BRAVO PESTANA ALVOR PARK.

The hotel and staff on the whole, ok. The property is a bit tired and could do with and update.

2nd visit here got the same apartment- stayed with my husband and teenage son in a superior one bedroom. Lots of room for everyone and 2 bathrooms. Our favourite resort is Alvor and the apartments are so central. Staff lovely as always 😎

Front desk staff was wonderful! You can walk to the beach.

Nice and big apartment! Everything was very clean. The lobby was nicely decorated. Breakfast could have been better and the inside jacuzzi would have been warmer. But overall a very nice stay and perfect for families!

Great stay at a fabulous property, no complaints whatsoever and wpuld highly recommend this accommodation.

I have stayed at the Alvor Park many times and it would always be my first choice. It is clean well maintained, the rooms are lovely. It is close to town and the beach. Perfect.

Lovely hotel and room with great staff. Very clean hotel and room. Good amenities but could be improved by an iron in each room and there were some minor maintenance issues in the fridge being difficult to shut properly and the shower head wouldn't stay up high. Improvements could also be made at the bar / restaurant around the pool as they never felt very welcoming which meant we went to our friends' hotel instead to use their pool and pool bar / restaurant. Hotel is in a good location, close to the centre and the beach.

Nice clean rooms. Really useful having the kitchenette. Pool and gym facilities also very good. Bar side snack options and quality good too.

Primeira vez neste hotel e dou 5 estrelas: a simpatia, a amabilidade de todos os funcionários no geral. Bom ambiente no hotel, sendo um espaço tranquilo. Os quartos são grandes e muito agradáveis e a cozinha tem todo o equipamento necessário (os colchões de cama são um pouco moles mas tudo o resto compensa. Sem dúvida um sítio a voltar. A localização é perfeita, cerca de 800m da praia e tem estacionamento no hotel grátis e com lugares.

Covid protocols excellent, very comfortable stay, check-in very easy, great for a one night stay

ruime schone kamers met kookblok en balkon. badkamer is ruim maar douchen in een ligbad met douche gordijntje is langzamerhand wel achterhaald, dat zou beter kunnen door gewoon alleen een goede douche.

Great experience from start to finish, staff were great and the hotel was lovely pool great and in a great location. Only minor issue for us were the beds were really hard and uncomfortable so you would wake up early but that was my only issue and we will be returning asap!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Food is superb. A very relaxing place to stay.

Only had a short stay , staff are excellent rooms spacious and really clean pool area great really clean over all 10 out of 10 really good hotel.

Excellent accommodation close to all amenities. All apartments have balconies facing the sea.

Comfortable Hotel

Our stay was great apart from the reception staff who upset my daughter within 5 minutes of arriving. The domestic staff and restaurant staff where very friendly.

Alvor Park

Dieses Apparthotel ist schon einwenig in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service ist gut und sehr freundlich. Der einzige Mangel ist der zimmerservice & insbesondere der Mangel an der gründlichen Reinigung des Badezimmer.

Relaxing Break

Enjoyed a relaxing break in a lovely hotel in a quiet location. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are extremely spacious and excellent. The restaurant has excellent food, served by Vitor and his lovely staff. We will return.

Everything about this hotel was great.

Great place, just far enough from beach and town to be unattractive to the lager louts yet close enough for a nice stroll to either, very clean and comfortable

Alvor Pestana park

Lovely 6 days in Alvor Pestana park hotel...lovely pool..8 minutes walk into town...moved from a studio into a 1 bedroom apartment....definitely worth while...studio a bit small, so definitely book an apartment...reception so friendly...thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel

Quiet good stay all staff great, very clean. Very noisy and selfish golfers riding at 6 30 am to get to the course. No thought for others

Had a lovely time at this hotel , the only complaint I had was the resident cat !!! Although I am an animal lover I didn't like the supposedly "white" cat that loved to sleep in the seated area at reception . It was a Nasty and unpredictable cat and although I knew not to go near it but children might not be so knowledgeable . Reception staff are always friendly and helpful .

Quite close to town but not so close to the beach.

We have been going to Alvor regularly over last 12 years and usually stay at Alvor Praia, another Pestana hotel. First time in Alvor Park and we will chose it every time we go back.

Small friendly hotel

Nice quiet location only 5 minutes walk from beach and town centre. Food in restaurant is excellent but menu is not extensive. Very comfortable modern hotel with great facilities and friendly staff.

Wij misten free wifi op de kamer. Jammer alleen wifi in hal en computerruimte. Slechte streaming. Op het gratis parkeerterrein liggen afschuwelijke tegels waar je met damesschoenen bijna niet op kunt lopen. De ligging van het hotel is prima: dichrbij strand, winkels en restaurants

A very good base to explore Alvor and beyond

We had such a good stay here in this less built up area of the Algarve. Less is more, more space, more beach, more time to wander the streets, walk the board walk to the end, more ice cream shops, more local fishermen working in restaurants serving today's catch. A perfect family holiday! The hotel has everything you need, indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym table tennis and pool table. The breakfast is good, the evening 3 steaks for 2 people perfect. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well set out, the kitchen had everything you needed for breakfast and simple suppers. Only a short easy walk to town, space to park, ability to use the facilities of other Pestana hotels in the town (Crazy golf, pitch and putt) made for an easy stay. Days out to Sagres , Silves, Zoo Marine and the famous stacks and arches on Lagos beach all within 35 minutes, 45 to the airport by the motorway made the best of the Algarve accessible to us
