Quest St Leonards

The staff were very friendly. My tv stopped working at 10pm the lovely receptionist came up straight away to check if she could fix it but unfortunately could not but the next day a new tv was in my room. My only complaint was the cost of parking which was $40.00 a day so I found free parking on the road and the council parking which was just a short walk from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay I will definitely return

Great stay

Easy check in, has big parking, rooms are very clean. Pool and small gym were a plus

Property is new, location wise very convenient and easy to access public transport however the electric adapter in the kitchen area did not work, therefore we could not use the fridge and the boiler. Possibly due to defects in electric system in building. Probs need to investigate and check the electric system.

Convenience

I stay here regularly when I have work commitments in Sydney. The location near the rail line is great and generally street parking is not too difficult to find after 6pm.

The property was lovely.,The room was great - modern, clean and spacious and the location was convenient to everything - transport, shops etc. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious. We were on the same floor as the pool and spa so it was really convenient. The Belrose Hotel was just down the street and the food was delicious. IGA is across the road and super convenient as it the 2 minute walk to the train station so we could take the 10 minute ride into the city. We had a great stay!!!

St Leonards stay close to station

Great location near St Leonard’s station. Fully equipped kitchenette and bonus washing machine and dryer with detergent for two washes. Very comfortable room with access to swimming pool and onsite gym.

No restaurant at this hotel, but several restaurants nearby. Front desk staff was very helpful.

much better value than the Sydney CBD hotels for this stay time. 2 min walk to station about 6 mins to new Metro. will use again as street parking free & easy.

The location was great, short walk to 2 Metro stations. Easy to get to the city centre, Circular Quay, Opera House and airport. The rooms were quite small for the price but had cooking and coffee making facilities and a reasonable sized fridge

Overall very happy! Only stayed 1 night but it was a very comfortable room. It was quiet so I had no problems getting to sleep. It was in walking distance from where I need to go. As it was Saturday afternoon, there was free parking on the street.

Just there for a quick stay but place was great. Quiet!

Great location

Convenient for train, metro and caves and shops nearby. Quick and easy check in an out, friendly staff and nice and quiet. Apartments are comfortable with decent little kitchen facilities. Pool, gym and spa tub looked alright.

The mattress just need updating . I was upgraded which was fantastic because my husband was in the hospital and it was great to have a washing machine. Great service.

Lovel clean premises in great position.

Good place to stay. Mini kitchen allowed for some meal prep. If getting a room with the two beds, be prepared to have some trouble sleeping (they are smaller then advertised).

Service by the super friendly and helpful staff was exceptional, great room layout, comfortable bed, clean, good location, definitely will stay here again.

Great location! Great property!

A lovely property. Beautifully maintained, close to transport, cafes and shops. Our apartment looked at the brick wall of the adjoining building which was not nice. It would be good if a small lounge could be included in that type of apartment. Definitely a great place to stay.

I stayed at Quest for a work conference which was held across the road from the hotel so it was very convenient. It was a pleasure staying at Quest, very quiet and relaxing. I checked out but my flight was later in the afternoon so I had time to spend time by the pool which was lovely, clean and comfortable.

Place has had refurbishment?

We stayed for just 3 nights. Upon arrival, bed sheeting stained, TV remote did not work, Kitchen sink plug did not work, Bathroom was not resupplied with tissues and toilet paper, Coffee & sugar was insufficient. (4 coffee capsules). When issues raised, the manager addressed the issues and accepted feedback, but this experience suggests significant improvement in service quality is required.

Being set back from the Pacific Highway, hotel is in a quiet location yet within easy walking from St Leonards Station. Also many eating places nearby.

Excellent location, close to trains, great pub, safe clean area.

Loved the room, everything you needed. A lovely spa and easy parking.

3rd visit. Clean. Modern, self contained, everything required for short stay. Easy walk from transport, food & my daily happenings. Whilst price was higher, and difficulty with WIFI the actual accommodation quality and location means I'll stay again.

Highly recommended. Super friendly front desk staffs. They are always willing to help. Also, big thanks to the cleaning staffs who are doing an impeccable job. Not only the room but the whole Quest Hotel is top notched. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful and Magnificent.

Easy peasy. Convience and comfort very close to facillities, food outlets and transport options. Staying at Quest was so simply convenient, im annoyed ive been staying in other different location's! Instant return customer for sure.

Good location near St Leonard’s train station. Spacious tidy room with kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was fresh and clean, with all necessary equipment for our overnight stay. Reception was friendly and helped us get a taxi. Parking was easy under the building.

great room and very clean. Shower was a better one than usual and there was plenty of room in the shower. small kitchen items but who is cooking when there is so much around to eat out at. very short walk to trains and buses. Close stroll to Crows Nest shops and eateries. Would stay here again.

One of my favourite places to stay. Friendly and efficient customer service from check-in to check out every booking. Great location with public transport literally steps away. And some very good dining options very close .. Kuru Japanese and Rice Den both highly recommended.

It was beautiful, the room was bigger than expected, comfortable bed, the spa bath next to the pool was perfect.

I had a great week-long stay at this place. The cleanliness and tidiness really stood out, and I appreciated the daily towel changes provided by the housekeeping team. One of the best aspects is its convenient location; St Leonards train station is just a minute away, and you'll find Coles, IGA, and an Asian grocery store within a 5-minute walk. This made my stay comfortable and hassle-free.

Being able to feel the ribbed edges digging in to my legs of the joined single beds made the bed most uncomfortable. Unfortunately when I told them they said they did have bed toppers. But why was it not there initially. The Hotels convenience to train was great though.

Good service, handy location and room was good. Detracting was the noise from next room as we had been put in a room with adjoining doors which weren’t soundproof. The queen bed was really 2 singles pushed together which was OK but there was a ridge that was very uncomfortable. Shower was very hard to adjust to required temp.

Can’t fault the cleanliness and customer service. Handy location. I’m not used to the hustle bustle of Sydney or having neighbours within a kilometre, so found it a little bit noisy at first but soon got used to it. Reception staff were lovely.

Quest St Leonards is a modern and well appointed hotel. Our studio apartment had all the things we needed for the weekend with the added bonus of free on street parking by the time we checked in on the Saturday. We had a level 1 room, which was a little noisy during the day but by nightfall it was just fine. Helpful staff at reception and a hop from the station

A hidden gem. Everything was perfect for our over-nighter. Room, staff and amenities. Will definitely be back.

The property was maintained and staff was very helpful. I also would like to recognize Ellie for her help she provided almost daily with directions and answering questions as they arise. The only critic I would have is the shower doors seemed to leak water from the shower stall.

Visiting the Big Smoke

Hotel was lovely. Great service the pantry stock was very useful. Thank you. Our only concerns were air conditioning turned off so often and obviously didn't like the 18 degree settings we wanted to keep it at. Other thing was the washer/dryer built in 1. Drying very inefficient so many confusing settings on dial. Should have clear instructions next to machine and also next to aircon. These eco devices are false economy if people have to dry over and over again or keep pressing aircon thermostat.then when dryer cycle finishes why long wait before can open machine? Makes fo very frustrating laundry. Better just to have coin op machines and dryer separate on the floor if really a save water-fuel thing Water pressure in shower low and temp of water not very hot. Is this another enviro measure or safety for disabled ? hope its latter. Otherwuse room was lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Location to north shore private great if you offer discount for hospital patients families then try to warn us beforehand that discount applies only when booking eith hotel direct. Us older folk have difficulty telling direct reserve and Expedia. If used Expedia, then provide us with sone free services or cash back it maybe shuttle ride to hospital to make up for the advertised 10% hospital patient discount. Thankyou for our stay and was very handy when i was a week in hospital for back surgery. Amand my husband needed a base where he could visit conveniently while being near shops etc thanks!.

Well equip..

Awesome interior design, very calm and spacious room. Well equip for a long stay? Room With Nespresso (yehey) for a night caffeine enthusiast.

The location was terrific. The staff were not given the autonomy to solve problems, and so where there was an issue with broken appliances in my room, it took the staff a long time to resolve because they had to call various managers to determine how to resolve the issue. The facilities weren't well cleaned. The room was quite dusty and the pool and spa tub were quite dirty.

A great location for bus, train and Uber access, multiple eateries nearby and pleasant checkin staff.

Clean room and convenient location

Very convenient for transport. Pictures don't show how run-down the rooms are. Curtains hanging off the tracks, balcony planters with weeds and dead plants. Bathroom picture on Expedia showed washer & dryer, but weren't there. Our least favourite Quest we've stayed at.
