AAA STAY Market Square Old Town

Fist of all the cabs won’t take you in to the street just drop you off on the square and disappear. Aaa does not hold bags so I had to pull my luggage across the cobblestone sqaure to another hotel. Then I had to go back and pick them Directions tor check in include a code for the front door code for a lock box and then keys. Expect stories to get to the room and no air conditioning. It was record heat this summer. One very dirty very tiny fan. Window only opens a couple of inches. Bedroom window above the street so lots of horse carriages and tourists going by. Kitchen had silverfish (bug). Eight weeks in Europe on holidays and this was by far the worst

A perfect stay from beginning to end! Spotless apartment full of charm, with everything needed for comfort. The location is great if you wish to step out your front door and experience the hustle and bustle of the vibrant Old Town district; bedrooms are on the quiet courtyard sided the apartment, so not a peep was heard during the night. The best feature however, was our host Darek who went above and beyond to ensure our every comfort. We highly recommend this place!

We stayed in the Swietojanska 27 / 29 one. Love this charming apartment. It’s the perfect place to stay in the heart of the old town. You can walk to the market square, castle square, restaurants, and museums in just a few minutes. It’s a nice walk in and around the old town with a lot of interesting histories. Derek from the apartment is very friendly and knowledgeable. He taught us a lot about Poland's history and gave us some great tips. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place!

Excellent location. Space was comfortable and warm - we stayed there in snowy December. We did not make use of kitchen facilities except for refrigerator and tea pot - there were too many enticing restaurants and cafes in the area - but it was stocked for use. It was nice having two separate bedrooms. Would definitely recommend. Check in instructions were easy to follow and although we never met our hosts, they were diligent in checking to make sure everything was as expected and were available to respond to questions (we initially couldn't find the internet code) quickly. I would definitely recommend.

The property was well appointed. It lacked nothing. It was clean, modern and had an incredibly beautiful view. The agency provided very detailed instructions for everything and even e-mailed to see if all was well after I checked in. I felt so safe, comfortable and eek one.

Es war leicht zu finden, die Schlüsselübergabe war auch leicht. Zu empfehlen, ich komme gerne wieder. Mitten im Zentrum, alles in Warschau leicht zu erreichen.

Matching the keys with the right key holes in the dark upon arrival is a challenge!

Great location, great apartment

The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Great location, great price and lovely decor/terrace. Communication was excellent and check in/check out was super easy, with very easy and helpful guidance sent via email before we arrived.

Die Lage ist fantastic, Kommunikation klappte wunderbar, Schlüsselkaste und Anleitung waren informativ und es gab kein Problem damit ! Würde jederzeit die kleine Wohnung empfehlen und auch jederzeit wiederkommen !!!! ( nur der Holzboden quietscht ... )

Very near to a great restaurant & lots of bars & other restaurants

Ideal location in Old Town in walking distance of lots of bars & restaurants & shops & close to the river walk into town. Communication before & during was excellent - exceptionally prompt & clear

The location is excellent, and the property in good shape. We had a miserable flight to Warsaw, a day late and without our luggage for 12 hours, and the help and kindness we received from Anna at the property went a long way making it better for us. Not the least, she arranged for a taxi to the airport for our return trip at 330 hours, and the taxi was not only on time but also inexpensive. She also gave us recommendations for purchasing toiletries and clothes when we were unsure that our bags would ever arrive. Anna also made helpful suggestions about local groceries. She made herself available whenever we had questions or requests. We liked the restaurants in the Old Town Square, a walk of a few minutes. There are also numerous artists who sell hand made/painted souvenirs in the square. Public transportation is readily available nearby, and we were able to walk to many places we wanted to see as well. We heartily recommend this property to anyone who goes to Warsaw.

The location of this property is amazing. Right off the market square in Old Town. The location is close to everything in Old Town and all the tourist attractions. The property is difficult to find as the street curves around the corner to #5. The apartment itself is not my style as I like modern, but it is fine for a short stay. It was clean. Bathroom and kitchen are small and utilitarian. It looks like many apartments for short term lease.

Beware Nice Photographs

I cannot fault AAA for their efficiency in acknowledging our booking, and instructions. However the website shows some very nice looking apartments but the reality certainly for our allocated apartment was not so. The second floor position was quite difficult with no lift because we had large cases, also very dark and dismal hall and stairway. Apartment very old and shabby. Parquee flooring shot to pieces and couldnt walk in living area without tremendous noise so at night impossible not to wake others. Kitchen functional but with a hotch potch collection of cutlery and crockery - very old. Bathroom very dark, toilet seat loose and although fixed was loose again within minutes. Shower attachment could not be adjusted so pointed straight down unless on full blast and sheer force made it change position and then flooded. Sofa bed for third perdon very old and rickety - not pleasant to sleep on. Various other things e.g. missing curtain hooks, one teaspoon, broken lampshade. Altogether very disappointing part of our otherwise nice trip to Warsaw.

5 minute easy walk to Old Town Market Square. 15 minute walk to the river. Lots of choices for eating places. Email corrospondance before arriving was outstanding with clear precise instruction s on how to access the apartment. Very spacious and light and very secure.

Great spot in Warsaw

Nice location, user friendly. I would stay here again as well as recommended it. The kitchen area is handy. The small apartment was exactly as I expected. The location near the square is ideal.

Fantastic location! Cozy, clean, comfortable and perfect for a short stay. No dryer and no place to hang clothing to dry if you decide to use a washer. I would highly recommend it.

Appartamento centralissimo nella Old Town

Ho passato due notti in questa struttura. E' stata un'esperienza complessivamente soddisfacente che mi sento di suggerire per la posizione centralissima, il comfort della stanza, spaziosa, attrezzata (a parte la mancanza di impianto di aria condizionata) ed alla quale non mancava nulla, silenziosa per l'affacio su di un giardino interno. E' necessario tuttavia tenere presente che si tratta di un appartamento e non di un hotel, dove non si incontrerà mai il proprietario od altro personale in quanto tutte le indicazioni vengono fornite (in maniera assolutamente dettagliata ed esaustiva) via mail. Aspetti negativi: ho avuto difficoltà a comunicare con il locatario in quanto il suo account non era raggiungibile (non ho avuto mai una reale necessità di farlo e quindi non ho nemmeno provato a contattarlo telefonicamente al numero di emergenza segnalato); la stanza dove ho soggiornato era ubicata al 2° piano senza ascensore.

Wij vonden het appartement netjes, goed bed. Jammer dat in de keuken slecht 2 pannen aanwezig waren!

Visiting Warsaw.

Great location! Clean bathroom. Clean spacious room. Room was very quiet. Very close to the main square. Grocery store and restaurants close by. Right in Front of Marie Curie house!

飛行機の遅延で、夜中に着いたので、場所がわからずたどり着くのには苦労しました。観光地だけあって、夜中すぎでもまばらに人はいて、街の方に何人も聞き、最終グーグルマップで探して連れて来てもらいました。でもアパートメントは広くベッドの部屋と、ソファーのある仕事部屋の様な部屋がありました。洗濯機まで付いているし、何より旧市街広場の中に滞在できる特別感がありました。フロントはないですが、メールで質問すると、すぐに返信してもらい、助かりました。また行く機会があれば、このアパートメントを使いたいです。

Great apartment, really good proximity to the old town. I would only recommend to the property managers that the motion detector security light be repaired. It did not work and it was very dark when coming back. Also, travelers should know that this apartment is on the main street, and therefore very noisy. Try and check with the owners before confirming reservation.

Clean, comfortable, great place to stay in Warsaw

We had great and fast communication with the manager. We enjoyed our stay! This studio has integrated one double bed and one double couch, both of them very comfortable. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is large and well equipped. There is a window between the bathroom and kitchen for ventilation, which we considered a bit odd, but we learned that this is a common design in Warsaw old city buildings. The only things that we would suggest to change are the bathroom door that has issues closing and maybe the entrance door which looks quite old. We totally recommend this place!

Nothing we didn't like. Property location was ideal for old town restaurants virtually on the door step, Helpful leaflets in property. All in all would not hesitate to recommend. Warsaw is a beautiful, clean and cheap city with lots to do and see.

Central location. You are in the center of things.

Great locale in a quiet side street off the main square. Building has secure courtyard and is safe. Unit was on second floor with plenty of air and light. Good amenities and close to transportation and sites.

This is a cosy apartment within a 2 minute walk from the Old Town square. It was what we expected it to be. Good value. Some things the owner may think of at little cost that would increase the rating to a 5/5 is, - have a hand valve to turn on the water washing machine. We were unable to use the it and had chosen this apartment mostly for that amenity. - provide more than the single smallest purchasable fan for the room. Totally useless for cooling the room. Large fan on a stand would work - Purchase matching utensils, plates (there were no bowls). Looks like a garage sale purchase we would use camping. - toss out the aged pillows, long past their due date. - for stays more than 2 days, provide extra toilet paper, towels and bed linens on check in. Shouldn't have to email the owner for them. We hand washed our own with our clothes. Spend a little money on these items and your rating will go up.

The only good thing is the location, inside old town. We had problems with the shower, drainage blocked, resulting water flooded the bathroom, unresolved during our stay. Check-in time was very strict, after 3 pm. There was no luggage storage facility in the apartment. We arrived at midday, and was asked to store our luggage at a nearby hotel (600m away) with fee.

Mostowa Apartment

Location right on border of Old Town/ New Town. A few minutes walk to Old and New Market Squares. Less than 10 minutes to Castle Square. Loads of restaurants etc on doorstep.

All as planned & detailed, plus I was able to talk to Mariola who was a great super host over the phone who helped me to make our stay in Warsaw for the 50th birthday a special a memorable one.

Huoneiston sijainti vanhan kaupungin ytimessä ja lähellä mukavia kahvi-/ ruokapaikkoja oli erinomaista. Rauhallinen sivu kadun paikka. Henkilökunnan yhteydenpito erinomaista, samoin halu järjestää asioita, taksi lähtöaamuksi hoitui sujuvasti. Huoneiston kunto oli vaatimaton, mutta siisti. Pyyhkeet tunkkaiset, eikä asia korjaantunut vaikka ne vaihdettiin.

Mukava asuinympäristö , lyhyt matka vanhan kaupungin toreille. Siisti huoneisto hyvällä paikalla
