Poca agua caliente, pero con solucion.

EN general muy bien, muy atento el personal, muy comodo el departamento, ubicacion en un lindo barrio, aunque un poco alejado del centro turistico, pero eso ya lo sabiamos. El agua caliente dura muy poco. SOLUCION: No abrir totalmente el grifo, regular el caudal para que dure mas. Un par de cositas a mejorar: El secador de pelo no andaba, nos dieron otro, y fallaba la luz principar del area de estar, nada grave.

Aparthotel muy incompleto

Para ser un aparthotel, las instalaciones son muy incompletas. Para empezar la habitación no tiene microondas. Por otra parte, las camas no son nada cómodas, y no había posibilidad de cama de matrimonio doble. La limpieza y la ubicación son correctas y el personal es muy educado. El parking es RIDICULAMENTE pequeño. Fuimos con un coche mediano-pequeño, y al retirarlo se nos rayó todo el lateral.

My room was very big (with kitchen etc) but quite noisy at night (some strange noise from the water pipes). Also, the room had a view towards a wall, that is no view at wall.

The hotel staff was really nice. Pablo and Jasmine were really helpful but i would not stay here again unfortunately. The property is out of date. I could not get a good rest due to hearing the plumbing from EVERY flush from other rooms. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. It was not worth the price IMO

Convenient stopover

On the way home from a month long stay in Europe. Stopped over for a one night rest and chance to walk around Sarria. Perfect location. Quiet street

Excellent but thin walls

Lovely boutique hotel with sparkling clean room in a very quiet area. Only issue we had was that people checked in late in the next room and talked until 4 am. Then woke us up again at 6. It was unfortunate. We were trying to rest for a night after a month of travel before returning to States.

Chambre climatisée + coin salon dans apparthotel très confortable et tres propre avec sdb spacieuse et coin kitchenette dans quartier tranquille. Transports en communs à proximité. Parking payant 34e pour 12h de stationnement à proximité puisque le parking hotel n avait plus de place. Il nous a manqué 1 balcon. 1/4 d heure en voiture de la Sagrada Familia et du park Guell

Small hotel with personalized service. Great balcony, kitchennette with induction cooktop, microwave and good cookware. Comfy bed. Only 5 minutes walk from El Puxtet metro station with direct link to Catalunya Square in 12 minutes.

Travelling to many places in Europe. We made a good option to stay here, it is a nice home feel hotel with kitchen . The staffs were nice and helpful always been knowing when to send the cleaning lady to us. We had a nice& warm Christmas there :)

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Hôtel parfaitement situé si vous appréciez de mêler ambiance grande ville et petite vie de quartier. Très bien desservi par les bus et métro, vous trouverez tous les commerces de vie sont accessibles à pied (boulangerie, superettes...). L'hôtel est très réactif et professionnel dans ses échanges (avant arrivée et pendant le séjour). Le seul bémol serait pour moi le manque d'insonorisation des chambres mais c'est une problématique récurrente des hôtels de Barcelone... Les chambres sont très spacieuses et permettent de s'y sentir comme à la maison. Long séjour agréable. Je recommande !

Leuke om wat verder weg van het centrum te zitten. Gracia is een leuke wijk. Tibidabo is zelfs lopend bereikbaar (mooie lange wandeling). Bakker, supermarkt en eetgelegenheden dichtbij. Kamers op de 5e verdieping hebben een mooi terras.

We thought the apartment was very central and transport was very easy to access we thought accommodation was comfortable clean if bit basic found all the staff were very friendly and very helpful with any queries and will gladly recommend bona nova to anyone who is interested in visiting Barcelona we can’t wait to visit again

Such a lovely stay. 24 HR desk. Very friendly. Helped us with everything. In a really nice area of Barcelona that is quite quiet and has some lovely places to eat. Close to a supermarket so that you can stock up on things and pop them in the fridge. Would happily stay again and recommend. Really close to metro so in main touristy Barcelona within 10 minutes in the metro. Everything we wanted plus a great shower!

Très propre et confortable. La ligne 7 est assez proche, 5mn à pied et nous transporte dans le centre.

Lots of space, a bit old

A little far out from downtown. Not much going on in the neighborhood. Train is only 3 blocks away and goes to Catalunya. Rooms have a small kitchen with fridge. Remember I’m was spacious and clean. Beds were uncomfortable and tv was tiny. Nothing really bad or great about this hotel

Tolle Kombination aus Hotel und Appartment

Zimmer im 5. Stock mit eigener Dachterrasse!!! und Blick auf den Tibidabo! Herrlich! Zimmer einfach aber sauber und großer Kühlschrank um eigene Lebensmittel unterzubringen. Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in Barcelona verbracht und wollten vorallem ein gutes Hotel, wo wir ordentlich übernachten konnten. Das Bonanova-Aparthotel war besser, als wir es erwartet hatten. Die Kombination aus Apartment und Hotelzimmer bietet genau die richtige Mischung und gibt die Möglichkeit sich aus selber zu versorgen, da Kochnische vorhaben. Nettes Viertel und sehr netter Hotelservice. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wichtig: Hier gibt es Spanien-typisches Frühstück inklusive: Kaffee, Tee und abgepackte Küchlein. Gegen Aufpreis wird aber auch ein "richtiges" Frühstück auf der Zimmer gebracht. Haben wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Hotel essenziale

Personale molto gentile, reception graziosa. Zona residenziale (St. Gervasi) molto tranquilla e con vicino autobus e metropolitana a 5 minuti a piedi. Camera essenziale, gli armadi e le pareti in compensato (molto povero). Mancano le prese di corrente vicino al letto. Complessivamente buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Proche d'une sortie de voie express (et + ou - facile d'accès) avec les travaux actuels, on accède à l'hôtel sans avoir à rouler dans le centre de Barcelone. Etant très proche (- de 5 min à pieds) de la ligne L7 de métro -ferrocarril) (fréquence de passage toutes les 6 à 8 min jusqu'à 2h du matin), on peut facilement rejoindre le centre de Barcelone et la place Catalunya (environ 10 min). Le quartier est calme et le personnel dispense volontiers des conseils pour réaliser vos excursions. Le petit déjeuner offert dans l'entrée du bas est tout à fait correct. Séjour très agréable.

Gute Lage für Unternehmungen, trotzdem ruhig

Die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr zuvor kommend und freundlich. Auch bei sprachlichen Schwierigkeiten waren sie sehr um eine Verständigung bemüht. Vom Verkehr war nicht viel zu hören ( nachts ), aber leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und man hat das Gefühl, man steht beim Nachbarn in der Dusche dabei .

A very comfortable well situated aparthotel

This is a comfortable and friendly hotel with good very clean beds that is situated in a quiet neighbourhood.Our apartment also had a most comfortable sofa and chair in it. The kitchen was perfect for a stay of a few days and they even washed up for us. Perfect for dishwasher owners. The location was good too. About a five minute walk to the nearest train station. Trains from there take you into the centre of town (place de Catalunya) in approx. 10 minutes. There are several good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Good aparthotel

Barcelona is great, full of history, art, culture . It is not as expensive as we thought ie entry to galleries, museums etc You can buy combined tickets We were only there for 3 days and did not find any decent restaurants that were reasonably priced .The restaurants looked good , the menus looked good but the food was disappointing On the last day I had a Paella their national dish and thought they couldn't go wrong. It was awful . Admittedly we did not search for specific restaurants as we were more interested in fitting in the maximum culture experience but I always thought the Spanish could cook. Clearly not. Ramblas not as pretty as it was 15 years ago .A lot less flower sellers , mime artists , music etc . Gothic quarter is great. Get a bus ticket for green and orange line .Not cheap but worth it to hop on and off to visit all the places you could otherwise not get too. The full circular tour is 2 t-2 1/2hours on the green line and 2hrs on the orange all for the one price per day. Check out restaurant reviews before you go

Great location!

Hotel staff was exceptional! The close is close to the subway and out of the normal "tourist" enviroment. This is hotel allows you to experience the real Barcelona.

Trevlig personal

Litet och trevligt hotell i lugnt område, nära till tunnelbanan. Området är fint att promenera i men ganska kuperat. Hotellet har det man kan förvänta sig i form av bekvämligheter. Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal!

God service

Rolig beliggenhed i gå-afstand fra metrostation. Lidt små værelser, men ellers et hotel velegnet til børnefamilier. Imødekommende personale og højt renligheds-niveau.

Nettes Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Sehr gutes Hotel, einfach aber sehr gepflegt.Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal.Mit der L7 von Plaza Cataluna bis El Puxtet und dauert nur wenige Minuten.

Hotel gradevole a due passi dal metrò

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura tra fine agosto e primi di settembre 2013, trovandola davvero perfetta per la vacanza che con moglie e figlia di 11 anni avevamo progettato. La camera, che in realtà è un monolocale con angolo cottura, l'abbiamo trovata confortevole, pulita e silenziosa... L'hotel è situato su una strada secondaria, non trafficata. Il 3° letto, molto spazioso e comodo, è ricavato dal divano separato dall'angolo matrimoniale da un'armadiatura. Consigliato a tutti.

Rooms is well organized, cleaness excep carparking place quite small, we had a trouble to turn my car out. Take nearly 15 minutes to get my car out.

Perfect for our needs.

We needed a hotel for one night in Barcelona. This hotel fit our needs perfectly. We got 2 rooms (family of five) and the rooms were large and comfortable. There is a little kitchen which would have been great for a longer stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and available 24/7. Walking distance to most things and access to metro. About a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport (approx 40 Euro).

More than adequate for the needs

Suite was at the 6th floor, unfortunately the lift was not working upon arrival but was shortly afterwards fixed. Good-sized room, well air-conditioned.

OK but location not the best

I trusted the people saying that the location was fine. It really isn't very convenient. I stayed in 4 different locations in Barcelona over a month and this, to me, was the worst. The building is located too far up the hill. It is close to Tibidabo and close enough to Park Guell but, it is quite a distance to the water and very far from the beaches. There is a Metro stop nearby so you can get around easy enough but there really isn't too much in the area; actually not much at all. I like the exercise of walking and would walk 10 miles a day and more, so I was OK but, unless you plan on walking, getting a taxi, taking the metro (3 blocks away), or figuring out the bus system, you will feel like you're in a suburb but remember, it's only a 3-4 mile walk or so to La Rambla so it's doable. The building itself is OK. It's showing age as are the rooms but they are very large, more like a 1 bedroom apartment. The front desk persons are all very helpful and kind. There is a very large grocery store within two blocks just around the corner from the building so that is a HUGE plus. Not many choices to eat or drink in the area.

Great location, wonderful place, great value

We loved the area -- and took a 3 day Metro pass (10 trips for just under 20 Euros -- a great deal as the system is so well organized and felt perfectly safe) and traveled to all parts of Barcelona. We walked one day to the Palace Riel. and another day walked and discovered the Guell park, which was amazing. We could jump on the Metro (less than 2 full blocks away) and could enjoy all sorts of interesting activities and attractions. the room was clean, and convenient, and the staff was very helpful. We would stay there again, if we revisit this wonderful city. Oh, the internet service was outstanding -- no issues at all.

房間寬敞整潔，離地鐵站也非常的近，周圍氣氛很安全。

服務人員很親切，房間內設備一應俱全，一大床兩小床、小廚房、鍋碗瓢盆都有，早餐附有簡單的糕點飲品，整體而言非常滿意，是間物超所值的飯店。

Warm and welcoming!

The most wonderful, friendly and helpful staff! Coming back to the hotel after a long day exploring city felt like coming back to a welcoming home. The room we had was simply furnished but lovely and clean with comfortable beds. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

25 th anniversary

The bed was two twins and hard as a rock, but other than that loved the place and the staff.

Lit d appoint pas très confortable dans la pièce

L hotel est bien situé mais j ai trouve un décalage par rapport aux photos du site. L appartement pour trois est assez petit. Je pensais qu il y aurait un Canapé lit mais en fait c était un lit d appoint dans le salon. De plus le petit déjeuner est constitué juste de gâteaux et de boissons chaudes.

Consigliato per famiglie

Hotel consigliato soprattutto se si è in 3, dal momento che si può scegliere il "triple apartment", dotato di 3 letti singoli, di cui uno separato dagli altri da un piccolo separé, e una piccola cucina, frigo bar e un tavolino con sedie. Pulizia di camera, cucina e stoviglie giornaliera. Staff che parla anche italIano. L'hotel è un po' distante dal centro, nel quartiere ricco e residenziale molto bello di Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. Però si può raggiungere Plaza Catalunya in 7 minuti grazie alla Linea 7 della FGC. La fermata "El Putxet" è a cinque minuti a piedi dall'Hotel. Vicino alla fermata c'è anche il Mercat de Sant Gervasi, dove poter acquistare qualsiasi cosa possa servire, dato che oltre ad un supermercato, al suo interno ci sono banchi di salumeria con tutti i prodotti tipici Catalani e non, fruttivendoli, bar, tutto poco turistico e dunque più economico. Hotel consigliato soprattutto per famiglie che non amano fare troppo tardi le notte e che in questo modo possono usufruire della metropolitana (da lunedi al venerdì chiude a mezzanotte) senza dover spendere ulteriore denaro per una corsa in taxi.

Une bonne prestation globale

L’hôtel est situé proche d'un arrêt de métro ce qui est pratique, l'accueil et le ménage sont très satisfaisants. Un petit rafraichissement des chambres et un peu de décoration pourrait être nécessaire. L’hôtel n'est pas super bien insonnorisé (tout dépend de vos voisins..) mais il reste quand même un bon rapport qualité prix. on pourrait y retourner facilement.

Had a fantastic stay at Bonanova as got upgraded!

We were upgraded to the top floor suite due to a booking error which was a great way of solving a potential disappointment. Overall we found the service and hotel excellent. The breakfast was really just cakes and biscuits, better than nothing but not very substantial. It was tricky to find tho so glad we got a taxi. The train station is close by but hard to find using the map the hotel gives you.

可爱雅致的公寓式酒店

由于并不在旅游区，环境很安静，周围是本地人的居住区，反而能体会到当地文化，旁边一条小街上就有一家本地的outlet，我们在那里也有收获。租金价格很实惠，地铁也非常方便，到地铁站我觉得只有200米。酒店装修很雅致，提供早餐和客房打扫，服务生也非常nice，很不错。如果不介意乘坐15分钟左右的地铁的话，这里相对catalunya广场周边的酒店是个更好的选择。

Prima voor paar nachten, ook met kind op de kamer

Geen hip hotel wel heel rustig gelegen. Je hoort geen verkeer. Blauwe buslijn 5 minuten lopen. Ontbijttentje vlakbij op het plein. 3 straten verder tapastentjes. Kortom prima als je voor 2 of 3 nachten wil blijven en de hele dag in de stad bent en er alleen wil slapen. Ook schoon, fijne douche, wij sliepen met zijn drieën was goed geregeld met een kastenwand ertussen voor de privacy.

Well-suited apartment hotel provides great value

Overall, the Bonanova Suite Hotel was a great choice. While the location is slightly away from the main downtown areas of Barcelona, it is only a short walk (literally 2min) from the closest metro station. There are also a number of highly-rated restaurants in the surrounding neighbourhood (ie, within a 10-15 min walk or even shorter with a quick metro ride and walk from there). The front desk staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean, the little kitchenette was great, and there is almost nothing to complain about. The only minor fault was a small water leak from the bathtub onto the bathroom floor.

Ett enkelt och rent hotell med rymliga rum

Efter att ha bott 8 nätter på detta hotell, kan jag verkligen rekommendera det till yngre resenärer, pigga seniorer, eller till dem som vill kombinera skrivarbete eller studier med Barcelonas sevärdheter. Området är lugnt, men ligger lite off. Hotellets wi-fi fungerade klanderfritt, även när vi hade två datorer i gång samtidigt och streamade film. Eftersom det finns ett minikök på rummet, så är det enkelt att fixa sin egen frukost, men eftersom vi var sjuka under resan, så lagade vi även flera andra måltider där. (Köket saknar bl a skärbräda, durkslag, konservöppnare, vinöppnare och kniv). Städningen var toppen, men rummets underhåll lämnar en hel del att önska, bl a var soffan och fåtöljen ofräscha (vi satt inte en enda gång där) och två elkontakter skulle behövas bytas ut. AC:n fungerade bra, likaså duschen. Personalen var tillmötesgående och vänlig.

Veramente ottimo e consigliato!

L'hotel è in una buona zona da cui si può raggiungere in 10-15 minuti il centro della città. Le camere sono pulite e lo staff della reception molto gentile e disponibile, anche se tornate ad ora tarda non mancherà mai un sorriso e un saluto cortese. La camera veniva inoltre pulita ogni giorno, gratuitamente. Si trattava di una tripla molto spaziosa, a parte il bagno nella norma per un hotel, provvista di un comodissimo angolo cottura che ci ha permesso di risparmiare sul cibo. La connessione wifi era meravigliosa, difficilmente troverete altri hotel con una connessione così veloce e soprattutto gratuita. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente e se dovessi prenotare un altro viaggio a Barcellona sceglierei ancora questo hotel. In definitiva mi sento di consigliarlo a chi vuole risparmiare, e a chi vuole godersi in maniera tranquilla ed autonoma una vacanza in quella bellissima città che è Barcellona. Ha soggiornato in Agosto 2012, viaggiato con gli amici

Beautiful hotel and a beautiful neighborhood and the staff are always under the service ....I am extremely satisfied for the duration of my stay in this hotel its just 7 min to catalonya center with mitro ...the only problam is no brekfast !! otherways is the best :)

Great location!

The hotel is located in the northern part of the city. The area is upscale urban. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The hotel is non-smoking, extremely clean and the staff was very helpful as indicated in other reviews. There is a small kitchenette. Our only complaint is that we were given one of two "attic" rooms on the sixth floor where the celing slants and the only windows were window/skylights. The elevator on goes to the fifth floor, so we had to drag our luggage up one floor. If we could get a lower floor, we would definately stay again - probably even if we did end up on the sixth floor again.

Quiter arear close to transit

We enjoyed the hotel and surrounding areas and the close proximity of the metro. We were able to get to and from the airport with no problems. The city of Barcelona was very nice to experience and the staff at the hotel were very helpful.

Good position out of the main hustle of the City, close to a Metro station, local Cafe's and resteraunts( much better value than the City. Hotel clean Staff very helpful. Parking in the basement very tight!

prima hotel voor een paar nachten Barcelona

Dit kleine hotel ligt op 5 minuten lopen van de metro en 10 minuten metro van de stad. Maar je kunt ook vanuit het hotel lopen naar de begroeide heuvels aan de rand van de stad. Ook 's avonds is de wijk prima om te zijn met in de buurt een pleintje en terrasjes. Het hotel is niet nieuw, maar wel netjes en de kamer werd iedere dag goed schoongemaakt. Minpuntje: het hotel is wel wat gehorig, dus oordoppen mee is een aanrader. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanraden voor wie een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding zoekt in Barcelona.

It's quite convenient to stay in this hotel. 10mins walk to the train station. We got T-10 tickets. It's easy to get to all the sites and airport. Staffs there are very nice, helpful and speak good English. The only thing is the breakfast. They only offer simple snakes and hot drinks.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix

Une excellente adresse à Barcelone. Localisée à 5 minutes d'une station de métro et à 40 minutes à pieds de la Place de Catalunya. Tout près un supermarché ... et s'il manque quelque chose dans la chambre climatisée, il n'y a qu'à demander (micro ondes, nécessaire pour la vaisselle, ...). Un petit déjeuner express est compris dans le prix de la chambre (il s'agit d'un café et de quelques biscuits). Difficile de trouver à garer ... donc il faut réserver dans le minuscule parking de l'hôtel (3 places). Pour le reste l'hôtel est propre, dans un quartier calme et le personnel est discret et serviable.

Great Stay Great Staff

This is a great place with great prices. Staff was amazingly knowledgable and extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay. They were also very friendly and welcoming. Close to a metro station and straight train ride into the main Plaza de Catalunya area where you can walk down Les Rambles where all the activity is. Tour buses start in this area also. Great time and great visit. Thanks to the staff for a great visit.
