Nefasta experiencia

Un hotel que cierra su posibilidad de check in a las 19h de la tarde en una ciudad tan grande como Torino no puede limitarse a advertirlo a sus huéspedes en letra pequeña. Tras llamar insistentemente (incluso a un supuesto número de emergencia) y no obtener respuesta, mi familia y yo terminamos buscando otro hotel en medio de la noche y perdiendo la totalidad del dinero que pagamos por adelantado. Tras escribir una queja al hotel la respuesta fue que está claramente indicado y que la culpa era nuestra. No discuto que esté indicado ya que ahora que he buscado efectivamente lo he visto: cierre de check in a las 19h. Pero con un horario así de restrictivo e inusual lo mínimo sería escribirlo con letras bien grandes a la hora de la reserva. Si tuvieran un servicio al cliente respetable hubieran cogido el teléfono y perdido 30 segundos en llamarnos. Supongo que es más simple cobrar por adelantado y olvidarse de los clientes... He viajado mucho y nunca he visto algo igual. Evidentemente no puedo comentar sobre las prestaciones del hotel ya que nunca llegué a entrar.

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de la estación de porta nova. Lo cual facilita el movimiento en todos los transportes posibles. A destacar que está cerca también de una zona de restaurar antes y bares nocturnos lo cual hace que haya un poco de barullo. Muy lmpio y muy bonito.

Muy grande el cuarto, piden uno que no da a la calle... de noche hay bastante ruido.

Cuesta un poco encontrar porque se entra por el patio de una finca. Las chicas de recepción muy amables, te facilitan todo lo que necesites. Bien insonorizado .Bien ubicado ya que está muy cerca de casi todo sin tener que meterte en pleno centro donde hay más tráfico y es más difícil aparcar.

Desde la llegada todo fue muy sencillo, junto a la estación de tren, Anna, la encargada de lo más amable y accesible, me prestaron su teléfono por una llamada que tenía que hacer sin cargo, el lugar ultra moderno, la decoración me hizo sentir como en un museo de arte moderno, no era un hotel es un departamento amplio con comodidades, accesible y realmente muy barato. Asimismo, tuve una emergencia en el viaje y Anna nuevamente, a deshoras nos atendió desde su celular y acudió a atendernos al departamento. Una delicia de viaje con este hotel.

The apartment had a eclectic look which was very nice. Security was strong because there were several codes needed to enter the property and the floor. Very clean but, offered maid service only every three days.

Bel hôtel, quartier sympa

Hôtel très bien situé, accès sécurisé, quartier vivant, bon choix de restaurants , proximité des transports en commun. Décoration soignée, détails architecturaux qui donnent beaucoup de cachet. Cuisine équipée fonctionnelle. Nous étions 4 et avions une suite avec chambre + couchage canapé lit dans le séjour. La salle de bain/toilette était accessible par la chambre uniquement et le plafond est ouvert entre la chambre et le séjour.

We loved this location. Everything is close and an easy walk to Valentino park, centro, and the train station. Many great restaurant and cafe options.

Great little boutique hotel

A great little hotel. The rooms look like the advertised pictures. The location is very central to the city centre. The area it is located in does not seem so great but there a lots of local restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the park or city centre. Note the Hotel does not have parking but they can help organise it for you.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Appart hôtel bien situé et très calme, nous avions un studio avec une chambre. Les pièces ne sont pas isolées par le plafond, pour permettre de voir le magnifique plafond en pierre, de fait aucune isolation phonique entre le salon et la chambre

Het is een keurig appartement / hotel. Met een goede centrale ligging. Er is geen ontbijt. Maar er is genoeg horeca om het hotel heen. ‘s Nachts wel rumoerig buiten. Verder een prettig verblijf gehad.

The apartment was everything we had hoped for. Exactly as it looked online, clean and well presented. Location was good, close to train station and endless number of local cafes and restaurants. Definite recommend.

Internally It has what is needed for a nice and comfort stay. The only negative point for me would be the location. Even if it is near downtown, we need to walk through 3 “strange” blocks until getting a better view.

Appartamento carino ma la zona ci ha lasciato un po’ perplessi: grande problema la mancanza di parcheggio perché in strada è pressoché impossibile parchegggiare. Quindi al prezzo della camera aggiungete quello di in parcheggio a pagamento (35 euro al giorno). Noi avevamo appartamento n.105 con ‘vista’ sul cortile interno quindi non disturbato dalla strada.

2 nuits en ville

Bel appartement, spacieux et joliment décoré. Le centre ville est accessible à pied, le quartier, proche de la gare est populaire avec présence de beaucoup de restauration rapide. Côté cuisine l'équipement est assez basique mais suffisent pour un court séjour. L'établissement ne dispose pas de parking.

En arrivant devant nous avions des doutes car la façade une fois dans la cour et l’escalier ne sont pas exceptionnels mais une fois dans le couloir et l’appartement, il en est tout autre, l’Appart hôtel est magnifique, on sent qu’un architecte est passé par là, nous y séjournerons sans problème de nouveau. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Genau, was wir gesucht haben. Die Matratze war vielleicht etwas ausgelegen aber sonst gab‘s nichts zu meckern. Leider ist die Lage des Apart Hotels nicht gerade die beste. Ungelogen, in jeder Straße riecht es nach Urin. Außerdem wird an jeder Ecke etwas „vertickt“ und daher wird man auch ständig angesprochen ob man was will. Einen Abend, als wir zur Unterkunft zurück kamen, saß am Eck eine junge Frau, völlig apathisch, vor ihr ein paar Tropfen Blut und eine Spritze... Das war tatsächlich das schockierendstes was uns hier passiert ist. Und dass alles mit Kind...

Huone remontoitu tyylikkäästi hyvään kuntoon. Käveilyetäisyydellä oikeastaan joka paikkaan. Porta Nuovan asema muutaman sadan metrin päästä,josta yhteydet käytännössä kaikkialle Torinossa.

The studio apartment was absolutely suitable for myself and my 13 year old. Very clean, stylish and compact. The staff set up the sofa bed and we had a 2 tv's, a very lovely balcony and excellent bathroom. My only disappointment was the lack of kitchen. We had a kettle, cups and glasses, but only a tiny fridge, microwave and no crockery. The staff again very helpfully did give us plates and cutlery on asking.

Bin dort zum zweiten Mal gewesen. Schön im Zentrum. Einziger Punkt, hatte auf ein Zimmer mit Möglichkeit zum Kochen gehofft. War nicht der Fall.

Nice apartament. Really beautiful and big for a couple! We recommend! The only problem was the parking lot, it was really dificult to find a place for the car!

Home away from home

A little bit difficult to find as you have to enter through the back yard otherwise just like having your own appartement in Torino. And one with cool decor too

Per problemi (gravi) familiari, il viaggio è stato annullato e tempestivamente comunicato alla struttura. Ma non c'è stato verso di ottenere nessuna forma di rimborso di quanto versato. Attenzione, questa rigidità è completamente fuori luogo.

Personale cordiale e gentile, appartamento impeccabile. Zona di Torino con diversi locali, godibile per la posizione e la vicinanza alla Stazione Porta Nuova.

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Vraiment tres bien. Seul bémol: La proximité de bars/boite de nuit dont on peut percevoir quelques légères nuisances la nuit.

Family gateway

Nice appart hotel where tou can cook simple meal. Location close to the train station and the drop off luggage service is a nice add on. Perfect for 3 person.

Comfort stay

Hotel location was good but no eye catching sign near the maintenance. I spent a minute to find. The staff were friendly. The apartment was neat and clean. Toilet and shower facilities were clean and functioned good. I had a comfort stay.

Comfortable apartment style accommodations

This was my first time to stay in an Apart Hotel. For those not familiar, these are more short term apartment rentals, with virtually no hotel amenities. The building doesn't look like a hotel from the outside, and has very inconspicuous signage. The front desk has limited hours for service, and you have to pre-arrange for check in from 7:30 - 9:00 PM for a fee (50 Euro). If you arrive after that you are out of luck and can't check in and will have to find a room somewhere else for the night. When I checked in I was told the apartment would be serviced every three days, but it was only serviced on the fifth day after I arrived, and then only the trash was taken out and the towels in the bathroom replaced, but not the bed linens. On the plus side the clerk in reception spoke excellent English and was very helpful in explaining things, and getting me a taxi when I needed one. The apartment had a a full kitchen and kitchen-ware. The building is old, but the inside is completely remodeled in a modern style, and very clean. There was a nice bathroom, but the hot water ran out a couple of days after only a brief shower. The bed was firm but comfortable enough. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy, and people congregate out in the streets at cafes and bars and make a LOT of noise until 1 AM and later. The hotel is a five minute walk from a metro station and a slight longer walk from the main railroad station. I don't recommend the restaurants and bars immediately nearby.

Struttura corretta ma mancava il servizio. Nessun canale pay TV nonostante sia indicato. L'appartamento aveva un boiler piccolissimo, impossibile fare una doccia in tre. Parcheggio nei dintorni impossibile.

L’appartement est magnifique, moderne et chaleureux. Très bien situé à 5 minutes du centre ville.

Nice apartment. Well decorated. Everything you need for kitchen and such. Location was great, lots of restaurants all around. BUT Building hard to find and lobby smells awfully moldy. Room very noisy!!! Clubs and bars right across the street. Bed squeaked like crazy. Definitely not a 5-star. Wouldn't stay again.

It is clean big friendly have fridge and in good location

This was the second night during a 6 day driving your of the region. We were slightly disappointed with our room (204) compared to the first room we stayed in (104). Room 204 was slightly worn and not the same immaculate standard as the first room. Minor issues really but when the first was pristine the second was worn (sofa), issue with the lights |(flickering), noisy bathroom fan and sticking bathroom door. They owners just need to keep on maintenance and keep the apartment up to the same standard as others,

I had a hard time sleeping both nights I was there. I didn't like how loud it was being that my room was situated on the street. Walking

Schönes Apartment mitten in Turin

Sehr schönes Apartment in unscheinbarem haus. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es hier weder einen Reinigungsservice noch Frühstück gibt. Hat für uns aber alles wunderbar gepasst bis auf die sehr verwirrenden Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption.

Ecco una buona soluzione al posto del solito hotel. Bilocale carinissimo, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i confort. Buon posizione, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

read everyone’s reviews but they must have had a bigger apartment. Mine was 102, there was no kitchen, no plates (only cups, glasses and one spoon (!)); there was a microwave and a cocktail bar fridge, too small for anything. The air con didn’t work properly so it was very warm. Taking out the key meant no power in the room, so it was impossible to keep milk in the mini tiny fridge and the air con went off. It was pretty and well decorated and great distance from porta Nuova (5 min) or the main attractions (20 min walk whichever cluster of beautiful stuff you chose). No one cleaned the bins or towels after 4 days, and reception staff weren’t very helpful. Useful to have had proper info about the shuttle, instead I wasted 30 euros on taxi on arrival. Also they contacted me multiple times through various channels to ask the exact same thing (what time will you arrive?). So average. Pretty room, but that’s it.

Très bel appartement à la décoration originale et soignée et assez bien situé pour visiter le centre de Turin. La litterie est en revanche un peu fatiguée (se creuse au centre)

Bel endroit bien situé mais dans quartier bruyant.

Bon hébergement dans l'ensemble, le design est chouette mais nous avons eu de l'eau froide pendant un jour avant que le problème soit réglé. Sinon le quartier était très bruyant toute la nuit même fenêtres fermées alors qu'il n'y a pas de bar dans la rue. Mais nous recommandons tout de même cet établissement par rapport au rapport qualité prix. Il est bien situé : proche du centre ville et des musées. On peut tout faire à pied une fois la voiture laissée au garage payant à 5 min. Pour info , cela coûte 20 euros par jour et il faut laisser ses clés sans se poser trop de question. Mais au final tout s'est bien passé.

Noisy bars across the street on both outside walls but shutters soundproofed well and air conditioning excellent. Kitchen facilities in our room were unexpectedly poor - kettle, small fixed temperature fridge and microwave, no cutlery or crockery even. As a hotel room it was great. Large and comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Staff really helpful, particularly communicating beforehand.

O ambiente é excelente, falta uma geladeira melhor, mais ampla, é uma mesa pra trabalhar com computador, por exemplo, mas o quarto é lindo, com exposição da estrutura original, e o local é perto da estação de trem e de pubs bem gostosos.

Mooi ingericht en ruim appartement , van het bed waren echter een aantal planken stuk en veel nachtlawaai van straat...

We vonden de grootte van het app prachtig. De moderne stijl gecombineerd met het oude plafond. Heel veel restaurants in de buurt. Centrum goed bereikbaar te voet.

Gute location - nettes Appartement

Das war eine gute wahl man ist nah am Gescheghen. Abends kann man in dem Viertel sehr gut ausgehen. Kann auch ein bisschen lauter sein, aber dafür ist man mittendrin. Ab Mitternacht wirds ruhiger...
