Views from the apartment were fantastic and expansive. Whilst being a little older style everything was available for us to enjoy. Communication with property manager was first rate

Love staying here! Always the best views and rooms are clean and comfortable😊 Unfortunately our screen doors leading onto the balcony were broken so couldn’t be used to let fresh air in (we were able to leave the glass doors open) but otherwise a perfect stay.

great view and location very central, beach just over the road,Rooms all good. We were on first floor,no lift was a bit hard for mid eighty year olds ,manageress assisted with baggage, there is also a ground floor unit.

This property is in an excellent location. Dated inside however the view and swimming pool area make up for this. We will stay again.

Location and view was spectacular. The building was dated, but the apartment was spacious. For the price, it was everything we needed and we had a lovely holiday :)

Great location - amazing views, 3 min walk to convenience store for essentials, 1-3 min walk to great restaurants, beach across the road, 10 min walk to Caloundra boardwalk/cafes, thoughtful friendly helpful managers, a bit tired/dated in decor and carparks suited to small cars, but makes up for it in everything else, already booked again to come back!

The location of the unit was perfect for what we were looking for. It was directly over the road from the beach and just a short, easy walk to cafes and shops in the Main Street.

The views were amazing, very close to the beach cafes and shops a short walk. Matt and Rose were very helpful. We will definitely be staying there again.

Amazing views! Room was spacious and light. Be prepared to walk up lots of stairs, we were on the top floor and definitely got a work out.

Everything was great, beds were comfy, location was convenient to cafes, beach and pools.

Absolutely loved our stay. On-site Managers Rose and Shaun the most lovely helpful people ever! View was amazing and the unit very well stocked. Plenty of room in our 3 bed apartment for us and our 3 boys. Had parents and my brother and his wife and bub staying in different apartments at Capeview when we were there and all apartments were lovely. Great holiday. Can’t wait to go back!

Family holiday

Such a great location. Right on the beach without all the noise that often comes with locations close to a great beach

So close to everything we didn’t move our car once. Garages are fairly tight but would fit a larger 4wd if you don’t want to move it much during your stay. Otherwise you can just park on the street and can see the car from the balcony anyway. If you take a lot of things away on holidays like us maybe request a unit closer to the ground floor as there is no lift.

Best View Ever

We had a great stay at Capeview. Its location is very close to Kings Beach and nearby cafes and eateries which was handy. The view was the best I've experienced at Kings Beach so far. The unit was very clean and spaciously furnished in a light modern style. Our only regret is that we didnt stay for longer.

I liked being close to king beach,view.our toilet was leaking,plumber didnt come.shower dripping in ensuite.fan not working in bedroom.there in corona virus time,dirty around door handles fingerprints,mirror fingerprints in ensuite.dust over blinds in bathroom. Lots of steps,no lift..

Great view, clean, friendly, fantastic location, well equipped, close to the beach

Fantastic location. Clean, sunny, light filled aspect and perfect for a few days on the beach. Helpful staff. Watched the cargo ships and cruise liners sail by as we sat on the balcony each afternoon overlooking the beach. Would recommend.

Absolutely loved this unit! So, so close to the beach and amazing ocean views. For an old building we were thrilled, our unit was decorated beautifully, and refurbished inside...and will definitely be back again. I think this might be our go to unit at Kings Beach. No lift in the building, but the exercise did us good.

Location and views perfect. Stairs to level 4 when unpacking/packing car. Consider looking at blinds and single bed mattresses lacked support for adult be fine for children.

I booked this apartment to attend the Caloundra Music Festival. The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, fantastica location and great hosts. I certainly would stay again and recommend it to my family and friends.

We had a fantastic week in Caloundra staying here made even better lovely view of Kings Beach, which is across the road ,friendly host , well equipped apartment comfortable beds

Winter Wonderland

Great location, literally stones throw from the beach. Kitchen facilities were also excellent and bed was comfortable. Somehow WiFi kept dropping out, especially on laptop.

Family weekend

Older place with some updates done but still old in bathrooms, generally a bit tired but ok for the price and a great location, note parking is tight for larger vehicles and only has stairs to lug bags up.

The Cape view apartment are in a great position for whale watching & for just the over all view of Kings Beach.

The unit with a view but not a lot else

The unit we stayed in was tired. The curtains were dusty. The queen mattress was dusty and uncomfortable. The pillows need throwing out as they were old lumpy and dusty. The back windows and screens were covered in dirt. The stairwell needed a good bleach to clean up the tiles. The material lounge and cushions needed a good clean.The towels were thin and did not get changed in the four days. A fresh coat of paint throughout and new decor would make a big difference as the view of the water was excellent and the complex very well located.

Close to beach and food places very clean rooms with everything you need including all linen ,would could only be improved with the installation of a lift as there are only stairs and this is ok if not carrying luggage and bags. Lovely management, nice bbq and pool area. Lock up garage we were in apartment 13 top floor corner room was beautiful with spectacular views

Comfortable Family Stay with First Class Views

While slightly dated this accomodation was clean comfortable and all units appear to have wonderful Ocean views. Lack of a lift could be a problem for some but the managers will try to accommodate all needs. As a general comment, surely it is time all accommodation with onsite managers should be totally smoke free- including balconies. As the vast majority of people do not smoke, why should we suffer this poison which drifts from balcony to balcony and forces us to close our units to keep their smoke out?

Great place for couples or family to stay and play

Excellent units with view of surf beach , walking distance of beach( 50 meters) ,helpful and friendly staff only pitfall is no lift for older folk but over all excellent place to stay

Very comfortable and spacious unit. Location to boardwalk being able to go from moffats beach to golden beach.

Great hotel for the price.

Really great hotel for the price. Has awesome water views and is close to a lot of things. Only downside is there is no lift. We were on the top floor so we had fantastic views but having to cart everything up and down the stairs was a real downfall. Would not stay again purely for that fact.

Good location and sea views

Excellent location and great sea views however I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of the unit. The bathroom sinks had mould all around them especially around the taps, the floor on entrance was filthy and sticky and we couldn’t use the fans at all due to the thick layer of dust on top. Some of the cooking equipment still had food from previous guest on them aswell. If incase you needed more Linen there were signs around the unit stating that there would be extra fees for more. I paid a lot of money for a two night stay with my family and to be honest I could of paid that money for a better quality unit. It’s unfortunate as if the unit was cleaner my review would of been a lot different. My brief interaction with Rose was lovely and she was very happy to answer any questions and give information about the area.

The apartment I stayed in was recently fully refurbished. A spacious apartment with sensational views and walking distance to beach, which is across the road, restaurants, takeaways and shops.

A fabulous location with brilliant views of the beach/ocean, and close to everything. We could walk/jog to everywhere we needed and the apartment was very comfortable. The lack of lift did not pose a problem as we were happy to climb the stairs (great fitness!).

When booking there were 2 options ocean view & ground air con ocean view ...i booked a ocean view & were given a ground apartment if i wanted ground i would of clicked on that obviously restricted views .so be careful booking you dont always get what you click on sorry wotif going back to booking.com !

Prime Position

This place has beautiful views of Kings Beach, and the beach is less than 100 metres from the front door. Beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. There are no lifts, so if you are on the top floor, lugging baggage from the basement car park to your room could be a pain. The views and beach proximity are worth it though.

Fully self-contained apartment, super close to Kings Beach, parks for the children to play and town centre not far away. Friendly and helpful staff, no lift so difficult to bring up luggage and small children, still a lovely place to stay and would happily return.

This is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. Staff are really helpful and great to deal with. My room was perfect and to have such a brilliant view of ocean from kitchen and lounge was the truly awsome. Cant recommend it highly enough.

Great views and position!

We loved staying here. Just across the road from parks, surf beach and rock pools. We stayed with a 4 & 5 year old and just loved it. Staff were very friendly - even when we realised we had mixed up our check-out date, they were more than happy to accommodate us.

Great position opposite Kings Beach

Our apartment was so clean and fresh. We were very happy with the unit except our bed. Pool was heated just enough so kids loved it and the position across from Kings Beach was fantastic.

Hotel with a view & close to the beach

For an older style building it was quite a surprise to see a modern and equipped apartment, very nice! Its a stone throw from the beach which was great for our young daughters and a small walk to shops. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy. Very good experience and would definitely return for another holiday!

Right opposite Kings Beach!

Seem less check in, opposite one of the best beaches in the world. The apartment was very spacious with every mode con. Very clean with comfortable beds.The heated pool at the back door was a bonus.
