This is a charming resort located in the heart of Sedona, within easy walking distance of shops, dining, and groceries. The property is meticulously maintained and they have free activities every day. Rooms are spacious with soaring ceiling and fireplaces. The only possible downside is that they do try to make you sit for a time-share presentation in order to receive your "parking pass" for the property (you can request to skip the presentation).

Wifi is extremely slow. Everything else is great.

Great resort to stay everything nesr by stores restaurants ,hikes trails.

This was our first stay here and we loved it. It was clean and comfy. Loved the location and the family friendly amenities.

Fantastic for families staying for a few days. The stocked kitchenette, microwave and full size refrigerator are very handy for storing/reheating pre made meals from home or whole foods if you are bored of eating restaurant food for all 3 meals. The indoor heated pool was warm and the jacuzzis were amazing. If weather sucks to go outside, you can kill a couple hours in the game room playing pool, ping pong etc

Great property for families, very spacious and clean. Close to town and easy access to grocery store. We love it and we will be back!

The staff at Sedona Springs Resort were all so helpful! Leanne Vincent very efficiently and pleasantly helped us deal with some confusion with our reservation. This was appreciated! DeLoraine recommended good restaurant choices and gave us a good overview of the property. Ken gave us good recommendations for sightseeing. And today I met Martin who was very nice to talk with.

Great experience and excellent rooms

The room was in excellent condition ( no broken tiles, loose base boards, missing caulk, chipped walls or paint)(all the things you find in a cheap dump). It had all matching dishes and kitchen ware. Very clean and neat.

Clean property close to resturaunts and grocery stores. Nice full kitchen with everything you need to cook / bake. They also supply plates glasses and utensils and even wine and bottle openers!

We loved the room!!

Very nice place. Quiet and lots of room. We had just my wife and myself. Would be very cool with more people.

They really thought of everything in the space, including a hamper for clothing if you’ll be doing laundry. The staff was beyond wonderful!

Pool & hot tub convenient except hot tub was closed the majority of our stay which was very disappointing as we experienced a cold snap while in Sedona. Our unit was nice but overpriced

I loved having two floors. And two separate sitting areas. And the pool area was right outside our door

The rooms are like individual apartments. We enjoyed having a full kitchen to make a relaxed breakfast every morning. The property had a pool and hot tub a very short walk from the back entrance of our place, but the hot tub was not fully running even though we were there during official hours. Very nice overall, but feeling a bit worn. In particular, the stairs in our apartment had a slight slope (side to side) which was enough to make the climb down in the morning uneasy.

What a great deal on space for a group! Comfy bed and plenty of amenities for a short or longer stay.

Rooms were spacious

キッチンには調理器具が揃っており、ステーキを焼いたり、パンを焼いたりできました。冷蔵庫も大きく、冷凍庫もあるのでアイスクリームも買えました。ソファがベッドになり、シーツもあります。チェックアウトは朝7時からでき、それより前はフロントの外の電話でできますが、音が小さく聞き取り難かったです。

I was expecting a hotel room, but we had a condo, with full kitchen , master suite, living room and dining room. It was tastefully decorated , very clean , and we loved it.

Stayed in 1 King Studio. Room was good size for 2 people but lacking in places to put open suitcases. I used 2 of the 4 table chairs as a makeshift storage bench besides the bed. Bathroom was OK; shower had shower curtain. On one of the hot tubs, we could not get the jets to turn on and it appeared to have some algae on the bench riser. The other hot tub we tried, half the jets worked. They had a pool and ample BBQs which we did not use. Some units, like ours, are not accessible by car. You had to use a luggage cart to ferry your belongs from the parking spot to the unit. Similiar to a hotel stay. Walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. Overall satisfied with the resort.

Nice Resort in a Great Location

This is a nice resort overall. Location & Amenities great! Front desk staff was really nice & helpful on check in. It was clean and comfortable. Yes maybe the cabinets are dated and in need of refreshing but in no means did that affect our stay. Kitchenette was good and had all the supplies needed. Big Fridge! Couch was comfy. Only negative we had was the walls are thin. We could hear the kids next door playing like they were in our room. And then it was loud as they were running in the room above the unit. They weren't being bad thankfully they were just being kids on vacation. We were in a King Efficiency Room.

Very nice big room, close to uptown Sedona. Exactly what we were looking for.

The space was clean and spacious. I liked the access to Netflix and Prime. It was close to all my hiking and restaurant persuits. The temperature of the room was perfect. The jacuzi was super cool and worked well. The kitchen was fully functional.

I really liked the West Sedona location as it got us a little out of the downtown congestion, but was very convenient to everything we wanted to see & do. Property was very clean and suite was well appointed with newer furnishings. Nice landscaping too.

The room we had was amazing. Large and Spacious, with all the amenities! A little library, dinette area, mini kitchen, even included all the utensils needed. (They had a single counter cooktop, we had steak!) The beds were very comfortable. And the weighted style blankets were perfect. The bathroom was absolutely huge, we quickly realized we were in a handicap room. Oddly we have been getting these rooms more often with hotels. Com but anyway, compared to those it was set up nicely. No water leaking into the floors when showering, 2 shower heads at different levels with one being detachable. It was really an amazing room, wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel shared property with another hotel, so we had access to 3pools (indoor and outdoor) Spas, activity center, gym. It truly is a hidden gem and is definitely on our saved list! Price point was great, we definitely felt we got our money worth and then some!

The floor appeared that it had not been swept/vacuum. The spot on the west side of the property did not work could not get the Jets to go on.

A wonderful place! Huge bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen, and two patios. The front desk personnel were wonderful, and the entire area was clean and well kept. Very comfortable inside the unit with a great air conditioner and ceiling fan. And if you're looking for places to eat, try Shorebird and the Sedona Organic Taco Company. If I'm ever anywhere near Sedona again, this will be the place I stay!

Although the property was nice and clean there were roaches present under the sink and in the shower. Parking was an issue, it was really hard to find a parking spot and it was not close to your room. Staff was very nice.

Sedona Springs is one of the best places I've stayed in the state of Arizona. I used to live in Phoenix, but Sedona Springs felt like home again in all the good ways. The staff was wonderful! I only heard about this place because my husband's aunt has a timeshare there...which I am not a part of, nor am I interested. I am glad I didn't get any sales pitch from them, unlike Shilton. The front desk staff helped accommodate my last minute plan change to add some nights on a holiday weekend, and kept me in the same room! Yay! (moving rooms is a headache, I only do that when I'm switching cities.) I cannot say enough good things about this place or their staff! Thank you all for a wonderful experience. 12/10, my family and I will likely be coming back next year.

The staff are really great. They made sure that our family which was multiple people and rooms were close enough and well taken care of. No issues. I would highly recommend this resort. Also management is very good friendly and knowledgeable and considerate.

This property was a great experience. It was close to everything, and the staff was awesome. Our room was large, and we had all the kitchen utensils we needed to cook and serve. The property was older but well-kept.

夜１０時を過ぎるとフロント玄関が閉まります。入口の横に受話器があり、かけるとルームキーと説明が書いてあるBOXのロック解除番号を教えてもらえます。 開けると封筒が何個も入っていて、自分の名前が書いてある封筒を見つけます。 ※ 防犯のためか、封筒の中に、自分の部屋番の記載がないので、電話で聞いて下さい。 ※ すぐにスタッフはでないので、心配になるがしつこくかけると出てくれる。 翌朝に、再度フロントにいき、個人情報を記載します。（特に、ホテルからは言われなかったが訪れたら記載を求められる） デポジットはなし。 ⚫︎部屋の設備 無かったのは、髭剃りくらいであとは全てある。食器や電子レンジ、冷蔵庫など生活できるものは全てある。（水道の水は飲めたが、後から聞いたら基本的にはミネラルウォーターを飲むそうです。） ⚫︎周囲の環境 アップタウンや周辺にいくためのシャトルバス乗り場が徒歩５分以内 地元のスーパーが徒歩５分以内 ホールフーズまでは１５分くらい。 レンタルバイクは１０分以内 ちょっとしたハイキングにぴったりな【シュガーロースマウンテン】まで徒歩30〜４５分 夜はとても静かで最高でした。 3日間泊まりましたが、スタッフが絡んでくることは基本なかった。 非常に気さくで優しいスタッフです。 早朝にチェックアウトする時は（フランスは７時にあく。）部屋の内線から、フロントにチェックアウトする時に電話してほしい。とスタッフから言われて電話したが、誰も出なかったで、ルームキーは部屋に残置して帰った。 古い感じの建物と設備ですが、逆に味わいがえり個人的には最高でした。部屋の入口付近にソファーと机が置いてあり、外で涼みながら過ごすのも気持ちよかったです。 おそらく周囲のホテルより安くていいと思います。オススメします。

After checking in I realized my TV was not working. So I went back to the front desk. She pulled out a list that looked like about 10 rooms and told me my rooms TV didn't work because of a lightening strike. So I then asked to be moved to a room where it would work or a refund. I was told I could watch TV in the lobby. I found this unacceptable and believe I was given this room because I had a no refund no cancellation reservation. I wish they would of been up front from the beginning and offered me some options. Bad experience!!!

Everything was great for our family

The accomodations were great lots of room and 2 patios . The grounds were lovely and it was a good location convenient to all.

Decent place to stay for the price. But beware, You will be put on a Time Share list and receive multiple phone calls, almost daily M-F.

It was beautiful and perfect for our family of 7!

We had our 14 year old grandson, so it was nice to have a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. It was nice to have a kitchen to prepare meals with Whole Foods nearby.

Spacious and comfortable

Great place to stay in Sedona. We stayed here to go to Slide Rock which was about a 20 minute drive from the hotel. Very good location. Near grocery stores, a starbucks, and Mcdonalds is down the street too. Our room was very spacious with comfortable beds and everything we needed. The pool was also nice and right outside our door. The only suggestion I have is bring mosquito repellent. There were lots of mosquitoes outside by the pool and some even got into the room. Otherwise, very nice place to stay and front desk staff was also very nice. Would definitely stay again if we're back in Sedona.

Wonderful Stay

Loved the clean, quiet, and spacious one bedroom suite! Perfect for a family of four. We also loved the clean and quiet community along with amenities like indoor and outdoor pools and the game room. Checking in was a breeze and everyone courteous and professional.

Great location

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. What I loved about this resort was the location. it was only 4 minutes away from Airport Mesa Vortex, and the resort offers lots of activities including stargazing. What I was not so crazy about this resort were the squeaky sound from sofa bed, the dead cockroach in the bathtub and the broken dishwasher. other than that, we had a great time at the resort. We will be back next time when we visit Sedona!

The rooms were nice, plenty of space in the 1 bedroom suit. It was just the wife and I but sleeping 6 in the suite still would be plenty of room. Jet tub in the primary bath was nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Overall very happy with our stay. Will stay here again.

Great property! Close to everything. Accommodations were beautiful & tons of activities. When we were checking in the front desk, lady was absolutely amazing. I can’t remember her name, but she was very accommodating with able to give so much information. The property is huge. There are more than one full hot tub, and many areas to relax! I definitely would stay here again and prices were very reasonable

I was on my honeymoon and the first room they booked us in was horrible. We saw a few bugs crawling around after being there for a couple hours, got a little creeped out and started looking around the place and saw that under the fridge had thousands of cockroaches, most dead, but a lot still alive and crawling around. We immediately went to the office and told them and they put us in a different room. We would have declined and went somewhere else but it was almost 10:00 at night and we were tired so we searched the new room and didn't see any signs of cockroaches, stayed the night and decided we would see how we felt in the morning about continuing to stay or not. The place was really nice, aside from our first room's experience, and since we hadn't seen any bugs at all we stayed the rest of our trip. The front desk had told us to come talk to the manager on the day that we left, but no one was in the office so we never got any reimbursement, which was a bummer. We won't be back again, just in case, but so long as the place isn't infested, you should be fine.

Amazing place to stay. You won’t be disappointed

I really enjoyed staying at Sedona Springs Resort. It was very comfortable and homey. It has everything you’d need. I really enjoyed the kitchenette and the bbq grills too. The spas were very relaxing. All in all… it was amazing and I’d definitely stay there again. It’s in a perfect location. Not far from anything to do in Sedona. I really enjoyed my stay there. Can’t wait till next time.

Resort was so conveniently located right off of main highway, yet quiet and tucked away. A short walk to morning coffee or a longer walk through beautiful Sedona neighborhoods. Suite was just the right size and well stocked with towels and necessities. Will definitely stay again when I’m able to return to Sedona.

I stayed there strictly for a Family visit due to recent death. Very close to hotel. Generally clean, and staff were courteous. Only negative, office did not open until 7, and no coffee available in lobby. Although ground coffee available in room, there was no liquid dairy creamer or milk- so easier to buy coffee nearby than go to grocery store for some milk.

Our stay at Sedona Springs Resort was great! The place and room were clean. It had a kitchen so we were able to save some money by cooking in. The only downfall during our 4 night stay there was inconsiderate family next door. They had the room with an upstair unit. The kids would jump off the bed and made a lot of noises running around when we were trying to sleep after a long day of hiking and resting for the next day’s hike. My wife and I didn’t sleep well the first 3 nights because of that. The fourth night was quiet since that family checked out.

Great stay!

We stayed in a one bedroom suite. Accommodations were great. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. I love having a washer/dryer in the unit so we can go home with suitcases full of clean clothes. The location in Sedona was beautiful.
