Cuarto frío, personal amable.

Muy cerca de la estación central de tren. La calefacción no servía y el cuarto era frío. La velocidad del wi-fi no es buena. El personal es muy amable.

Mal. Habia acordado agregar una cama ya que se agrego en el viaje mi hija. Al llegar dijeron que nunca recibieron mi confirmacion (la que consta en mis mail enviados) por lo que tuve que pagar un dormitorio adicional y a seis cuadras de distancia. Realmente se comportaron muy mal, jugaron con elcansancio que uno trae de un viaje largo para cobrar de mas. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Práctico y buena localización. Ideal para 2/3 días

Roma, la ciudad eterna. Muy recomendable el visitarla.

Realmente no es un hotel ...

Para nosotros la experiencia fue desagradable pues no tienen recibidor, el edificio que aloja estas habitaciones está prácticamente en abandono y cuando llegamos a la 9:40 PM del aeropuerto ( a pesar de haberlo coordinado) no había quién nos recibiera, luego de media hora buscando y tocando puerta a puerta apareció un chico quien nos dio las indicaciones y las llaves. La habitación es limpia y ventilada; los chicos que atienden son agradables pero no tienen poder de decisión y acción; el WIFI es bien. Estuvimos tres noches porque no opción de cambiar, puesto que no nos devolvían el dinero. La última noche y el último día no tuvimos agua caliente, pues según nos dijo el chico se daño la bolla del calentador. El edificio está muy mal señalizado. Realmente la instalación parece de terror. Realmente nos sorprende que EXPEDIA tenga este alojamiento dentro de sus ofertas. Solo lo tomamos porque fue referido por expedia 😞👎🏽

Vacaciones en pareja

Teníamos muchas ganas de ir a Roma y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva tanto por la ciudad como por el hotel. Hemos estado muy cómodos en todos los sentidos.

Recommended for short stay in Rome

Friendly supporting staff. Small hotel with few rooms. Great location close to Terminus railway station and within walking distance from downtown and historic areas. Breakfirst served in the hotel room. The hotel can be recommended for short stay in Rome.

Très bien

Un super moment passé à Rome. L'hôtel était très bien ormi le bruit le soir dans les rues. Mais en dehors de ça, un service très satisfaisant et un petit-déjeuner copieux 🙂

Great location and good breakfast

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had bad luck because it is on a 4th floor and the elevator was not working. The fee paid at the hotel is more expensive than the other hotels. Breakfast was good and the location excellent

Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Bahnhofsnähe, trotzdem ruhig, 150 m von der Kirche Santa Maggiore entfernt. Daher eine optimale Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit (Sprache: Englisch - kein Deutsch). Das Frühstück ist OK. Man kann täglich zwischen einem süßen oder herzhaften Frühstück (großes Sandwich oder Toast und Croissants), Obst und/oder O-Saft wählen. Das Frühstück wird im eigenen Zimmer serviert. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels fahren die Hopp On/Hopp Off Busse (Santa Maggiore oder Termini) ab. Restaurants, Bars, etc. sind an jeder Ecke zu finden.

Razoável

É um B&B, então não deveria esperar muita coisa creio eu!!! Localização muito boa a duas quadras da estação Roma Termini!!! Funcionários gentis, café da manhã razoável... Fica num prédio antigo, perto de restaurantes agradáveis .... Como fiquei apenas um dia valeu a pena, mas não indicaria... Não é um hotel....

No one at reception while we waited for more than 1 hour before we could finally got in touch with hotel manager by phone, who asked us to drag our heavy luggage to 2nd hotel and then to 3rd hotel with inferior quality. No price difference was refunded despite our request.

Der står, at der er fælles køkken. Men man må ikke benytte det!! Dejligt stort rum...

地點是不錯，當時沒有注意到CHECKIN最後時間跟我們到達時間相近，已經事先通知願意多付小費但因人手不足(只有一位)還是不給通融，造成訂了房卻還是要睡機場也無法退費，只能隔天等他開門再去，然後飯店沒櫃台要詢問資訊不方便，最後一天早上想寄放行李下午(4點前)來取，前一天知會服務員說要3點前來，結果當天早上變成要2點前，感覺很想早點下班，但是早餐蠻豐富的，客房也算舒適。

l'hotel est tres bien situé et accessible il manque juste une grosse pancarte on risque de ne pas trouver facilement les chambres sont extra et petit déjeuner juste bien sans plus j'ai trouvé l'hotel propre mais mauvaise foie de la part des receptionnistes. allez y ça ne peux qu'etre bien pour son prix.

Located near Termini Station and has lots of restaurants around. We were greeted by Amin, the guy at the front desk. He is very polite and a great host. He showed us the room and the breakfast procedure. The room is big, good and clean with basic amenities (including wifi), despite the mild musty smell. Amin served us breakfast everyday. The breakfast is not bad at all,we actually enjoyed it! Good budget hotel!

At times noisy because of passing public transport

Clean and economic hotel/bed and breakfast. simple breakfast. Nice place but at times noisy because of traffic passing outside. Recommendable.

Hôtel correcte mais sans plus...

Hôtel pas mal situé, vraiment proche de la gare, des bus et du Métro. Surtout il faut bien confirmer l'heure d'arrivée, sinon n'il y a personne pour vous accueillir. Quartier assez bruyant, le double vitrage ne fait malheureusement pas son effet, on entend à merveille le tramway passé et les brouhahas provenant des restaurants, et je ne parle pas des accordéonistes et autres chanteurs de rue. Préféré le côté cour si vous avez le choix. Le petit-déjeuner est servi en chambre, le souci c'est qu'il n'y a rien rien pour poser le plateau, sauf si vous êtes adeptes du petit déjeuner au lit, bien évidemment. En même temps, vu qu'il n'y a pas grand chose à manger, on ne peut pas qualifier ça de petit déjeuner, plutôt encas. Chacun appréciera. Les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain correcte et propre. L'ensemble reste correcte pour le prix et la proximité des transports en commun.

Hotel will charge the local tax before you check-in. Make sure you bring your credit card bill when you check in, otherwise they might ask you to pay again. The good thing is the location, near the station.

Great location, comfortable base

Right down the road from termini station so a great location base for sight seeing. Lots of restaurants on the Main Street outside. Comfortable room nice and clean with good airconditioning which was needed! Friendly staff and breakfast was light and simple but yum, had it on a breakfast tray in our room which was a nice touch. Mini fridge also great. Only cons would be we were only given 1 set of keys of 3 people (triple room) as you get a set of three keys (only one for the main electronic door). Otherwise a very pleasant and comfortable stay, perfect for touring the city.

Остался недоволен, по приезду, отель был занят. Обслуживают два индуса, все грязно и не приемлемо для отеля. Очень дешевый хостел, о чем никто на сайте не предупреждал.

Gute Lage

Gebucht waren 2 Zimmer für 5 Personen- bekommen haben wir nur 1 Zimmer für 3. Es wurde keinerlei Hilfe angeboten einen Ersatz zu finden. Man war auf sich allein gestellt! Ansonsten sauber und alles ok. Wenn die Sache mit dem fehlenden Zimmer nicht gewesen wäre würde ich es gern weiterempfehlen...aber so leider nicht.

Lasciamo perdere. Prenotato è pagato e la camera non c'è quando arrivo alle 9 di sera. Dice che c'è ne è una disponibile a 10 minuti a piedi o mi fa rimborsare. Ci penso. Non c'è altro in giro a quell'ora. Richiamo dico vado. Mi richiama dice non riesco a rintracciare il collega, non c'è nessuno. Cerco altri. Nulla. Mi richiama. L'aspettano. Finisce l'incubo comincia la barzelletta.

Affordable B&B in a good location

This B&B is 2 blocks from Termini Rome central station which was ideal for us getting around and there are decent restaurants around. The room was fairly modern, clean but no satellite TV. It was noisy on the Saturday night but then that's Rome and the ambience on a weekend night. Staff were organised for our arrival and friendly. If you don't want to spend an expensive accommodation then you will be pleased with Siesto Suites. Also we travelled with 2 young children and the facilities were fine.

Purtroppo è stato un pessimo soggiorno; motivi: gestita da stranieri i quali per una qualsiesi circostanza hanno da telefonare per avere autorizzazioni; la stanza è molto rumorosa a causa del transito del tram; a dire dal signore filippino interlocutore non è dato di avere una ricevuta del pagato; al momento della prenotazione è stato indicato un parcheggio auto custodito a € 15 per giornata intesa per 24 ore mentre li giunti sono state richieste e corrisposte € 40; per fare la doccia l'altra persona che occupa la stanza bisogna attendere che si riscaldi l'acqua. Ci sarebbe altro in negativo da scrivere ma non ho tempo.

Daher eine optimale Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit (Sprache: Englisch - kein Deutsch). Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr üppig und gut. Man kann täglich zwischen einem süßen oder herzhaften Frühstück (großes Sandwich oder Toast und Croissants), Obst und/oder O-Saft wählen. Das Frühstück wird auf Wunsch im eigenen Zimmer serviert. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels fahren die Hopp On/Hopp Off Busse (Santa Maggiore oder Termini) ab. Restaurants, Bars, etc. sind an jeder Ecke zu finden.

Overall a nice quiet, peaceful place with en suites +free WI-FI and up-to-date facilities clean but need more detail cleaning. Very good breakfast serviced. Felt safe even with our belongings. II Sesto is perfectly situated for exploring the city. Very impressive staff.

Γενικά ικανοποιημένοι

Γενικά μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι από το ξενοδοχείο. Check in κάνει ως τις 11 το βράδυ και εμείς παραλίγο να χάναμε τη πρώτη διαμονή μας γιατί φθάσαμε στις 10 στο αεροδρόμιο. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικο και το πρωινό καλό. Η περιοχή είναι λιγο περιεργη, αλλά όχι κι τόσο εγκληματική όσο την περιέγραφαν άλλοι ταξιδιώτες.

Great location which really close to Termini. Clean room with simple breakfast, and firendly straff who willing to tell you anything about Rome. However, DO NOT take shower in the morning, or you will be so regret like me, there are no hot water in morning no matter I waited for 5 mins or 30 mins.

camera bella con tutti i comfort - buono il wi-fi, solo un problema (una mattino la doccia era fredda, alla sera invece tutto ok)

Enkelt og spartansk.

Dette kan vel heller kalles bed & breakfast fremfor hotell. Rommene ligger i fjerde etasje i en ombygd leilighet, det er ingen resepsjon osv. Litt vanskelig å finne frem da det kun er et lite skilt på veggen ved døren som sier at du er på rett sted, her må du ringe på for å bli slippet inn. Frokost serveres på kjøkkenet og består av tørt brød og syltetøy, samt juice. Rommet og badet er rent og i orden, men er spartansk og holder lav standard. Mue støy fra gaten utenfor, bl.a trikker som går hele døgnet. Grei beliggenhet rett ved togstasjonen og fungerer godt som utgangspunkt for dagsturer rundt i byen. Betjeningen, som kun består kun av en ung mann, er veldig behjelpelig og trivelig.

Wegen Überbuchung in anderem Hotel untergebracht

Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand anwesend. Nach einigem Warten und Telefonieren kam der Manager und erklärte, dass das Hotel "leider überbucht" sei und dass wir in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht würden. Das andere Hotel war dann nicht mehr in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Wir hatten das Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gebucht, weil wir nur einen Tag in Rom hatten. Durch das Warten und Umziehen ist uns dann viel Zeit verloren gegangen. Absolut nicht ok.

Not worth the price

Although this is near Roma Termini , which is the only thing I found nice, I would not recommend this place. The place has a musty odor. The reservation was for 2 rooms and then Amin initially said that we will be in separate buildings! I had to protest because we have kids with us , and cant be separated . Breakfast was terrible . We were told that our schedule was at 9:30 am because others have booked earlier . Its limited to a croissant, 1 cup of orange juice or coffee. Not worth waiting for. Bathroom was so small with no place to hang towels . Even children were initially counted for city tax , good thing though I showed the expedia email of exemption for children for taxes . Noise outside could be heard .

Great hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and are really happy with our choice of accomondation. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and delivered breakfast (croissant, coffee, bread and juice) to our room every morning. The rooms were very nice and clean. The location is near perfect. It is very central in the city, only 3 minutes walk from the central train station, and walking distance to most attractions, shopping etc. It is great value for price, and we would stay here again. Can highly recommend it.
