El hotel muy bien, pero la persona encargada (señor adulto mayor) por la noche se negó a ayudarnos a solicitar un taxi para el aeropuerto. Decía que no se iba a comprometer a que el taxi llegara a tiempo.

Excelente alojamiento. Limpio ordenado. El personal súper amable y atento. Agradecemos a Jordi quien siempre nos asistió y orientó (hasta regalo para los niños y nosotros nos dio). Precio calidad 10/10.

Todo el personal de maravilla, todos y cada uno de los que trabajan en recepción tuvieron un trato de primera, al igual que el personal de limpieza. El Hotel, tiene una excelente ubicación, sin duda regresaríamos….

La propiedad superó en definitiva mis expectativas, las amenidades fueron iguales o superiores a un hotel, el lugar super limpio y equipado. FANTÁSTICO!

Estuve un fin d semana con cuatro amigas y la situacion buena y el apartamento muy agradable y completo solo q no pudimos abrir el sofa cama, el personal muy amable y tienes recepcion las 24 horas la entrada al edificio muy comoda ya q entras con la misma tarjeta q habré el apartanento por lo tanto muy agradable y aconsejables.

Nunca habíamos ido a un aparta-hotel y la verdad que tanto a mi mujer como a mí nos ha gustado mucho la experiencia. Fue como estar en tu propio apartamento, a tus anchas y a tu aire. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodo y a gusto durante nuestra estancia. El apartamento era muy espacioso, silencioso y muy tranquilo. Estaba limpio y bien cuidado. Repetiremos seguro cuando volvamos a Barcelona.

Muy buena experiencia. Rapido check in con informacion de la ciudad y de las cercanias. Nos instalamos en un departamento de dos habitaciones, amplio, limpio, comodo, luminoso y bien equipado. Bien ubicado, en una calle tranquila pero cerca de todo inclusive estacion de metro. Lo recomendaria.

Solo pasamos una noche. Lo único que debí destacar es que eramos 5 personas y teníamos 4 sillas.

Excelente departamento

Mejor imposible, para recorrer Barcelona, lo recomiendo, es departamento amplio y muy comodo, y es ideal para familia con chicos por lo amplio y por el lavarropa y cocina.

Buen hotel con excelente ubicación

Muy buen hotel con una excelente ubicación, sólo deberian de tener un poco mas de limpieza en la habitación, el trato fue excelente. Ayuda mucho el hecho de tener lavadora, refrigerador y mircoondas.

Muy recomendable

Un lugar ideal para un grupo de amigos o una familia. El departamento de dos habitaciones resultó sumamente cómodo, con dos banos completos, un living comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada (hasta cafetera Nespresso tenía). La ubicación es muy buena, ya que si bien está a sólo 5 cuadras de la Plaza de Cataluna y a 4 del Paseo de Gracia, el barrio es muy tranquilo. Sin dudas, para recomendar!

Es un sitio muy agradable y acogedor

Mi familia esta muy contenta con este fin de semana hemos tenido suerte de encontrar un buen sitio para descansar de las caminatas por Barcelona y ya me han dicho que si volvemos quieren ir al mismo apartamento

Departamento con buenas dimensiones, cocina, trastes, lavadora, y esta cerca de puntos turisticos. Recomendable

una decepción de principio a fin

Para comenzar la recepción no fue amable, tuvimos un problema con las reservas y no supieron manejarlo bien. La solución vino por nuestra parte más que por ellos.Las camas incómodas, las almohadas casi inexistentes. El baño estaba mal limpiado a nuestra llegada y no lo limpiaron bien durante nuestra estancia.Solo nos quedamos porque no teníamos otra alternativas pero la experiencia fue pésima y no lo recomendamos por nada.

comodidad en pleno centro

HAbitación perfecta para ir con un par de niños pequeños. Estuvimos un fin de semana y tanto el apartamento como la ubicación fueron estupendos. Totalmente recomendable.

The appartement was great, very large, well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, outdoor patio, 3 comfortable bedrooms. Check-in and check out were super fast. The location is near multiple metro stations and bus stops. Many sites are walkable. Great place to stay in Barcelona for families.

Clean and well kept, a good stay

Good property in good location and very effective communication from team. Location was very good. Walkable some areas like las ramblas and arch de. However room 205 had nasty drain/gutter smell in kitchen which was unpleasant and some if the windows would not open or close properly but overall would recommend to stay.

Rock hard beds and overpriced airport transfer

Don’t book the airport pick up arranged by the apartments for 58 Euros each way. We waited for our driver before calling to let them know that nobody was there to meet us and were told to wait. The airport was quiet and taxis were waiting so we caught one for only 30 Euros! We caught an Uber back to the airport for the same. We weren’t excited to pay almost double to wait. We were happy to pay for the convenience, but trying to locate the driver was not. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a hard time about not waiting. It was not the best start to our trip. Otherwise the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall we give the property three stars, mostly for its central location but the furniture including beds were very uncomfortable. We like firm mattresses but had to lay blankets down because they were so rock hard. We are traveling around Europe for three months moving every week and have not experienced issues with the beds or uncomfortable furnishings anywhere else. Everything looks comfortable but unfortunately it is not. The shower also didn’t drain quickly so we were always standing in a pool of water which was unpleasant but the very nice maintenance man said the pipes are just old. The daily cleaning staff do a wonderful job. Overall we thought the apartment was fine but we would not go back. We’re surprised by the number of rave reviews and wish that others had been more detailed with theirs e.g. explain that they love rock hard beds lol.

Clean & spacious room and excellent location!

Casp74 is an excellent apartment complex with friendly 24-hour customer service and very comfortable beds. It’s a great choice for families of three or more. The location is also ideal, close to the main tourist attractions in Barcelona.

Front desk staff were really kind, helpful and always available when needed. Central location, walk to many tourist attractions.

Great location and ideal for family stay

Great apartment that was clean. Basic kitchen facilities but absolutely fine for a short stay as there were lots of eateries nearby. Having a washing machine was fantastic. There was an iron but no ironing board (minor complaint in what was otherwise a great stay).

What a great property in the center of Barcelona! Within walking distance to so much! Staff set up transportation from the airport and a few days later to our cruise ship… a great convenience when there was 4 of us with 8 pieces of luggage! They recommended wonderful restaurants all within a few blocks. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Barcelona!

leiligheten er veldig romslig, lys og komfortabel. vi bodde i første etasje og det var en hage med vakre trær!!! vi kunne spise lunsj og sole oss der, det var senger der. kjøkkenet hadde alt du trengte. Og det var en butikk i nærheten slik at vi kunne lage vår egen mat. Leiligheten lå veldig nær sentrum og vi gikk overalt.

The property had all of the necessary amenities and was spotless. Almost all of the major attractions were within walking distance. The reception desk staff were very helpful and pleasant

The apartments are managed by a proper rental company, hence you have all the amenities and space of an apartment plus assistance in cleaning, maintenance and reception. Great location and safe environment.

fully furnished, near the centre of BCN, warm-welcoming. We stayed 3nights. The room is spacious and clean. laundry machine is equipped so, it was good. (we're on long journey)

Zeer vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Parkeergarage onder het complex. Zeer fijne locatie met winkeltjes, supermarkten en eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Elke dag netjes opgeruimd en schoongemaakt door vriendelijke mensen. De volgende keer in Barcelona zullen we niet twijfelen en hier weer boeken.

Property was excellent and had everything needed. Great location and centrally located. Plenty of restaurant options, cafes, grocery stores, & pharmacies. Staff is very friendly and communicative. Will definitely stay next time in Barcelona.

I loved that they have 24 hrs reception. Checkin process was quick. Using what’s app to ask question made it easy to contact reception anytime day or night, appreciate the quick response from the staff with all my questions. We enjoy the apt. Ut was very spacious.

Excelente localização, o check-in é muito rápido por ser de maneira antecipada facilita muito. A limpeza e um ponte forte. Cama e lençóis confortáveis,cozinha com microondas,geladeira e mesa. Com certeza nota 10.

The property is well located and offer basic amenities such as elevators and A/C, so if you’re just looking for a place to crash or are willing to live with some annoying inconveniences, then it might be fine for you. I, on the other hand, was expecting a more modern and well equipped appt. What I found was a property that has been poorly patched up and shows signs of tremendous wear and tear. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly rude. Seemed tremendously frustrated and acted as is did not need any business in the property. Made no attempts to be civil and said (when we asked if there were any issues that we should be made aware of with the property), and quote, “you can go look for some place else if it’s not what you expect”. That was the first impression we had with the property. The pictures of the property in no way reflect the amount of wear and tear that the property has. The bathroom ceiling had been patched with some plastic that slammed up and down every time you opened the bathroom door. The hot water turn immediately cold if anyone turns anything else in the bathroom. The living room has a couch that has some stains and the carpet is old and smells terrible. Wherever the “patio” is, it wasn’t on our room. Don’t recommend, especially if you have kids.

Täydellinen valinta meidän viiden hengen perheen lomareissun majoitukseen. Hyvä sijainti, kävelymatka La Ramblalle, Katalonian aukiolle, Arc de Triomfille ja uimarannalle jne. Julkinen liikennekin toimii, lähin bussipysäkki n. 20 metrin päässä majoituspaikan ovelta. Lähistöllä paljon ruokakauppoja ja hyviä ravintoloita. Huoneisto oli hiljainen, siisti, hyvin varusteltu ja ilmastointi piti sen viileänä. Yhteydenpito asiakaspalvelun kanssa helppoa ja nopeaa Whatsappin kautta.

Comoda, appartamento molto funzionale con lavatrice, lavastoviglie macchina nespresso ,spremi agrumi, bollitore , microonde tavola con ferro da stiro, stendino. Reception h24 con pulizia giornaliera degli appartamenti.

Great stay and wonderful place.

Great spacious apartment in the middle of everything. We had a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. It had a large living room, washing machine (no dryers in Europe!) and two double beds. We were very comfortable here and walking distance to all the sights. Very hospitable staff as well. Would stay here again.

This location is perfect for anyone. The best dining experiences are available all walking. The Arc is down the street . Las. ramblas is 15 minutes walk. The location is perfect . Saga coffee on corner made every morning perfect . We washed our clothes here which was such a nice freshener.. the lady who works down stairs is incredibly nice and follows through. She is very thorough. When I checked in she opened the map and shared all the key points to visit. 25 years ago I came with my father to the adidas store . He passed now. She showed me exactly how to get to that store. She took time to check us in and even offered candy. The other person who worked there was not too welcoming. He seemed like he was always annoyed by anyone. He even said you need to explain to me what you need. When I was told to simply go down and just get a key . Initiallu our room has a very bad odor.. the lady kindly switched us next day to make our stay bareable.. the bathrooms need a major remodel. But everything else. Was amazing. Thank you for your excellent service kind lady

Close to everything and in a very quiet neighborhood

My stay went well. Your team was helpful especially with travel and direction. House keeping was wonderful as well. Great location for easy access to the city by foot, tour buses, and taxi. Hope to stay with them again in the near future.

Great place for a family of 4-6! It is truly an apartment with a master suite, a 2nd BR with twin beds, a pull out couch, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and washer/dryer. Recently renovated and super clean. Central location with lots within walking distance. Stop reading reviews and book!

Great place to stay in Barcelona! Clean apartment with modern amenities. Easy check-in and front desk available 24 hrs/day if needed. We were able to walk to many of the activities we did, took an Uber to a few. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this staffed hotel style apartment during our stay in Barcelona. Secure, clean, and good layout to accommodate family of 4. The staff were very wonderful- assisting with transportation, directions, and dining recommendations. Really good food options nearby. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Stayed 4 nights as a family of 4. Check-in was easy. Communication with the staff was easy. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a washer for laundry. Located within walking distances of the popular attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and a few Markets within a few blocks. I would stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and communicated through What’s App which was convenient and accommodating. The apartment was very clean. We are walkers and were able to walk to most of the areas in Barcelona.

Convenient and safe environment for family!

Service was good and the staff was helpful! The location is fantastic and there was a lot of supermarkets nearby. A cafe just a few shops down serves lovely coffee and there are several pitlet shops just nearby. We had a great stay!

The only negatives were noise from the street even at night and the outdated bathroom. Our bathtub had a crack too. Other than that we enjoyed staying at the CASP74.

Hotellet hadde perfekt beliggenhet. Når vi ble kjent tok det oss 10-15 minutter å gå til La Rambla. Kort vei fra hotellet til triumf-buen og fantastisk Parque de la Ciutadella. Anbefales.

It was very clean and it has a great location for the Sagrada familia, las ramblas and the boqueria market.

Well-equipped, modern apartment in good location

The accommodation was lovely, well equipped and presented and clean. Option to clean every day was available though we didn't need that. Nice location with variety of shops, restaurants, cafe's and 'express' supermarkets very close and Metro station 5 minutes away. 50 minute walk to the beach, but 30 minutes when using Metro and 15 minutes to Las Ramblas. There was some noise overnight but not enough to properly disrupt our sleep with the window closed and aircon on slightly. We used the sofa bed and slept well, though not the most comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Ideal option for a family to have seperate rooms and extra space. It was a bonus having a washing machine too.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Hotel staff was also helpful. Location is good as well, close to metro but you can also walk to Catalunya Square, Cathedral, market and more.

Exceeded my expectations

Check in process was a breeze. Up to our room in about 5 minutes. The room was great with 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa. 2.5 bathrooms is great for a party of 6. Will definitely have this location as a place to stay on a return visit.
