La habitación estaba bien, solo que las paredes estaban muy manchadas, necesitan pintarlas

Nini es la mejor anfitriona que recibe y atiende a los huéspedes. Se preocupa por ellos, es atenta, amigable, el hospedaje es increíble te dejan cafecito, las instalaciones del cuarto son muy buenas, todo me pareció excelente incluyendo la zona y sus alrededores. The best!!!

La suites son nuevas , muy limpias y bonitas ! Muy recomendable lugar . El edificio donde están es viejo, pero la zona es céntrica .

Excelente!! Súper buena ubicación, a todos lados puedes ir caminando, (con excepción del aeropuerto) súper limpio, súper céntrico, bonito el lugar, buen desayunito y los dueños súper lindos, al pendiente de todo. No le pongo pero a esté lugar. A 10 minutos caminando el vaticano y Piazza Navona está a la vuelta. Si vas a ir a Roma definitivamente considera este lugar. Por la ventana se ve el puente de Saint Angelo!!! Por supuesto que regreso.

Es lo que promete

Bien ubicado y muy bien cuidado. El desayuno fome y repetido, pero es suficiente para comenzar el dia. El aseo, termino medio. La cama suena un poco, tiene aire acondicionado lo que lo hace excelente. Los chicos que te revisen son un 10, simpaticos y atentos en todo momento. Dora habla español y siempre dispuesta ayudar. Volveria, SI. Pero pediria que cambiaran la cama. Saludos.

Hotel muy bien situado y con trato excelente.

La situación es buenisima, puedes ir caminando a todos los sitios. El trato de los dueños magnifico y se agradece su simpatia. Habitación comoda y baño muy limpio y espacioso.

Lovely hotel close to all the tourist spots. You can Walk everywhere from this hotel , the Vatican, Trevi fountain , piazza Navona, the pantheon & short bus ride to/from the Colesseum and Termini train station. Irene at the desk was lovely . Always smiling , curteous and friendly . It’s hard to find so pay attention & don’t get lost like we did ..: )

What a great experience to stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the location was fabulous. The staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and transportation to and from the airport. Will stay again for sure!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and responsive.

The hotel never sent the cab that they said they would so we waited in line for 45 minutes for a taxi, realized we weren’t even half way through the line and it was after 10pm so we just paid $120 for an Uber. When we asked about a credit, it was a no. The rooms are so small that there was nowhere to put your suitcase but on the bed. Floors in the rooms are dirty and towels were stained. Maybe a good place to stay if you have low expectations or don’t care about anything more than a place to sleep for a night.

Great location to the Vatican and other attractions. Many restaurants available as well. Only complaint is there was no signs specifically stating it was the bridges suites we walked past it several times before a nice restaurant owner showed us the building.

Beautiful room! Very clean, nice extras like slippers, coffee, etc. The staff were so friendly and helpful when our flights had issues so we came in after midnight. We were able to get the passcode to the doors and our keys were waiting for us! Wonderful!!!

Easy walk to Vatican City! Lots of food places near by and shops. Busy around and felt safe. The property was a little bit tricky to find but the staff were very helpful!

Great place to stay in Rome and perfect for sight seeing. Reception girls are great and will help with anything without any fuss. Cant wait to go back again!!!!

Great location and very helpful staff. Room was nice, clean,and had a fridge, safe and air con. This is a busy area so expect it to be quite noisy even with double glazed windows. Will definitely stay again.

Smidigt och nära till allt

Perfekt läge med promenadavstånd till allt. Enkel in- och utcheckning. Lätt att kontakta trots obemannad reception i detta lilla, lilla hotell. Restauranger och sevärdheter precis runt hörnet. I rummet in mot gården var det inga störande ljud. Här bor man perfekt om man vill ha ett rum att sova i men leva dagen och kvällen ute i stan.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

The units are small but comfortable. I understand we are spoiled Americans but I found a few hairs in the shower and on the floor. Not what we are used to. We let housekeeping come in every day. Still had to ask for additional toilet paper and coffee because they didn’t top it off. Other than that, the location is excellent. Building is very safe and has an elevator. Literally across the street is a restaurant with the BEST fillet I have ever had! Enjoy!

Had a fantastic stay with The Bridge Suites, I will definitely be rebooking next year. The location was fantastic and I found it really easy to walk around Rome from there. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were really helpful!

Super accueil, chambre propre et joliment décorée.

The property is modern and clean. It is a good location to stay as it is closer to Vatican and about 1 mile walk to Colosseum. The restaurant nearby is pretty loud till midnight. It was not easy to find the property as it does not have signs on any wall. It is just a name plate near the door.

room was small, no face clothes and toilet seat was loose as well as faucet, needs more maintenance. Staff was great and location great but noisey.

Everything from the room to service was perfect - the only topic that makes the stay to a 4 star vote: it is extremely loud at night so you have to sleep with closed windows.

Great property for walking around major Rome sites. They need to remove description of room that says “free breakfast” because there is not (and, no, they did not discount room even though we booked with understanding of free breakfast). Also, some noise at night due to popular area. Staff nice and friendly!

We arrived late at night and the front desk had contacted us earlier to make sure we knew how to acccess th main door and room doors and allowed for an in person check in the next day. The key system is unique and they provide a YouTube video showing you how to use it which saved us some headache. The property was clean and the service was good.

It's a great location for hoping on a tour bus, walking to some of the sites and getting a taxi.

Boo hiss! No luxury from arrival to departure. ☹️

We were not impressed. Building is located between two “pedestrian only” streets so our taxi had to drop us off 2 blocks away. We pushed all our luggage in the rain to the building. There’s no sign indicating “Bridge Suites”. We stumbled upon a tiny name plate over a not obvious side entry but no one responded to “buzz” us in as we stood in the rain. After a while, a guest from another apartment happened to exit the building so we gained entry to the building only to have no idea where the suites were. The entry contains a dumpster with organic matter and the floors and walls are dirty. I climbed 4 of the 5 flights of stairs and found a locked door that read Bridge Suites. Someone came to the door but spoke very little broken English so communication was difficult at best. The shower looks nice but there’s no shelf to set toiletries except onto the slick floor or is a towel hook within reach of the shower. The bathroom trash can lid did not work, nor did the closet safe. Breakfast was not included as per their website; nor did we have a view of the castle or rooftops, just interior alleys. There are only 5 rooms. Cheap down alternative comforters looked good but didn’t breath so we didn’t sleep well. There’s a little elevator for the building but you have to climb 4 flights of stairs when others leave the doors unlatched. Advertised “shuttle service” meant they called for a taxi but made us pay the 65 euro fee when we could have taken an Uber/Taxi to the airport for 50.

Fast alles gut, Umgebung wunderschön, 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Engelsburg, Piazza Navona 7 Minuten. Zimmer in Ordnung, sehr bequemes Bett, sauberes Bad,Mini Bar ist verfügbar und voll von Getränke. Der Rezeptionist sagte mir, dass die Handtücher je 2 Tage gewechselt sind, aber es wurde nicht gemacht.

Location ottimale in pieno centro storico, locali estremamente puliti, personale cordialissimo, purtroppo c'é stato un frainteindimento con la colazione, nella conferma della prenotazione ricevuta tramite expedia risultava inclusa mentre una volta arrivate nella struttura abbiamo scoperto che non lo era. Il personale ha ribadito che era colpa di expedia che aveva trasmesso loro la prenotazione senza colazione

Fint hotel, rigtig god beliggenhed. Sengen var lidt hård, og værelset ikke så stort. Men alt i alt et fint værelse med flot badeværelse.

L'hôtel a déjà été difficile à trouver car ce n'est pas un véritable hôtel mais un appartement dans un immeuble donc il y a une porte avec un nom simple sur un digicode. L'étage de l'appartement n'est pas indiqué donc nous avons dû faire chaque étage un par un jusqu'au 4ème. L'ascenseur est minuscule et pas pratique (les clostro auront dû mal). L'ouverture de la porte de l'appartement aussi a été compliquée car c'est une serrure connectée mais qu'il faut tourner physiquement aussi... La porte de la chambre aussi n'était pas évidente. La chambre était propre et la salle d'eau aussi. Le lit grince dès que l'on bouge. Le lit a été refait chaque jour et les serviettes changées au bout de 2 jours. La douche avec deux systèmes de sortie d'eau fuit par le système venant du haut et on reçoit des gouttes froides en permanence. Vu que c'est un appartement les petits déjeuners sont à prendre dans un bar à proximité donc pas pratique du tout et pas beaucoup de choix. Même si ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel, des travaux de ravalement de façade était en cours donc pas de vue depuis les fenêtres. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

The location of this hotel is amazing! Every attraction is pretty much within walking distance. Many nice bars/restaurants on the same street. Staff were very helpful and friendly and always available via WhatsApp if you have any questions.

Accoglienza pessima, non c'era nessuno. Portone chiuso meno male che non pioveva. Si sono giustificati dicendo che l'orario di arrivo previsto erano le 18 e non le 17.30. Inoltre la struttura è in zona ZTL e non hanno nemmeno il pass per scaricare almeno i bagagli. Sul sito non è nemmeno specificato. Risultato 86 € di multa. Per il resto la camera e il bagno sono molto belli e puliti. La porta della doccia non chiude ermeticamente e si allaga tutto il bagno facendo la doccia. Materasso eccezionalmente comodo. Camera silenziosossima ( 105 ). Location eccezionale di fronte Castel S. Angelo. Da migliorare assolutamente l'organizzazione alla reception e informare della posizione in ZTL. NON TUTTI HANNO COMPUTER E GOOGLE MAPS.

wonderful few days in Rome staying at the Bridge Suites. Ideally suited for the Vatican and not too far away to walk to the forum and colosseum (35mins). Would recommend it as there are only a few rooms in the block and all looked after well

Excellent stay - clean rooms, fabulous location! The breakfast is a joke though (offered at a nearby cafeteria), so be prepared to head out in the mornings to enjoy some Italian delicacies somewhere else.

Interesting mix occupancy building. Not uncommon for the area. What a unique and exciting hotel!

Lovely stay

Great stay, very clean and looks newly refurbished, but the breakfast was at a cafe around the corner which consisted of either an Italian breakfast (1 cappuccino, 1 croissant, 1 juice and 1 yogurt) or English (1 ham and cheese toast, 1 yogurt, 1 filtered American coffee). That was the only thing that was disappointing. The stay was great and super close to the Vatican and about 10 minute walk to the pantheon. Time is a walking city so expect to walk heaps. I would recommend these rooms, the young girl at reception was super lovely.

A Wonderful Night’s Stay!

We were only here for 1 night at the end of a 2 week trip through Italy, and we loved this suite. It was clean, modern, air conditioned well furnished and quiet! The check in process was very easy, and the woman who welcomed us was friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The location is great as the bridge across the river into Vatican City is right outside the door, and all the other major tourist attractions are within 15-20 minutes walk away. A few good restaurants are right outside and the BONUS is that this is a pedestrian street with no cars so the area is nice and quiet, which in the busy city of Rome is a wonderful luxury!

Beliggenhed, beliggenhed, beliggenhed. Er det første besøg i Rom, kan stedet klart anbefales. Vi benyttede deres afhentnings service i lufthavnen, så vi med en forlænget weekend fik mest ud af tiden i Rom. Alt fungerede perfekt. Det er venligt personale og stedet er som en privat lejlighed, hvor man låser sig ind med egen nøgle. Lækre restauranter i de små sidegader. Og alle de store “must-see” attraktioner ligger i gåafstand i den gamle bydel. Vil gerne vende tilbage.

What a find! Only a few rooms in this boutique hotel tucked away but literally right across the street from the Vatican bridge. Very close to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Alexandra was very helpful and very pleasant.

Dette hotel har den perfekte lokation og kan varmt anbefales. Vi boede i et dejligt stort værelse. De eneste ulemper ved hotellet er morgenmaden og at man kan høre hvad naboerne laver i værelset ved siden af. Men det overskygger ikke lokationen. Morgenmaden er på en cafe lige ved hotellet, men det er en kop kaffe, et lille bæger youghurt og en toast eller kage En anden gang tager vi morgenmad på værelset og nyder lokationen.

Rekommenderas! Men, stenhårda sängar...

Superbra läge och service. Bokade även hämtning/lämning på flygplatsen som fungerade utmärkt och till ett bra pris! Enda smolken i bägaren var de stenhårda sängarna...och där det inte fanns någon form av extramadrass eller liknande att tillgå. Så gillar du att sova mjukt, välj (tyvärr) ett annat boende.
