Wedding Visit!

Stay was enjoyable. Nice atmosphere and close to Baylor. The only negative I would give would be the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and one actually fell apart because of a missing part.

Amazing location, very clean and comfortable

We had a great stay. Plenty of room and it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. It is right by Baylor. Near the Magnolia Silos. Grocery stores nearby. Seamless process checking in/out. Overall a great experience!

Overwhelming smell but good location

Great location if going to be in campus. The overwhelming smell of plug-in air fresheners was terrible! I had to put them outside. The smell still lingered.

Extremely nice, quiet area. Condo was clean and communication with property was easy.

Just site seeing in Waco

Cute little condo. Private parking area in front of each unit. The stairs were difficult to walk on bare-footed. Quiet area. Easy to get to.

Whenever I travel to Waco to see my son at Baylor I stay here if it’s available. I truly love it. The ONLY recommendation I have is to stalk the kitchen with staples as it doesn’t make sense for travelers staying for only a few days to have to purchase things like spices and cooking oil/spray.

Great Baylor spot!

This was a perfect spot to stay when visiting my daughter at Baylor! We were able to walk to spots on campus and close to the Ferrell center to park for shuttle to foster pavilion!

Perfect combination of hotel service but more like a small apartment. Washer/dryer in the unit is key for us because we are very active outside. Everything about this place is upscale. This is now my favorite place to stay in Waco.

Think... hotel/apartment/home away from home. I was just looking for a place to stay over the holiday as I knew I would be in and out, when i came across this property. Absolutely amazing.

Fantastic

This apartment hotel was fantastic, exactly as promised and shown in the photos. Everything including the kitchen was very well appointed. Something I really liked was the restaurant suggestion book. We added a couple of great places to eat.

The pictures do not do rhis place justice. It is very nice and very affordable.

Gabby and Ashley were amazing. Great communication and they move quick when something is wrong. The apartment was beautiful and a great fit for our stay and family.

Awesome location across from the Baylor Campus.

This is the perfect spot to get around Waco! You can walk to a football game, you are minutes away from all of the top spots in town. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities. Loved it

Good location right across from Baylor University. Close to everything we were here for. Host was great to communicate with.

Very close to the attractions (magnolia/silos) and downtown that we wanted to see :) Beds were comfortable and loved the 2 bedrooms :). Place seemed very clean. Only wish were that there were extra towels.

The unit was very comfortable and conveniently located as it’s right on the Baylor Campus. My son stayed with me over the long weekend and was able to park his car there and walk to class Friday and Monday. It was really nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is absolutely lovely. The only thing that needs fixing is the bedroom pillows. They are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.

Amazing and Comfortable

We were here for my daughters graduation from Baylor. You can't beat the location. It was great having two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. This was our second time staying at this location and we highly recommend it.

I loved everything about this place. The bathrooms and the bedrooms, the kitchen, the washer and dryer, the floors, etc. I will be back.

Excellent Hotel That is a Home Away from Home

I have been looking for a place to stay in Waco for awhile that was more like a home away from home. I like having my own space when I visit relatives and this hotel met all my expectations and more. I will definitely be staying there again.

Awesome place to stay, we had a small issue the 1st night and received a response the next morning from Gabby. The area is quite but busy with foot traffic, the ability to cook was great. The property is spacious and updated.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ashley kept in touch and informed us of all the details for check in. Gaby handled the check out. All the instructions were left on the coffee table and a handwritten note on the blackboard in the kitchen had their numbers if there were any issues. They even left stuff for chips, queso and salsa on the kitchen counter! It was so nice to have room to spread out, cook and relax. We parked directly in front of our unit most of the time, but never had a problem finding a spot close, if that wasn't available. Thanks so much guys!

Great place to stay right next to Baylor!

This was a great place to stay to see Waco and do a tour of Baylor University. It is right across the street from campus which made it super easy to walk within 10-15 minutes anywhere we wanted to go for BU and only a 10-15 minute drive to Magnolia or the Dr. Pepper museum, even with the crazy construction that’s going on there! It felt very safe as well. We were able to walk 5 minutes and watch the fireworks for 4th of July and they were fantastic! The beds are super comfortable and we slept well. It was nice having a “home away from home” being able to cook and do laundry. We will definitely book this again if we are ever in Waco again.

Perfect Baylor stay

Almost perfect. Fully equipped little apartment next to Baylor. Beautiful little barbecue area with plenty of seating and nice lighting made for a perfect get-together. We couldn't recommend this place more. My only wish was for down-alternative bedding upon request.
