Wonderful 4-night stay here! The room is spacious, and will anything you might need (kitchen, washing machine). Amazing neighbourhoods! The price is so reasonable (it’s quite cheap comparing with other hotels in Seoul), I will revisit this hotel when I come to Seoul next time! (Airport shuttle bus 6011 is near by, drop at the changdeokgung stop, 5 mins walk to the hotel)

Location Good, Clean, Toilet and bathroom separate.

這間有洗衣烘衣機，還有餐具微波爐，冰箱超棒有冷凍櫃，非常適合自由行行李少的旅客，空間比較小一點，一人頂多一件行李就會沒空間走路了。整體都蠻乾淨的，地點很棒，很多景點走路可到，附近有三間超商。缺點是無全身鏡，電視調到最小聲還是無敵大聲。飯店可自助寄行李也很棒喔！

メールで細かく対応してくれるのでフロントがあるホテルよりもスムーズだった。 場所も歩いてなんでもあるので最高。 3連泊を延長して5連泊にして、友人もこのここに変更してきました。とてもおすすめです。 They responded to all the details via email, so it went more smoothly than a hotel with a front desk. The location is great because you can walk to everything. I extended my three night stay to five nights, and my friend also changed to this place. I highly recommend it.

The heated flooring was really nice to have during winter

The hotel was excellent. The room was exactly what I needed for a multi-night stay. The area around hotel is amazing, and ideal for stepping out anywhere in Seoul. The walls are a bit thin, but overall, I loved this place and will stay again.

The Building is clean and safe. I love the room, even not too big, but it will full amenities. Specially with washing machine with dry function.

J'ai passé un peu moins de deux semaines dans cet hébergement. La localisation est idéale. Deux lignes de metros sont tout proches et il y a beaucoup de choses à decouvrir dans les environs. Mon seul bémol par rapport à l'hébergement est le manque d'équipements ménager. Je trouve qu'on devrait nous laisser le choix de faire le ménage nous même ou bien de le payer pour qu'il soit fait professionnellement. Avec UrbanStay, c'est tout ou rien. Le voyage est deja assez couteux et je préfère dépenser 20 000 won dans une activité que dans le ménage. Un balai aurait été le bienvenu.

The room was cute but cozy. Had everything I needed for vacation. Strongly recommended for solo and couple travelers. Everything was no contact and you do have to take the trash out yourself.

Located in a great safe, walkable neighborhood with nearby restaurants, coffee shops & other amenities. The building is fairly new. Rooms are clean. Great contactless check-in & check out experience. Rooms are comfortable with all the amenities needed for a 5-day stay. The washer/dryer is a plus.

Property was lovely, in good condition and in a great location

Paid cleaning. No front desk. Washing machine damaged my jeans. Hard to dry washed clothes. Small room. Sink in the room and not in the bathroom. Luggage room couldn’t be opened after the checkout time, luckily we didn’t store anything there

It’s clean, safe and secure building with TV, free wifi, washer, dryer, microwave and little kitchennete inside unit. No parking space at all. Overall very convenient and nice. There are so many beautiful restaurants and shops you could enjoy everyday surrounding area. The only down thing is the cleaning. I stayed there for 13 nights but they didn’t even change the bed sheets. When I asked, they said I have to purchase the cleaning service, I asked if I can get the new bed sheets so I can exchange, they said that’s only with cleaning service. I also asked extra bath towel, they said no. Me and my daughter survived with 2 bath towels by washing those everyday. I used washer much more than I used it at home. This is little ridiculous. And their mobile front desk phone number is pay phone number not the regular business number. That’s also ridiculous as well. If I can get extra towels and new bed sheets at, I might stay there again. Other than that, it was a cute and nice place. Communication was really inconvenient.

Check in process very inefficient, got info for 2 different rooms. Auto reply to queries unhelpful

Clean

No staff on site to interact with. From checking-in, everything is contactless. They should make it more clear that room service is not included in the hotel charge, but is made available upon request for a significant cost. Meanwhile, there is no cleaning tools in the room. Very inconvenient for a long-term stay. But I like bed sheets; ultra clean and crisp.

I never received the instructions for self check in and when I tried contacting the property via email and phone number I got zero response from either. I ended up having to rebook somewhere else and file for a refund. And now they have the audacity to dispute my refund despite never contacting me. Expedia also dropped the ball by hanging up on me after being on hold for 30 minutes then closing my ticket. It was a very upsetting situation to be put in after being on a plane for 14 hours. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The hotel is in a wonderful area, close to many cute shops and restaurants.. The room itself is smaller, but very functional and clean! It has everything you need, small kitchen, laundry, etc.

숙소가 깔끔하고 좋아요! 샴푸, 바디워시 등 뿐만 아니라 세탁세제까지 있어서 장기투숙하시는 경우 세탁도 할 수 있어서 좋을 것 같아요! 근처 익선동이 가까워서 식사 및 구경하기도 편리해요. 아쉬웠던 점은 화장실이 좁은 편인데, 샤워부스가 따로 없어서 변기에 물이 다 튀는 점이 아쉬웠어요. 그 외에는 침구도 깔끔하고 공간이 예뻐서 만족합니다!!

初めて宿泊しましたが、スタッフと接触せず、メールで解錠のパスワードが送られて来て出入りするシステムで、とてもシンプルで楽でした。 部屋にランドリーマシンがあり、洗濯も自由に出来て便利でしたが、乾燥機のパワーが弱くてなかなか乾かないのが難点でした。

Took us time to receive the check in info but the stay was great overall! The laundry with the dryer which was inside our room was very helpful.

Excellent location

The location of this hotel is excellent. Very close to subway, bus stops, and several market places. Tons of eateries around and feels very safe, even in the middle of the night. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Though there are several units on each floor, it is surprisingly quiet and I couldn't hear any sound from other units, only sounds from the hallway occasionally. I had a problem entering my info on their website (to get check in passwords) because there is no option for "hotels.com". I emailed them and got a reply within a day. I was able to figure it out. The website can use some work to make it easier. I also was not able to find additional toilet tissues during our stay.

Excellent

Great location, Friendly staff. We had the Panorama room, which was smaller than it looked like in the picture. Still very functional and nice interior. The matras from the bed is low on the floor and one side to the wall, this was, for us, not so practical. All together, because of the fabulous location, still happy with our choice.

Jeg tog herhen med en veninde, og hotellet var placeret i et meget godt område med mange transportmuligheder. Selve hotelværelset var meget rent, dog blev der ikke gjort rent de dage, vi havde værelset, hvilket gjorde, at vi havde rimelig meget skrald. Det blev ikke gjort klart for os, hvordan vi skulle tømme skraldespandene. Udover det oplevede vi ingen problemer og ville helt klart tage herhen igen!

Very well located, close to the main palaces, near two train stations. The only complaint is the toilet paper, very rough.

I would like to express my gratitude for staying at this lovely place. I was taken care of and had my questions answered even before checking in as I was coming in from Busan on the 25 April viz KTX. The personnel in charge was patient despite our communication barrier and was able to answer all my questions. More Hangers were provided for airing for dry clothes as requested earlier despite having requested it almost a year ago . They remembered ! The room, just as the picture had shown. It was great how all the check in information came in at the stated time for me before even arriving at the property . Hot water , cosy apartment , lovely, simple and clean minimalist style . Just like what it’s shown in the pictures . Would definitely considering returning . Very cool new cafe opened recently , serving really delicious einspanners . The location is convenient, but I would advice everyone to take exit 2-1 ( lift ) or exit 1instead to avoid the stairs, just saying if your knees aren’t strong like mine , it’s an additional 5 minutes more but it’s so worth it being of “flatter” ground . This apartment is right in the Center of the most happening cafe/ restaurant scene , and late night supper is available with just a stone’s throw away. Love that it was walkable to bukchon hanok village and the other Korean heritage places … insadong is nearby too … take the map and start pinning all the locations and you can cover most of it in just a day just by walking .😍😍😍

Great Stay!

Centrally located making access to numerous parts of Seoul easy. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The cafe downstairs was also really great. Would be more than happy to stay there again

We stayed here for 7 days in April 2024. We had some initial issues getting the email with check-in information, and had to contact the online help-desk. Here, we were initially greeted by a chat-bot, but managed to communicate with real staff in the end. Even then, we had to translate messages from Korean to English ourselves. Besides that everything was very smooth as soon as we got the check-in information. Our room was as expected and having a laundry machine was nice. The area is very attractive as many of the main sight-seeing places are walkable from the hotel.

So quiet even in the heart of Seoul, very convenient

장기투숙에 추천합니다.

위치와 인테리어, 수압 모두 좋습니다.다만 찬장 문을 아무리 눌러도 열리지 않아서 그릇과 컵을 사용하지 못했어요. 건조한 편이라 습도 예민한 투숙객은 참고하면 좋을 것 같고요. 일회용수세미 처음 사용해봤는데 굉장히 청결하고 편하다고 생각합니다.

非接触型のアパート型ホテルで、過ごしやすかったです。日差しもとても明るいです。 洗濯機がついているのが決め手だったのですが、これは非常にうるさくて寝られず、洗濯をかけてから外出、一度帰ってきて乾燥機をかけて外出、という風に使ってました。とはいえ、寒くてたくさん洗濯物がでる季節には助かりました。 地図を見ると分かりにくくかなり大回りをしてしまいました。実は、イビスアンバサダーホテルの側から小道を通って行くことができます。重いスーツケースを抱えて迷いながら大回りしたので、あとでがっくりきました。治安は非常に良いとまでは言えないかなぁ。 工事中で一階にカフェを作っているところでした。完成したらまた雰囲気が変わると思います。

ファミリールーム・グループ・3泊利用

お部屋にリビングがあったのがすごく良かったです。お部屋もキレイで、ミニキッチンだけではなくセンスの良い食器までご用意されていて、とても便利でした。 近くには益善洞などの人気のエリアだけではなく、ローカルなコンビニ、換金所、食堂、汗蒸幕などもあり過ごしやすかったです。 私たちの帰国日にオープン（予定）の為、利用は出来ませんでしたが、カフェがホテル1階にあります。 お部屋のお掃除などは有料にはなるようですが、リクエストすると可能ですし、タオル交換などはリクエストすれば無料で交換してくださるようです。 事前にサイトを通じて、タオル交換の事などをホテル側とやり取りさせていただきました。その時もすぐにお返事をくださり安心して利用ができました。 床暖房がすごくきいており暖かかったですが、部屋によってはエアコンが効きにくい日がありました。もしかすると使い方が違っていたのかも？ 次もぜひ、利用したいです。 本当に良いステイとなりました^ ^

3泊しました。お願いすればできたのかもしれませんが、タオルの交換をして欲しかったです。。 しかし、コンビニもすぐ近くにあるし、お風呂場の水捌けも良く最高でした！お部屋もとても暖かいです。 また、近所でご飯やショッピングが出来てとても良かったです！おしゃれなカフェも多数ありました。渡韓4回目で初めての街でしたがとても満足です。
