入室は午後2時以降なのですが、飛行機の関係で荷物を預かってもらう必用がありました。 この場合にも事前に申し込むと、別室での預かりをしてもらうことができました。また、日本人なのでご覧の通り英語はつたないものの、丁寧な返信をしてもらえ安心してウィーンに向かうことができました。 5日に一回のクリーニングでは休憩した妻が少々驚いたようですが、大変丁寧にクリーニングしていたようです。 調味料は塩と砂糖のみですが、用意されていますし、お水もそのまま飲むことも可能です。 また、駅から大変近いため、いろんな場所に向かうにも便利です。 再度ウィーンに向かうことが必ず第一候補にしたいと思います。

位於地鐵電車不遠處,交通便利,周邊也有奧地利餐廳.中式.義大利及印度餐館,離維也納大學醫學中心附近;若打算散步,到市政廳約半小時,我們在此住了2晚,室內全新裝潢十分乾淨新穎,若要提建議,若能有2間衛浴會更方便.

Kaunis ja viihtyisä asunto

Asunto oli kauniisti sisustettu ja erittäin siisti sekä sijaitsi rauhallisella alueella. Metro oli lähellä ja kaupungin keskustaan pääsi näppärästi. Viihdyinne siellä hyvin. Kahdesta makuuhuoneesta toinen oli upea, toinen vaatimattomampi.

Spacious and clean apartment. Convenient location - good transportation link to city centre and a few grocery stores nearby. There is a small air conditioner in each bedroom - definitely help in hot summer days.

This property is hospitable with their complimentary wine and coffee. The beds are comfy and the area is quiet. It is not at the center but the metro was easy to figure out. We could be at the most popular sites within 20-30 minutes on transit.

My two kids and I absolutely enjoyed our little comfortable apartment at Kaiser Rafael on Antonigasse. We were merely just outside the subway and had a playground under the building. Grocery shopping was around the corner. Little kitchenette and superb nespresso machine and washer/dryer were game changers. We would love to stay again.

This clean and pleasant part is convenient to use and is also close to buses, subways, marts, and restaurants. And I was able to live comfortably without any problems with a quick response when requesting necessary matters. It was so good that I wanted to come again next time.

Beautiful apartment in quaint neighborhood. Very well connected with public transport

This property is truly Premium: super sized rooms, modern and cleaned, well equipped with almost everything you need to make you feel as if staying at home away from home. Great kitchen with well laid out dining table which makes it a good work station and dining areas. Just a few minutes walk to train station. Walking distance to great restaurants, supermarkets and parking garage. We basically left our car in the garage and took the public transport for sight seeing which works out great. Would love to be back here in this hotel.

We were on a 18 day tour of Europe and stayed in 6 different hotels and rentals. The Rafael Kaiser apartment was the best run and most comfortable stay! Clean and attractively decorated. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Thank you!

This is a great, spacious appartment, exceptionally clean, well organized and maintained. Kudos to the management and staff. Directions very detailed and clear, everything that was needed was in its logical place. Very nice looking combination of modern amenities and old style architecture.

Overall, a great experience!

When we first arrived at the property, the contactless check-in was very convenient. They use a traditional metal key as opposed to a key card and that is also what you use to open the door to the building and activate the elevator. The elevator took some time getting used to, but after the second try, it was really easy to operate. Also, if you want to keep the door to the unit locked, you have to manually lock it with the key. If a portion of your party wants to stay behind and keep the apartment locked, you would literally have to lock them in the apartment while the other party leaves. This probably wouldn't do so well in an emergency. The unit itself felt very homey since these are actually apartment units. Don't come in expecting it to feel like a hotel room. It's very spacious and it came with an in-unit washer/dryer as well as a kitchen. As far as cleanliness goes, our only issue was with the sheets for the pull-out bed in the living room. When we pulled out the bed, the sheets on the mattress were not clean. We were told to grab fresh clean sheets from the fourth floor, however those sheets were slightly smaller than the mattress, leaving a portion of it exposed. There was an issue with the payment and I was accidentally charged twice for my booking. When this happens, contact Rafael Kaiser immediately and they will do their absolute best to fix it. I was in touch with Olena and she was an absolute delight. The staff is definitely friendly and helpful

Ein wunderschönes Apartment, in einer für uns besonders guten Lage, der 18. Bezirk, mit bester Verbindung in Wiens Zentrum und rundherum. Herrlich ist der Ausblick von drei Seiten. Die Ausstattung ist fantastisch, sauber, funktionell. Gerne werden wir es wieder buchen.

We loved our stay in Rafael Apartments. The place has everything you need, close to a metro station m, and walking distance to some attractions. We would definitely come back to Vienna and repeat stay with them.

The apartment was great. There are nearby train and tram station. Its in a quiet neighbourhood, there’s a police station around the corner of the building so I feel safe all the time.

The property was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed on hand for our stay including shampoo, soap, paper products and cleaning supplies. There was a Billa grocery three minutes walk away which was open on Christmas Eve for us to stock up on food. It was easy to walk to restaurants and close to the S Bahn although we Ubered most places we wanted to go for around 10 Euros. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful with changing the temperature in the unit and with helping with the laundry facilities. I highly recommend!!

very nice apartment. it would be nice if there were instructions in English for washer, stove and ac/heat. for the price it is a nice comfortable unit to come back to each evening. not a walking area though. we used Ubers to get back and forth. would stay here again

Alles war soweit perfekt. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre gut gewesen, so ließe sich auch die Spülmaschine besser, nämlich nur voll, nutzen. Top Unterkunft. Auch die Anbindung an die U-Bahn.

Musty building in stairs and foyers but apt was clean.

In general everything was good and comfortable. Just a few slight things that happen sometimes with all apartments. The location is good and safe (police department is near by). You can walk to the center and there is no high need to use the transport. Our family of four felt very comfortable due a lot of space. The apartments are big enough and renovated not so long ago, what was a pleasant surprise ;)

넓고 깨끗합니다. 냉장고, 세탁기, 커피머신, 식기세척기, 주방기구 등 설비와 각종 내부 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있어 가족 모두 매우 만족했습니다. 가족 대화 시 침대가 편하고 이불이 포근했다고 하네요. 세탁기, 건조기는 4층의 공동세탁실에서 이용합니다. 예약부터 사용 시까지 매니저와는 이메일로 커뮤니케이션 했는데, 회신도 빠르고 고객 입장에서 합리적으로 대응해 줍니다. 체크인, 체크아웃은 건물 입구의 키박스를 이용해서 키를 받고 반납하기 때문에 직원들과의 직접 접촉은 필요 없습니다. 체크인 방법, 아파트 내 각종 제품 사용법, 세탁기 사용법 등이 유튜브 동영상으로 제공되어 상당히 체계적으로 준비되고 관리된다는 인상을 받았습니다. 바로 앞에 작은 공원이 있고, 경찰서도 있어 조용하고 안전하고 깨끗한 동네입니다. 전철역에서 1분 거리이고, 트램역에서 3분 거리에 있어 시내 이동에 매우 편리합니다. 3~5분 거리에 Billa 등 큰 수퍼마켓이 여러개 있어 매우 편리합니다. 다음에도 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

링안에 있지는 않지만 지하털 도보3분거리에 있습니다. 부모님, 저 3명이서 갔는데 방은 엄청 커서 감당안될 수준입니다. 건물이나 시설도 오래되지 않아 좋았고 서비스도 나쁘지 않습니다. 처음 예약하고 메일로 물어보는게 많아서 좀 귀찮기는 한데 그것 말고는 흠잡을데가 없네요. 조용히 단독 공간 사용하고 싶으신 여행자분께 추천합니다

PERFECT APARTMENT

It was an amazing stay at the Rafel Kaiser Apartment. The train station is so close with easy access going to the city center. The apartments were clean and with kitchen wares available. We plan to stay their again when we come back in 2021.

地下鉄は歩いて3分、スーパーは1分のところに２つもあり立地は抜群。 フロントなしの宿泊施設だけど、宿泊客が困らないように、施設の使い方の説明動画をyourubeで見れるようになっています。外国人でも英語さえできれば、メールやwhatsappでコミュニケーションは簡単に取れるし便利です。 5泊しましたが、ランドリーも自由に使えるので着替えの服も少なくて済みますし、部屋も清潔でデザインも洗練されていて、まるでウィーンに暮らしているかのように滞在できました。 伯母がウィーンに50年以上も住んでいますが、 私たちの部屋を見に来た際、 「ここに引っ越してきたいわ！」と絶賛していたくらいです。

The apartment was excellent. It is fully equipped and perfect for a stay in Vienna. Very close to the metro line and close to restaurants and grocery stores.

완벽한 숙소

전철역에서 바로 앞 전철역에서 나오는 길에 계단없이 이동가능해서 좋았어요 묵었던 아파트들 중 가장 청결했습니다 주택가라 그런지 조용했고 빌라나 호퍼도 가까워 장보기 편했어요 넓고 욕실과 화장실이 분리되어있어서 편했습니다 관광지와는 거리가 좀 있지만 전철이 가깝고 시간이 얼마 걸리지 않아 불편하지 않았어요

Appartement tres agreable decoré avec beaucoup de goût. Residence sécurisée. A 2 min a pied d'une station de metro. Dommage pour certains details : il manque des prises dans la cuisine, mobilier abîmé, insonorisation tres faible.

Appartement très spacieux, très propre, au calme, à 2 mn à pieds du métro et d'un petit supermarché SPAR. A environ 15mn en métro du centre de Vienne. Très bonne réactivité de l'hôtel par rapport à nos demandes. Rien ne manque au niveau de l'équipement. On y retournerai les yeux fermés.

Das ganze Check-in Prozedere ist ziemlich unpersönlich und zäh. Die Wohnung selber hat ausreichend Platz für Wiener Verhältnisse, aber das Sofa war verranzt und das ganze WC hat nach Urin gestunken und das schon vor unserer Ankunft.

객실은 현대적이고 깔끔했습니다. 주요시설에 대한 것은 QR코드로 동영상이 준비되어 편리하게 사용할수 있었고 가족이 머무는데 조금도 어려움이 없었습니다. 특히 가족이 오래 오스트리아에 있을때 빨래를 할수 있어 좋았습니다. 미리 메일을 통해 셀프체크인 및 알아야할 사항들을 안내해 주셔서 편리했습니다. 위치적으로도 약간은 중심가에서 떨어져 있었지만 지하철이 있어 큰 어려움은 없었습니다.

The appartment was spacey and clean. Enough room to make a family of four feel at home. The easy access to metro was very convenient, same for the supermarkets nearby.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es lag sehr zentral mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke und Spielplatz für meine Kinder quasi vor dem Haus.

A beautiful, spacious studio apartment with great transport links into central Vienna, at least 2 grocery stores very near by, well equipped and very comfortable. The air conditioning was very much appreciated during the heatwave. Would 100% stay here again and will be recommending it to others.

Calm nice apartment

Quite, calm and nice apartment. Very clean well decorated and equiped will all the necessary. Nespresso machine was there with the cups ready to treat our selves with a nice cup of coffee. A lot of space (only the wc was tiny) well located In a safe area with good transpostation. I will stay again next time In Vienna. Ap. 12 Valley.

First I liked the fact that it was very easy to get the keys, they sent me a code to open a box in front of the building and that's it. The building was easy to find, you could see a sign in front. The location was great, a 2min walk from a metro station. And the apartment itself was very clean, nice and cosy with air conditioning! There was everything we needed, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher and a laundry room, all those things at no extra cost. It was very pleasant to see that even the detergent was free. I really didn't find anything negative to say. This was a perfect experience for us.

Geräumige komfortable Unterkunft

Wir haben ohne Probleme die Unterkunft gefunden und sind über den per Mail zugesendeten PIN Code an den Schlüssel für das Appartement gekommen. Wir waren zu dritt, ein Bett war leider nur ein Gästebett, das nicht sehr bequem war. Das Bett mussten wir auch aus einer Nische jede Nacht umstellen, da die Nische sehr eng war. Ansonsten haben wir eine gut ausgestattete Kücheneinrichtung vorgefunden. Kühlschrank und Herd waren modern und funktionierten gut. Waschmaschine ist leider nicht direkt im Apartment, sondern in einer Extra Etage. Die Wohnung wäre sehr ruhig, wenn eine Verbindungstür zu einem nebenan liegenden Apartment schalldichter gewesen wäre. Leider hört man die Stimmen und den Fernseher ziemlich laut. Das Apartment liegt sehr nahe zur U-Bahn (200m), so dass wir schnell an alle interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten gekommen sind. Zu allen Geräten und dem Aufzug gibt es jeweils Bedienungsanleitungen, die per Samrtphone oder Laptop im Internet aufgerufen werden können. Alles in Allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft.

Sehr sauber, Handtücher gewechselt war super. Sehr gute Lage für ÖPNV. Hinweise: Beim Schminkspiegel im Bad ist die Beleuchtung defekt. Es gibt nur eine Steckdose in der Küche in die Beleuchtung integriert. Stecker wechseln für verschiedene elektrische Geräte ist umständlich. Persönliche Betreuung haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Wäre aber wohl unproblematisch gegangen. Herzliche Grüße Patricia Mehlmann
