Todo muy bien el hotel es muy bonito , la recepción también el inconveniente fue q habíamos solicitado un taxi a las 4:30 am si lo solicitaron pero el problema fue q nunca nos confirmaron q si iba a llegar y no hubo forma de comunicarnos con la recepción después de las 20:00 horas y pedimos otro taxi y llegaron 2 . Para mi no está bien q no te contesten si tienes algún problema no te contestan en el teléfono q te dan

Un apartamento bueno en una ubicacion perfecta.

La ubicacion no puede ser mejor. Hemos ido a todos los sitios andando (Vaticano, Coliseo, Panteon etc.) aunque hay varias lineas de autobuses cerca. La entrada era algo lioso con registro por camera web. Al final vino el recepcionista. La habitacion bien, aunque pensamos algo cara por lo que ofrece. Además hay varias cosas mal funcionando o rotas como la puerta de la ducha, la luz instalada en la ducha de lluvia, el extractor hace ruido. El cable de la lampara de la mesita era tan corta que al coger la lampara sin darnos cuenta, se rompio el cable... La calefaccion de suelo radiante estaba a tope y nos dijeron que para enfriar la habitacion hay que poner el aire (...) Sin embargo, el aparato de aire estaba tan lleno de polvo que no lo pusimos y abrimos las ventanas. Sin embargo, por la noche la calefaccion se apagaba, menos mal. La cama era comoda. Finalmente son los adornos y el estilo del apartamento que hacen que la estancia ha estado bien. El restaurante de desayuno no funcionaba durante nuestra estancia pero tampoco lo teníamos incluido y hay muchos bares y restaurantes en las inmediaciones del apartamento.

Excelente hotel y ubicación !

Muy buena ubicación. Los cuartos son muy calientes y les hace falta cambiar algunos detalles. Por ejemplo el usb a la luz no funcionaba.

Maravillosa estancia

Es una opción muy buena para alojarse en Roma. Ubicación espectacular , todo andando a una media de 20 minutos desde aquí. Nos alijamos en la suite exclusive , preciosa , silenciosa y muy confortable, eso si, el precio me parece muy por encima de lo que debería. 250 euros es exagerado para una habitación de un hotel boutique , serían las fechas .... aunque para pagarlo en un hotel casposo de 4 estrellas que no llegan a 2 españolas ... esta opción es magnífica !

El hotel no es lo que promete

Los cuartos están muy pequeños. Es un problema de expectativas por las fotos que aparecen en internet. El hotel es muy incomodo, no hay una estancia para relajarse, el desayuno es malo y el restaurant es lo más pequeño que he visto en mi vida. Para colmo los baños tienen un problema con la cañería que calienta el piso y dado que nos tocó un verano caluroso se volvía sofocante. El aire tampoco enfriaba suficiente. Lo que si es excelente es la ubicación. Si no generaran mayores expectativas no sería tanta la desilusión.

Ótimo hotel - um ponto de crítica

Excelentes atendimento e localização. Otimo quarto. Tenho apenas um leve comentário: em uma das noites tivemos serios problemas para dormir por conta do barulho da rua. Ou seja: melhor isolamento acústico nos quartos virados para a rua é necessário. No mais, sem qualquer reclamação. Retornaria e recomendo.

Cant belive the price

We are usually planners months ahead for our trips. Planned an Italy trip last minute and was worried on rooms. We found this one that was on the extremely low end for price being so close to Piazza Navonna and in the middle of the most polular sights to see. The location and AC was all we really cared about. But how nice it was was extremely surprising. Clean room, good AC, has a mini bar you can keep a few of your own drinks sonewhat cold, 2 min walk from tons of places to get good food and gilatto, 13Euro taxi ride to the train station with the taxi stand literally 1 min walk away, nice couch in the room for possible 3rd person and they fill your water bottle every day no charge. If I had to nitpick anything at all it would be that the shower drained slow..... but every review of any smaller hotel in Europe says that. Wasn't an issue at all. Really have no idea why the room was so well priced.

We love the hotel, the room and the location but the last night there was a very bad smell in the bathroom that got into the room. Like the sewers. It was very disgusting. After certain hours there is nobody at the reception and It was already late when this happened. We just put water to run, sprayed a bunch of air refresher and go to bed… it was hard to fell asleep with the smell. No having anybody at the reception and charging extra money for checking in after 10 pm is not ideal. Other than that the room was super nice, clean and the location excellent

Super central! can't beat it for that. But what blew me away was how clean it was, and the service of the cleaners each day! They even folded by PJs. The room was spotless upon returning from sightseeing each day, it was truly remarkable. Absolutely spotless. Plus staff were super friendly. The bathroom did have a slight "old drain" smell at times, but I think this is largely unavoidable in a 14th century building in central Rome.

Check in was a breeze, even with a 24 hour delay due to a plane malfunction. They were so kind and helped us the entire way. The location of the hotel was perfect. Restaurants and bars and shopping just steps away! Will definitely stay again100%

This hotel is very small. The room is lovely, small but no different than any other hotel near by. Staff were helpful. Whats wins it for me, is the location. This hotel is based in a great location between the Vatican and Coliseum. There is not shortage of restaurants just explore

Great location!!! Easy to walk to every major tourist spot and restaurants!

I will start with the positive on this hotel. Great location, about 3 mins from a beautiful square with fountains. Ranna (sp) was our concierge and he was delightful, helpful, made a wonderful breakfast and very kind with our 4 year old son. The bath tub in the room was also just like the picture. Negatives. The sewage smell was absolutely awful, coming through our shower drain. We had no tv remote in our room and it was never found or given to us. $20 late check in fee even though we emailed about our flight being delayed 12 hours. Wi-Fi quite spotty, and an extremely tiny room compared to pictures.

The room and location were great BUT there were issues: they never sent me the code to access the building. When I got one, it never worked. There is no one at reception even though it says there’s someone there from 8 am to 8 pm. It’s just a screen not a physical person. There is very weak wifi reception. We had to sit by the door to get a signal. It was not obvious how to turn off the under lighting of the bed. I asked for them to arrange for a taxi to the airport which never came. I would not recommend staying here.

Sidste ophold på Gigli d’Oro

Vi er kommet på Gigli d’Oro igennem snart 10 år. Første gang tilbage efter pandemien. Vi har haft elsket dette hotel, men det er nu slidt med mindre (synligt) personale. Deres engelsk kundskaber er under middel. Trist at et ellers så dejligt hotel er havnet der.

Need more staff at hotel. Staff seems overworked. First day very friendly and accommodating. On our return from Florence .. staff was unfriendly and only talking to European guest on a friendly tone whereas with us he puts on a long face . Made us feel unwanted n uncomfortable.

The good: the shower was clean and in good working condition. The bad: the bathroom trash can was not emptied from the previous guest. The sheets felt like they were not changed from the previous guest - my wife found sand on her side of the inner bedsheets. The sink did not drain water at all. Fortunately, the sink is a large bowl so it did not accumulate enough water to overflow during our one night stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. It was close the metro and restaurants and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower

The property was very modern with good space in the room to move around. The couch was great to just have a seat after a long days walk. Restaurants were everywhere within proximity. Site's weren't too far for us to walk (we are in our late 30's). Souvenir shops all around. Having travelled in colder months the room was sufficiently warm with heated floors in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have a kettle to make a cup of tea but there was plenty of shops around to obtain one. Shout out to the cleaner who assisted us in sucking the air out of the vacuum bag's we had to reduce the size in our luggage to fit more in. Reception also assisted by holding our luggage on the last day for a few hours while we did the last of our site seeing before leaving. All in all it was a great stay, the only slight issue was it would have been great to see someone in reception physically for at least a small chunk of the day. Everything was via a video link on a TV in reception & at times we found it hard to understand whomever we were talking to where we might have had better luck face to face.

Amazing location. Good clean room.

This please is all about location. Very confortable and looks nice. There where son lights that didn’t work, but I can live with that. Overall it is highly recommend!

Boa localizaçao.

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de todas as atrações principais, da para fazer tudo a pé. Tive um pouco de dificuldade na chegada mas logo foi resolvido. o quarto é bem amplo, banheiro também grande, mas necessitando de alguma manutenção,tive muita dificuldade em acertar o chuveiro e a água. Me incomoda um pouco não ter ninguém na recepção.

We got there at 7;30pm had to wait for someone to come check us in. The toilet was running all night my boyfriend had to stop the water. Disappointed. Was hoping for a discount. Wouldn’t go back

It was on a quiet side street and close to the Piazza de Navona so there was plenty of restaurants and activity. The rooms were fine and comfortable and we loved the large windows but we were there during a heat wave so we keep the shutters closed. Bathroom was fine but a bit tight. The staff were lovely and our room was cleaned every day with new sheets and towels. AC worked great.

We had stayed here previously and loved it, now it is fully automated and it has list its appeal. Also the ameneties are terrible, the a/c blows to the window not the room, hair dryer is awful, bathroom is actually really hot- maybe nice in winter but in summer we do not need heated floors. There are not enough pillows.

The staff here were amazing! The taxis went on strike and hotel staff helped me to move my bags, store my bags, etc. They turned what could've been an awful situation into a workable and enjoyable day. So grateful!

Not worth the money

The hotel is grossly overrated and absolutely not worth the money you pay .our room had so low ceiling that you knock your head there is an ugly gutter smell in the bathroom Aircon is not working unless you have an extra door card several things are not there or broken in the room and they do not fix it - there are no one at the reception and no contact can be made after 9:30 pm. Confused info about pet friendliness-the only good thing about this hotel is the location.

No control of A/C and sometimes our room smelled bad

It is a well run 'guest house' (no reception area). Upon arrival you're given a card which allows 24 hour access to the entrance and your room. Rooms are as pictured. The location is ideal, literally 5 minutes to the beautiful, lively Piazza Navona. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and responsive. Very clean, comfortable. We stayed 8 nights May 15th-23rd. No complaints.

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet! Hyggelig betjening! God mat, perfekt rom! Et lite minus i et vin land som Italia, det kunne vært vinglass på rommet.

The pictures accurately represented the room we stayed in. The jacuzzi hot tub in the room was fantastic and quite enjoyable. However, the shower wasn't great. While the jacuzzi got nice and hot, the shower would not. Also, we came back one day after there was some light rain in the city and it smelled like sewage had backed up into the shower drain. Not sure if the rain caused it, but that was our best guess - it wasn't pleasant at all. Also, we had a couple communication issues with the proprietors. We didn't receive the pre-registration email as intended and so we did not have the access code to enter the property. The remote "front desk" staff on duty was very helpful and responsive though and managed this concern to our satisfaction. However, we were only left with 1 partial roll of toilet paper, and when we asked for our room to not be cleaned (only there 2 nights), but for a roll of toilet paper to be left it was not. Likely a breakdown in communication between front desk and cleaning crew - fortunately the bathroom had a bidet, but still was not our preference. Otherwise, the front desk was very helpful arranging our transfer to the airport after our stay. Overall great location and great amenities.

Like a apartment more than a hotel

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not available due to COVID. No one is in the reception- you are in contact with personal by a big screen in lobby- seemed a bit odd and impersonal but it worked ok. Location is excellent , view is non existent.

Great location

The location was really incredible, just a quick walk from most sites. There were two things that were not very clear. The first was check in, we needed a code to access the property but we’re not given it. We didn’t even know we needed a code. I had to call and the attendant came from another location, a 5 minute wait. Then, on one night the hot water ran out and didn’t come back until the next day. We over heard another guest complaining about this also. For some reason, the bathroom floor was really warm 24/7.

Très bien placé, check in compliqué si on arrive après 20h. L’appartement se trouve dans un quartier très sympa en revanche il est situé dans une ruelle et pas de chance pour moi un chien a a aboyé une bonne partie de la soirée...

Not enough staff to deliver the experience

Despite pre- messaging our arrival time we had to wait 40 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in. In the morning we only received half our breakfast - we had to go out and buy our own drinks. Water in the lovely bath tub was only warm not hot. When we complained we were given a bottle of wine but the manager did not come to speak with us as we’d asked and then pretended to be a receptionist on the phone saying that the manager was at a Covid meeting . The poor guy on reception was working across two hotels trying to prepare breakfast - check people in and out as well as cleaning rooms etc . He deserves a medal as he was literally running between each task. We were told to speak to hotels .com. I got through to a number in Phoenix Arizona ! I relayed my issues and as then put on hold for 35 minutes . I had left my details but hotels .com have not called me back or emailed me after more than three days . My first time using them. NOT a good experience

Trotz Corona könnte das Frühstück, das auf dem Zimmer serviert wird ein wenig besser sein. Wir hatten erst am letzten Tag frisches Obst (auf Nachfrage) und das Rührei war leider schon kalt Und Parken in der Gegend war eine Katastrophe, lieber gleich ein Parkhaus aufsuchen

Welcoming Staff with Great Rooms & Location!

Our stay at the Gigli d'Oro was wonderful! From our welcome to when we were escorted to our taxi when we left, the entire staff was so professional, welcoming and helpful! Our room was clean and well kept! The location is absolutely wonderful, it wasn't more than a 20 minute walk from any location. And we could even escape to a few less touristy areas. Breakfast was wonderful! It was so awesome to have fresh coffee and eggs and bacon made to order (if we wanted). Everyone was so accommodating. Whomever was at the front desk knew our schedule, asked about our day - it didn't feel like we were just any other guest, it felt more personal. We would most definitely come back and stay!

Nice clean,updated room, comfortable bed. Our train ran late and they called twice to make sure we were ok!

Best hospitality and overall experience in Italy!

My husband and I took a trip to Sorrento and Rome. This was my second trip to Italy and my husband’s first so I wanted to make sure we were set up for a successful trip. I wanted to try out the Gigli d’Oro boutique hotel from the reviews and location. We thought we knew all the hot spots to see and eat in Rome until we met Daniele, our friendly front desk concierge. Daniele took his position to the next level, giving us the best advice I’ve honestly ever been given from a hotel employee. He told us where to find the best pizza, gelato, tiramisu and more! And they were truly the best we had during our 10 day trip (which is saying a lot given how much of those things we ate!). I can’t say enough about the positive experience we had at this hotel. You will not only get top of the line hospitality but also have the chance to stay in an amazing location. You are literally around the corner from Piazza Navona and other great sites. I hope to be back soon!

Cozy boutique hotel in heart of Roma

Didn't live up to expectations

The location of the hotel in the center of Rome is perfect. The cleaning of the room was however not to good. We stayed only for two nights but the one and only cleaning that was performed was done without vacuum cleaning the floors, so there were a lot of gravel left to walk around in. All towels weren't replaced either. The second day of our stay there were no hot water at all so we had to take showers with cold water which is all but pleasant. The WIFI didn't work well at all during the whole stay. The Philippine guy that worked at the breakfast the second morning was all to eager to shake hands with the guests, asking them were they came from, talking about the spelling of his name, i.e. socializing, instead of doing his job which is to ask the guests what they want to eat and drink and then produce what they wanted. There was on the other hand another guy working at the breakfast the first day and he did an excellent job. It is nice to try to create an familiar atmosphere but it can easily feels false like it did this time.

Very disappointing

The hotel staff did not address any of our problems-air conditioning wasn’t working (and it was 90 degrees in Rome while we were there, so it was uncomfortably hot in the room the entire time), the hotel room smelled like mold, bathroom floor was too hot to stand on, no hot water in our shower the last day . The room also looked nothing like the pictures online. We also had to wait a half hour for someone to show up for our check in! The location was perfect and the breakfast was nice, but we were very disappointed with many aspects of our stay. We also emailed the hotel after we left (no one was available to check us out on the morning of our departure) and I asked that we hear from a manager and we never received an email from management. We will not be returning.

Litet och mysigt hotell

Litet och mysigt hotell. Endast 6 rum och litet kök, men frukosten var jättebra och rummet var fräscht och rent. Servicen var toppen, hotellägaren bjuder på något att dricka och sätter sig ned för att pricka ut rekommendationer på en karta samt ger tips om olika ställen. Man känner sig väldigt välkommen och det känns som att han verkligen var glad över att vi valt hans hotell. Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt och nära till alla turistattraktioner.

Very Disappointing Stay

Good location and nice place. However, the room we got had a bathroom that was as hot as a sauna. The floor was extremely hot. We thought it was a radiant heated floor that just needed to be turned off. When we went to the front desk, we were informed that it was hot because the room was directly above the boiler and there was nothing they could do about it. We were told to wear slippers and turn up the AC. This did not help. Also, the shower did not work and the toilet leaked. If you stay here do not let them give you the Leonetto Room. I am glad we only stayed here one night.

Gigli d’Oro-Highly Recommend

The facility was absolutely beautiful! Stefan was beyond helpful & friendly. The location was nice but a little far from some of the major attractions requiring either taxi or Metro service. We would absolutely recommend the Gigli to anyone visiting Rome & would return ourselves.

Very personel Hotel in excellent location

Beautiful property in a great location just off the Piazza Navona on a quiet street. Our room was very charming with a typical italian look combined with contemporary decor. Breakfast was very nice with typical selections, plus they will prepare fresh eggs if you wish. They'll even bring breakfast to your room if prefer. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Gigli d'Oro Suite.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude, das stilvoll renoviert wurde. Alt und neu wurden wunderbar miteinander kombiniert. Wir hatten die Suite Cinque Luna. Glenn hat uns wunderbar in dem (sehr) kleinen Frühstücksraum mit Rührei und Speck verwöhnt. Unbedingt auch den Joghurt probieren! Stefano hat uns tolle Tipps zur Besichtigung (z. B. Palazzo Altemps gleich um die Ecke) und zum Essen (Pizzeria Cantina e Cucina ) gegeben. Tolle Lage des Hotels, direkt an die Piazza Navona. Wir haben die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht.

Hotel excelente. Perto de tudo, fiz tudo a pé. Conforto do quart excepcional, piso do banheiro aquecido, muito importante no outono/ inverno. Educação e cordialidade da equipe, fantástica. Ja com data marcada para voltar.

Good location, but be warned about the noise!

Rome is a very noisy city. Tucked slightly away away from the main street, right beside a museum, the hotel was located in the perfect location, within walking distance (bus stops) to main attractions, restaurants, sights and museums. With that came the noise. This is of course not the hotels fault. The seagulls would start screeching from 6:30am. The cars, sirens, suitcases, bikes and people talking are all being amplified by the cobbled streets. You can also hear other people talking/slamming doors in the corridor. I can see this being a big problem in the summer if you were to leave the windows open. The reception gentlemen all spoke excellent English and were very nice and welcoming. They offer a free happy hour service for guests between 4:30pm - 7:30pm every day. There is also a sister hotel where they offer a spa service at an extra cost. Breakfast was typical continental and the room was small and crowded at times. The room was clean and tidied everyday. The fridge didnt work and it took us some time to work out how to use the shower properly. Temperature was hot but the sink was too close to the door and tap too powerful, the water splashed out every time you turned it on too high. The room was modern and on the larger side with a table for 2 to sit at as well as a desk and king size bed. All in all if you didnt mind the noise (or breakfast), then this hotel is a very convenient and comfortable base to explore Rome.

Great little place. Only 6 rooms 2 on each floor. Staff is awesome. Rooms are modern and very good condition. Close to all sites. Piazza Navona is 100 feet away, Pantheon just a few minutes.

This is my second time staying at Gigli and they once again exceeded my expectations. Great room and great staff. So accommodating and genuinely caring. Julio and Stefano were amazing to work with and provided great recommendations for lunch/dinner. Highly recommend it

I was helped with my bags up to my room and I was offered a bottle of wine as a compliment for choosing to stay with them. The room was newly furnished and all of the modern features, recessed lights, heated floor in the restroom and a wine cooler

En fullträff!

Jag och min reskamrat hade en fantastisk fin uplevelse! Stefano som mötte oss vid ankomst var väldigt trivsam, tillmötesgående och effektiv -Allt på samma gång! Rummen var jättefräscha och dekorativa, ’regnbågsduschen’ stack ut på ett kul sätt. Ett plus för uppvärmt golv i badrum samt klockren room service! Läget, i närheten av Piazza Navona, kändes helt rätt med gångavstånd till dom flesta attraktionerna. Sammanfattningsvis: En mycket trevlig avslutning på vår resa som började i Andalusien via Portugal till Italien. -Multo Bene!

Beautiful high tech hotel in the heart of Rome.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Rome. Beautiful interior decorations, amazing brunch, super friendly staff. I hate to say it but the shower was TOO high tech. Neither my husband or I could figure out how to turn it on. Also there is no onsite staff after 9pm. I forgot my key and got locked out - had to call and wait about 30 min for them to come and let me in. Admittedly my own fault but something to consider if you are somewhat absent minded like myself.

Very nice stay, 2nd time staying here. Only negative The room needed better water pressure , hard to shower.

Perfect location in Rome

The hotel is located just off the Piazza Navona and a great spot for exploring Rome. My wife and i stayed for 5 nights at the end of February and could not have been looked after better. We were greeted by Steffano who provided us with a glass of prosecco and a map of the area, hghlighting the best places to eat and drink as well as the major sites. Breakfast was excellent and before venturing out each evening we were offered a complimentary cocktail which was a nice touch. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. To sum up, when we return to Rome, we will avoid the hassle of searching for a place to stay and simply return here.

1박했습니다.9깨끗하고 시내관광지들이랑 가깝고 침구도 깨끗해요. 조식 있고 해피아워라고 4시부터 술이랑 간단한 스낵도 있네요. 직원이 매우 친절했어요. 중심지라서 가끔 저녁에 시끄러울 때가 간간히 있었지만 밤늦게는 괜찮았어요 추천드립니다

Fantastic location to major sites and shopping

The stay made our Rome trip very memorable, and the staff was incredible. I would highly recomend this hotel

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and centrally located. The most important reason to stay here is the staff. They go out of their way to make your stay memorable. They know you by name, book reservations and give advice on things to see and do. I felt like we were treated as friends and not just guests. Each member sincerely wanted us to have a great trip.

Good location, clean

No concierge after 8 pm, which is inconvenient if you want to call a taxi ahead of time, or can't figure out how to get buzzed into the hotel after dinner! Very clean, wonderful location. The bed had lighting underneath like a party bus, we couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

Excelente localização,

Hotel muito bem localizado, muito próximo a piazza Navona. Dá p ir andando para o Vaticano, Via del Corte, Fontana de Trevi, dentre outros. Vários restaurantes próximos. Atendimento gentil e cordial.

Very well located and amazing staff!!

Small but very well located. The staff is amazing, very professional and gave us very good references about restaurants and how to maximize our visit/tours. Very good choice to spend a couple of days in Rome!!!

Wonderful!!

If I could give this B&B 10 stars I would This was our first trip to Italy. The hotel is close to everything within walking distance Pantheon, Fountain de Trevi, Piazza Navona, Camp di Fiore. The hotel is kept immaculate. So clean and Luxurious feeling. The bathroom floors were heated which was a great touch. Lots of items in the mini bar to purchase at low cost. The shower we had light up all different colors so cool. We stayed in the Cinque Lune 5 Moons room. The bed was extremely comfortable no complaints here. The staff is outstanding. They will go above and beyond which sets this B&B apart from the touristy areas of Rome. They give such attention to detail and always greet you with a smile. The breakfast in the morning was just perfect fried eggs, bacon, bread, cereal, muffins, cheese, salami, lovely cappuccino expresso whatever you want. Also fruit, jams, muffins and the yogurt machine is especially delicious and I made sure to eat everyday;) Another wonderful feature is the free phone in every room!!!! Yes you heard right! This phone will allows you to use google maps during your stay so you dont have to use your cell data. Theres so much more to say, but in total when I come back to Rome I will none the less staying at the Gigli di Oro Suites because it felt like home.

Lovely spot near Novona

We had our second very pleasant stay at this hotel. Outstanding customer service from Mirko and Martina. After some challenges in getting to the hotel, we were welcomed warmly by Mirko who offered us fresh coffee, some tourist ideas and proceeded to take care of our baggage for us. Martina is wonderful; pleasant & efficient and will go to great strides to make sure customers are comfortable.

Beautiful unique hotel right off Piazzo Navonna

The hotel is beautiful and unique with only a few rooms. The staff is so helpful and gave us great recommendations of must see locations, hidden gems, and best food spots. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family!

A gem

We had a beautiful suite, spacious enough for our family of 3. Our free breakfast was a plus. The staff was very helpful and genuine. The hotel is not far from Piazza Navona and makes it easy to walk the neighborhood. The hotel concierge is charming and can recommend a lot of places to visit for a short stay. We simply loved it.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Period features plus modern. Happy hour! Breakfast included and free wifi.

This hotel is in a perfect location, and has new and old world charm. Staff is amazing, and included a hot breakfast. I will definitely stay here again. It was perfect!

Lovely boutique hotel right near the Piazza Navona

Hotel was small, but modern with good sized rooms equip with all the facilities you need. The location is perfect, you can walk to all the major attractions and best restaurant areas. But most importantly the staff where amazing, their personal service and attention made our trip the best it could be. From offering advice on the best places to visit, to where to eat and generally offering tips about our trip. Would highly recommend this hotel.
