Beware of the 50€ cleaning fee.

I was upset and surprised for the extra 50€ fee they charged me in cash.

Très bien placé, à deux pas du métro Spagna ! Et beaucoup de sites sont proches à pied. Accueil sympa et appartement spacieux et calme (double vitrage) en plein coeur de la ville. On y reviendra.

Absolutely great location! Nice and spacious! Good communication. Would book again.

Expensive for what you get.

Location is good and very walkable to all the sites. However I found this property extremely expensive for the value. They also requested more money from us on arrival for an extra person even tho the room has capacity for 5 people.

Will definitely stay here again! Very clean!

It was a great experience. The staff was very proactive and the unit was excellenty cleaned. The location was nice and within proximity to many nice Spots. I'll definitely stay here again.

A very cosy spot

The apartment is spacious & lovely, it’s close to the Spanish Steps and the Spagna metro.(By the way there is an elevator to the top of the steps just inside the Metro) We didn’t expect a washing machine which came in very handy and we liked having two bathrooms.The curtains and double glazing keep out the street noise. Steps away were Carrefour and Co-Op grocery stores plus lots of restaurants and the famous & expensive Babington tea rooms. Doorman Pasquale keeps an eye on who comes and goes and gives directions.It’s very very secure. Only downside was the kitchen is small and I never did find the cooking knives and spoons. But when we asked for garbage bags and shampoo they were delivered right away, so I should have asked.

Property is top notch and centrally located (right next to Spanish Steps, shopping - high-end boutiques, La Rinascente, among others - and excellent restaurants. It is only 5-6 mins walk to Fontana di Trevi. It was in mint condition, spacious, and well appointed. Propaganda’s staff paid attention to every detail to make our stay wonderful. They also assisted with transfers from the airport and to Civitavecchia for a cruise. I would definitely stay at Propaganda Suites on my next trip to Rome. Highly recommended!

Totally AMAZING service and the most kind staff! They have been super from the first day until the very end! Truly the best service we have EVER experienced 🔥 The apartment is lovely and the location is perfect! We will absolutely book them again. It’s perfect for a couple or friends or a small family. Spacious and modern. We loved it ❤️

This apartment is just amazing! There is nothing negative I can say, it checks all the boxes for a great stay in Rome, we absolutely loved it.

Perfect!!

The room was perfect. Interior and funiture was wonderful and brand-new. washing machine equipped. Very close to major attractions. Right next to Spanish steps. But 50 Euro of cleaning fee seems too expensive.

قريب من السلالم 50 متر ومن الكالسيوم ايظا قريب يوجد سوبر ماركت صاحب السكن شخص ودود عند الحجز عن طريق الاونلين عند التسليم الغرفة يوجد سعر تنظيف الغرفة لازم تنتبه عند حجزك من هذا الموضوع صاحب التاكسي اللى بيجيك من المطار بياخذ تقريبا 50 يورو الى السكن انصحك او ماتنزل المطار لاتخاذ بطاقة لان توجد سيدة تبيع بطاقة تلفون بأسعار غالية خذها من برع وااايد ارخص خدمته جيدة الفندق تم بناه من السبعينات وتم تجديدة في 2013 مجدد على انتيكة جميل والسعر جيد

Perfect

It was amazing. Perfect location right next to Spanish steps. And to great food and shopping. The owner was totally in touch with us and provided everything we needed and asked for. Apartment was big and clean and perfect. We were so impressed and would stay here again.

Very nice and comfortable appartment very close to Piazza di Spagna. The welcome was very well organized. Ideal for a couple + 1 person.

Very beautiful and clean apartment. Location is perfect everywhere Only the price for Hotels was not the end, and I paid extra 71 euros for cleaning and taxing. The cleaning fee was not fixed in advance and I learned only on the day of arrival

This apartment/suite exceeded our expectations. It was central to all of Rome, The Spanish steps are literally at your doorstep. GianLuca, the owner, was very attentive, and made the whole process from booking to the end very seamless. I can't wait to stay again!
