Muy limpio y buena atención hace falta un microondas y un refrigerador

Se es u ha mucho ruido, el siete acondicionado no servía, siempre estaba a 24 grados, hacía más calor en la habitación que afuera, no tenían plancha para ropa y no dejan agua de cortesía

No es un hotel, la compañía renta departamentos y habitaciones por la zona, no tiene recepción las 24 hrs

No se queden en este lugar! Muy mal trato desde que llegas tienes que esperar a sus horarios porque no tienen recepción y solo una persona atiende a todos. Nos citaron en un punto y la estancia estaba a dos cuadras y escaleras caminando, los cuartos ni siquiera son a los que anuncian en fotos, nos dejaron en unos viejos y el baño olía mal y muy pequeño. Ni siquiera agua de cortesía te dan. Por si fuera poco te cobran una cuota de limpieza por aparte (solo efectivo) carísima y fuera de lugar. Jamás volvería a quedarme en este lugar, muy mal sabor de boca.

PERDÍ MI RESERVACIÓN YA PAGADA Y NO ME REEMBOLSARON PUES TENIAN LA ACLARACIÓN DE QUE EL CHECK IN ERA MAXIMO A LAS 9.00 PM. TODO UN DESASTE PORQUE PARA LA SIGUIENTE NOCHE UNILATERAMENTE ME CAMBIARON DE DIRECCIÓN A OTRO LUGAR MENOS CENTRICO Y SIN ELEVADOR. PESIMO LUGAR Y SERVICIO. LO DEBERÍAN DAR DE BAJA DE SU PLATAFORMA.

Todo muy bien, solo que el horario de recepción es inconveniente para los viajeros… también es pesado que no tenga elevedar.. lo demás todo muy bien

El cobro de los impuestos esta bien perp te xobran la limpieza adicional

Pasamos 2 horas tratando de encontrar el lugar ya que no está rotulado. Empleados no hablan español ni inglés. No cuenta con ascensor. No es un hotel si no un airbnb. Hicieron cambios y no lo notificaron. No lo recomiendo a pesar de que la persona q nos atendió trató de buscar soluciones. No vale la pena.

Nunca responden no limpiaron nunca

El hotel está ubicado en una excelente zona a solo 10 minutos de la Fontana de Trevi y Piazza di Spagna, a 15 minutos del Pantheon y a 20 minutos del Coliseo, ademas esta cerca de diferentes restaurantes y tiendas. El staff se portó de excelente manera con nosotros y nos ayudaron mucho en todo e inclusive nos cuidaron nuestras maletas el último día después del check out. Excelente hotel, definitivamente me volvería a quedar aquí.

Reserve antes de ver las opiniones y al revisar realmente tenia mis dudas y ya sin poder cancelar me aventuré con cierto temor. Ya que decían que no respetaban las reservaciones etc etc. al ver que el cargo de mi tarjeta si se había hecho me dio tranquilidad. Llegamos tarde después de las 10 pm. Avise y pedí si me podrían ayudar con la transportación desde el aeropuerto toda la Comunicacion a través de la aplicación. Siempre contestaron no de inmediato pero eficientes. Llegamos y nos recibió un taxista muy amable a mi me habían dado una cantidad y al preguntar me dijo otra menor le comenté la cantidad que me habían dicho y él me dijo que le pagara la menor que esa era la que le habían asignado sorpresa agradable y ahí al llegar estaba esperando una chica que nos condujo a la habitación y después la acompañe para hacer el check in. Muy amable y no tengo nada más que decir excelente en todo la habitación la ubicación y el servicio. Desconozco las causas por las que hi tantas criticas malas de no respetar reservaciones pero creo que si no te hacen el cargo a la tarjeta es obvio que no pudieron cobrar Así que fue una agradable sorpresa esperamos volver y sin dudarlo buscaría llegar a qui. no tiene elevador y hay muchos pisos para el check Inn , me cambiaron de hotel de donde había escogido y me hicieron caminar a otro como media hora terrible experiencia no lo recomiendo

La habitación contratada (incluso reconocida por el responsable de la recepción Filipo) establecía claramente que tiene balcón y la realidad es que no es así.

Imperdible

El departamento es amplio, excelente aire acondicionado y wifi. Las camas excelentes. Muy buena ubicación. Mi única queja es que no tenía microondas. Buena disposición en la comunicación . Es el 2 año que nos alojamos ahí.

Experiencia excelente

Recomiendo sin duda este apartamento. Muy bonito, acogedor, limpio y muy bien situado en la mismia via del Corso junto a plaza de España. El personal muy amable, atento a nuestras peticiones y proporcionan todo tipo de información para una gran estancia en Roma. Volveremos.

Cómodo apartamento en una zona excelente.

El apartamento se encuentra a unos minutos de monumentos clave como la Fontana de Trevi, el Panteón, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo o incluso el Colosseo (25mins andando). El dueño es muy atento y todo cumple las expectativas de buena calidad.

Excelente hotel en Roma

Excelente por estar cerca de los lugares mas importantes, asi como estar a una cuadra de la estación del metro, como su limpieza, el confort de sus camas y nos toco ventana hacia la calle y no se escuchaba el paso de los coches por lo que descansaba uno muy bien, y la atencion muy profesional y amistosa de quien nos recibio ya que nos explico todo muy bien.

Es un Hotel muy bueno y céntrico

El hotel es muy bueno y además los chicos son súper amables con las informaciones de la ciudad. Es un hotel a 300 metros del metro y muy muy céntrico. La fontana de Trevi esta a tan solo 300 metros.

どこに行くのも便利で広くて綺麗で安心して過ごせました。地下鉄の駅も近く便利です。 研修旅行，8名で3室あり、バストイレも2つあり快適でした。キッチンも広く、ウェルカムフルーツをいただき嬉しかったです。 到着時エレベーターが故障しており、荷物を5階まで持って上がるのはとても疲れました。翌日より動く様になりよかったです。 シャワーの水圧は問題ないですが、床が滑りやすい感じでした。

It is necessary to communicate with property owners only via e-mail. This is the reason for some maintenance. It was surprising that they did not use the WhatsApp line. Due to the communication problem, it would not be a place I would choose again. Good Location

It’s not a hotel where we were put up at such an expense

Immaculate and spacious for our party of four. This unit can easily fit a party double our size but this was the last part of our trip and we all wanted privacy. This location offered more than enough space for us and was within walking distance to many attractions. It is an overall quiet and peaceful area. There is a market downstairs for all of your needs and lots of restaurants nearby.

False advertisement for sure!

We were completely dissapointed about the fact that we ended ariving at the hotel per the address on the directions tab, having to go up stairs carrying our lugage only to find out after waiting 40 minutes for someone to tell us that it was on a sister location 10 minutes further down. Then when we got there, after going up stairs carrying our luggage again, we found out that our room was literally one step from the reception. So not only did we had to deal with the constant noise every time someone arrived, we even had to deal with someone opening our door by mistake while my wife was changing. Don't book here and save yourself the trouble and humiliation.

Great property within walking distance from major attractions in Rome

Great stay at Tritone Top house. The WiFi did lack a lot, which was the only downfall.

Great property, very clean, very nice staff! Accommodating to needs. Only thing is the area can be quite noisy overnight.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our visit truly memorable. Plus, the location is exceptional, being very close to many landmarks, architectural sites, markets, numerous restaurants around the corner, and souvenir shops. Additionally, the pickup and drop-off service to the airport was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever return, I will definitely stay at Triton Top House again

No check in, ficou acertado que o checkout era para ser feito até às 11:00 horas, no momento do check out havia uma placa na recepção dizendo que o funcionário só ira chegar as 11:00 horas, eu tinha um voo marcado, não pude esperar, eu tive que ir atrás do hotel para pagar 8,00 euros por produtos consumidos, depois de muita luta consegui pagar, ou seja, não mostraram profissionalismo.

Det kunde bara bättre men det var ok. Blev lite chockad för att, även om ingen information dyker upp på sidan och allt verkar betalat i sin helhet, hotellet kräver en extra avgift 5 euro per natt och per person, de accepterar endast kontant betalning. Var också tråkigt att väggen mellan rummen är extremt tunn vilket gör integriteten noll.

Apartamento muito bom , apesar de ser bem antigo. Localização excelente. Fica muito próximo dos pontos turísticos.

Centrally located and near to shopping areas

There are hidden fees of €50 which feels like dirty business practices.

Not sure if its just an advantageous "tourist" fee or what, but we were charged a hidden and unexpected additional fee (not cheap) for standard service like towels and linens. Hidden fees are not ok and when you are checking in late and after a long day of travel you feel as if you have no other choice but to cough it up. This felt very opportunistic. We feel taken advatage of. On top of that, our room was never serviced, cleaned, beds made, or anything to warrant a fee of this nature. Our power also went out one night and there was no one around to help, the "office" is a few blocks down from the apartments and has limited hours. The "repair man" was going to take one hour to arrive. Overall, there are much better places to go for hospitality, experience, location, and treatment.

Great space. Excellent location. Nice rooftop patio. Has a more private feel to it than a hotel. Cafes and shopping are literally outside your door.

Our room was great & conveniently on the first floor so only 1 flight of steps :). It was nice & comfortable & VERY conveniently located. A short distance from ALL of the attractions at a great price for Rome :)

No elevator mostly

Amazing Villa

The Villa was amazing! So many little extras that you don’t get from staying in a hotel. The owner was so helpful and friendly, he lined up a tour of Pompeii ruins with a specialist. He also lined up a pizza maker to come to the Villa and cook us all some pizzas in the outside brick oven. I don’t think there was anything on the property we didn’t use and enjoy! Highly recommend and if I get to go again I’m there.

Extremely basic, if thats what youre going for. Very thin walls so bring earplugs.

Great place but NO elevator

There are multiple locations and do not have staff on around the clock. We booked expecting the location to be in one place but it ended up being a 10-minute walk away, though the other location was quite nice as well. We were on the 5th floor (4th in Euro terms) and NO elevator. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. The room itself was very nice and clean. They were great about storing our bags after checkout, too.

Great location and comfortable space

The location cannot be beat! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, no taxis necessary. The outdoor balcony was also wonderful, overall a fantastic place to stay in Rome with a group of people. It could easily sleep 7 people comfortably, we only had 5 and it felt very roomy!

A beautiful room for the four of us with shower and plenty of space. 10 minute walk to Trevi and three minute walk to Spanish steps. Taxi stand at end of street in plaza. Sooo many food and shopping options. This place is right in the heart of many high end stores if that’s your fancy. But walkable to many others. Small gripe about emergency lights that stay on all night in the room. Buzzer for new guests entry can be heard loudly in rooms. Rooftop area is nice seating but zero view of the city. Otherwise a fantastic stay.

Parking is a bit tricky! However, wonderful staff. Easy process. Amazing location. A beautiful place to stay!

A bit of a walk up to the apartments but once there, they are beautiful

We would have given this stay a five star review, however, the shower would not drain. I couldn’t wash my hair even because it would over flow. So we turned it on for one minute at a time. That said, everything else was incredible! Excellent location - close to lots of amazing sites and very walkable. And the rest of the room besides the shower was lovely. I just had very dirty hair.

Stay on the first floor or you will be walking up steep narrow steps to the third floor daily. There isan elevator but its slow and the size of an airplane bathroom.

The property was very walkable to many of the tourist sughta in Rome. There was a nice and cool terrace, full kitchen and was plenty spacious for a couple or family! The reception staff was very kind, as well.

Friendly staff. Extra fees that i wasn't expecting, but i think that's a difference between US and Italy. Walking distance to Trevi, Colloseum, etc.

Our favourite part was the rooftop for guests and the close proximity to the Trevi Fountain. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Convenient

Just like the pictures but hidden fee

The apartment was very nice and if its a long stay the hidden 60 Euro fee they inform you of close to time of stay wouldn't have been that big of a deal but for one night we couldve booked a much nicer place. The transport there was 75 Euros and from there message i thought it was supposed to be 60 Euro. It was easy to walk to the Trevi and other spots.

It makes little sense that two properties are operating from one Expedia listing - the images shown do not represent the Babuino 70 property, which HAS A DIFFERENT NAME AND ITS OWN WEBSITE. Even though this is written in the listing, it’s done in small print and in parentheses. Based on other reviews, other customers are finding this unclear as well. Regardless our room was nice and clean, though it reeked of cigarette smoke and the bathroom door handle was falling out. The owner/staff were excellent and accommodating as well.

Very comfortable stay. Thank you for the wonderful room. The room was large enough for four people. It was also nice to have a kitchen for convenience. If we have the opportunity to come back to Rome again, we would like to stay in the same room.

We had a lot of delays on our flights and ended up having a driver pick up service at the airport that was quite late on top of all the delays. The property cate taker was wonderful and stayed late to get us checked in. We would have loved to have had more time staying at the apartment and neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious well presented accommodation in a great location. Property isn’t at the reception check in property but only a 3 minute walk away.

Overall a nice place to stay, but our room was on a separate floor from the rest of the hotel. Very central location. We couldn’t make the Air condition not make the room freezing cold.

We loved our room and our time in Rome. We walked everywhere from our hotel.

The internet/wifi was terrible and couldn’t connect, we were expected to sign into our own Netflix, and the rooms aren’t soundproof at all you can hear thumping and voices at night. The locks on the doors are also odd in that if you lock it anyone inside can’t get out. However, the cleaning services were excellent. Also there are many flights of stairs with no elevator so if you plan on taking a lot of luggage it will be very difficult to travel with.

Nice place but parking wasn't convenient. We knew ahead of time what to expect, it just was a 15 minute walk to the parking garage. We did drop our luggage off first, so we did not have to haul it while we were walking from the garage. And taking the luggage up four flights of stairs was not fun, but it is in a great location.

Amazing stay in Rome! The property was in a perfect location, which was easily accessible and comfortable. Our host was super helpful and friendly!

Decent Stay

Our room was clean and spacious. It's in a great location too, with so many different must see things within walking distance. On the other side of things - our location wasn't at the main check in, so we had to hull our luggage down the street to our residence. Also the reception wasn't responsive at all, we messaged asking for new towels/toilet paper and we got no response. Also nobody came by to clean the room either. Its a decent spot to stay at for an good price (at least the price we paid was). We will likely explore other options next time. Also a highlight is the pet bird Kevin who stands guard at the door.
