Departamento en Roma

Muy interesante la experiencia, fue como tener nuestra casa en Roma, un confortable dúplex, rápida wifi, tv plana 40’, la recepción muy amable con muchos datos interesantes de la ciudad. Cerca… 10 cuadras de Roma Termini. La zona es actualmente de inmigrantes chinos, indios, pakistanies.. de día pueden comprar casi cualquier cosa, de noche no tuvimos ningún problema. Es importante arreglar bien el horario check in, check out no tienen recepción 24 hs. si tienen que salir antes de las 12 hs, avisar. Nosotros teníamos que tomar un tren y hasta las 12:15 hs no llego nadie por suerte no lo perdimos. Definitivamente volvería.

Lo recomiendo 100%!!

Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo!! Espacioso, cómodo, limpio y bonito. La única "pega", si es que hay que sacarle una, es que no está en pleno centro histórico pero se llega muy fácilmente. Esto permite un precio un poco más asequible. Espero que vuestra estancia en Roma sea tan buena como la que he tenido!!

I would stay again

Close to the historic centre and train station. There is a metro station within 3 minutes walk. The lady who is looking after the property was very friendly and helpful. Was very clean No problems at all. I would stay again

Rome June 2016

We were met at the door by the owner. He was helpful as we were early and the room was not ready. He informed us of were to go in Rome and what was close in the area. The room was fine for us as we were staying 3 nights. It was smaller than expected but was clean and comfy. I would use again as a base for Rome.

Molto carino

B&in molto carino, noi siamo in tre e la nostra camera era molto ampia con la zona soppalcata come camera da letto e la zona soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale!! Pulita e arredata in modo carino. Sono rimasta colpita dalla gentilezza, la disponibilità del personale della struttura. Alcuni giorni prima del nostro arrivo, via mail e via sms si informava del l'orario del nostro arrivo, appena arrivati alla stazione Termini, siamo stati contattati dal Sig. Paolo che ci stava aspettando nella struttura per fare il check-in. Ci ha dato anche qualche dritta su dove mangiare, cosa visitare, ... Tutti suggerimenti azzeccati!! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, e se dovessi tornare a Roma, tornerei, anche per la posizione strategica, la fermata della metro dista 50 mt dalla struttura!!!

Gemütliches B&B in Nähe eines Parks

Freundlicher Empfang durch die Empfangsdame (es gibt keine Rezeption), die uns eine sehr gute Trattoria und Gelateria empfahl. Wir hatten ein eher kleines Zimmer auf den Hinterhof, sehr gute Matratze ! Das Frühstück macht man sich selbst ; es ist alles reichlich vorhanden.

Bahnhofsnähe, ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf Park.

Angenehme Atmosphäre, ruhig, da nur vier Zimmer. Frühstück in eigener Regie, da keine Rezeption und kein Personal anwesend.

Neat place Amazing staff

The receptionist make you feel at your home. Just 5-10 Min. from Termini station and the rooms are quite clean and cozy. I would come back in the case of a similar holidays.

ottima posizione abbiamo potuto visitare tutto centro storico a piedi buona accoglienza,la stanza ampia e pulita, comodità di vivere gli spazi in comune in piena libertà ho avuto impressione di essere a casa mia lo consiglio

Déception

Très bon accueil du propriétaire Mais au regret de ne pas conseiller cet établissement,trop bruyant aux niveaux du voisinage tard dans la nuit, des autres personnes dans l établissement qui ne respectent pas les personnes dans les chambres voisines : bruits, bavardage fort à point d heure

Good place.

We had a nice stay. The BnB was empty most of the time or had very quiet guests because of the season. The owner and the cleaning lady were very pleasant and helpful. The elevator is a marvel. We had to get the router's password off the bottom of the router because the owner forgot to give it to us. WiFi was good. We had the triple room which has a nice balcony overlooking the park. Clean, decent bedding, secure, and centrally located. The only problem for some might be the diverse neighborhood. We had no problems and everyone we interacted with on the street was friendly and helpful. The metro is very close as are buses and trams. All kinds of local food places around.

We really loved our stay at Mr Frills. The rooms look to have just been refurbished and are modern and clean. The beds were great and we had a lovely balcony. I could not fault our room in any way. Only disappointment was the breakfast - no problem with helping ourselves, but only really had a choice of cereal, toast, 1 variety of sweet biscuits and prepackaged croissants. If a breakfast is included I would expect to at least have a choice of FRESH pastries and cold meats and cheeses. Would also have appreciated a sign in the lounge telling people to keep the noise down as all rooms lead off the lounge and every word spoken in the lounge can be heard in the rooms (we had people talking loudly after 10pm every night)

Helpful, friendly, comfortable beds,,,

Comfy stylish rooms and loved the feel of the place...more local apartment than hotel (which I guess is the point...) Particularly thankful for the hints and tips we received...have been lucky enough to visit Rome several times and they were news to me! It will definitely be up there next time we're in Rome. Some don't like the area...it's a little rough around the edges but there are so many great restaurants nearby (including Fassi's Gelato just around the corner!) and we never felt unsafe. Really convenient for Termini if you're travelling elsewhere in Italy or to the airport of course...

Good place to stay

Ok room but a little small. Breakfast...well at lot of cerial and some bread and butter. Place close to the metro and in walking distance to Colleseum. Didn't like the fact that on the website it said that we had to pay 30€ in tax and then he charges 35€.

Super friendly host, A/C could be cooler in 90', neighberhood ok if not alone single female.

Bra!

Bra B&B men mycket fina rum. Lyhört mellan rummen som kan väntas på B&B, så inget att klaga på. Vårt rum var mot parken och dörrarna mot vägen är mycket bra isolerade så nästan inget ljud från gatan hörs när de är stängda. Mycket bra. Vi fick ett trevligt möte med en i personalen när vi anlände, han tipsade även om olika saker vi kunde se och om rekommenderande resturang och glassbarer som var bra. Att tänka på är att den har ingen stor skylt utan bara en liten namnskylt vid entrén. Gatan går runt parken så kolla bara på numren när ni kommer upp ur tunnelbanan så hittar ni lätt. Det ligger på ena kortsidan. Frukosten är inte bra utan behöver kompletteras med ost grönsaker skinka och yoghurt på lokala affären. När ni gjort det så blir det kanon. :) Om ni vill ha en bra frukost. Denna B&B rekommenderas.

Good times in Rome

This BnB was great! Good breakfasts, clean rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning, and even a TV. Great shower as well. Check in had to be coordinated before hand but that was easy. 15 min walk to the train station and a great location in a cool area. Best restaurant is called 'Vecchia Roma'. Also close enough to the metro and colloseum to see a lot of the city

허나 와이파이가 너무 느리며 방안에서는 현지 통신사 전화도 터지지 않습니다... 가격 대비 나쁘다곤 못하겠으나 아쉬운 부분이 조금은 남네요 사장님 완벽한 친절이 돋보입니다

Safe, clean place to stay with young children

Our family had a fantastic 4 night stay at Mr. Frills. The room was a double plus 2 singles in the loft. Our room and the common areas were clean and nicely furnished. The wifi worked well. The breakfast is self-serve, nice if you want an early start, and more than adequate - coffee, tea, juice, milk, 6 kinds of cereal, brioche (croissants), jellies, bread. The building has an elevator. The location is great starting point for exploring Rome. If you prefer walking, the Colosseum is 20 minutes away, the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano is 15 minutes away. Public transportation is fantastic, metro stop (line A, one hop from Roma Termini), bus and tram are all within 2 blocks.

깨끗하고 편하고 좋아요

숙소 되게 깨끗하고 친절하셔서 좋았어요. 위치는 지도상 조금 멀어보이긴 하지만 역에서 15분 걸으면 갈 수 있는 먼거리는 아니구요. 아쉬웠던 점은 4일을 지냈는데 2일이 보일러 고장으로 온수가 나오지 않았다는 거예요...그것도 저희방만ㅜㅜ연락드렸더니 다음날 바로 수리해주시긴 했지만 다음날 아침 또 안나오더라구요ㅜㅜ 그래서 2일동안 찬물에 머리 감았답니다. 뭐 저희간날 고장난거라 어쩔수 없는거였지만 저희는 불편했기에 1점 뺐어요. 그거 빼고는 되게 좋았어요. 여기 숙소는 다 방안에 화장실 있는거 같아요. 청소도 잘해주시고 아침은 간단하게 셀프로 챙겨먹고 진짜 히터틀어도 따뜻한바람 안나와서 방이 좀 추운거랑 온수 안나온거 빼고는 좋았어요.

Great base in the beautiful Rome

I stayed here recently for 3 nights. I didn't realise it was a 4 room b&b, it's really a big flat with huge rooms and one breakfast area in the middle. We definitely felt safe there, there's an industrial lock on the b&b door and it's 3 floors up in an apartment block (there is a lift if you need it). The lady who greeted us was very welcoming and provided us with a very comprehensive list of reccomended gelaterias and pizzerias as well as giving us a map and circling loads of sites we might like to visit. Her reccomendations turned out to be the best restaurant and gelataria we went to in our 4 days and they are both very close to the b&b. the rooms are pretty basic but good value, they were cleaned daily. One thing we loved was the huge window which opened out onto a little balcony overlooking the street. The b&b is quite close to the Termini which is very handy for airport transfers, it takes about 15mins to walk to the colosseum which really isn't bad at all. The area isn't amazing but it didn't matter as we spent most of our time exploring all areas of Rome on foot. The complimentary breakfast was basic but good and it did set us up for the day! They kindly allow you use of their laptop which is left in the communal area and there is free wifi throughout the b&b. the only downside we thought was that there isn't generally a staff member present, they checked us in but we weren't sure what to do if we'd had any problems! Great overall though thanks!!

Great service and own bathroom

Mr frills was a great find! Good price and very hospitable and clean. You get your own bathroom, check out is at 12pm and very clean room with mini balcony. Overlooks the park. You can walk at night. They supply you with great places to eat, drink, and get gelato. Check in starts at two unless you email them a different time. Very happy with my stay!

Very friendly, nice place with a good Breakfast. Would recommend. We tried to stay another night but it was full.

En litet och trevligt B&B med endast fyra rum.Trevlig personal lite problem med engelska. Frukost med självhushållning.Vi hade lite svårt att hitta dit, då entrén var näst intill osynlig

Schönes B&B in bester Lage

Für einen Kurzurlaub bestens geeignet. Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon zum Park. Metrostation direkt daneben. Frühstück konnte man sich selbst zubereiten, daher konnte man auch später frühstücken. Marilena war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps für Restaurants und Märkte gegeben. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Unschlagbar für den Preis!

Perfekt!

Superfint ställe! Nyrenoverat, kliniskt rent, perfekt läge ca 7 min gångavstånd från Termini och ca 15 till Colosseum. Metrons röda linje bara 50 meter bort, med 3 stationer till de Trevi. Heeelt perfekt! Verkligen otroligt bra pris med tanke på den höga standarden. Frukost fixar man själv i det lilla gemensamma köket, lite torftig men supermarket ligger runt hörnet där du kan komplettera med det du vill och förvara det i den gemensamma kylen. AC i rummet, städning varje dag, gemensamt utrymme med tillgång till internet. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta trevliga B&B!

Good experience !

The location is a bit difficult to reach. There are no displays or banners. Otherwise, the hotel is very good, clean and quite. Its more of an apartment that a hotel. So no room service, but the kitchen is open for snacks and stuffs. The staff are very helpful I had a pleasant experience with them. Overall I had a nice time, hope to be back there again !

Grei overnatting

Dette er en leileghet med flere rom og felles kjøkken. Do og dusj på rommet i et "bur", dårlig lydisolasjon av den grunn. Bra isolert ift. støy utenfra, men meget lydt inne i leiligehten. Vi hadde heldigvis gode naboer. Selve rommet er bra. Dårlig frokost, men greit å ha tilgang til kjøkkenet. Vaskemaskin på kjøkkenet var ødelagt. God beliggenhet rett ved sentralstasjon (Roma termini), gåavstand til Colosseum ol. T-bane rett ved. Det var likevel vanskelig å finne frem leiligheten siden dette ikke er et hotell med skilt. Ingen resepsjon, dama som tok oss imot kunne ikke engelsk. Måtte betale kontant før innsjekking. Vil ikke anbefale denne, går an å finne bedre overnatting for samme pris.

Nöjda resenärer!

Bodde på Mr Frills 4 nätter och var mycket nöjda! Fint, rent och över förväntan. Bra frukost som man gjorde själv när man ville. Nära terminalen/stationen och bekvämt promenad avstånd till Colosseum. Härlig utsikt ut över en fin park (om man får rätt rum). Tänk på att försöka få ett med balkong ut mot parken. Totalt finns bara 4 rum. Vid ankomsten bör du ha mailat med hotellet innan så att de kan möta upp dig då det ej är bemannat. Observera att porten in är en "vanlig" entredörr och det finns en liten ringklocka med Mr Frills på. Kan varmt rekommendera en vistelse här!!

Ce n'est pas un hotel mais appartement de 4 chambres

L'accueil est très chaleureux, mais il faut savoir que c'est un appartement de 4 chambres que vous partager avec des inconnus. Vous ne voyez le propriétaire qu'une seul fois à l'arrivé, il demande tout en cash, il refuse les CB, l'appartement est très bien situé au cœur de Rome sur ce point il n'y a rien à dire. Il y a beaucoup de commerces au alentour. Par contre l'ascenseur ne marche pas. Les hauteurs de plafond sont impressionnant, environ 6m, donc pas de quoi étouffé, l'immeuble est assez ancien. Un peu cher pour ce que c'est mais sa reste acceptable si vous ne trouvez pas ailleur de la place. Je pense qu'on peut mieux trouver ....

Attention!

Ce B&B n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de l'offre du site et ce à tout les niveaux. L'amabilité de notre hôte avait du mal à masquer la piètre qualité des prestations qui n'ont pas grand chose à voir avec l'offre et les images proposées.

Mr Frills-trevliga ägare

Vi fick ett mycket trevligt bemötande av bröderna som äger Mr Frills. Tänk bara på att ta kontakt med dem innan ni kommer så de kan vara på plats och låsa upp vid ankomst. Rummet vi fick var stort och fint. Personal var där och städade varje dag. Vi tyckte det var bra att sköta sin egen frukost när man ville under morgonen. Ägarna var mycket hjälpsamma och var lätta att få kontakt med om man undrade över något. Hotellet låg mitt i de kinesiska kvarteren i Rom, mycket trevligt område. Det var nära till det mesta, tåg, tunnelbana, spårvagn samt alla sevärdheter. 10 minuters promenad till Coloseum. Vi rekomenderar verkligen detta ställe, värt sina pengar.

Bra läge. Gångavstånd till det mesta. Näre Metro. Bra ned Internett-tillgång. Frukosten är kanske inte vad en nordbo är van vid. Å andra sidan skötte vi oss själva och kunde koka en kopp kaffe när vi ville. Bra ventilation på rummet vilket behövdes då det var 28 grader ute. Lite rappliga lås med tre olika nycklar, en till ytterdörren, en till andra våningsplanen och Mr Frills och en till rummet. Hissdörrslåset till våning två krånglade. Sammanfattningsvis så var vi ändå nöjda med vistelsen hos Mr Frills.
