Great studio apartment

Amazing clean, roomy and comfy studio apartment. A few amenities like a pen would be useful rather than having to go to front desk but that’s the only negative I found.

Great location

We had a one bedroom apartment that was very clean, tidy and roomy. It was good having a separate bedroom so if one of you went to bed earlier than the other you weren't disturbing them watching TV. It has double glazing windows to keep the cold out. We did find the bedrrom did get warm even though we didn't have the air-conditioning on. There was no soap plate at the vanity basin so you just had to leave the soap sitting on the vanity benchtop which made it a little messy. Staff were friendly and welcoming each time you came back for the day or from dinner. It is walking distance to the river, bars and restaurants which is what we did instead of using the car. We liked that Wangaratta had a lovely boardwalk and the trees lit up down at the river. Doing the pre-checking was easy and when you turned up everything was ready for you. The kitchen facilities were also great. This place was cheaper than a hotel down the road we were considering even with paying for the $20 per night parking fee. It appears it was built in 2020 so the decor is modern and clean, and there are scented air puifers throughout the facility which was pleasant to be greeted by. I would strongly recommend this place if staying in Wangaratta.

was only there on a one night stop over. this is close to everything. the hotel was very clean and felt very secure. The room had everything we needed and could easy spend a week here as it had a kitchenette so you could make it feel like home. The driveway very narrow wouldn't like to have a big car. the reception was pleasant and gave us all the information we needed on arrival. the only thing i didn't like was the lady took my credit card to take the holding deposit which was fine, but I had to pay $20 for parking which was also fine however she just tapped my card which I don't do as I don't like to pay the bank surcharge I always insert my card but before I could get my card back she said I will just tap for you and bang. I requested extra towels as ladies when we wash our hair always need extra towels she said yes we have put extra towels in room however when I got to the room there was just 2 towels no extras, when I rang the reception i was made to feel like I shouldn't be asking she told me there is 2 people in room and 2 towels I said we asked for extra she said well you will need to come to receptions , also they only give you one card to the room so you need to ask for a second one. but let's get back to the good points. room great, linen crispy everything super clean and very central to everything. yes, I would recommend staying here price was also very good.

This is our third time staying with our young children between Sydney and Melbourne. It’s always so clean the rooms are spacious, well equipped and well presented. I love the gym it’s very well equipped and the secure parking is easily accessible. We’re staying again on our return trip in a couple of weeks and are looking forward to our stay.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed and met our every need. The staff were extremely pleasant and accomodating - this was our second stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Many thanks.

Beautiful place - quiet

We loved the stay, all be it very short it was very clean, modern & comfortable. Improvements in two keys per room. Not just the one key. I had to leave the room for a very short time, which cut the power to the room and my wife was without power whilst I was out. On that, off street parking wasn't good enough, (car park was "full") there were spaces available whist w were there, I would have expected 1 car per room. poor planning on the builder/architect side. This would be an expectation for a modern & new hotel. Other than that we were happy overall.

one of the best Quest we stayed, the property is new and very clean , we asked for a quiet room and we did not heard a rumour, the view was very nice in front of the local church

It was the only hotel in Wangaratta that offered king sized beds. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchenette was very useful. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

All good apart from the fact in your website is says they have a pool which was the only reason I booked there But they do not have a pool ☹️

Great place to stay. Rooms are have an industrial feel – lots of glass, steel and concrete – but the property is in excellent condition, super convenient and very clean. Kitchen is galley-style, but usable with a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven and cooktop. Would stay again.

Wangaratta weekend

Overnight stay to see Ian Moss in concert at the Wangaratta Theatre across the road. Upgraded to a one bedroom apartment for an extra $25 which was well worth it. Everything was immaculately clean- kitche bathroom lounge bedroom balcony. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Have stayed here before and will be back again….

We don’t spend much time there as we were in town for a family wedding. Beautifully clean and new, central, comfortable beds. Only two pillows and my husband likes two, but wasn’t a big deal. Would stay again. Pick of the bunch in Wangaratta. Either here or the Gateway if it’s summer and you want a pool.

We were in Wangaratta for the Jazz and Blues Festival, and the location was perfect. Secure on site parking. Loved it, and would be happy to stay again.

We booked a last minute accommodation when travelling through. Kayla at reception was fantastic throughout booking and check in process and was happy to wait after closing until we arrived late at night to ensure a smooth check in. Very clean, very quiet, spacious rooms - would highly recommend.

The rooms are modern and comfortable, but service felt a bit patchy.

Bedding, pillows were terrible and the mattress wasn’t great, had an awful nights sleep…

Well maintained facility close to town, short walk to club, pub & restaurants. Didn’t like they wanted a $250.00 bond and $20.00 per day parking (this is a country town in Victoria )

Sadly just a one night stay. This is a new property, only two years old, so everything works! Our studio was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Perfect!

Quest Wangaratta is awesome. It is well situated, clean safe and veeeery comfortable beds. Stayed for 1 night but have put it on our list to stay for longer next time.I had to phone hotel to check on booking reservation and Oscar was such a delightful person who assisted me in every way possible and without any fuss sorted my accommodation issue. Julie sent me an e-mail and she too was wonderful. Thank you for your fantastic customer service.

The position is excellent. The room lovely but the bed was too hard, I asked for a mattress topper and they told me to use the blanket in the wardrobe, which made no difference, they charge top dollar and give you uncomfortable beds.

The good points, it is without doubt is is clean and quiet. The not so good points, there is no pool, the studio apartment has no balcony so if your looking to have a swim and then sit on your balcony choose your room wisely and be prepared to drive to the aquatic center for a swim. The lounge seating is ridiculously small and not comfortable or suitable for adults. Watching a movie you'll need to sit on the bed. The bathroom whilst very clean and modern could do with with more bench space on the vanity.

It was very easy to find and close to shopping

On Saturday went to go up to our room but the access card did not work. Went to reception they told me that the card was cancelled that morning, they thought we only staying a night. Wanted a card from reception to go to the pool which was off site asked in morning but was told no you need to get the card when you actually want to go to the pool which was in the afternoon in our case. Couldn't be bother coming back to get the card later and we had to pay to get in. Still waiting for my bond to be returned back to my account!!!!

The reception area was so modern, spacious and welcoming. The inside aroma of the property was pleasant and refreshing. Excellent colour scheme too.

Fantastic location. A short walk to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Very modern, clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend. The only downside is the additional fee for car parking on site.

I've got mixed feelings about this hotel. The positive things are: it's a new and clean hotel with nice cafes and restaurants around. But there is always 'BUT'. Parking is limited so you need to park outside. It wasn't a big deal for us, but a modern hotel should have enough parking spaces. No pool unfortunately and a 'pool is only 5 minutes away from the hotel' is a bit strange. But what's really bad is that why you are giving only ONE swipe card for a couple? If one person is leaving the room then he/she has to call a partner to get back because the lift has swipe card access. And if you take that car with you then the partner has to sit in the dark with no TV or AirCon because electricity is swipe card operated. Only one card for two people?!?! Really?!?!?! Now housekeeping staff has no sense of place and has zero common sense. People are coming to a wine regions and buying boxes with bottles of wine. Why you need to throw away boxes? How we suppose to take bottles back with us? Luckily there is Dan Murphy's nearby and you can get empty boxes for wine bottles there, but why on earth you need to do that while people are still living in the room.

Incorrect reception hours

The hotel itself was fine. They had incorrect information about reception hours on this site. As we knew we’d arrive late we specifically booked one that advertised late reception hours. After booking they informed us we needed to let them know if we would be arriving after 8pm. We did l, but they waited until 3.30 on the day of arrival to start messaging and texting that we needed to email photos of driving license and credit card to get a room key out of hours. We weren’t comfortable with this and it was inconvenient at short notice but had no option at that stage.

Apartments were great, clean and comfortable. Easy location with amenities and coffee shops within walking distance. The only negative is that we didn’t know we had to prebook carparking for $20 overnight - this really should be included in the price of the apartment. We also arrived late and had to call the night manager not knowing we didn’t have a carpark booking.

Staff where extremely helpful and friendly. Always happy to oblige when help is needed. Very happy team

A brand new building with quiet rooms, nice decor and a super comfortable bed – perfect after a long day on the road. Food, shopping and coffee nearby plus there’s a nice little walk you can do down by the river.

When i washed clothes sewage came up the drainage pipe in the bathroom laundry. I let reception know discreetly so as they could look into it. Toilet also blocks easily.
