The pictures they show are diferent to the actual apartment.. They didnt mention that at the begining. The comunicatiin by message or mail is inexistent. Only by call works after afew tries.. Apartment is well located.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, limpio moderno y súper ubicado porque saliendo está la estación de metro. Volvería sin duda.

Me tuvieron que mover de cuarto porque no servía el wiffi, una luz tenía falso contacto, el servicio vía whats app es amable pero se atrasaron dos días en moverme de cuarto y un día entero de estar discutiendo lo del wiffi. Es un gran hotel, cómodo, hermoso, pero muy desagradable estar discutiendo y después de 2 días me hicieron caso para moverme.

Es un excelente hotel, El ambiente, las habitaciones se sienten como en casa. Además está ubicado estratégicamente y de fácil acceso.

Bien pero les falta

Una experiencia buena, aunque dos temas que si son super elementales para nosotros, y creo que para cualquer visitante que pueda llegar a usar este hotel y el que sea. Llegando no pudimos entrar porque es un hotel de naturaleza desatendido, es decir, que no hay una recepción y por tanto quien te reciba y te ayude, todo es por corre y whatsapp, el problema fue que no recibimos el correo que debimos haber recibido 24 horas antes con las instrucciones de llegada, el código se acceso al hotel y a la habitación, así es que estuvimos en la calle esperando a que alguien nos contestara, porque por supuesto que la gente de hoteles.com se lavó las manos diciendo que lo viéramos con la propiedad, y una vez quel vimos con los mismos de numa qué tardaron al rededor de 30 minutos en responder, mientras fue estar en la calle, afortunadamente te enfrente hay un starbucks y no estuvimos a luz de sol esperando. Una vez que te responden si son muy amables y te atienden bien, no tan rápidos como a uno le gustaría pero al me os si te responden. Y la otra es que nadie limpia, y eso no lo dicen, así es que los tres días qué estuvimos, la habitación no se limpió ni nada, y la verdad creo que si hizo falta cuando menos el tema de camas, toallas y baño.

Todo muy bien, cerca de todo y muy grande y acogedora la habitación. El suelo del baño con la opción de mantenerlo caliente y para secar las toallas también viene fenomenal y también tiene una plancha con su tabla...Todo muy cómodo y acogedor. Las bebidas de cortesía, la cama grande y el baño. Todo ventajas y cerca de todo (metro, autobús,tiendas, supermercado). No hay recepción ni llaves, se entra con un código y eso también facilita las cosas.

Spacious Apt in great location

Amazing location and very spacious apartment. Only complaint was that there was a party going on downstairs that went passed midnight. So many having some rules about quiet hours but it was in another building so really nothing against this apartment. The communication of checking in was clear and everything with the apartment itself was perfect.

Perfect location

Perfect location, beautiful building with spacious room and felt very private. Sometimes loud at night just due to location but overall wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at the Mottl House by Andrez. Perfect location, underground is right outside of the building, and the room was clean and roomy. Highly recommend!

They aren’t responsive to the emails. That’s the only downside. Rest was amazing. Location, comfort, room and building. Would stay there if I come back for sure.

it’s an amazing apartment, it feels like an apartment instead is hotel very spacious and so comfortable and clean! the location was perfect walkable to everywhere and we felt very safe walking in the area at night! communication was none existent, which was nerve racking. i was locked out at 10:30am on the day we were checking out. at the same time i saw 2 girls they couldn’t get in. very difficult to get a response from their office. actually no one responded to our emails or calls.

Lovely, spacious room

A lovely, spacious high-ceilinged room with an amazing, big window, looking straight down the street. Very clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge in the room, a large TV and a hairdryer were all very handy. Some street noise, due to the position of the room, but that’s to be expected in the city and other room options would have been much quieter, but we chose the city view. Luggage storage available a 5 minute walk away.

Great place to stay. Very close to shops and old town square. Would highly recommend and would book again.

Amazing stay! The location was perfect and the rooms had great views. It was a very comfortable stay with spacious rooms for a good price. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

Really welcoming staff and great location. Be prepared for stairs! Only downside was no fridge in the room and bathrooms were very tight.

The property is convenient to old town and shopping districts. Can be a little noisy late at night but not a major issue. Overall it’s a very nice property.

Fantastisk og flot hotel med perfekt beliggenhed. Tjek ud tiden er for tidligt ! Det ville være dejligt, hvis stedet havde er sted for at placere sin kuffert indtil man kan tjekke ind . Men intet dårligt om selve hotellet .

Perfect location.

Great location. Metro literally outside of the door. Perfectly clean room, with all you could need. Slight issue with door lock, fixed next morning. Would return anytime, particularly if sqeeky bathroom door was oiled.

Accommodation with nice interior and good organisation. The location is very central what is good on one hand to have all sightseeing points and shops around you but on the other hand it is Saturday nights a popular party area with lots of music and noisy people until 4 AM.

Book elsewhere!

Refusal to amend booking over being in a natural disaster. Charged in full and offered no change of dates, or refund whatsoever. The answer was read the policy, there are no refunds. The hotel in the meantime sent several emails about the inconvenience that was going to be cause during the stay over construction upgrades. Find a different hotel that cares about their customers

I had a great day, this is aparthotel Which means they don’t have reception, but all the process was very intuitive, rooms were very comfortable, spacious, Clean and pretty new. The location is great, right at the center of The city. Highly recommend

숙소 위치도 좋고 (당연히 뷰도 좋음) 숙소 공간도 넓음. 다만 리셉션이 아예 없어서 대응이 바로 안되고 짐을 맡기기 힘듦

very good location. due to some of review, we were a bit worry not finding the place and also difficult to access. but it was very easy and straight forward by the instruction given a day before an arrival date.

Großzügiges Zimmer, das modern und schön eingerichtet ist. Die Regenduschen war hervorragend. Die Lage perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Auto außerhalb der Stadt zu parken. Der Check-In ist per Code einfach gestaltet ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Allerdings auch keine Möglichkeit die Koffer nach Check Out noch dort zu lassen. Nachts war es auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern etwas laut aber man ist eben mitten in der Stadt. Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen!

Great location, comfort, clean, design, great price

+ Utmärkt läge, nära till allt. + Fräscht rum. - Svårt att komma i kontakt med ansvarig. Vi försökte ringa numret som hänvisades till på hemsidan vid eventuella frågor. Det lades på i luren varje gång man kom fram efter telefonkö. Efter cirka 6 försök kom man fram. - Det var en blå lampa i taket som lyste varje natt, det störde sömnen. - Dålig info om när städerskan skulle komma. Det stod på en lapp att städerskan kommer dag 3 men hon gick in i rummet första morgonen när vi låg och sov.

We had a lovely experience here. The location was amazing - tops 20 mins walk to most significant areas. Great food and shopping places near by! Place was very clean, the code system was easy to use and you don’t have to worry about losing your key card or key. The bathroom had no door in our room and had a clear glass wall so no privacy so if this is not for you I would refrain from booking it however we had no issues with this. The air on worked which was good as when you open the window it can be quite loud outside on a Friday and Saturday night with people out there.

Amazing property overall. Room was spacious and clean, great amenities, easy access, great location in the heart of the city. The views from my room were so awesome, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Every single detail was perfect except that there’s no safe luggage area in the building so we had to keep our luggage with us after check out. Important to mention that original check out time was really early @10am but they thankfully extended it to 12pm.

Perfect accomodation in the center of Prague Old Town. The room is very nice and fresh, amenities also great one. Hassle free check in as well.

Nice substitute

Stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a terrace. Location was in a quieter area than Old Town Square area. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Had everything that we needed for our stay. Property has a lift. Close to the tram stop. Only thing that we had difficulty with was operating the TV, but not a big deal to us. Wifi was working. No issues with check in and check out process. My issue was mostly with Hotels.com as original accommodation that we paid for was changed to this apartment. Although further from the Old Town Square where our orginal booking was, this was a great substitute and I recommend it!

Location is perfect, close to Old Town and in front of a Subway station. Communication was great the whole, and easy check in and check out process. Tidy room and well equipped

The hotel boasts a prime location - close to the city center yet in a quieter area with plenty to see and do nearby. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated. However, the mattress was a bit too hard for our liking. The main issue was the clear glass bathroom wall/door in our room (407), which lacked privacy. Surprisingly, other rooms of the same level have regular bathroom doors. Additionally, the customer support wasn't really helpful, and their bot can be annoying at times. Overall, a decent stay but the bathroom design choice and poor customer support were major drawbacks.

Very nice, clean room in the heart of Old Town Prague. I look forward to staying here again in the future
