Excelente lugar y ubicación

Muy bien la zona y muy bien el departamento, me quedaría de nuevo por seguro.

El hotel está muy cómodo! Fue lo que necesitaba para mi y mi familia ya que las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Aquí teníamos suficiente espacio. El check in y check out fue muy rápido.

I got last floor and there is no elevator for the last floor...i carry 5 luggage along with me one floor ....we were 5 people better to assign lower floor when family are bigger...

Amplio especio y limpieza impecable.

Ubicacion cerca del trasporte publico. Empleados muy simpaticos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Estancia perfecta para estar en familia. Habitaciones amplias, comodas y muy limpias.

Nice and Comfortable

New Hotel with all you need to stay fine in Tokyo you can even wash your clothes very nice place .. only one problem they Do NOT have TV in the room . Very friendly reception desk lady . I will stay again in this place .

Convenient

The location is very convenient for travelling around Tokyo. It's a short walk to Machiya station. There's a 7-11 nearby to buy food or withdraw money.

Very kind staff, great area with shops, food and convenience stores close by. Thank you for a great stay. Looking forward to staying with you again.

My absolute favorite stay so far. Truly did feel like home, made me not want to leave yet. Good distance from things as well.

The place was near restaurants. We walked and chose where we ate. The area was quiet the place was not that clean to our standards but it’s okay. There was a washing machine if you want to wash your clothes and you can dry the clothes a small balcony. Nobody at the check in counter all communication were in the iPad. It would be nice if there is an easy way to communicate with somebody like in our case that we extended the check out time. Maybe the iPad at the counter can be used for that reason. But over all it served the purpose we had somewhere to stay.

Thank you the front desk. We managed to keep our room after we decided to stay an extra night. The front desk people were extremely helpful even with the language barrier. Room was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable.

Die Unterkunft war für japanische Verhältnisse geräumig und für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Entfernung zur nächsten U Bahnstation war 8 Minuten entfernt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und beim nächsten Besuch würde wir wieder kommen.

Easy and quiet

Stayed with our two teenagers. The kitchen and laundry facilities inn the room were very handy. It was really easy to get anywhere in Tokyo on the nearby train line and buses using a welcome suica card., I loved the quiet streets (no car noise in the room!) and being near the river so I could go running in the morning. It was extremely easy to check in and out as it was fully automated with easy to follow instructions.

Very quiet easy to figure out how to get in, very communicative over email.

Close to subway station. Very convenient with restaurants and stores around.

Friendly front desk staff. Room was the same as described. Overall we were happy with our stay.

駐車場有りと書いてあったが３台で満車で停めれなかった。近くの有料駐車場に停めることになった。

The property is very spacious and well-maintained. The deluxe room is well suited for large families. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and has a relaxing vibe.

家族5人で16000円と安く、部屋はマンションタイプのすごく清潔感ある広く快適でした。東京方面に家族で旅行するときはリピートしようと思います！！

Toyko Adventure

Very clean, modern and spacious room. Stayed at Minn Machiya for 4 days as our base to see Tokyo. Around 8 min walk from Machiya Station off the main street. Plenty of convenience stores and fast foods on your walk to Minn Machiya apartments.

2日間の滞在でしたが静かに過ごせました。駅近で便利でした。飲食店やコンビニがあり立地がいいです。受付の方が親切でした。また、機会があれば利用したいです。

Booked this hotel because front desk staff was supposed to speak English, but not the case. Our room was on the seventh floor and the elevator only goes to sixth floor. Had to carry heavy suitcases up outdoor staircase in the rain to our room. Room was supposed to have two double beds and a sofa sleeper. No sofa in the room, so two of us had to sleep on floor mat.

The air conditioning wasn’t working

Good property. Quiet location. Close -5min walk- to train station. Room was bigger than most. There was enough room for my hubby, myself and 2 kids (11&13) and our luggage. Balcony was added bonus. Reception staff could speak English - some better than others. Would have been nice to have water, tea, coffee, milk in room. McDonald's and local restaurants close.

check in rapide, literie top ,logement propre et proche du métro ,quartier calme et reposant. tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger était un plus appréciable

Notre séjour a été convenable hôtel pas très bien situé pas de possibilité de chauffer la salle de bain, pas super propre, mais lits confortables.

Good apartment in a good location

Good accommodation in a good location, within 5/6 minutes to a metro station. The apartment was a decent size with a kitchen area (although we didn't cook!), a dining area, a separate sitting area with a tv. The beds were very comfortable. There is a washing machine in the bathroom which is really useful! The only downside is that there is no option to store your luggage either before check-in (3pm) or after checking out (10am).

Minn Machiya is a nice place to stay. Staffs are nice and helpful. Many restaurants are around. Walking distance to Machiya station. We had a good experience at Minn Machiya especially as first time in Tokyo, Japan. Thank you, Minn Machiya!

早く着いてしまったにも関わらず、丁寧に対応いただき有り難かったです。お部屋も快適でした。

Internet Out of Service

The hotel itself is fine. Good location and close to 2 stations. Some restaurants and grocery stores nearby. However, the management of the hotel did not make any accommodation about the internet issue. The internet was out of service for at least whole week. It was out of service since I checked in and not even been fixed until my check out. I am not sure if they ever have the internet company to fix it or not. The only thing they offered was late check out at 11:00AM. Other than that, they did not make any arrangements offering alternative internet options such as WiFi egg etc. Not a good experience this time.

Excellent stay at Minn Machiya! The beds were the most comfortable we had in Tokyo. Having a small apartment was so much better than a hotel room. Getting to the accommodation was easy and there were many amenities near by. Getting in with a code worked well. The area was quiet. I would definitely stay again!

This property was very vlean, we didn't use the kitchen but it was basic and quite usable. It was spacious for Japan. Lots of light and the beds were very comfortable! The elevator is small.. .3-4 people max.We'd stay again, no issues.

Very spacious. Great view. Everything was well kept. I loved having everything I needed in just a large space. Spacious beds, washing machine, sink and kitchen area, even down to the shoe rack. Worth the price and will definitely stay again. Also tons of food choices right down the street. Convenience stores, pharmacies, even a mcdonalds. Loved this place.

Great accomodation

町屋駅からとてもわかりやすい所で、部屋からスカイツリーが見え、ロケーションは抜群。 チェックインに戸惑ったけれど、フロントの方が親切で、気持ちのいい対応をしてもらいました。

I had a lovely time visiting with my son, Justin. He attends University of Tokyo and I hadn’t seen him in nearly 2 years.

Wish this property could provide storage for bags. We have 2nd booking with this property a few days apart. Have to find way to store bags. Otherwise overall this place is good considering the price they paid for.

Nice apartment to stay for family! Spacious room and well equipped, many of dinning options nearby! Will choose to stay there again!

大部屋６人が泊まれて経済的かつ家電も揃っているので良心でした。

家族で自由にゆっくり過ごせました。ホテルでは無く、こういうスタイルも都会に別荘があるみたいでアリですね。ビューも良かったです。

建物自体はきれいに感じられ良かったのですが、部屋の床に女性の長い髪の毛がチラホラ落ちているのが気になった。

Familiale

Il s’agit plutôt d’un petit appartement. Le ménage doit être fait par nous meme. Bien meublé avec machine à laver. Chambre spacieuse, proche du métro et des commerces. Nous étions une famille avec 3 enfants et pour une semaine ça c’est super bien passé.

The unit worked well for a family of 5. The pull out futon, probably is best used by kids 15 or younger as it is not long enough for anyone 5'11 or taller. Kitchen is serviceable and the refrigerator is a good size compared to many options in Japan, which can be useful for a longer stay. It isn't on the JR lines for local transit, but well served by the metro. Communication was a challenge as it is managed off-site and the check in app doesn't seem to do very well at handling all the passport scanning and other information. Do yourself a favor and just directly use the web call feature in the lobby when you arrive. Lastly there is no early check in or storage of bags for a late check out. The area doesn't seem to have a place to store bags, so if you are arriving early maybe hang around an area with bag storage before heading to this location.

Overall was matched the price more. Recommended.

最上階の部屋は階段を使う必要があり、買い物をたくさんしていたので部屋に行くのに少し苦労しました。

スカイツリーの景色が最高！虹が掛かってた。部屋は広くてゆったりできる。

まずフロントの女性の出迎えがフレンドリーかつ丁寧で好感がもてました。 部屋はシンプルなワンルームマンションで、必要十分な設備があります。 駅からホテルまでの間にコンビニやスーパー、お惣菜店もあり部屋でゆっくり食事して寛ぎたかった私たちにはありがたかったです。欲を言えば、油や塩、醤油が借りられると更に便利。 前に使った方の食器の洗い方が不十分だったところがあったので、使う前に念のため自分で洗えば安心だと思う。 総合的に満足でした。

要求才有一次性日用品供應，无有收拾房間，晚間10点后无有服務員，地点可謂偏僻，優點附近買東西可为方便，有超級市场，7一11，小商店。

初めての東京観光、ホテルでゆっくりと熟睡も出来、フロントの方の対応も非常に丁寧で、オートロックの安心感もあり、駅も近く最高でした。是非また宿泊させていただきたいです！！

Fantastic spacious room only a couple of stations outside of JR pass network, but much cheaper than comparable hotels within JR pass network. Huge range of fab restaurants on your doorstep. Highly recommended.

The 24 hour access and ease of amenities

Our stay was extremely pleasant. The staff at the hotel were knowledgeable about the surrounding area and city in general. The building was clean and easy to find. This hotel gets a 10/10.

Place not far from Machiya Station (subway/keisei) and Machiyaekimae Station (tokyo sakura tram) if you came from narita you can take skyliner to Nippori and change to keisei line for Machiya Staff was great Good facilities Surrounded by restaurants

離地鐵站走路約10-15分鐘，3人房被安排在一樓，房間空間很大，晚上睡覺很安靜，還有小廚房，若是家庭來會非常適合，附近吃的算多，但21:00後只剩下便利商店。
